We had ordered a delicious breakfast. The service was friendly (a nice, cheerful man from The Hague). Despite the bad weather, everyone was still cheerful.

The seating right by the beach was beautiful, but the food wasn't okay... one burger was raw and didn't smell right either. We called someone over and... "It always looks like this, you won't die from it..." according to the wise words of the waitstaff. Sorry? Eventually, he took it away but came back after a while with yet another raw burger. The rest of the staff was fine, but not for us. We have no complaints about the girls who worked there, but unfortunately, they didn't serve our table...

I have never eaten such bad kibbeling, and for a ridiculous price of 19 euros per portion. 5 small pieces of fried crust where you have to search for the fish with a magnifying glass. You have to order a bit of fries on top for an extra 5.50. In short, once is enough, never again.

Very disappointing – absolutely not worth Social Deal We had made a reservation here via Social Deal, but in the end, we had to pay extra for practically everything. As a result, we ended up spending much more than expected, while the quality of the food and the service did not justify it at all. The food was a huge letdown. The shrimp were clearly not freshly prepared and looked like they came out of the microwave. Additionally, there was sand in the mussels, which is obviously unacceptable. With the steak, we were served stale bread that was simply inedible. The “gravy” was actually mainly a quantity of melted butter and did not resemble normal gravy at all. The establishment itself also made a very outdated and unkempt impression. The chairs were worn out and falling apart. Furthermore, the service was not exactly welcoming or attentive. There was hardly anyone present during our visit, and frankly, we understand why by now. For the amount we ultimately paid, we had expected more. Even with the Social Deal, we felt it was absolutely not good value for money. Unfortunately, not recommended for us, and we certainly will not be returning here.

Well, the food arrived an hour after we ordered it, however, the staff were friendly and sincere in apologizing for the delay. It's understandable that orders get delayed when they're busy, but we didn't receive any information until we approached them to ask 🙈 The food was tasty, but I think the service could be much better. Worthless place. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our main course, and then one family member's food didn't arrive until everyone else had finished. The wrong drinks were also served. When we inquired, the staff looked uninterested and grumpy. Not a single apology. According to them, there were a lot of orders (there were only 8 other customers in the whole place!). The employee also ate the fries off a customer's plate right before they were served. Don't go here!!

The location itself is really appealing, and the seating is very pleasant, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. First, despite the fact that only three tables were occupied, we had to wait an incredibly long time for service. When the drinks finally arrived, we were extremely disappointed with the cocktails. The glasses were the size of ordinary water glasses, and there was absolutely no trace of alcohol. One has to seriously wonder if there was any alcohol in them at all, or if we were simply paying for overpriced fruit juice. That's a real shame. At our age, we know how to appreciate good service, quality, and reasonable value for money.

We had breakfast here. The cappuccino was very bitter and the breakfast was a joke. It said fresh fruit and there was only one strawberry in the granola and no other fruit. The butter and jam came pre packaged like on an airplane. We showed the waitress a picture of the breakfast online which had fruit and vegetables and she said the picture was 5 years old, she didn’t offer any solution. Can’t recommend

The food via Social Deal shouldn't matter in terms of quality; it was pretty okay for Scheveningen. It's just a shame that we waited 2.25 hours, no exaggeration, for a two-course menu. We had a baguette with herb butter and a pizza per person. The owner did compensate us properly for the wait, though.

A place where you can find freedom

Food and drinks are perfectly fine. As usual on the beach, they are a bit expensive. Table service is okay. But there were some problems on the beach. The ladies from "inside" do not serve on the beach.

Two stars because the young man/waiter tried so hard. Both the lunch dish and the smoothie were very meager. We ordered the avocado toast, which really wasn't enough for lunch. And that for 12.50 euros. The “large” smoothie for 9 euros also consisted of half foam. The place is nice, but we won't be coming back here for the food.

I cannot recommend this place in good conscience. The staff is inattentive. As a guest, you have to chase after them. Food preparation takes a very long time. Orders are forgotten or charged but never delivered. And then the food is only mediocre at a very high price. The drinks are okay. The only good thing is the location. The value for money is terrible. I definitely won't be returning.

The club wasn't actually full, but everything took a really long time. There seemed to be enough staff. Drinks were completely forgotten and only brought after we asked for them, and then after we'd already eaten. That's pretty unacceptable for a club right on the beach. The food was okay, but a bit too expensive in my opinion. There's definitely room for improvement here.

