Very bad experience here this is not a restaurant prices are sky high and staff very rude no respect no friendliness you were treated like a dog sorry I will not come here to eat again it is way too expensive also has way too much fat not recommended people you have much better shawarma restaurants staff even yelled at you rude people

TOTAL SCAM!!! AWFUL FOOD!!! NASTY STAFF!!! I'm not one to post reviews, but... I realized it's important to read reviews. We went to eat as a family and were familiar with this type of food, but honestly, it wasn't very tasty and some food smelled off (as if it had gone bad). We complained, and since they saw we were tourists, they told us we could go somewhere else. When we asked for the bill, they overcharged us even though the prices were written on the counter. I complained, and an XXL-sized man (I assume he was the owner) came out and yelled at us like a madman. Since we were with children, we decided to pay and leave quickly because we felt intimidated. By the way... if you want to use the bathroom, you have to pay €1 in cash or €1.25 with a card. It's next to the restaurant and is owned by the same owner. Another scam!!! Because we're not here to waste time, but it was time to report it!!! SHAMEFUL!!!! DON'T GO!!!

Good lamb shawarma and open late

The staff is nice, but it's more of a tourist rip-off... Portions are way too small, and that's for the prices they charge. You pay €17 for a gyro plate, but you don't get full at all because it's way too small.

Rarely had such bad service and unfriendly people

So sorry, I'm full, but that's still not great. Next time I'd rather eat like my grandpa did in World War I, because salt and bread taste better. As a Bremen native, I only get €9.00 for crap in Hamburg.

The whole thing is a tourist rip-off. The doner kebab isn't a doner kebab. It's a smaller version of a sandwich. The taste is debatable, but it's not good for me. And it's overpriced, too.

No joke, that was the biggest embarrassment I've ever experienced. €9 for a kebab is a lot, so I expect at least a halfway decent kebab. To then get a roll/flatbread the size of a normal bakery roll, filled with meat that tastes of nothing but fat, is nothing but a massive rip-off. Before I eat at your place again, I'd rather get three cheeseburgers from Mecces. They're cheaper and even worlds better quality, which says it all. Terrible. First time in my life I've had to write a Google review, that was so bad!

Got a bowl of chicken doner but this is not chicken, it looks like rat meat or pigeon meat or seagull or something but definitely not chicken Straight into the trash

Had dinner with my husband, sister and brother-in-law yesterday. Everything went well, but when my husband went to pay he had to wait for the receipt from the machine. The employee just walked away and went to help other people (my husband had been waiting for a while). So my husband took the voucher from the PIN machine himself and came back to sit at the table. Then that employee came to my husband and spoke so rudely and accused my husband of breaking the ATM machine and making very annoying gestures with his hand. Very unfriendly the tone in which he spoke in the presence of other customers. If he thought my husband had done that, he could communicate it with us in a normal way and we would come to a solution. We will never come back here again. He didn't say hello either. Friendliness towards customers is hard to find.

Looking for dinner, we decided on Farao Restaurant. We ordered a doner kebab and a lamb dish in pita bread. At the hotel we first discovered that everything was packed separately and that we had to do the serving of the dish ourselves. It was very annoying because we paid almost €10 per dish and received mini bread. (See photo) You can't get enough of the crowd. It wasn't worth it and I wouldn't recommend it. The worst restaurant ever. No restrooms. The service is awful, they gave me a very hot plate without telling me I burnt my hand and she walked away. I tried to add cheese to a plate and she said no. The table was dirty and when I asked for cleaning she rubbed the table to make sure I wasn't lying and they only have bottles of water not tap water. She was in general very mean and did not show any empathy. I do not recommend eating here at all

Just disgusting. Hygiene is simply underground. Takes money and cleaning rags in his hand and prepares the food without cleaning his hands. No protective gloves, no salad tongs, nothing!!!

Really disgusting, the man who prepared the meal took the salad out of a storage bin. With his unwashed hands (he wasn't wearing gloves either) he stuffed the lettuce into my bread. The quality and preparation don't justify the price at all!!! I have never experienced such poor hygiene! In the end we didn't eat the food because we were so busy. Definitely not recommended!! Conclusion: expensive and disgusting

Kind small place can buy everything what is delicious and fresh and quality food. Prices are correct staff are friendly

It's just a simpler snack - of course. The service was very friendly, the atmosphere was... Food simple/okay. But the price-performance ratio was not good at all! The previous speakers here are absolutely right. Unfortunately no recommendation 😶

Het is een restaurant en er is geen toilet aanwezig. Ik raad het niemand aan, ik moet het betaalde toilet ernaast gebruiken.

Beste Lams shoarma van Den Haag! Heerlijk Met Surinaamse peper.

Dit is echt by-far de lekkerste kapsalon die ik ooit heb gegeten. Het begint al wanneer ze het bord op de tafel zetten. De presentatie van een kapsalon waar je u tegen zegt. De saus wordt apart van je kapsalon neergezet. Deze kan je zelf toevoegen en zorgt dus voor de perfecte hoeveelheid aan saus. Hierdoor blijven de al perfect net-aan krokante patatjes gedurende je hele maaltijd krokant. En dan als laatste het vlees. Dit is zo vers dat het sap van het vlees zorgt voor een heerlijk verwarmde sappige kapsalon. Dank voor uw aandacht en ga hier zeker eten.

I get the Kapsalon Doner. The cook always makes the fries extra crispy for me. I would recommend eating here as I do twice a week

Het eten was uitstekend. Vlees van de spareribs is sappig precies als hoe je het hebben wilt . Zeer goede service.

Kok die gebrokken Nederlands spreekt is zeer klantonvriendelijk, hij zegt bijvoorbeeld als je binnen komt. 'Ja wat' en keek zuur aan. Bij bestellen geen overleg wat voor saus of salade je wens. En bepaald zelft voor je. Ik voelde me niet welkom daar... de verkoper was wel vriendelijk en het eten wat ook zeker lekker en kwaliteit.

Besides the rude attitude of the owners and how they treat the customers, the food was edible and the price is exactly as it is in the menu. I would recommend if you have no other choise.

Goede shoarma en de hotsauce is echt.....hot. Thats how it should be but rarely is....

Ik kom hier regelmatig wat eten, en meestal is het dan wat rustig. Je hebt een uitzicht over de straat waar het altijd in en uitstroomt van mensen die naar en van het strand komen. Er gebeurt dan ook weleens wat als sensatie of iets ongewoons. Voor de rest een gezellige maar ook een simpele restaurant met grill gerechten, lekker eenvoudig. Personeel is er ook gezellig die in zijn voor een praatje als het rustig is. Ze hebben ook een toilet die alleen bestemd is voor klanten die er iets bestellen of wat eten. Dus het is geen openbare toilet. Er word vaak gevraagd door mensen van buiten die niet bestellen, of zij van de toilet gebruik mogen maken. Een simpele restaurant dat bij een mooie maar ook een drukke locatie ligt.

Ik ging per ongeluk naar dat restaurant en het was echt cool en de prijzen zijn goedkoop en ik ga twee keer per maand zo geweldig als ik dit restaurant de hele tijd run♥️

Dit restaurant biedt heerlijke en gevarieerde gerechten, en het mooiste zijn de hapjes, de prijzen zijn zeer geschikt en het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Ik was er gisteren en het was een prachtige dag.
