Service like no other I've ever encountered. They charge 3.40 euros for a refill of hot water for tea.

Very expensive. The food is much better in Italy, and the service is second to none. If you need to go to the bathroom without a euro, you'll piss yourself, after spending €20 for the cheapest menu...

It was very close to the airport and my hotel (holiday inn airport).

How is it possible to order 6 McNuggets and receive a mini Apple Pie?

Despite being next to the airport, it’s quite clean, and the service is very friendly. Unfortunately, I only noticed about 1,200 km later that they had left the meat out of my cheeseburger. I would like to ask the restaurant to surprise a lucky customer with an extra meat in their cheeseburger on my behalf. :)

Supposed to be open until midnight... and we're here at 11:32 and they're already closed.

The lobby presents a pleasant appearance; however, several self-service ordering kiosks were inoperable, and one unit prevented QR code scanning for the application.

Why we wait so much on drive ???

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's. The service was careless and unhygienic. The staff member serving us accidentally dropped both the coffee cup and tea cup on the floor and then picked them up and continued preparing them right in front of us without replacing them. That is completely unacceptable from a hygiene and food safety perspective. On top of that, the food was burnt and very mediocre. Overall, this visit felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Definitely not the standard I expect, even from a fast food restaurant.

The restaurant is crowded, but when you're in a hurry and hungry, this is good. No complaints, positive impressions

Food was ok and they do it fast , except the 2 limonades half of the glasses was with ice in September I order limonade not ice

I had to change my review. This is a very good McDonald's.

Crowded as expected to any Mc Donald's in an airport. But even so I didn't wait much to get my order. There were plenty of places to sit for one person alone, what was my case, but a family or group with more than two members would struggle to find a free place.

The wait is very long, a small simple order of coffee and muffin, 25 minutes of waiting, plus extra time for the coffee because the lady who made it was completely out of her mind

It took a very long time. They simply forgot our order. After that, we didn't get any sauce or straws, and the food was cold. The staff wasn't friendly; they work because they have to... I won't be coming here again.

They do not have soap in any of the toilets and when I asked for soap, they said they do not have soap at all, or hand sanitizer.. and the toilets smells like zoo garden.. only good thing is that the staff is nice but they look overworked

It's just another McDonald's in Holland, it leaves a bit to be desired, but it's fine for a quick bite.

Unfortunately, extremely long waiting times and a lack of organization in the processes!

Difficult to reach and opens late.

Really disappointing. Order made. 4 employees including the boss were just chatting and doing nothing. One lady employee took care of orders. Waste EVERYWHERE on the tables, waste on the floor. Disgusting. Never again.

Food easy to order and quickly ready presoneel was also very friendly.

A very impersonal and uninviting place. Ordering a cup of coffee at McCafe is only possible via a kiosk. A glass of water is not an option.

It’s a small but beautiful airport, but the luggage delivery time is not fast enough. The speed and efficiency need to be improved.

Very busy but they are working hard...

Waited for 18minutes for my food, fries were soft and not crispy, also mostly broken, all the waste bins were overfiled with trash. Probably worst McDonnalds experience. Also more expensive to the one in the city.

A quick coffee and hamburger after a 3-hour flight, already on the road at 4 a.m. to check in for the flight to Eindhoven.

Very bad managment. People on kasa busy with private conversations. Today 14-06-2025 14:30. For few minutes i was ignored by young man in white shirt and tie. He was rude, no hello, no bye. Is it supervisor? If yes than its a joke.

Poppy seeds like poppy seeds. Surprised by the "normal" price. Usually, poppy seeds at airports are 1/3 yeast.

Worst mcdrive I've ever encountered, 25 min wait for coffee. The first time I thought it was a bad morning, now the second time again a very long wait while there were two cars waiting. Unworthy of fast food unfortunately.

Even with a small and simple order, there is a long wait. Unfortunately, in my case, I received a wrap that was practically empty inside. On the plus side: a free toilet and a large number of sockets for charging electronic devices.

People working here with team leaders were standing in the middle of the kitchen talking and laughing, while we were waiting for coffee over 20 minutes (McCafé station was empty). We had to ask for it and still had to wait another few minutes because they had no cups and teamleader wasn’t interested in solving this problem. She preferred to laugh and talk with other workers while showing us her back.

This McD has very good location right next to the airport. We have been here on Monday morning, it was quite busy we had to wait for coffee for 5 minutes but nothing bad. We waited also for croissant for 10 minutes but it was freshly made and. The staff were very nice.

Dirtiest McDonald's in the Netherlands, was there today and there was just a hair in my milkshake, nice, I get a reusable cup while I didn't even want that and with a very nice hair in it. Compliments to the staff. Don't get the Mc chicken wrap either, it's only half filled, Dirk van den pants can make even better wraps.

This McDonald's is (one of) the best I know. It has many amenities and is in the perfect location for travelers. This branch is located between the airport and its bus station, with the parking garage next to it. It has signs showing the arrival and departure times of the planes at Eindhoven Airport, as well as sockets and USB ports for quick and easy charging. The staff calls out the order numbers in Dutch and English and is very friendly. Everything is also clean, and nothing sticks. There are plenty of seats and everything is spacious. There is also a table next to the window, where you can look at the airport (and any planes taking off/landing). In short, a spacious McDonald's with plenty of space and facilities, with friendly staff. Definitely recommended for people who take the plane!

