Not the best five guys I visited but still good. The soda machine dispenses a lot of water with your soda, and they taste like slightly flavoured water.

Best burger chain, number 1 by far

The whole place is plastered with slogans about how good their burgers are... it's very annoying that the packaging doesn't state which burger it is. Fries are served with a lot of salt, and there are only two choices of sauces. I found the €90 for 3 burgers, 1 hot dog, 4 soft drinks, and 4 small fries very expensive. Because of that, you do expect something in return.

Always super tasty. Fortunately, nowadays there is the option to get the burger naked or wrapped in lettuce, ideal for people who are gluten intolerant. And the Cajun-style fries are always a treat. I wouldn't mind the air conditioning being turned down a tad and the music a little softer, but it's not bothersome. All in all, always a success :)

I cant eat burgers else where,,this is my favourite spot for mouth watering burgers,great choice.every time i visit eindhoven, i must go to Five guys. Unfortunately we don't have a spot in Amsterdam 😕

Whole hype surrounding this fast food place, but it was nothing special. Tasty, but not special. Especially expensive.

Great burgers, but the fries were way too salty. Also quite pricey – 4 burgers, 4 small fries, and 4 soft drinks for almost €90!! That alone was enough to make my children not want to come back. They don't serve platters; everything is packed in a bag, and burgers are wrapped in aluminum foil without any indication of what's inside – they still have work to do there.

We are craziest about the milkshakes... from chocolate to peanut butter, to bacon that you can have mixed in. The burgers and hot dogs are really delicious. (But pricey) though, they are often understaffed, which results in dirty tables.

1) Quite expensive burger 2) Unstable bun (some poster on the wall says "the buns are phenomenal", but I couldn't find which part exactly. My hands were covered in burger toppings, the bun feels like a thin piece of paper towel - neither does the taste compensate. 3) No one is cleaning the tables, and the music coming from the ceiling is way too loud.

I went here for lunch with my boyfriend. I’ve never been to a Five Guys in Europe, only in America, and I was always satisfied with the food quality as well as the pricing. To say I wasn’t satisfied at Five Guys Eindhoven would be a huge understatement. The dining area wasn’t super clean, as most tables were covered with bits of food and the odd piece of trash, and the floor didn’t looked swept at all. The toilets were dirty, the floors in the restrooms were wet, and there wasn’t any toilet paper stocked. The “meal” we received was mediocre at best, and far too expensive for what we got. We each ordered a single patty burger with a small fries, and we got one drink to share. Our total came out to 39.70€. We expected the burgers to be meal sized for the price (about 12€!). When we received our food, it was literally thrown into the bag haphazardly. There were fries everywhere and the toppings were falling off the burgers. Taste-wise, it was okay. The actually crispy fries were okay, but very salty (almost too salty), and most of them were soft or even soggy. I’d say we got our moneys worth for the amount of fries received, but it’s a shame they weren’t well cooked or even served properly. As for the burgers, I’ve had better ones off the McDonald’s value menu - and at a fraction of the cost! These were dry, even with the sauce, and not very flavorful. And they were SMALL! Most definitely not worth the 12€ we paid for them. Needless to say, we left the establishment hungry, unsatisfied, and feeling ripped off. We will not be returning, and will also think twice before giving another Five Guys a try in the future.

Food was good and the service was fast but it is kinda expensive so it's a good one time experience

Got a milkshake on a hot day. Pricey, but definitely worth the money because it was delicious. You can choose from as many flavors as you want, the price remains the same. Bacon is even an option! We will definitely come back for a burger.

We ate here today and this is our experience; Service; The plastic surcharge is incorrectly charged, because you get your food in a paper bag even if you choose 'eat here'. It wasn't a misunderstanding; it happened to everyone who chose 'eat here'. Atmosphere; Extremely loud music! Not just a little loud, but extreme. I would understand if the staff were working with earplugs in 🤪 Burger; the taste was good, but the bun was very soggy. Price/quality ratio is not right. Fries: good potato, tasty fries, but high in price for what you get. We wouldn't choose Five Guys again 😕 €52.20 for two menus (cheeseburger, medium fries, soda). Oh, and... the plastic surcharge.

