I just ordered something from Ritos, and it's not normal. My order was made completely wrong. They didn't even put sauce in my burrito, even though I ordered it separately. Normally, I've never had any problems; I've been ordering from them for years, but this time I'm really disappointed.

Ordered food through Uber Eats; it was absolutely delicious. I ordered a barbacoa quesadilla and the large build-your-own fusion. It had a huge amount of cheese and was truly delicious, perhaps a bit salty, but it was exactly what I wanted. The poke bowl vibe was DELICIOUS; it was also quite generous. I asked if I could get an extra wrap (for cravings), and it was included without complaint. All in all: 10/10

Avoid this place at all costs. I should’ve looked at the reviews before I ordered from them. They say estimated time is 20-40mins, but my order took almost 2 hours. Also the food was bad. Half of the order was wrong. Ordered a bowl with red rice etc — arrived with plain white rice. Ordered nachos with just guac as i can’t have dairy — all nachos were covered in guac AND CHEESE. i called them like 10 times — no one is picking up the phone. Awful. All the bad reviews are true

Takes an eternity to give you your food

Food wasn't bad but for so much money you get so little, people don't go here to eat, absolute rip-off

You have to order via a computer, which is a bit unclear. The order took quite a while, but something went wrong. It was a bit chaotic, but the food was good.

Man with bald head and tattoo under his eye was really mean to us as customers but also to his colleagues and really acted like it was his house and everyone there was acting absurd. While they were just doing their job perfectly. And we as guests had not yet finished our act, he angrily asked if we could clean up tobacco. He acted like that almost from the beginning that we entered the business. The food was not tasty, I had the burger, which was quite dry, actually wanted something vegetarian and really always have to eat falafel, in other words too few options for vegans and vegetarians. Let it be clear that his colleagues were nice people. But he does ruin it for everyone.

Polite, nice, sweet and good people who work there, do everything to give you the best experience. And the food is 10/10 highly recommended. 👌🏽

Outrageously bad food. Ordered avocado frenzy, there was a hair in it and the rice was very hard, as if it was a few days too old. Edamame beans were soft and juicy and tasted weird. The boy behind the counter was also not nice and irritated. Spend your money somewhere else! There are much better pokebowl places in the center of The Hague.

They advertise Social Deals, I've been coming here for two days, and the store has been closed for two days. Nothing indicated on Google regarding adjusted opening hours. Bad.

I found this place dirty, with low quality food, unpleasant staff, badly run environment for dine in (destroyed bench with a dirty blanket on it!). I didn’t eat and just left.

Recently ordered takeaway food here. 2 x poke bowl with salmon. I bought a large one but it was very small. The mango overripe and slimy. Furthermore, toppings are fine. It was because it was in the 1+1 promotion for home delivery, but otherwise I wouldn't order this again.

I cannot believe it… I never had a bad taste burrito in my life.. that was super shocked. I usually eat everything even the taste was so so since I don’t wanna waste foods. But I need to leave most of it cuz it’s too bad… The rice was still hard, the meat was too salty and the cheese is still cold.. Also their tables and chairs are not clean. What a nightmare. I truly recommend you not to go this place even you’re extremely starving.

Ordered a large Ninja Tuna poke bowl with extra avocado. Order is delivered, size is normal, not large (we have ordered here often) and the avocado is missing. We called and got a rude teenager on the phone who refused to meet us in any way. We were able to recover the extra costs of the avocado from UberEats (€2). Scandalous.

Takeaway poke bowl, just behind the teeth, was not good. Wet lumps of yellowish rice at the bottom. Muddy stuff. Easy money.

I used to order via Thuisbezorgd and the food quality was always superb. Now they stopped delivery, I biked there myself to get my favourite burrito, to be surprised that the rice inside is so stale & old that is unbreakable.. eventually had to open the burrito up, throw away the rice so I can still eat. I will still give it another try, by my last visit was extremely disappointing. I hope they start doing better again.

Received a good, warm, tasty burito, immediately placed a second order and the gentleman was friendly and very helpful!

Simply OUTRAGEOUS! It started with opening the container where they keep the rice. About five flies came out and they didn't look back. Just scooped up the rice as if nothing had happened. Didn't say anything as I had a long and hard day. Then he wanted to serve the ingredients, but couldn't find the "serving spoon". And presto, he grabbed it from the dirty sink and didn't even bother to at least rinse it, let alone wash it. And with that serving spoon he moved the ingredients from one container to another, from vegetables to meat and back again. I looked around and hoped that the hygiene inspectorate would come by. For sure they would get a fine. Behind the counter there are also flies from the garbage can, the joints are black, the walls are crumbling. Since it was paid online with a discount, and it was a long day, I didn't even want to argue. End of story, said "thank you" and when I got home I put the food in a wok and stir-fried it with oil over high heat for a few minutes. The bacteria from the serving spoon can breed in the containers with ingredients overnight and be served to customers again tomorrow. And don't even get started on what happens to the rice. NEVER AGAIN!!