What an experience!! Upon entering, you are first ignored for 20 minutes. We had reserved via Social Deal. Then we were asked what we wanted to drink and eat. Drinks took 13 minutes and the simple starter another 30 minutes!! During that time, we saw about 7 tables leave angrily. Some people didn't even pay after their drinks and left displeased. The main course was very meager. 5 pieces of battered fish and not even a single fry. We ordered fries.... cold!! And as the cherry on top, the Dame Blanche. That was prepared and then put in the freezer in its entirety. With whipped cream and spoon and all. So the whipped cream was hard and frozen. Seems like a small effort to me, but oh well. Not really much positive to say about it. :(

The service is pretty poor here. The restaurant was not busy at all but we had to wait a long time to get the attention of the waiters. We had 1 pizza and 2 cocktails each. The pizzas were good but we asked for salami to be added to one of them and the cook refused which we found strange. The cocktails were fine as well. So summary, the food is fine but service is poor.

We recently had a team outing here, featuring the Expeditie Robinson game and a BBQ. We all thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ, and the fact that the games couldn't take place outside due to the rain was well resolved with the same games in miniature versions. The staff were very friendly too!!

Nice beach bar. Friendly staff and nicely decorated. The food was served super fast. I would recommend coming a bit later in the day though. We were there at 1:30 PM and it was completely empty; it is busier in the evening.

We were supposed to spend the day there with 25 people; a contract had been signed. On the day itself, the tent had been taken down, and no one was there to arrange an alternative. A disgrace! Luckily, Solbeach beach club offered a great alternative. Buena Vista has proven to be very unreliable.

Absolutely terrible and bizarre! We planned a company outing here months ago for today. We discussed everything thoroughly by phone and signed the quote. After that, I never received a response to my emails, but I did call three more times about some adjustments. I even received an email reminder that the outing was about to take place. Today we arrived at an empty beach and the entire Beach Club was gone. I spoke to them two weeks ago! I've never experienced anything so rude and bizarrely awful!! Never, ever, ever again.

I was here for school activities; the setting was nice and the tables were cozy. But the food... I'm actually speechless. You get one skewer of chicken that looked more like plastic plant food, one piece of meat (??) that was completely raw inside. If this were supposed to be steak, it wasn't even rare, just fried in the heat of the moment. Then there's a pitiful scoop of fries—seriously, eight fries. It's hard to get more stingy. And even then: at least cook your meat properly. I don't recommend it; go somewhere else.

We visited the BVBC for two days during our short vacation. On the first day, we ate amazing pizza outside. Probably the best I've ever eaten. We also enjoyed a Grolsch beer at a comfortable temperature. We also enjoyed a romantic sunset for free 🌅. On the second day, my wife and I enjoyed "afternoon tea" 😂 at the Buena Vista Club with several large and small beers 🍻😂, which we will remember for a long time. Good, fast service, great drinks...but... I had a Thai beef salad. What was Thai about it? Nothing. I had 15 lettuce leaves, an unripe sliced ​​tomato, and 10 pieces of steak on top with sesame seeds. And a puddle of water at the bottom. I asked for some dressing and got it, but it was just a loose mayo. The server was really friendly and great; he understood and passed it on to the chef. The starter, the carpaccio, was also fine, but the bruschetta was toast from a bag with 6 pieces of unripe tomato on it...not moist or anything... So I won't be going back.

Delicious lunches followed by drinks on a beach chair with our feet in the sand. 80s music played in the background, a truly fantastic holiday feeling! In our opinion, it's one of the most relaxing beach clubs on the Scheveningen boulevard, thanks in part to the friendly staff!

Unfortunately, it was disappointing. First, we didn't get any glasses for our drinks – only after asking, and one of them was even dirty. We had to wait a full 50 minutes for our food, even though the place wasn't even full. The pizza pollo was delicious at first, but halfway through, the taste became very monotonous. The ham and mushroom pizza, on the other hand, was good, but the crust tasted a bit sweet overall, which we didn't really like. What was really unacceptable: There were seven of us dining, and the plates were already cleared away even though not everyone was finished – that seemed very rude. The bottom line: The food was okay, but the service, waiting time, and customer treatment weren't convincing – we won't be back.

Wij hadden via social deal vouchers voor een ontbijt met een ligbed gekocht, Het was in 1 woord GEWELDIG, jet ontbijt was heerlijk en heel ruim, de ligbedden lagen heerlijk! We hadden onze 88 jarige tante mee die graag naar de zee wilde, we hebben een heerlijke dag gehad en volop genoten. De bediening, Majel en Bas, was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen zeker terug en ik kan het iedereen aanraden!
