What a terrible place. What a terrible place and atmosphere. People give us strange looks. The lady who made our burgers apparently can't even make a hamburger. The burger fell apart, it was so greasy. Absolutely inedible. After one bite, I threw it in the trash. Never again. They should consider hiring better staff. Currently, there are staff who can't even fry an egg. If you want fast food, you're better off at McDonald's. They take even longer to prepare your food than this place. It's because you have to give it one star, but it's not really worth it.

Apparently, it's difficult to get an order right. We placed an order with comments, but apparently, it's possible that it's correct on our end and not on the other end. It's a bit vague and very easy to blame the customer. Despite this, there was no compassion from the restaurant. Clearly a missed opportunity. I've never had any complaints about the food before.

Upon entering, you have to order and pay at the cash register yourself, but that's not a major problem; the atmosphere is just not great. And the food is what you'd expect from a fast-food restaurant. But it's fine if you just want a quick bite!

We ordered at 5:45 PM to eat with our guests. We ordered (and paid for) fries and hamburgers for €60. It's now 7:30 PM and the delivery driver is NOW arriving. We've been trying to contact the restaurant by phone, but no one is answering. We've tried calling at least 15 times from different phones... Our guests have since gone home, and now we're left with a mountain of fries and hamburgers... Unbelievable... According to Thuisbezorgd, delivery would be within 20 minutes :-S This was a one-time thing, and never again.

Your website froze... we were not allowed to order by phone. We gave up ordering via the website and ordered other food somewhere, because after 10 minutes of messing around on the website and refreshing we were fed up. However, the order still came through an hour and 45 minutes after we had already eaten and ordered somewhere else. You also said that you had threaded the order in 5 times and we had not confirmed it. We had to pay for this order from you, while your website is not working properly. That is really not nice, make sure; either that your site is working properly or call after you receive an order 5 times, because something could be wrong. Forcing people to pay for your mistakes is really not okay!

I placed my order at Burger Inn through Thuisbezorgd. I placed my order at 5:50 PM, and it's now 8:37 PM, and we received our order 10 minutes ago. I tried calling the restaurant many times, but it was really difficult to get through on the phone because no one answered. Finally, at 7:31 PM, a nice gentleman answered the phone and told us that our order was NOW BEING MADE! He very kindly apologized and offered to add extra food to our order. We received fries sauce, red Fernandes, and a free chicken burger. Thanks for that. However, I'm not completely satisfied because of my deluxe burger. I've been madly in love with this burger until now. I opened the package and smelled of burnt meat. That was the bacon and the burger, which were simply black. I really think it's a shame, since we were quite hungry after the almost 3-hour wait. The food wasn't particularly hot either, which meant the fries were inedible. Really, really disappointed.

Food only arrived after 1.5 hours, food was cold and 1 of the 2 menus was incorrect. Got something completely different than what we ordered. I was supposed to receive a message about a solution and I still haven't received that message.

Today we tried the Mexican burgers, cozy on the terrace. They were delicious, the guacamole sauce and the nachos really gave a surprising taste. My daughter ordered a double cheeseburger in the evening and she said it was also very tasty. The brioche bread is also very special. If this quality is maintained, they can still expect many customers.

Ordered 4x Smokey BBQ burger menu.. comes with standard fries, enough salt too... a lot of salt even, I'm glad you can choose a drink of your choice... than the burger, they better call it a sandwich with sauce, thin piece of meat and large chunks of lettuce on top tossed, topped with sauce for 3 people on 1 sandwich... always room for improvement... Delivery was super fast (there's no other option...) friendly delivery person...

Just moved to Papendrecht and no mac or kfc here. Ordered at Burger Inn and was pleasantly surprised by the price, quality and size of the portions. KFC version 2.0 is delicious for me.

It was tasty, but could use a little more toppings (bacon, sauce & vegetables) and the food was cold, but that could be because the delivery lady couldn't find it. The delivery lady was also very friendly! 4 stars instead of 5, because despite this we still had a good meal! The fries were tasty and the portions were ample. Personally, I also really liked the BBQ sauce! Edit: ordered again today, everything was hot, the delivery person was on time and it was all delicious! However, it could use a little more sauce. Wow just ordered. Just moved to Papcity. AMAZING TENT fresh burger. He was richly invested. He was what a citizen should be. Noticed it was made with respect. You have tents that put it together and deliver it. Not this one. Great! And that's neat for 9.50. And the fries were super tasty, crispy and warm upon arrival. A new burger restaurant in Papendrecht? I definitely had to try that with the family. The interior of the restaurant gives me some American Burger vibes, and the red sofas fit the style. There was no menu at the door, so you have to go inside to look at the menu, which is a downside as I initially had no idea what I could order and what exactly the prices were. Furthermore, you feel a bit under pressure when you stand in front of the cash register and have no idea what you are going to do There are not that many burger options in Papendrecht, so my only comparison material is the McDonald in Alblasserdam and the Kwalitaria. The individual burgers can be compared to the Kwalitaria in terms of price and are between 6-7 euros, if you order a menu you will spend approximately 10-11 euros for this you will receive sauce, a can of drink of your choice and the choice between twisters, wedges or fries . Something had accidentally gone wrong with the order and a McChicken burger was delivered instead of a Mexican burger. Fortunately it was resolved quickly, we had been given the option to simply get a new one at no extra cost, but my mother had not ordered yet so she bought it and the Mexican burger was delivered afterwards. I had the Angus burger myself and as far as I was concerned it tasted fine, only the McChicken Burger and the Mexican burger certainly stood out to me in terms of taste. The wedges and twister fries were a nice change instead of the standard fries. One downside was that the table where we were sitting had a few drops of it on it, probably just hand sanitizer, but of course you don't know who was sitting there. The service was friendly, but as my mother said, it is probably better to repeat the order to avoid miscommunication. In terms of distance and quality, I personally think the Burger Inn is a better deal than going to McDonald in Alblasserdam. I personally find the fries at Kwalitaria very dry and I personally think 10 euros is a reasonable price for a snack and a drink. In any case, it's nice that there are some further alternatives in Papendrecht. Be sure to come by again for the Mexican burger or the McChicken!
