I ordered my food here, only to have half arrive and the other half cold, so I called Burger King. FINALLY!!! After 54 calls, someone answered. I explained my story and they just hung up. I'm VERY DISSATISFIED with how things are going there. I hope they can close it down soon.

Extremely rude staff, especially that older man who's the manager, I think. They're moving chairs around while guests are eating. Also, quite unhygienic staff.

I ordered food from Burger King today and was really disappointed with the service. The sauce was given to me in a cut-off disposable cup, as shown in the photo. It looks unhygienic, sloppy, and completely unacceptable for a brand like this. On top of that, the place is always dirty, orders take a very long time to prepare, and the staff smelled strongly of cigarettes. This is not the level of service or cleanliness I expect from Burger King. I really hope the management takes this seriously and improves the overall quality, because the current situation is unacceptable.

During Glow 2025 in Eindhoven, we wanted to try Burger King for the first time. We ordered at the kiosk and indicated we were eating inside. It was 8:30 PM on November 13, 2025. We didn't get a tray, but paper bags. The first floor was already closed. Of course, the few seats on the ground floor were full. Because they didn't want us to eat upstairs because they had already cleaned, we had to eat outside in the rain. It's a disgrace. We've tried it, we've seen it, and we won't be going back.

Cold burgers, soggy fries (not really warm either)

It's a shame you have to give only one star. I'd say stay away. If you eat in, the packaging is just as good. You don't get a platter, and the tables aren't cleaned without asking. The fries we received were cold. I asked for different ones, and had to wait 5 minutes, which wasn't a problem in itself, only to be served cold fries again... This establishment should be inspected urgently by the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FAVV).

Sad! Not worthy of Burger King. Eating out of bags while we were eating here ourselves, the food was cold, and the tables were filthy. And then we had to pay an extra €0.10 on top of the menu for our drink cup?? The screens for takeout orders were blocked off so that their headquarters wouldn't see that they were far too slow.

This location is literally falling apart, the food takes a long time, is incomplete, and more expensive than elsewhere. The staff speaks little to no Dutch, and that's not because they're international students. I found it a horrible experience and will not be returning anytime soon.

Ordered for dine-in, got takeaway. I customised the whopper to get it without meat patty, they put the patty in it. Kiosk is not working, litter is everywhere.

The restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms. Service at the counter was quick and friendly, and the food was a good temperature and delicious. Despite the crowds, we had no complaints. We had questions about allergies and were well-received by the restaurant manager.

There was a pleasant atmosphere in the city... I was hungry and wanted a quick bite. Fast service, delicious burger (honestly, better than McDonald's), and the icing on the cake was the restaurant manager... I was in stitches. Keep up the good work!

This disrespectful employee tried to convince me that I threw my own AirPods case in the trash bin. Really a very disrespectful team here. I advise you not to come and eat here. They don't even show proper respect, let alone good food.

I had a terrible afternoon here. The food was slow to arrive, the sauce was missing, and the waiter was indifferent. The restaurant was awful, with leftovers left on the table. I was even harassed by a disgusting drunk, but I couldn't ask the waiter for help because they were nowhere to be seen, unless I called the police. I won't be going back to this restaurant again. It's terrible in every way!

All the chairs are gone, so there's hardly any seating. It's also a mess; they should tidy up and clean more often!

Disgusted and disappointed. I was waiting for my food almost 20 minutes against on empty restaurant. There was maybe 3/4 other customers. I received dirty cover for my drink. Food was warm and good, but personal was looks like they didn’t want to work here.🥲

After a night of football, we quickly grabbed a quick, easy bite to eat. What struck us was how quiet it was, despite the hustle and bustle of the city... But now we understand why. It was downright filthy. The restroom was filthy, no toilet paper. The place was abysmal. The staff was disinterested. Sure, it's just junk food, but honestly... could it be a bit nicer/cleaner?

1. Fries with cheese and bacon, the bacon isn't cooked and everything is cold. 2. Sprite tastes as bad as it should have been a hundred years ago. 3. Long chicken with cheese and bacon, but without bacon. I complained and got a new one with everything but cold. The good thing was that the one without bacon, which was warm, was a gift 🎁. The woman was nice too, but I'll never go here again.

Very dissatisfied with the service provided via Uber Eats by this restaurant. On August 8th, I placed an order worth €73, and when I received it, several items were missing. The delivery driver told me to call the restaurant, but despite making several calls, I never got an answer. I then contacted Uber Eats support and only received a reply today, August 18th, after sending a message to Uber’s page on X. My issue has not been resolved, and I ended up paying a high price for an order that was incomplete.

But they actively ignore people queuing to pay cash, and it seems to be driven by the manager who would call people away from till even though we had a queue of people. Not able to give correct change. And then, while waiting, ended up seeing the fallout of wrong delivery order given to a takeaway driver

Burger King was terrible, no lid for the drink. No one speaks Dutch, no manners, and poor service. I'm not used to Burger King. Lettuce was something like that, whole instead of green, onions were almost spoiled. The only good thing was a drink and then quickly went home to use the toilet.