The second time I visited McDonald's in the Netherlands and have problems with my stomach. I bought cheesburger, fries and cola and after 15 minutes I ate, I started feeling terible pain in my stomach. The next phase was a diarrea.

They definitely work very efficiently here, and therefore quite smoothly. But look at this photo of a cheeseburger... This is a lot of money to be made... Extremely poor.

I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. We arrived at McDrive at 00:03, and the girl sent us home and said that she would not accept the order, since we came by bicycle and did not arrive by car, I don’t understand - what’s the difference? Good McDonald's if you have to wait before your flight. It is clean and has plenty of outlets. The prices are normal for Holland.

Lately, there have been more and more staff members who do not speak Dutch and/or speak limited English. Now received the wrong materials twice in 1 month because the staff simply does not understand what you order (even if you speak English). When paying, the staff is also disinterested and busy with other things and constantly blinds you with the scanner in your eyes. It's getting more terrible every week.

At 12:53am I was at the door (it closes at 1am) with our baby daughter who urgently needed a clean diaper, -1 degrees outside. Young man was mopping, door locked. I knocked. He opened the door and indicated to me that he was not allowed to let anyone in anymore. It was 7 minutes before closing! What heartlessness.

What a ball tent! Uninterested, slow people with 0% motivation Order delivered incorrectly, we waited 13m and were the only ones in the McDrive. Avoid this establishment!

They are doing their best trying to help everyone with hunger waiting at the airport. The food was good (McDonald's quality) and really fast considering the amount of people. Thank you! 👏🏻

Large and clean McDonald’s, lots of seating and plenty of outlets available for charging. Great place to sit for a few hours when waiting for a plane or bus.

Food was warm, but getting cold when I got it, there was only car in the drive and I had to wait 30 minutes for 2 burgers and a shake. Staff did not speak Dutch and were very antisocial. Wouldn't come back here again

Very busy McDonalds. Unfortunately my cheeseburger didn't have a patty, but it was changed without any problem. There are also gluten-free burgers here 🍔

The Drive-in has recently been open until 1am. Very friendly and helpful people work there... Top service!

Theoretically open from 7am but it's 7:20 already and the McDrive is still closed. It's not the first time when they're late.

Pastry not fresh at all, manager unfriendly. Never actually open at their designated time. Serving staff was cool though.

Better than you expect in cheep airport

There were few people, the hamburger was juicy, we always go in to eat at the airport.

Waited a total of 14 minutes for 3 burgers. Fortunately they were quite warm. But still, this was very slow for a very fast food restaurant. After ordering, I was allowed to drive to the first window, but no one was there. Drove on to the next window, and no one was there either. Eventually an employee came to tell me that I had driven too far. Or I wanted to get out and walk to the previous window... but that's not possible if you are positioned tightly against the distribution counter. So we drove backwards (it was not busy and therefore possible to drive backwards) Perhaps it would have been more efficient to make the payment and issue at the same window, because I got the impression that there was a shortage of hands. There are enough staff, but not enough hands.

On Sunday morning many of us wanted to eat, but there were hardly any employees and we had to wait almost half an hour Free: There are a lot of flies in this store.

A lifeless McDonalds, which is also too small for the number of customers. The service is downright bad. The self-service printer does not work or works poorly. Products are forgotten, after which a fuss is made about the fact that there is no receipt. While this is the fault of the self-service device.

Worst McDonalds ever! Everything was thrown in the trash, everything was cold and was just thrown in the box, wrong order and everything was wrong!

Great food as you would expect from McDonald’s. Note they won’t change your food if it’s ordered wrong unless you have a food allergy so double check your order before placing. Great fast service otherwise and tasty food!

To get to McDrive you have to go through the parking lot (K+R), where tickets are required - it's a bit strangely organized, but after hundreds of kilometers I'm not picky - the coffee was very good.

Great McDonald's. Our experience is different from that of many people. It is very busy, but not surprising because it is close to an airport. Everything is clean and staff is friendly. All in all, just delicious and despite the large order for 4 people, it was ready within 10 minutes.

Brothel 30 minutes to MC Drive and I'm alone!!

Food was hot, fast service, trash cans were kept in place all the time so that they did not become full Neat and clean!

I don't know why this branch is allowed to operate like this because it is unworthy of McDonald's, almost all tables were dirty (not cleaned either), full trash bins. The staff walking around didn't notice this at all. In addition, we had to wait a very long time for our food even though it was not even that busy and the order was not even correct. We only ate what we were given, but man oh man.

It's not fast, and it's not much a food

Filthy tables, none of the staff were cleaning the tables and floor. The toilets were filthy, no toilet paper and no soap and no hand towels in the men's toilet. We didn't get what we ordered, this time to our advantage.

The food was not good, the cheese on the burger was rock hard, they didn't have Fanta so I took Sprite and the cup is only half full even though you don't get what you pay for. The inside of the cup is also gross and they only speak English to you