I have always liked ritos food and specially the poke bowl but unfortunately not anymore, the quality of the ingredients changed and the quantity is much more less than before even the rice tastes different, i guess its the last time for me getting food from ritos

How bad... Previously ordered from this place and paid the top price for little. I wanted to give it a second chance tonight. How disappointed I am again. Paid €19 euros for a burrito with extra meat. The smallest burrito I've ever seen. Do not order or collect!

Don't order food here! You pay the top price, and they have made the portions smaller... Paid €17.00 for a large pokebowl that could just as easily have come from the children's menu, it's so small. Churros weren't even cooked. I would almost go back and ask for my money back, what a rubbish company.

Order was late. When I called, the phone was answered with: Yes, hello? I first had to ask if I was definitely talking to Ritos😂. This turned out to be the case, and my order turned out to be on its way. Fortunately this was the case. This arrived ten minutes after the delivery deadline. When I unpacked the order, it immediately became apparent that something was wrong. I ordered a homemade ice tea, but there was a bottle of Fuze ice tea in the bag..... In addition, my chicken burrito was just ice cold. And fortunately my barbacoa quesidilla was warm, but I threw it away after 1 bite. How dirty it was. The food here used to be a lot better. I will definitely never order here again. It used to be super fresh and well stocked, now you get seriously substandard food. I'm really disappointed!

In the beginning the food was great but now it has deteriorated considerably. The last few times I have ordered I have not received my entire order and/or the food has been packaged very carelessly or has been burned. There is also no service because after calling once they say call back soon. After this they never answer again. Basically you pay for an entire order but you only get half. So definitely don't do it!!!

This used to be the place to order, but it has become soooo expensive and the quality of the food has really deteriorated. That you spend almost 20 euros for 1 burrito? Absurd.

Nowadays €14 is normal for collection. But make sure the quality is good. I had cold rice and I found the taste sub-par. Unfortunately, from now on you can make your own.

Love the Mexican, Hawaii fusion. The Barbacao chicken is fantastic. It’s good value for money and a great an option for a quick bite for lunch.

Tacos are meant to be hot. When I asked about this I was told "they're meant to be that way" Tasteless and 6 euros for a taco smaller than my palm. Avoid !

Pokes used to be good. Ordered takeaway today and it had lost all of its quality. Ended up wishing I would have ordered from one of the other venues I usually order pokes/sushi from.

Received 2x pokebowl without sauce via UberEats today. Pokebowl so almost without taste. First and probably the last time ordered here.

I ordered a Pokebowl and the delivery was very fast, but my food had no sauce and my avocado was much hard.

Burritos bowls are supposed to be warm and poke bowls are supposed to be cold. Our burrito bowl was very cold, tasteless, and not fresh. Apparently there is green salsa in it but i dont taste anything. The beans are too boiled and tasteless. Very bad experience! I DONT RECOMMEND IT

Poor service, almost no meat in the burrito and you pay (12,50€) for it. You wait 20 minutes in the store when it’s 2 people in the line! If you like burritos take in mind that you get one with almost no meat and just rice!

Burrito was mediocre at best. The crunchy chicken burrito is far from crunchy. Especially when smothered in rice and sauce.

Wir hatten zwei Burritos und zwei Bowls. Alles hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt, die Portionen waren reichlich und die Zubereitung ging schnell.

Het concept sprak me al erg aan met een mix van mijn favorieten keukens. Voor het eerst besteld, halfuur eerder bezorgd dan verwacht en wat een kwaliteit en smaak! Tot nu toe geen andere burrito in Nederland gegeten die zó tipt aan echte Mexicaanse burrito’s. De Fusion Crunchy Tao was ook heerlijk en goed gevuld. Zeker waar voor de prijs. Echt heerlijk zou het iedereen aanraden!

