McDonald's in Centrum

I bought takeaway food several times and they never put any sauces or juice in it!!!! Even though I paid for it!

I recently went to the worst McDonald's ever in Groningen, and only then did I realize this is the best McDonald's in the whole of the Netherlands. The food is always excellent, the staff is fast, friendly, and professional, and everything is truly spotless.

I can't believe that after the commanders and you serve a glass of Coca Cola you have to pay 0.70 euros for the toilet!!! This has discouraged me from going to any MC Donald's in the future!!!

A phase, I think. When you're in it, it's wonderful, but once you're gone, you can't understand how. That's the thing about all the things that aren't good for a person; they maintain their attraction until they're gone. No advice can even get a finger in the door. Have a nice day then, I'm sure that's always possible... even after a meal like that with regret as a free dessert :-)

Smallest McDonald's in Eindhoven. Everything was neat and clean. Food was hot and fresh.

We ate deliciously, the service was good, but the toilet costs 0.70€, and for my money I got just a shit-stained toilet with a bunch of paper, the others were occupied for a long time. Are you serious? If I knew what was going on in such a toilet, I would never have gone in even for free.

€3.15 for an ice cream sundae! The container was half full and partially melted. Ordered at 3:30 PM. Not worth my money!

Horrible place with disgusting food that tastes like a shoe sole. Every time you come here, it's always questionable whether you'll get out unscathed.

Worst experience in my last 20 years.

I was having a bad day and went to Mcdonald’s to eat and feel better. I ordered Mcflurry and was shocked when they gave me the cup with my ice cream, which was not even half full. I asked employees if they could give me more (since I payed around €5 for this), but the manager (?) told me that it was more than enough. I ate a lot of ice cream in Mcdonald’s in my life and I can definitely say that it was not “more than enough”. My day only got worse because of this service.

Why should I, as a customer who paid for my order, also have to pay for the restroom? A paid restroom! But that's not all. There's no toilet paper in the restroom. The funniest part is that when I left the restroom, I saw that the toilet paper was in a package by the sink. It turns out they'd taken it, but not in the restroom itself. It turns out I first had to pay to use the restroom, and then I also had to tear off paper at the entrance. And if I forget to tear it off, I'm out of paper...

A bit messy. Full tables, but the food is what you'd expect at a MC.

Why there's a fee for the toilets as long as I'm a customer?

What is this? Forgot your drink, burger as dry as a rock, never again this Mac, shame on you. Can't be done. Apparently no management.

What a great place. I mean it is Mac D's but it just had a nice vibe, was really quick for service, food was perfect looking, just like the adverts and I had curry fries, double big tasty and a lemonade/raspberry shake. Prices for a large was around 13 euros, some of the new items were the double big tasty, spicy quarter pounder, spicy nuggets, curry fries and some drinky bits. Why we can't have things like this in England, I'll never know. Just a shame! The ace in the hole, bought 2 bottles of big mac sauce!

It seems that portions are cut back here if you order something with a discount using the McDonald's app. I ordered a McFlurry Pistachio with a discount (only 75 cents less), and I got a cup that was only half full. Staff is quick and friendly

I recommend it to those who want to eat hamburgers, their hamburgers are good but if you haven't tried it before, you may have a hard time ordering. There are kiosks.

The cashier had to wait until the boss came impatiently. I bought coffee, it was different than anywhere else, very tasty. When I spoke in Dutch, the lady switched to English with a smile and enthusiasm. I was surprised, after all we were in Eindhoven. The atmosphere sucked. Yellow, expressionless walls, yellow furniture No additions. But the coffee was at a good price of 3 euros.

At the drive the woman's voice was unclear and almost unintelligible. Order was not delivered complete, I only found out at home!

Very good. One of the best macdonalds i ever went! Fries very crispy and has just enough salt. Just the double filet o fish is the only thing i dont like that much. I feel like there is something with the sauce

The food was your standard McDonald's fare, though seemed overpriced compared to similar branches, which is probably due to being close to Eindhoven Central station. However, the worst part is having to pay for to use the toilet despite spending many Euros buying their food. They should be free for paying customers like other McDonald's.

I never really have any problems at these McDonald's. But today I bought fries with paprika powder, when I took all my food out of the bag, instead of a bag of paprika powder, there was a bag with a cleaning paper..

Food was cold and tasteless. Restaurant is extremely dirty. Too disgusting to eat. You dare not touch anything. They walk around cleaning up, but they don't actually do more than clear some trays. Your feet stick to the floor. Junk everywhere on the ground. Little fresh air, smells musty. And it's cold. A step is broken on the stairs, very dangerous! Crappy McDonald's. If you put in some better cleaners and ensure quality food, you'll be well on your way!

You cannot go up here in a wheelchair and therefore cannot go to the toilet. There was no willingness to carry my 7-year-old daughter upstairs in the wheelchair to the toilet! Bad thing

I went at 6 o'clock, so it was the busiest time of the day, but I still had my food within 15 minutes. The atmosphere was busy, but otherwise there was no decoration or anything. Really bad experience, food wasn’t good at all, staff forgot to give me and my girlfriend multiple orders. I payed extra for mustard, noticed I don’t have it so I went to tell it to staff and all I got is 🤷🏻 this expression with words “mustard finished” instead of telling it to me and offering another sauce. That was really a detail but tables dirty as hell and toilets? Man I have never been to worse toilet in any other McDonald, horribly smelly, no paper, piss on the ground everywhere and no SOAP for washing hands, that’s just disgusting. Poor restaurant, visit another McDonald nearby instead of this one.

