Five Guys in Centrum

Tried it once. Pricey place. You do get a lot of fries in the bag, but they had a dry aftertaste. The burger was basically tasteless. Once, never again

I stumbled upon it by chance; I'd been seeing it a lot on social media. While not as amazing as some people hyped it up to, the burgers are quite tasty. I'd even say the fries are better than the burgers. Adding pickles, mushrooms, and crispy onions to the cheeseburger made it even better. My rating: 7.9/10

High quality burgers and very bice stuff

First time at five guys, I was surprised at the burger quality👌. But it was really expensive cheeseburger, potatos and milkshake was around 30€.

Five guys is probably the best place in the world for burgers fries and milkshakes. Everything is fresh, you can construct the burgers and milkshakes how you want, have as much ketchup and mayo as you want, as much free peanuts as you want. You do pay a premium, but you get quality.. the music and atmosphere is also nice

I had number 152 and guy next to me had 151, we wait 20 mins people started to take 155 157... We decided to talk with them they said wair it will come, been 30 mins I start to nagg to them. They checked again and they start to prepare. Before they prepare they asked my receipt, we gave them first they made photo and then ladies who prefer burgers, they start to laughing eachother. Number 170 got his order with me so I wait 35 40 mins standing, also the guy next to me. I always liked food in Five guys, but this time was very uncomfortable

Five Guys is simply delicious at almost every location. The Eindhoven location was no exception. It's genuine fast food (perhaps a bit pricey), but it's fast and the service is excellent for the place you're going. The atmosphere was a bit subdued, with people unable to find a seat and people who weren't actually eating anything and were constantly on their phones, shouting, and cursing. That's just the clientele, unfortunately.

Good quality food for fast food, but it does take a bit longer than most fast food restaurants

The familiar Five Guys quality continues here. Excellent burgers and fries. You can grab peanuts from the bags and eat them. Drinks are refillable when you buy them, and there's a wide variety of drinks available. My burger was plain, but many optional extras can be added free of charge.

This is the hamburger experience that you absolutely cannot miss! The bun would be delicious but it falls apart, the meat has almost no taste. The fries are delicious, but what is at the bottom of the bag is already stale. After the tastes of the Hungarian Simon’s burger, this is a disappointment for me, especially in terms of price-value ratio! It is also interesting that the glass only has recommendations/awards that are older than 5 years, probably not by chance.

Service took a little longer considering its a fast food joint. The fries and refillable drink made up for it. More chicken and veg friendly options can be added to the menu.

The food was delicious and the portions were massive, but for those prices, I'll go somewhere else next time. It's bizarre that you still charge those prices for a burger in the Big 25. The service was fast, and the old American atmosphere was great.

Super tasty burgers, as you'd expect from Five Guys. The restrooms were clean, although there's only one women's restroom, so you had to wait in line for quite a while.

Very pricey for an okay burger (14 euros). The fries, unfortunately, are really not recommended; they're limp and feel undercooked. The milkshakes are good, though, and the option to refill your drink is also nice. All in all, I can't recommend it.

We ordered via the machine. Our order was not that large, but it took quite some time to complete. If you are ordering fries, make sure to go for the single burger, otherwise you might not be able to eat everything. I really loved the endless supply of ketchup and mayo. The fries were made out of fresh cut potatoes, you can really fill that. Make sure to also get some nuts too. The pistachio milkshake was really good, but not worth 6 euros. I would definitely come back again.

It was my first time eating at a Five Guys, the burgers were large and delicious. The fries also tasted awesome and the serving size was great. The wait time was a bit longer than average fast food places but the food was worth it.

Good burgers and tasty fries, had a nice and cozy meal here with my daughter. Quite expensive for 2 hamburgers with fries and drinks 45€ pay and very loud "background" music. You can get unlimited peanuts while you wait for your order. Maybe come back again to try the hot dogs.

My sister order a burger and when she got it it was cold and Bacon was like it was old and it was cold too

I've been coming for a while and always get the same pleasant service, the food is always great, the people are always nice, im very glad i tried it 🫶 also i really recommend trying the mango shake, i tried it with strawberries and you get fruit chunks on the shake and its so nice and refreshing, not too sweet and with a strong flavor, they also always give you extra fries in the bag, a great point 🤌, and they label the food so you can tell which is which without having to do surgery on your hot dog/burger to know, and finally, look at what i ordered today🫶 thank youuu

I just love the fact that after they pack your fries in the respective size container and put it in the bag with your order, they just throw another scoop inside the bag just because. It is the cherry on top of a delicious hamburger and fry experience that just makes you continue eating, and to visit again. Plus, how not to love the decoration of the place, the infinite drink varieties and the free refills? If you want to eat fast food, do yourself a favor and spend just a little bit more to get some really delicious food. The difference with the traditional places is not even that big nowadays.

