After waiting for half hour and reminding the rude girl behind the cash about my 1.50 chicken burger.. i asked my money back , she refused that .. very unfriendly personaal ..

Compliments on the great progress of this branch! The food was fresh and tasty, and a special compliment for the hygiene; the soda machine smelled and looked super clean! Also a big compliment to the current manager.

It's been a long time, but it was incredibly delicious again.

After ordering at the terminal, the food arrived very quickly, within 5 minutes, and was freshly prepared. The food was hot and delicious, and the quality was good. The Burger King restaurant and the restrooms were clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was very satisfied with my visit to the Burger King restaurant.

Haha, how strange! So yesterday I had a burger from Burger King and I really thought it was much tastier than the one from McDonald's. And guess what? There's suddenly an article about it in the ED today. So give it a try if you see a Burger King. I had it delivered. The fries were tasty too.

We had a very bad food poisoning after the veg burger. We had a week of feaver after a day long vomiting.

The staff speaks exclusively English, but even in English, communication seems to be difficult. First there was supposedly a system malfunction, and then the cash registers weren't working either. Very unclear and frustrating.

I just don't understand why they don't use gloves to prepare the food, and the place never, ever, ever looks completely clean!

I visited here during lunchtime. It wasn't very busy and I received my order quickly. This location has plenty of seating, including upstairs. During my visit, the restrooms were clean. However, there was no hand soap available to wash my hands. The food was hot and of decent quality. I wanted to use a coupon from the Burger King app, but these were not accepted at the self-service kiosk here.

No more fast food, we classify this as slow food

We got the wrong order and tried to call, the calls went unanswered for more than an hour. When we could finally got in touch with them they were incredibly rude, did not answer our questions and just hung up on us. In the end we did not get the right order

I’m from the USA and currently on vacation in the Netherlands. After a long day exploring Eindhoven I was really craving a proper American burger. Burger King totally delivered! The Whopper was flame-grilled, juicy, and tasted just like back home. The fries were hot and crispy, and the onion rings were excellent too. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast and friendly (even when I was ordering in English), and the portions were satisfying. It felt like a little slice of home while I’m traveling abroad.

The staff avoids contact by the counter top, the front is understaffed

As you know inflation is everywhere and Burger cost 1.5 as it was 2 years ago. The ingredients now are defently cheaper, service is fast but food quality is going down

It wasn't busy in the restaurant, but everything still took quite a long time. Only one person was preparing the orders, and there was no one present to take them. Ordering had to be done via the screens, so essentially ordering online yourself.

Large fry size must be an unfunny joke. Employees are very very slow, it is called fast food for a reason. They have cheap burger options but wouldn't recommend the experience because you will probably eat it cold.

Disappointed with staff behavior and its all caused by flaw in there SOP. 1. Order was placed and it started to appear on screen. 2. Few minutes later it moved to next screen showing order in preparation. 3. All of sudden it disappeared from both the screens and order was not delivered and staff didnt say the number either. 4 when i went to staff asking about my order , i got a extremely rude attitude by young lady among the staff and I Was taken aback /shocked at her response. Untill order is in preparation then why is burger king removing th order from screen displaying the no. Order was give. Atleast 3 to 5 minutes later and it just adds to un wanted confusion and on top of that dealing with rude staff. They should not vent out there personal matter/frustration on customer and dont use customer as punching bag.

The place was filthy; the tables and floor were all dirty. Many employees were doing nothing; only the blonde girl with glasses and another guy seemed to be in charge. The upstairs atmosphere was awful, and the bathrooms were dirty and neglected. It's a shame, so well located and new, to be in such a state.

I dined at your restaurant yesterday and am very disappointed. The hamburger and fries were not hot (certainly not 65°C as they should be) and the soft drink tasted watery. I pointed this out on the spot, but the staff did not take my complaint seriously and there was no possibility to communicate in Dutch. Additionally, I noticed that the soft drink vending machine was not clean. It appears that it is not cleaned regularly, even though hygiene regulations require it to be.

The fries were dry and barely had any flavor. There was considerably little salt on them. It took a very long time for our food to arrive. People who ordered later got their food sooner! Hence 1 star. I also didn't get any sauce with it (even though I had ordered it). FLIPPING FIVE GUYS IS EVEN BETTER!

The food and service were good, but lately, we've been seeing more and more strange people staring at your food. Yesterday happened again. While you were enjoying your meal, someone started coughing, sputtering, and babbling about your food, claiming to be so hungry. The staff either didn't notice or didn't want to do anything about it.

The service was very poor. I visited around 4:00 PM, and the employees who were working at that time were not polite in their behavior. I did not feel welcomed or respected during my visit. I hope the management reviews this matter and improves the level of customer service in the future. 23 feb

They don't have any Burger King crowns, it's a real scam. I've been looking forward to a Burger King crown all day. And Fatima didn't respond at the counter.