Mijn verwachtingen waren al niet heel hoog, maar tis gewoon net jammer als het dan voornamelijk qua eten toch nog erger tegenvalt dan je gedacht had. De service was gewoon prima, niet echt iets op aan te merken. Verder moet je hier misschien van houden, maar de burritos die we hadden, het vlees was mega droog. Bij een lekkere burrito of taco verwacht je toch wel iets van juiciness en smaak. Dat was hier echt totaal niet. Daar komt bij (misschien waren ze het vergeten), maar ik heb niks geproefd van de saus die er bij zou moeten zitten. Van mij hoeft het helemaal niet te zwemmen in de saus, maar voor deze droge hap zonder smaak was t wel nodig. Verder vind ik normaal gesproken dit niet hele gekke prijzen voor afhalen, maar voor deze kwaliteit is het t gewoon echt niet waard. Voor mij is het geen aanrader en terugkomer helaas!

We hebben er een burito gegeten voor dat we naar het concert van Muse gingen op het Malieveld. Het was druk, vanwege het concert, overal in de stad. Wij dachten hier even snel iets te eten maar het bleek toch een behoorlijke tijd te duren voor we onze burito kregen. Gelukkig konden we wel zitten, en het personeel was vriendelijk. De burito smaakte prima.

We order here regularly and the food is always amazing - "Large" Poke Bowl means large at this restaurant ;) which is great. Good ratio rice to toppings.

The burrito bowls are very tasty and big. The service was excellente, thank you to the shop worker from cologne who was very friendly and did his best and answerrd all the questions so we got our perfec burrito bowls.

Amazing food and service! Everything tasted fresh and was high quality. Especially one server caught my eye. If i remember correctly, his name was Alex and was a delight to order from. Big smile and positive vibes. Will definitely come back :))

Замовілі бурыта (тый што ролл) з братам і прасілі дадаць авакада як экстра. Па выніку ў бурыта не было ні батата, ні авакада. Дзякуй, што не з мясам яно было. Хаця вось чувак за стойкай выглядаў міла і ветліва. Але пра напоі таксама забыўся прынесці а калі прыне то апынулася што забыў бутэлькі адчыніць. Карацей, не тое каб мы раілі гэта мейсца.

Niet om binnen te eten maar om mee te nemen. Heerlijk eten. En niet al te duur

Leckerer Avocado-Burrito (Käse habe ich sogar gratis dazu bekommen) und tolle Tortilla Chips. Nur die Guacamole schmeckt nach kaum etwas. Mit Limettensaft, den ich auf Anfrage dazu bekam, schmeckt sie schon deutlich besser. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Problems with Thuisbezorgd and delivery. Took well over two hours to get our food. On top that the chicken was undercooked, a dangerous practice… For fastfood the flavor is not half bad and portions are large. Maybe you are willing to risk it, I’m sure they do good work more often than not. Our adventure with this restaurant ends here though.

Staff is really friendly and location is superb. Unfortunately the burrito looks good but doesn’t take really nice. Taste is really subjective but for me it’s missing a kick and flavours. I guess that you can be good preparing poke or tax-mex but difficult to master both arts. Anyway, it fills the gap if you are hungry but don’t expect too much.

Goeie burritos gekregen – goed gevuld. Ook lekker veel nacho chips en saus. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding zit helemaal goed. Aanrader.

Lekkere pokebowl, fried chicken is zeker aan te raden. Je kan ook kimchi kiezen als fillings wat niet overal een optie is.

We were wondering in the city looking for something new to try, when Ritos Den Haag caught our eye. We entered and thought, “Mexican and poke? Is this a good match?” and to our surprise it was a great catch! We took a Poke bowl and a Burrito, it was neat-o. The place itself was nice, and for a fair price. All in all, we had a ball. Four stars.

Poor way of communication towards guests, wrong order and staff covering up her mistake. 19:30 Saturday night, April 19 2022. My friend and I ordered one karaage chicken pokebowl with extra samurai chicken to eat-in. The lady staff confirmed it is a possibility to do so. When we asked her what kind of sauces do they have, that lady pointed her finger down on their menu without saying a word. Such behaviour made us feel very unwelcoming and showing her unwillingness to work on that shift. However, it got even worse when the food arrived on our table. Our pokebowl topped with karaage chicken only, and the samurai chicken was nowhere to be found. We then approached the lady girl to double check whether she forgot to add our second topping or is there a misunderstanding. Surprisingly, she indicated the karaage on our pokebowl “samurai chicken”, and she gave us four more pieces as we ordered extra. I was so angry not only because she made it wrong but also being extremely disappointed with her explanation. There’s no way you could mistakenly call karaage “samurai chicken” since they are literally not the same. The food was okay, not so special. The other gentlemen working on that shift was really friendly and welcoming. He deserved a five-star review but this lady took them all. I do hope the store could have the better training plan for their employees. A simple apology could solve this case easily instead of trying to cover it up.
