Paying to use the toilet is ridiculous.

You pay for a whole cola, you get half a cola, the rest is ice.

Can't use the bathroom as paying customer, never seen this anywhere else, wow...

The floor and tables are sometimes dirty, though. The food is always good and hot.

Ridiculously high prices for mostly hot air. The chicken nuggets look like pureed meat. They aren't like they used to be. Almost all the tables and chairs are dirty. And to top it all off, paying €0.70 to use the toilet while you just paid a hefty sum for a simple hamburger. Not recommended.

Charging €0.70 for the toilet, where the entire floor and a toilet door turned out to be vomited on, and there was also no one keeping it clean there, disgusting. No wonder someone misses the toilet with those paid turnstiles. No discount slip either, even though there was an opening for one on the machine. Well, enjoy your meal...

Choose local businesses that treat everyone humanely. Even as a customer, you will have to pay for the toilet. These lazy company did not bother to at least make a pass system for customers, they say "these are two different things, a toilet and a restaurant", which is a lie, because the law obliges any restaurant that accommodates people to have a toilet. Of course, this is legal, but it shows the attitude of this company to people and customers, worse than to animals. You have the choice of either paying or not using the toilet, so you either make please for another person faster or have to pay if you want to sit and relax. Today it is 70 cents, tomorrow it will be 1 euro, and in a week 1.5, they create those dark times where you will be on a "urine leash", you have to pay not to pee on the street.

If I wanted the correct order I had to wait another 20 minutes. This was the only item I ordered and they screwed it up. Avoid this mcdonald's. There's another terrible one 5 minute walk from this one. 17-05-21 When you pick up your order, they say "Take the receipt with you!" instead of "Enjoy your order!" They did this a full year ago and today they still make the same mistake. Imagine someone ordering food and says: Make sure you get my order right! This is on the same level of rudeness as they were to me and every other customer who show their receipt.

This McDonald's in the center of Eindhoven was one of the few places we found open late, so it ended up being a very practical option. The restaurant is large and has a comfortable space, although overall it's a typical McDonald's, with nothing particularly different from other establishments in the chain. Despite being quite crowded, the service was very fast and we didn't have to wait long for our order, which was a positive surprise considering the number of people. The atmosphere was quite noisy, but we also went on the day the Netherlands national team was playing in the World Cup, so it's understandable that it was busier and more lively than usual. Overall, it was a good experience and a useful option for those looking to grab a quick bite in the center of Eindhoven late into the night.

Ordered 2 menus (€30) and then—even though you are a paying customer—they charge €0.70 for using the toilet (whereas elsewhere this is free for customers). A 1 for service.

The food at McDonald's is so tasteless; it had been years since I'd been there, but it's going to be years again. And that goes for all branches. I don't understand that success and never will. A lot of money for worthless junk.

Can't use the bathroom for free AS A PAYING CUSTOMER. I understand you ask a payment so random people don't come just to use the toilet, but customers should absolutely be allowed to use it for no further fee. Besides that the quality and quantity of food is worse than at other McDonald's I've been to. Mcflurry barely filled to halfway of the cup.

Eating is manageable, but you know what you're getting into.

This review is based on comparable McDonald's restaurants. It shouldn't be compared to a quality restaurant, but rather to what they should do as a fast-food restaurant. What struck me was the enormous crowds during Carnival, yet the fries and burgers were still hot and served at a speed I've never experienced at other McDonald's.

You guys are working so hard during the crazy carnival rush. Good job!

The cleaning of the eating area could be better. Rest is standard quality you'd expect.

Security just kicks you out if you whistle at a receipt. I understand you're jealous of this talent, but that doesn't mean you should throw such a talented woman out of the Mac. I hope this man gets a job soon. It'll definitely do him good.

Ordered €110. Only half of it was delivered. Everything was cold, drinks spilled. If you call, you can get your money back through Thuisbezorgd. It's a shame you're being ripped off when you messed up the order yourself... so, one star.

