McDonald's in Centrum

My cheeseburger had no pickles and there was no sugar sachet with my tea.

It is ridiculous that you pay quite a lot of money for half-cold food. And that you then have to pay for the toilet as well.

I went to McDonald’s, but on crutches because of a broken ankle, but I also needed to go to the toilet and had to go up a flight of stairs first, and just when you think you’ve got the worst of it, you still have to pay a whole 70 cents!

The food is what you can expect, but the staff is simply a disappointment. Leaving your order sitting for 10 minutes just to be popular with your colleagues. No, they could certainly learn a bit more about service.

It never fails, the top part is dirty

It is outrageous that you have to pay to use the toilet here as a guest. You pay a lot of money for what you get, and then if you just want to quickly wash your hands or use the toilet, you have to pay €0.70 per person. Have paying guests scan their receipt or something to be allowed to use the toilet.

The fries were overly salty, the burgers were okay, hence the 3 stars for the food, but the service and atmosphere were rated one star. The reason is that as a paying customer, I'm forced to pay extra for using the restroom. Other places can solve this problem, for example, you get a unique restroom access code on your receipt. I believe this is a way to rip off customers for additional costs that, as we know, have to be paid for using the restroom after drinking at this restaurant.

Trash cans overflowing, vending machine malfunctioning without staff action.

What I find truly outrageous is that if you eat on-site, you still have to pay 70 cents to use the toilet; they aren't cleaned in the meantime. Even toddlers having to pay is really 'not done'!

Messy, and not really clean either. And inconvenient if you want to eat there with a stroller. Few seats downstairs and no elevator... so you have to carry.

I ordered big tasty without bacon, but they put bacon in it. I realised when i got home. Later on the same day i told them I want to change or refund, they declined and on top of it laughed to my request. I don’t understand what kind of service is this. Very poor!!

They can't speak Dutch! And instead of repeating what they say, they start screaming in your face as if you were deaf. It would be nice if there was staff who actually understand and speak Dutch and didn't come around screaming in your face just because you speak Dutch in the Netherlands!

A curiously calm McDonald's this one. Decent hot fries and a tasty quarter pounder. 70 cents to use the loos. Points for the background jazz and vibes.

Had a delicious meal at the McDonald's in Eindhoven city center. The food tasted good. However, I think table service should be offered. Additionally, I think it is bad that you have to pay for the toilet, considering the food and drinks already cost enough.

Very poorly accessible. There are stairs at the front door, and you just have to know that if you are using a mobility scooter or wheelchair, you have to enter through the back door. The whole place was renovated less than a month ago, with a whole lot of chairs and tables upstairs, but nothing was done about accessibility; there is no disabled toilet, and even the toilet that used to be reasonably accessible is now absolutely inaccessible. Deeply disappointed. It is the busiest McDonald's in Eindhoven city center, so how difficult was it to install a wheelchair/accessible lift, because the entire restaurant was gutted inside and they started from scratch again.

Even paying customers that sit down for food have to pay to go to the toilet. Very disappointing.

I went to McDonald’s again today after a long time—I think about four years. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. We ordered over €60 worth of food, but the order was incomplete. I even had to walk downstairs twice to point out that items were missing. Coincidentally, someone next to me had exactly the same problem, so it didn't seem to be a one-off mistake. Additionally, to my surprise, I saw that an extra €0.15 was charged per cup. What I found even stranger is that you apparently don't get this amount back when you return the cup. That doesn't feel logical, nor does it feel customer-friendly. Unfortunately, the manager was not very customer-oriented in his response either. She indicated that this is listed on the menu and that other companies already incorporate these costs into their prices, whereas they display it separately and "neatly visible." Personally, I don't find that a strong justification, especially when no clear explanation or solution is provided. All in all, this was not a pleasant experience. It's a shame, because after such a long time, I had expected better.

This McDonald's is very well located, close to shops and the train station, ideal for stopping and eating. The place is clean. Note that when you order at the kiosk, you have to pick up your order at the counter, unlike some other McDonald's in France or Belgium, for example.

Lots of school kids in the afternoon; I don't eat McDonald's. If you're still eating this junk in 2026, you're really not right in the head. Burgers that look almost the same after 20 years and are still intact?!?! I come here for the soft serve ice cream; top quality and something that hasn't been ruined yet.

I fell right into the stairwell during the PSV match. Chefke from McDonald's was the only one who asked me if I was okay. Big shoutout to him. Had a great experience 👍

Your food came quickly despite it being busy

I ordered €21.85 worth of food for Sunday and wanted to make a quick trip to the toilet before my order was ready, but I had to pay €0.70 for it and there was no room for discussion: company policy!!! I asked for my money back and I'm completely done with McDonald's! They won't see me there again!! Welcoming? Absolutely not! 😡

Why there's a toilet fee as long as I'm a customer?

I recommend it to those who want to eat hamburgers; their hamburgers are good, but if you haven't tried them before, you might have a little trouble ordering. There are kiosks. It's 2026, a very nice place, although they've made the toilets收费 (paid) at 0.70 cents with a credit card. It's better than the YÖK (Higher Education Council) [unclear text]. You can sit upstairs for hours; no one bothers you or talks to you. It's perfect for passing the time.