Seriously, €21.48 for one small BigKing, and one whopper with cheese?!?! Really not normal anymore! That would be almost 50 guilders... for two burgers. While if I would buy the ingredients myself, I would spend 1/10. Really sick. You pay €5.10 delivery and service costs, and your food still arrives late, cold and incomplete. I don't understand why you dare to ask that when you only have 3 stars on thuiszorgd. And that with all fake five star reviews. People who give five star reviews five times in 1 day, is UNBELIEVABLE! And that immediately destroys all trust. I also understand that the food usually arrives cold, if the delivery person first goes to another address. It's a 10-minute detour, which means that my food ends up sitting in such a worthless bag for more than half an hour that doesn't keep the food warm at all. So my food was cold! But worse, my whopper bun smelled and tasted like moldy bread. My Big King burgers were so ridiculously thin...it looked like they cut 1 burger in half to make 2 burgers. If you have such a low rating on Thuisbezorgd, at least make sure your orders are mold-free, arrive on time, are complete, and arrive warm to the customer! This just doesn't make sense. All in all...worthless!

Their hamburgers are worse than the products of another store, the competitor, I think you should choose the competitor just one street behind, not this one. The only advantage of this place is the free toilet on the upper floor.

Just ate a hamburger there and after 15 to 20 minutes I felt really sick and had a stomach ache. Had to go home, because everyone came out with severe diarrhea.... I will never go there again!!

Where on Earth, you will ask for a typical Coke (shown as the typical original black Coke drink) and get something totally different like an "original flavor Coke" that looks like soda water and has a funny taste? Friendly personnel. Some patrons were sleeping in the top froor benchs. This is a crashed and burnt place! Avoid.

1.ordered a double waper but after received at home, found that there was in a single patty. 2. Far frome the 2min distance, all bread and patty already cold. 3. Even bugger is out, the front employee is playing around no working. 4. Overall suck , ruin the burger King brand. Never want to visit anymore.

Extraordinarily clean and a staff as well as very delicious food and a beauty of hostess and I highly recommend the managers are very sociable and helpful. always a positive energy. deserved 10 stars.

Haven't eaten at Burger King in a long time. I was persuaded by the king menu 5.95. Paid extra money for twister fries, but got regular fries. The double cheeseburger was also disappointingly small with dry patties. The chicken nuggets were tasty

March 14 2025. The crunchy chicken deluxe is much smaller now for the same price. You can take 5 bites from the burger and only eat the bread.The chicken used to stick out of the bread. Now you're eating mostly bread. February 15 Polish girl with black hair slams food on the counter. Very disrespectful. Nobody is forcing you to work there. 12th March. Food was cold after a few minutes after putting it in my backpack. Both burgers tasted like bread and nothing else. The order took a long time, especially because one item was wrong and the whole order including scanning the coupons had to be redone. I was there for 12 - 15 min for just waiting on food and there was no line. 2nd November. Rude Somalian girl who asks for qr codes by the door. Food was okay, but manager who servered me doesn't know dutch. She says 60 and 3 instead of the Dutch way of saying 3 and 60. Also, she doesn't say anything when she gives the food. People who serve food should say: Enjoy your meal or here you go. Not be silent like this useless bat.

Cash possible instead of pin only, such as a hamburger joint further away, white letters (five gentlemen in English) Oh yes, and a normal hamburger is also very affordable: € 1.45! Very bad. The Syrian lady who does not speak Dutch is not customer friendly at all. In Syria you may be able to snub customers, but in the Netherlands things are slightly different. Hitting the counter because someone asks you something is very rude. As long as this lady works here, I won't come again.

Unfortunately, this branch is a bad burger king. Totally without atmosphere, very disinterested staff and usually it is not very clean. The fries are usually cold and dry. Also not enough seats. Every time I forget why I didn't like it here and try again, it's disappointing again.... Too bad, certainly not recommended. Update: Years later, nothing has changed and it is still a very bad burger king. Definitely not recommended!

The food was cold and chewy. It took 20 minutes for us to get our food. We had to ask for this ourselves and then we got our food. The staff was also too busy with themselves and not with their work.

When we were on the train back home, all 3 of us got a lot of stomach pain. Something almost went wrong on the train for one of us. Now all 3 of us are lying on the couch and we can hardly get up. Always a mess in here and why don't you have other drinks like any other citizen. The chocolate milkshake was actually vanilla with a hint of chocolate. You really had to look for that touch. It's outrageous that you can get away with this for the money I pay for it! Ice machine has been broken for months!!!

The burger is good depending on the staff that day can vary much. One day I had the best burger the next day I had a worse one. You can see they're understaffed, and the employers underpaid.

Shrinkflation is being implemented excellently here... very small portions, cold fries, virtually no sauce to be found on the burgers and the burgers looked as if someone had walked over them 🫣 Had to wait more than 20 minutes for the food, forgetting the drinks and fries too were.