Waiting 20 minutes for an order because your order has been given to someone else. So numbers are not taken into account. Then received a new order, but this time it was wrong. Another 10 minute wait while it is repaired. Then it tastes like any mac would. Too bad they charge 50 cents for a toilet that smells just like the street around the building. Piss.

What a filthy mess it is there, the entire top floor smelled of toilets. Toilets were very dirty. In the women's toilet the hygiene box was even overflowing. You order reusable but get disposable. Complete chaos.

This McDonalds smells terribly like urine. It also doesn't look clean. The trash cans were all packed even though there were only 2 orders and there were at least 7 people in the kitchen, most of whom were talking to each other. The food was fine, but the urine smell really ruined it.

I'm a big fan of McDonald's but not this one. There is a very bad urine smell around the entire building. It smells so bad that I actually don't want to eat my food here. Everything is sticky and there are empty tables full of waste everywhere.

Great spot, but busy when I was there today. I ordered a McFlurry Oreo Caramel ice cream and the ice cream was half melted. It is abnormally busy and the line was outside the restaurant. The atmosphere just normal.

I was there this morning, I always order from the machine, but today I had to pay in cash, there was a girl at the checkout with a very unpleasant expression on her face, she wanted to order hot cocoa, the one who told me that there was none, I asked what do you mean, they only answered me on the 5th time that the machine was not working. I asked for nuggets and sweet and sour sauce, and when they gave me the order, it was not there, I double-checked the receipt, she did not even add sauce there. I work in the service industry myself, I know how hard it is, but employees, be kinder and more attentive to customers

Honestly, I'm not one to usually write bad reviews about fast food, but this was just terrible allround. The lemonade I got was almost entirely filled with ice with barely any liquid in it. And I got a large. I politely asked if this was the usual ratio, and I got brushed off with a "yeah we don't mix it, it's programmed like this. If you drink all the liquid on the bottom, only ice is left". Seriously, what do you expect me to do with a drink and a paper straw. Mix it myself? On top of that, the Big Tasty's patty tasted like nothing. I'd wager the cardboard box had more flavor to it.

There was one toilet clogged and I reported it to the counter, then I got a big snarl from the girl who said, "I know that." In a not so nice way.

It is a McDonalds small narrow downstairs and spacious upstairs. Service was fine, food was hot and speed was fantastic too. What really disappointed me was that I had ordered food for €50 and really needed to go to the toilet and had to pay €1.00 per person. When I ask how that is so. It only says yes ma'am, I clean here. Ok fair enough but then I expect a clean toilet that smells fresh. Unfortunately that was not the case. Improvement point, yes certainly... but a toilet teacher in the McDonalds where you already pay quite a bit of money, I expect either a clean toilet or just to be able to pee.

There were two very friendly, fast and efficient workers in general.

I can't say anything negative about this store. It was clean, the staff was nice and the food came quickly. Only 1-2 people groups inside were very “embarrassing”. There you see sitting at the table burping loudly. But the store itself can't do anything about it.

Great McDonald's - just what you expect from a McDonald's. The food is fine, the service is a bit less on busier days. I am bothered by the protesters who stand in front of the door with televisions - on these televisions they play videos of chickens being slaughtered.

It was clean, the sandwiches are pretty much the same as at home. The Hungarian-speaking employee was very nice.

Unfriendly staff who do nothing against pickpocketing within their branch. My laptop was stolen while I was eating, there was even an employee walking around cleaning. When I realized that this road was gone, I reported it to the manager and was rudely told that I should pay more attention. Really no empathy.

Was served very quickly. At 11:30 am it was a lot quieter and we had plenty of room on the top floor. It's strange that you have to pay 50 cents to the toilet attendant as a customer.

They ambitiously call themselves a family restaurant, but of course it is just a food bar. Those opening hours are downright absurd; which 'restaurant' closes at 7pm on Saturday evening?! PSV fan day, 20,000 children in the stadium, all want to eat a happy meal after the match: McDonald's closed. 🤦‍♂️ Edit: opening hours have been extended.

The food was fine, but many tables were not clean even though it was quiet. The toilets smelled so bad that you could smell it outside the toilet door. That's really not possible, especially for a restaurant.

I liked. I don't necessarily want to encourage fast food, but, being in a hurry, I still cross the threshold of this type of restaurants. I found the food to be better than other similar locations.

I ordered a sheikh and literally had it in my hand a minute after paying. The place is not crowded, so you can get your order quickly.

Why is there some woman sitting near the toilet at McDonald's and collecting money without giving out receipts? Europe - 2024, blah... And it would be okay - the toilets were clean. But no, they stink like trash! The last time I saw this was at the market in Kyiv, at Lesnaya, about 10 years ago - well, it was clear there. Is this the company policy now? Kind of trashy, to be honest. Savages.

Went by on Sunday evening around 7pm because we had promised our son an ice cream. Our son is 4 and finds everything interesting. So also how ice creams are made. Plenty of time was taken to explain to our son how the ice creams are made and he was even allowed to watch. A wonderful experience for him. Nice that this was possible! Thank you.