VERY SMALL PORTION OF MCFLURRY. I went to McDonald's Eindhoven Demer and was really looking forward to the new McFlurry flavors after how well they were presented in the commercials. To my surprise, I received a remarkably small amount of ice cream, which didn't even reach half the McFlurry container! I tried to resolve this with the manager, but he absolutely refused to offer a solution, even though I asked for a little more ice cream to match the presentation and price! To be honest, if you want to get a McFlurry here, you'll get further by getting an ice cream cone and adding your own toppings.

I love my Amelka❤💚 🦋💙💛 McDonald's is like McDonald's, but without the option to order to the table. The portions are small and they skimp on toppings. Only the sauces I ordered were as described, and if you really like spicy food, I recommend it 😂. The service is friendly and fast, efficient, but somehow economical 😉.

I visited during Carnival and now I understand that there's more work to be done at the restrooms, or that it's actually impossible, but sending the restroom attendant home as a lottery winner... well, my 2 cents (or a few euros for the group)

Why do I have to pay to wash my hands in a restaurant?

I had a really good experience here. The food was tasty, and the service was efficient and friendly. The atmosphere was also quite pleasant. I'd definitely recommend it! 🍔🍟😊

This place is a complete joke. You spent €10 on the burger and coffee, and eventually you need to go to the toilet. What comes there? You need to pay for the toilet even though you’re the customer’s. It doesn’t sound like a customer-oriented place at all. It’s just rather a joke, which is not funny.

it's not too filled but not too empty, the fire hose on the second floor is blocked by an employee and a table, but everything else is fine, the hamburgers are tasty:)

Didn't eat, but a quick visit to the (paid) restroom... what a disgusting mess it is! I found the restroom just like in the photo: urine on the floor, the toilet incredibly filthy, etc. I confronted an employee about it, who then responded nonchalantly. I don't think anyone here cares what it looks like, as previous reviews have shown... McDonald's, do something about this!

I recently went to the worst McDonald's ever in Groningen, and only then did I realize this is the best McDonald's in the whole of the Netherlands. The food is always excellent, the staff is fast, friendly, and professional, and everything is truly spotless.

A phase, I think. When you're in it, it's wonderful, but once you're gone, you can't understand how. That's the thing about all the things that aren't good for a person; they maintain their attraction until they're gone. No advice can even get a finger in the door. I was having a bad day and went to Mcdonald’s to eat and feel better. I ordered Mcflurry and was shocked when they gave me the cup with my ice cream, which was not even half full. I asked employees if they could give me more (since I payed around €5 for this), but the manager (?) told me that it was more than enough. I ate a lot of ice cream in Mcdonald’s in my life and I can definitely say that it was not “more than enough”. My day only got worse because of this service.

Why should I, as a customer who paid for my order, also have to pay for the restroom? A paid restroom! But that's not all. There's no toilet paper in the restroom. The funniest part is that when I left the restroom, I saw that the toilet paper was in a package by the sink. It turns out they'd taken it, but not in the restroom itself. It turns out I first had to pay to use the restroom, and then I also had to tear off paper at the entrance. And if I forget to tear it off, I'm out of paper...

What a great place. I mean it is Mac D's but it just had a nice vibe, was really quick for service, food was perfect looking, just like the adverts and I had curry fries, double big tasty and a lemonade/raspberry shake. Prices for a large was around 13 euros, some of the new items were the double big tasty, spicy quarter pounder, spicy nuggets, curry fries and some drinky bits. Why we can't have things like this in England, I'll never know. Just a shame! The ace in the hole, bought 2 bottles of big mac sauce!

It seems that portions are cut back here if you order something with a discount using the McDonald's app. I ordered a McFlurry Pistachio with a discount (only 75 cents less), and I got a cup that was only half full. Staff is quick and friendly

The cashier had to wait until the boss came impatiently. I bought coffee, it was different than anywhere else, very tasty. When I spoke in Dutch, the lady switched to English with a smile and enthusiasm. I was surprised, after all we were in Eindhoven. The atmosphere sucked. Yellow, expressionless walls, yellow furniture No additions. But the coffee was at a good price of 3 euros.

At the drive the woman's voice was unclear and almost unintelligible. Order was not delivered complete, I only found out at home!

The food was your standard McDonald's fare, though seemed overpriced compared to similar branches, which is probably due to being close to Eindhoven Central station. However, the worst part is having to pay for to use the toilet despite spending many Euros buying their food. They should be free for paying customers like other McDonald's.

Food was cold and tasteless. Restaurant is extremely dirty. Too disgusting to eat. You dare not touch anything. They walk around cleaning up, but they don't actually do more than clear some trays. Your feet stick to the floor. Junk everywhere on the ground. Little fresh air, smells musty. And it's cold. A step is broken on the stairs, very dangerous! Crappy McDonald's. If you put in some better cleaners and ensure quality food, you'll be well on your way!