Very disappointing experience with Five Guys - Uber Eats order never delivered, no solution offered Placed order around 4:00 PM at Five Guys via Uber Eats. App confirmed delivery within 30 minutes. So far everything seemed well arranged, our full home address was entered correctly and is displayed correctly in the app. Two hours later (!) the courier was on the wrong side of Eindhoven, at a completely different address (Taurinusstraat), which absolutely does not match our specified delivery address. According to the courier, his app only showed “Eindhoven” without further specification, and he refused to deliver the food correctly. Strange that you just cycle to a street. What follows is pure frustration: no possibility to contact a human being, no solution, no refund. The food was literally left at the wrong address, and we lost our entire amount without any fault on our part. Uber Eats completely leaves us out in the cold. Customer service unreachable, no accountability, no support, nothing. Very unprofessional and unfriendly to customers. We will never order from here again. This is not an incident but a serious lack of responsibility and duty of care. A formal complaint will be filed with the necessary authorities

real flavours and quality raw materials

We were craving hamburgers during our visit to Eindhoven. Roasted peanuts were free, more delicious and satisfying than regular fast food chains.

Music was too loud. Other than that, fresh as always, tasty as always. Five guys has a special place in my heart.

Better than the Mac. Atmosphere more American with free peanuts, refills and large portions. Could get 4 stars as fast food but thought it was too pricey. 2 burgers, 1 large fries (enough to share) and 2 dramk was well over 40.- For the amount, I would rather go to another restaurant.

Ate here for the first time. Apparently they all speak English, not a problem in itself, but some information about this is easy. Ordered at the counter, everything was very unclear. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with everything on it, and 2 large fries, more than 50 euros poorer. Picked up food, the burgers were good, but my wife and I didn't eat much of the fries, it looked like a whole jar of salt had been thrown on it, so we threw them away.

That burger was really nice. No need to order the “normal size” unless you’re really hungry. The small one is an above average size. Same goes for the fries. Id give it a 8/10

The music is very loud and you can hardly talk to others or relax. Tip for restaurant: create a silent zone. You will see that it will grow much faster than that noisy corner. In addition, terrible American high school music that you will immediately have enough of for the rest of your life. Hamburgers are ok on the other hand. Tables could be a bit cleaner regularly.

Been in a couple of Five Guys around Europe. The food is good, but the restaurant feels kind of empty and missing the Five Guys trademark and athmosphere.

Ordered burgers together with friends on March 1, but we did not receive the bacon burger. So I went to the cash register to pick it up. Then I was sent from employee to employee only to be told that they could not give anything with my online receipt. So we paid 15 euros for a burger that we didn't get! Really pure nonsense and I am very dissatisfied with this tent.

Five Guys tastes great. The burgers are very tasty. The peanut butter Milkshake is simply sublime. Best flavor for a milkshake. Recommended and I'm surprised that the peanut butter flavor for a milkshake isn't adopted by other companies. They give away free peanuts that you can enjoy indefinitely. Drinks are also unlimited and you can even mix flavors. Top! But now comes a downside that really disappointed me. Each hamburger is literally pressed tightly together by the employee before it ends up in the aluminum wrapper. Who made that up? Your food just gets crushed. It becomes very 'sloppy' and it becomes a big mess. Advice: so explicitly ask that they do not compress it.

Staff does not speak Dutch. I pay for 2 milkshakes, and after paying I am told that the milkshakes are “finished”. A bit of a shame

Quick service, friendly staff, the food was amazing. Their menu is a dream come true for fast food lovers. Just be careful with the fries, as one medium portion is big enough for 2-3 people, if not more. The only downside is that they only accept card payments, so have it in mind if you come from a country with a different currency.

The shake and cajun fries are amazing. My boy came in and came out very happy with the attention of a young woman at the checkout who happened to be Spanish and speak Spanish.

Hamburger very tasty and arrived quickly. Really much better than a standard McDonald's burger, which sometimes makes you wonder what kind of meat you are eating. However, with €7 for a fries, five guys has really lost touch with reality.

The fries are always very nice and always too much. The patty is nice and thin, in the normal burgers you have two patties, in jr only one. If you are small eater just order the jr. Every topping is free and its a large selection, there will be smt for you. Its crowded in weekends and nights, you will wait 10-15 minutes and it will be hard to find a place to sit.

Food was really good! I was a bit shocked by the price, but it is certainly not McDonald's. We were really full. One fries was enough for 2 adults and a child. And not so salty. Milkshake is great, but you should know that it is issued separately and does not come with your order.

Nice concept! Completely American, music, staff, food. Food was tasty, but we still had to discover that we could get everything ourselves. The only downside is that there is not frequent clearing or you can throw away your own waste. Will definitely come again!