Unfortunately, this branch is a bad Burger King. Totally lacking atmosphere, very uninterested staff, and usually not very clean. The fries are usually cold and dry. Also, too few seats. Every time I forget why I didn't like it here and give it another try, it disappoints again.... Shame, definitely not recommended. Update: Years later, nothing has changed and it is still a very bad Burger King. Definitely not recommended! And another update 2026: Still worthless. Really not worth the money. Cold fries and far too few, filthy dirty tables, no atmosphere, and hamburgers that look like they came straight out of "Falling Down." Truly worthless and overpriced!

The girl who was supposed to hand me my burger was so slow. She was busy making a milkshake, which took at least four minutes. Then she started talking to the delivery guy. Then a colleague came to her with a paper. My burger was already ready, but she left and talked. She went back with the paperwork. Three minutes later she came back. The burger was cold. You should train your staff better.

What a grumpy service! I wanted to take it away, but she didn't ask. She got angry at me when I asked, after waiting a good 15 minutes, if they'd wrap it. You're the one taking the order, so you have to ask. And then I got a medium fries with a mini bag that was half empty. In short, don't go there.

As a manager, I would check your staff's phone usage. When I'm placing my order, I'm helped by someone who's on their phone at the same time. Disgusting place.

I ordered my food here, only to have half arrive and the other half cold, so I called Burger King. FINALLY!!! After 54 calls, someone answered. I explained my story and they just hung up. I'm VERY DISSATISFIED with how things are going there. I hope they can close it down soon.

I ordered food from Burger King today and was really disappointed with the service. The sauce was given to me in a cut-off disposable cup, as shown in the photo. It looks unhygienic, sloppy, and completely unacceptable for a brand like this. On top of that, the place is always dirty, orders take a very long time to prepare, and the staff smelled strongly of cigarettes. This is not the level of service or cleanliness I expect from Burger King. I really hope the management takes this seriously and improves the overall quality, because the current situation is unacceptable.

During Glow 2025 in Eindhoven, we wanted to try Burger King for the first time. We ordered at the kiosk and indicated we were eating inside. It was 8:30 PM on November 13, 2025. We didn't get a tray, but paper bags. The first floor was already closed. Of course, the few seats on the ground floor were full. Because they didn't want us to eat upstairs because they had already cleaned, we had to eat outside in the rain. It's a disgrace. We've tried it, we've seen it, and we won't be going back.

It's a shame you have to give only one star. I'd say stay away. If you eat in, the packaging is just as good. You don't get a platter, and the tables aren't cleaned without asking. The fries we received were cold. I asked for different ones, and had to wait 5 minutes, which wasn't a problem in itself, only to be served cold fries again... This establishment should be inspected urgently by the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FAVV).

There was a pleasant atmosphere in the city... I was hungry and wanted a quick bite. Fast service, delicious burger (honestly, better than McDonald's), and the icing on the cake was the restaurant manager... I was in stitches. Keep up the good work!

Ordered for dine-in, got takeaway. I customised the whopper to get it without meat patty, they put the patty in it. Kiosk is not working, litter is everywhere.

The restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms. Service at the counter was quick and friendly, and the food was a good temperature and delicious. Despite the crowds, we had no complaints. We had questions about allergies and were well-received by the restaurant manager.

This disrespectful employee tried to convince me that I threw my own AirPods case in the trash bin. Really a very disrespectful team here. I advise you not to come and eat here. They don't even show proper respect, let alone good food.

I had a terrible afternoon here. The food was slow to arrive, the sauce was missing, and the waiter was indifferent. The restaurant was awful, with leftovers left on the table. I was even harassed by a disgusting drunk, but I couldn't ask the waiter for help because they were nowhere to be seen, unless I called the police. I won't be going back to this restaurant again. Disgusted and disappointed. I was waiting for my food almost 20 minutes against on empty restaurant. There was maybe 3/4 other customers. I received dirty cover for my drink. Food was warm and good, but personal was looks like they didn’t want to work here.🥲

After a night of football, we quickly grabbed a quick, easy bite to eat. What struck us was how quiet it was, despite the hustle and bustle of the city... But now we understand why. It was downright filthy. The restroom was filthy, no toilet paper. The place was abysmal. The staff was disinterested. Sure, it's just junk food, but honestly... could it be a bit nicer/cleaner?

1. Fries with cheese and bacon, the bacon isn't cooked and everything is cold. 2. Sprite tastes as bad as it should have been a hundred years ago. 3. Long chicken with cheese and bacon, but without bacon. I complained and got a new one with everything but cold. The good thing was that the one without bacon, which was warm, was a gift 🎁. The woman was nice too, but I'll never go here again.

Very dissatisfied with the service provided via Uber Eats by this restaurant. On August 8th, I placed an order worth €73, and when I received it, several items were missing. The delivery driver told me to call the restaurant, but despite making several calls, I never got an answer. I then contacted Uber Eats support and only received a reply today, August 18th, after sending a message to Uber’s page on X. My issue has not been resolved, and I ended up paying a high price for an order that was incomplete.

But they actively ignore people queuing to pay cash, and it seems to be driven by the manager who would call people away from till even though we had a queue of people. Not able to give correct change. And then, while waiting, ended up seeing the fallout of wrong delivery order given to a takeaway driver

Do not know what kind of training they receive....Then when trying to resolve the said matter starts speaking in arabic??? Avoid if you want good service, EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES. ZERO.