The PACKAGING of the drinks is a completelly SHAME !!!!! 2025 and you are using lids that dont cover anything and plastic cups that every movement they go down and you consequently drop the drinks ! A shame !

Is the boss's boot really that important? I was called, but my order wasn't there. Then I got my order, but no straw, no napkins, not even the sauce I paid for. The burger didn't have any lettuce on it, not a little or too little, just none. Instead of a quarter pounder, it was an oversized standard Euro bar (which is already too expensive). And you pay €6 or so for that. So much for it. As an employee, you're closer to the customer than your boss, you know. He'll have plenty left over, don't worry.

A busy place, the service wasn't particularly fast (but understandably so), and unfortunately, it was sometimes difficult to find a seat. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my visit.

It must be me, but where do I get the F in cash? Yes, there's a debit card machine, but the two toilet witches can't change 10 euros. I'm already paying 30 euros for cold stuff, so the toilet should be free. Dear Mr. McDonald's, next time I'll look for a planter or an empty cup by the trash can.

Awful security outside, was told it was closed 30 minutes before what was scheduled!! I saw 30+ people get turned away, what a joke!

It's clear that everything here is like in all other MCs. Fast, clear. Prices are reasonable. Space, lots of seats. The food itself is simple, maybe I missed some news. Maybe I was a bit surprised by the paid WC, even for MC customers.

Why have they NEVER had a different kind of burger here??? In Germany, they've had seven different kinds of burgers in the past two years, which are simply never available in the Netherlands (at least in Eindhoven). For years, nothing but the standard: Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, Big Tasty, cheeseburger/hamburger. And junk with tasteless chicken. PLEASE GET SOMETHING NEW!!! Just like every other McDonald's in the world does. I can't think of a single reason why they don't do this here. Other than laziness and simply not wanting to. And greed because they have to order different ingredients, not understanding that this will only increase sales. In my opinion, incompetent management.

Beef has become 80% more expensive because there are fewer cows. So the hamburgers are as small as a cookie. I used to be able to eat two hamburgers, and now I can eat 10.

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to. There are flies everywhere in the restaurant, and almost all the tables are covered with sauce and no one wipes them. Especially the toilet, it is so smelly that you can't breathe.

Let's be honest, McDonald's doesn't exactly represent a high-quality meal. The price is quite high, and I'd sooner find an old-fashioned thumbprint in the hamburger bun than any kind of love for the delivered order.

No veggie nuggets?!?! So I ordered a veggie wrap, which has tomatoes in the picture, but I couldn't find a single one in the wrap. Those yellow shirts are really ugly, but that's not the staff's fault. I got my order very quickly, despite it being busy. The gray interior is sadly lit by dim lights, and the entertainment consists of ill-mannered children. I only go here when friends want a Big Mac anyway. And that sour lemon drink is disgusting, yuck.

The atmosphere is the same as all McDonald's. Service is available through the panel and in English. The food options are different from those in other countries. I ordered a McKroket, which was excellent. It's a beef croquette burger with mustard mayonnaise. Small but delicious. They accept the Wise credit card.

I Always go to this place around 10 pm, on my evening walk to enjoy their ijs. The quantity is good as per the price offer presently at .89 cents.

Wow, what speed when you order and it is busy, this is one of the fastest macs I have made. ! Nice tasty food.. I got a happy meal 3 times and it gave the same toy each time. The gold block with the character ‘Dawn’. This surely can’t be random. One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was cold. And the burger was literally smashed into the container because it wasn't stacked neatly. The tables were dirty. Packed. And I was there on a weekday. And more than half of the self-service machines were out of order. Such a shame.

I went there again today after swimming lessons. Only now, if you want to use the restroom, you suddenly have to pay 70 cents again. I didn't have any cash and told the lady that I bought all my food there. It's ridiculous that you have to pay for the restroom as well. The lady told me that it's an independent company that maintains the restrooms. Do it like McDonald's in Woensel. They give you a code on your receipt after you order something.