Five Guys is the greatest restaurant in the Universe

Amazing food, but the logic of the "menus" is a bit strange. I went to try Five Guys in Eindhoven and, overall, the experience was very good. The burgers are juicy, the ingredients seem fresh, and it's possible to customize practically everything without paying extra. The fries were undoubtedly the highlight. The fact that they are fried in peanut oil gives them a very unique flavor and texture, making the experience quite different from most fast food chains. The only downside is the absence of typical combo meals with burger, fries, and a drink. Everything has to be ordered separately, à la carte style, which makes the bill quickly rise and the meal end up seeming more expensive than it should be. Even so, for the quality of the food, I think it's worth trying. I recommend it!

Delicious hamburgers and very tasty fries

The fries are amazing and the portions are huge! However, there isn't much variety in the burgers, and the hot dogs aren't great in my opinion. I think it's a bit expensive for what it is. As for the atmosphere, you could barely hear yourself speak because of the loud music in the background.

The hamburger bun was cold like straight from the fridge. They said that it's grilled only from inside. I gave them to look and it was frozen. They proposed to do one more. Was the same. I threw it to the garbage. Not sure how it's looking normally but will never come back.

Speakers blasting the music way too loud at the order pick-up area, making it difficult to hear your number being shouted at you. My burger was tasteless, never before have I thrown away and spit out so much of my food. The bread also fell apart at the first bite, I felt like a pig eating here. I've had good burgers here before so I'm mostly surprised by the inconsistency. Because of the loud music and the staff appearingly only speaking English, I didn't bother to get a refund.

Yum.com they take a while to cook but super yum. They also have a drawing board so makes time go by faster

It is always nice to came with friends or with your partner to eat here. I always get the Little cheeseburger all-do-way. The food is good, the place is clean, and the price is fair. My only complain about the volume of the music, I think it is too loud. Other than that, I good place to eat when you are in Eindhoven.

Ok, now the actual review: (FYI this is mainly for people who haven’t been to a FG) It’s not unlikely you’ve heard of Five Guys before. Their whole thing of being extremely generous with how they scoop their fries does the rounds on the internet every so often, never mind the fact that their food has a reputation for being incredibly good (but pricy) and as you’ll see plastered all over this location inside and out, they have lots of accolades and media coverage. With that in mind, after eating here, I’d like to say: Every single part of Five Guys’ reputation is well-earned and (for the most part) accurate. Their food really is good. It really is quite expensive. And yes, they are really generous with the fries (Seriously. Get a smaller portion than you think you want. Trust me) A couple things you might wanna know - Service here was a little on the slower side (took us about 12 minutes to get an order of 2 burgers + fries). 100% worth the wait but if you want something to eat as quickly as possible you’ll probably get faster service elsewhere. - The inside of the place is loud and overwhelming, although I guess that’s to be expected for a place like this. Still worth knowing ahead of time though Overall, if all you’re looking for is a really good burger and fries (and don’t mind paying a premium for that) then you’re definitely gonna be happy here. Strongly recommend. Food was good btw

I'll be honest, this is the best burger I've ever eaten.

This was the seventh country. I am eating at five guys, and I wanted to check the consistency of the fries. Was not disappointed with the portion size, always extra, more than your order size. Peanuts was kept there for one to take as much one could eat. Service was warm and welcoming and fries tasted great without artificial flavouring. Great job with the consistency guys.

We ate at Five Guys in America and wanted to see if it was just as good in the Netherlands. It certainly was! Yes, Five Guys is definitely on the more expensive side, but you can't get such a tasty hamburger or hot dog anywhere else like here. Truly amazing. You also can't compare this to McDonald's or Burger King; they aren't even close to the same level as Five Guys. The staff was also friendly.

The burger is delicious, the service is not up to standard, and I find the prices excessive. 70 euros for 3 burgers, 2 fries, and 3 drinks is a bit much.

Burger was ok, I ate five guys in other countries as well( Spain and Austria) and the one from here was the worst in quality but still decent. French fries are excellent.

The best burger u could find in the Netherlands that comes closest to american burger. They use polish high quality beef because of the fat it's closer to american. All the hippy burger joints here all trash compared to this one. It's expensive yes but atleast u know ur gonna eat good. Order a triple and your in heaven

FIVE GUYS I LOVE YOU… a little warm.

Second time in a week that they've canceled my Uber Eats order after waiting an hour. Don't accept orders then. I've never experienced this in years, but Five Guys has done it twice in a row now. I wouldn't have it delivered.

Everything tastes good but burgers have to be good next time I threw up completely and that without drinking😂

The lady at the check-out (Regina) is amazing. She was so welcoming and friendly. So rare in the Netherlands that you meet somebody who actually care behind the counter. Places would need to hire less students and more quality staff! Like she!

