I'll take Burger King. The Big Mac isn't really good.

Great airport, not too big, top notch.

Food is always fine; you know what to expect at McDonald's. But the local manager really should oversee the cleaning. Surely, you should expect to enter clean at 8:00. Literally every chair had either lettuce or sauce lying somewhere. Half-empty cups are standing here and there. Downright poor management or no control over employees.

August Sunday evening around ten o'clock. Quiet time at this McDonald's. At first glance, it is neat, clean, and well-maintained. Friendly staff and tidy seating. Ordering is easy via the kiosks in the restaurant. Minimal waiting time until we received our order. The toilets smell fresh and look neat. Great location for a quick bite to eat before departure or arrival at the airport.

Seriously the best McDonald's we've ever eaten at. HOT FRIES. Never experienced that before. Burgers: fresh and hot. Clean place and a welcome surprise after a flight from Spain. Well done, McDonald's.

Why do they have McDonald’s before check-in and not after?…. On the other hand, it wasn’t very crowded, which is good.

It says on the internet that you can park here if you order something, but that is not true. My girlfriend was already waiting there; due to traffic, I was late... we wanted to get something to eat, but that was completely impossible.

The manager of this McDonald's doesn't know his job at all. You get something, but you don't get half of it, and when you point this out, he acts like you're scamming everyone.

I dont know why people are really dissatisfied with this location. I had pretty positive experience. Food was regular, it was clean and they prepared it very fast as usual. Perhaps some people expect michelin star performance from mc which is funny.

Meet of the burgers is good and zakura sprite beverage is really nice, I did not see this beverage in others places!

We were not allowed to take the scooter through the drive-thru.

The Sundai in the picture is not what you get. You get a small cardboard container with a wooden spoon for 3.95. A waste of money.

I stood here waiting for more than 20 minutes for fries and 3 cheeseburgers. The people who work there are dirty and unmotivated; they have absolutely no interest in their job.

I ordered takeout. All the numbers were called out properly, except mine. It was just placed on the counter. Because it was taking quite a long time, I eventually looked at the screen; my number was already showing as delivered and the bag of food was on the counter. No thanks for the lack of service and lukewarm food. This is already the second time I've left a McDonald's disappointed. Not "Thank you for choosing us," but "Sure, we'll take your money."

Just went in for a mcflurry the board said there was 3 options but when asked not available so was given only option bit disappointing.

By now, it has become a tradition to come here to eat after a trip and wait for transport. Comfortable seats and fast service despite the crowds.

We had just landed in Eindhoven to document our bachelor party adventure for my friend Fernando "Big Guy" Lopez. The nickname "Big Guy" doesn't do him justice, since my buddy is only 5 feet tall. Anyway, at one point we caught a glimpse (in the distance) of the famous Murcian stud Xiquitet, who was keeping a low profile because he's always surrounded by women. It instantly made my list of the best things in my life. In the end, I managed to get a picture with my idol and started speaking Murcian C2 (a local dialect). I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I have never been asked to pay more money for a single ketchup packet at McDonald’s in my life. The only reason for 1 star. Maybe this is more common in Europe.

This place disappointed me. I went here with my family often, but this has never happened before, we always ordered 20 nuggets and everything was fine, but this time there were only 14 nuggets. Unfortunately, I didn’t attach a photo, we were very hungry. Burgers, did you put one mug of cucumber on 1 burger? Seriously? And the sauce, why so much? I never counted or considered what I ordered, but this time I was interested - why did I eat a burger and there was no pickle? Thank you for deceiving customers.

Good atmosphere for a quick meal.

Dirty place. The tables are dirty, the chairs too, everything is sticky, including the floor. The restroom is even dirtier than at the airport. And yet it's crowded. Incomprehensible.

I love MY Amelka 💚💙💛❤️ McDonald's is like McDonald's, but it's a very nice and well-kept place, the staff is friendly and helpful, and that's something to be proud of, and the coffee is delicious as always. That's enough for me.

Slowest McDonald's aver seen. In 20 mins they were not able to prepare an happy meal and I lost my money cause I had a bus to get.