We went out to eat there as a couple, and less than two hours later we were both in the bathroom vomiting and suffering from stomach flu. Never again will we eat that awful food; thank goodness you're already bankrupt in Germany! Absolutely appalling and a health hazard...

The fries and hamburger were great, the service was also good, I recommend it.

These prices are not normal. A burger with fries and a drink will land you on about 25 euro's. Way way to much. You sit in a clinical place with no atmosphere and loud music. Come on guys. You can land a steak in a restaurant with a nice glass of wine for these prices. Burger were ok but way to moist when you unpack it. First and last time for me

Came to Eindhoven to eat Five Guys but they closed 35 minutes before closing time. Very disappointed.

Dajeeeeee best healthy fast food

The food is delicious but very expensive. The fries portions are extremely generous. I ordered two regulars for myself and for my 11 year old daughter and a small for my 6 year old and we unfortunately ended up throwing at least a full portion of fries away. You have to pay for everything individually, there’s no “menu deals” so it adds up quickly but it’s unlimited drink refills AND ketchup and mayo. The burgers are definitely VERY good. Bathrooms are ok and inside atmosphere is modest

The staff and service were good, but when we arrived, the music was incredibly loud, making it impossible to eat in peace. The food wasn't recommended; the toasted sandwich was one greasy, limp morsel. Honestly? It was unappetizing and hardly worth the price. The fries were far too heavily powdered with seasonings. A real shame, I wouldn't go again. This is absolutely not worth the money.

I stumbled upon it by chance; I'd been seeing it a lot on social media. While not as amazing as some people hyped it up to, the burgers are quite tasty. I'd even say the fries are better than the burgers. Adding pickles, mushrooms, and crispy onions to the cheeseburger made it even better. My rating: 7.9/10

High quality burgers and very bice stuff

First time at five guys, I was surprised at the burger quality👌. But it was really expensive cheeseburger, potatos and milkshake was around 30€.

Five guys is probably the best place in the world for burgers fries and milkshakes. Everything is fresh, you can construct the burgers and milkshakes how you want, have as much ketchup and mayo as you want, as much free peanuts as you want. You do pay a premium, but you get quality.. the music and atmosphere is also nice

I had number 152 and guy next to me had 151, we wait 20 mins people started to take 155 157... We decided to talk with them they said wair it will come, been 30 mins I start to nagg to them. They checked again and they start to prepare. Before they prepare they asked my receipt, we gave them first they made photo and then ladies who prefer burgers, they start to laughing eachother. Number 170 got his order with me so I wait 35 40 mins standing, also the guy next to me. I always liked food in Five guys, but this time was very uncomfortable

Five Guys is simply delicious at almost every location. The Eindhoven location was no exception. It's genuine fast food (perhaps a bit pricey), but it's fast and the service is excellent for the place you're going. The atmosphere was a bit subdued, with people unable to find a seat and people who weren't actually eating anything and were constantly on their phones, shouting, and cursing. That's just the clientele, unfortunately.

The familiar Five Guys quality continues here. Excellent burgers and fries. You can grab peanuts from the bags and eat them. Drinks are refillable when you buy them, and there's a wide variety of drinks available. My burger was plain, but many optional extras can be added free of charge.

This is the hamburger experience that you absolutely cannot miss! The bun would be delicious but it falls apart, the meat has almost no taste. The fries are delicious, but what is at the bottom of the bag is already stale. After the tastes of the Hungarian Simon’s burger, this is a disappointment for me, especially in terms of price-value ratio! It is also interesting that the glass only has recommendations/awards that are older than 5 years, probably not by chance.

The food was delicious and the portions were massive, but for those prices, I'll go somewhere else next time. It's bizarre that you still charge those prices for a burger in the Big 25. The service was fast, and the old American atmosphere was great.

Super tasty burgers, as you'd expect from Five Guys. The restrooms were clean, although there's only one women's restroom, so you had to wait in line for quite a while.

Very pricey for an okay burger (14 euros). The fries, unfortunately, are really not recommended; they're limp and feel undercooked. The milkshakes are good, though, and the option to refill your drink is also nice. All in all, I can't recommend it.

We ordered via the machine. Our order was not that large, but it took quite some time to complete. If you are ordering fries, make sure to go for the single burger, otherwise you might not be able to eat everything. I really loved the endless supply of ketchup and mayo. The fries were made out of fresh cut potatoes, you can really fill that. Make sure to also get some nuts too. The pistachio milkshake was really good, but not worth 6 euros. I would definitely come back again.