It was 15:52 and my bus departed at 16:00. I asked if they were able to prepare 2xhamburgers and 1xcheeseburger in 4min. They said yes and I paid 5.55€. They were extremely slow cooking them. My hamburgers were eventually ready to collect in the delivery tray and nobody was able to hand them over to me, on time. All the staff extremely slow. I lost my money and had to left with my empty hands. I am an ex-McDonalds employee and I perfectly know these hamburgers could have been delivered on time.

Service like no other I've ever encountered. They charge 3.40 euros for a refill of hot water for tea.

Very expensive. The food is much better in Italy, and the service is second to none. If you need to go to the bathroom without a euro, you'll piss yourself, after spending €20 for the cheapest menu...

It was very close to the airport and my hotel (holiday inn airport).

Despite being next to the airport, it’s quite clean, and the service is very friendly. Unfortunately, I only noticed about 1,200 km later that they had left the meat out of my cheeseburger. I would like to ask the restaurant to surprise a lucky customer with an extra meat in their cheeseburger on my behalf. :)

Supposed to be open until midnight... and we're here at 11:32 and they're already closed.

The lobby presents a pleasant appearance; however, several self-service ordering kiosks were inoperable, and one unit prevented QR code scanning for the application.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's. The service was careless and unhygienic. The staff member serving us accidentally dropped both the coffee cup and tea cup on the floor and then picked them up and continued preparing them right in front of us without replacing them. That is completely unacceptable from a hygiene and food safety perspective. On top of that, the food was burnt and very mediocre. Overall, this visit felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Definitely not the standard I expect, even from a fast food restaurant.

The restaurant is crowded, but when you're in a hurry and hungry, this is good. No complaints, positive impressions

I had to change my review. This is a very good McDonald's.

Crowded as expected to any Mc Donald's in an airport. But even so I didn't wait much to get my order. There were plenty of places to sit for one person alone, what was my case, but a family or group with more than two members would struggle to find a free place.

The wait is very long, a small simple order of coffee and muffin, 25 minutes of waiting, plus extra time for the coffee because the lady who made it was completely out of her mind

It took a very long time. They simply forgot our order. After that, we didn't get any sauce or straws, and the food was cold. The staff wasn't friendly; they work because they have to... I won't be coming here again.

They do not have soap in any of the toilets and when I asked for soap, they said they do not have soap at all, or hand sanitizer.. and the toilets smells like zoo garden.. only good thing is that the staff is nice but they look overworked

It's just another McDonald's in Holland, it leaves a bit to be desired, but it's fine for a quick bite.

Really disappointing. Order made. 4 employees including the boss were just chatting and doing nothing. One lady employee took care of orders. Waste EVERYWHERE on the tables, waste on the floor. Disgusting. Never again.

A very impersonal and uninviting place. Ordering a cup of coffee at McCafe is only possible via a kiosk. A glass of water is not an option.

It’s a small but beautiful airport, but the luggage delivery time is not fast enough. The speed and efficiency need to be improved.

Waited for 18minutes for my food, fries were soft and not crispy, also mostly broken, all the waste bins were overfiled with trash. Probably worst McDonnalds experience. Also more expensive to the one in the city.

Very bad managment. People on kasa busy with private conversations. Today 14-06-2025 14:30. For few minutes i was ignored by young man in white shirt and tie. He was rude, no hello, no bye. Is it supervisor? If yes than its a joke.

Poppy seeds like poppy seeds. Surprised by the "normal" price. Usually, poppy seeds at airports are 1/3 yeast.

Worst mcdrive I've ever encountered, 25 min wait for coffee. The first time I thought it was a bad morning, now the second time again a very long wait while there were two cars waiting. Unworthy of fast food unfortunately.

Even with a small and simple order, there is a long wait. Unfortunately, in my case, I received a wrap that was practically empty inside. On the plus side: a free toilet and a large number of sockets for charging electronic devices.

People working here with team leaders were standing in the middle of the kitchen talking and laughing, while we were waiting for coffee over 20 minutes (McCafé station was empty). We had to ask for it and still had to wait another few minutes because they had no cups and teamleader wasn’t interested in solving this problem. She preferred to laugh and talk with other workers while showing us her back.

This McD has very good location right next to the airport. We have been here on Monday morning, it was quite busy we had to wait for coffee for 5 minutes but nothing bad. We waited also for croissant for 10 minutes but it was freshly made and. The staff were very nice.
