McDonald's in Meerhoven

It is getting worse and worse because sandwiches that are crooked are cold and it is getting worse and worse sauce that is half next to the meat and it is also only this fidiaal mac best and airport are doing better lately also a bit sloppy but it is very bad here now the CB sandwich just didn't taste good now either

The food is delicious, the service from the manager was really good. I got a cheesecake because I was the first one because it was still left and I was the only one in the restaurant.

The food is generally good. The service is terrible! You can wait an extremely long time for your order.

Even though I always ask for a disposable cup, I always get a recyclable one. I have to complain every time, which is starting to get really annoying. It almost feels like they're doing it on purpose.

The manager was very angry. He scolded me. The employee had spit in my food because I wasn't friendly. I asked for a new burger because I didn't like that. I never received a new one. The restaurant was extremely dirty, especially the restroom. The staff were very unfriendly and all looked at me grumpily. I didn't do anything and was treated poorly. I wouldn't recommend going there. I'd like the manager to be fired. It's the least they can do for me. McDonald's, this behavior is unacceptable! I will NEVER go here again!!

Poor food, the young girl serving could not be any less disinterested, she obviously doesn't love it working here, maybe she should probably get another job

What has this Mac gone bad to? Change of ownership/franchiser? Big Mac without hamburgers, Cheeseburgers without cheese, and 9 out of 10 times everything lukewarm or cold. Half-full ice cream. The staff isn't really what it should be either; they just sigh and groan. This Mac could learn a thing or two from Mac Geldrop.

Chiken tenders sold out and forgot my medium fries

I ordered a coffee, a chocolate sweet and a croissant. After almost 15 min I requested it. The manager found out my order was sitting somewhere and gave it to me. Coffee was obviously cold but he even asked me if it was hot enough! I said no, and had to make me a new coffee which I expected in first place. No apologies for the delay and the manager even forgot my order came with jam! He might revisit the chapter on the McDonald manual how to serve customers.

I found a McDonald’s on Noord Brabantlaan 350, just a short 5-minute walk from my hotel. I took a small side path to get there, and even though it was already quite late, the place was still crowded with people. I decided to order a Big Mac to take back to the hotel. The taste was just the same as always — familiar and satisfying. It’s nice to know that no matter where you are, McDonald’s keeps that same classic flavor. A quick and easy meal, perfect for when you just want something simple and predictable after a long day.

Sad atmosphere there, long wait for food. No milk for coffee (capo, etc.)

Poor service. I placed an order and took it with me, but it turned out they didn't give me everything. I paid the amount and they packed everything for me, but when I got home, I opened it and they didn't give me any nuggets. Just a note to all customers: be sure to check your order before taking it with you. Sometimes they cheat and don't deliver. But now I've made a note to myself to check everything.

The wait for our food at the table took about 15 minutes. Even though it was a Friday evening around dinner time, I find that rather long. One of the burgers was cold, but we did get a new one when we reported it.

Just ordered apple pies. They're just NOT warm. I had the same experience two days ago. Then I received others that were nice and hot. Now they wouldn't even bother to fix the problem! They won't see me again!

The taste of the food is way better than McDonald's in the Netherlands.

A standard McDonald's. The burgers were a bit less tasty than usual. Otherwise, it was reasonably clean and the service was excellent.

We got a Big Mac here a few days ago. To our disappointment, the food was very bad, and so was the service. Food: ⭐️⭐️/5 The food was very soggy and wet, and it was cold when it arrived. We mentioned this to the staff, but they told us there was nothing they could do about it. Service: ⭐️/5 The service was also very poor; it took 20 minutes for our food to arrive, even for a McDonald's. The atmosphere wasn't any different for a McDonald's, but I definitely wouldn't go back.

For the smell of salt, grease, and lost dignity It was late in Eindhoven. Els was hungry for something that no longer had to do with craftsmanship. We walked into the McDonald's on Noord-Brabantlaan as if we were putting our principles on hold for a moment. The floor shone like varnish over a cheap painting. The air smelled of nostalgia and frying fat—the perfume of the modern pilgrim. I ordered a McChicken. Els took fries and said: “Harm, this isn't a meal, this is an emotional stopover.” Next to us sat a boy in a leather jacket—not real leather, but PU that pretended to be. I thought of Johnny's Vintage & Leathers, my own place, where the leather actually breathes. Where belts aren't made of plastic dreams but of cow's soul. There, amidst the ketchup stains, I decided that even grease can have a kind of sheen—as long as it's honest. The fries were hot, the burger lukewarm, but the reflection in the window showed two people too far gone to care about quality. Els laughed and said, "I'll Google this later, with feeling." So here it is: three stars. One for efficiency, one for the memory of real hunger, and one for the contrast with the smell of leather in my studio.

Fast food is fast food, good service quality, food quality even though fast food is good

The purchase went well - as usual at McDonald's 🙂 Large, convenient parking lot, clean restrooms... I recommend it 👌

They quickly give you the wrong order, forget products, or give you the wrong ones. Ordered 20 chicken nuggets, got a box with more cheese bites than chicken nuggets... the most disgusting things there are.

Always very busy, long wait unfortunately

Received a quarter-full McFlurry, then asked if they could refill it. They refused.

I had chunks of ice in my iced coffee and far too much ketchup on my quarter-pound town, so I had ketchup all over my pants. Also, the other customers were really rude. Next time, I'll go to KFC. Period.

For the umpteenth time: we order a large cappuccino and a latte macchiato. We ask if they could put a C on the cappuccino or the other way around. Unfortunately... no, again. "I did put a dent in it," she said. "But what?" Oh, she couldn't remember. How hard can it be!

It was pleasantly busy, and scanning and ordering worked well. The food was good. Portions were ample. Keep it up.

More than 30 min waiting for big Mac, they serve people that come later , they don't care about the real order of requesting... I never saw something sow slow like this

It's 8:50 in the morning. I waited five minutes at MC Drive-Thru to order, but no one came to serve me. When I got to the next window, two girls were chatting and ignored me. After a while, one came up to me. When I asked if it was open, she said yes. When I told her I'd waited five minutes and no one had taken my order, she said she was gone! I don't recommend it! Where is the manager?!

The big tasty had so much sauce on it that it started to look like a bukkake.

It is very close to the airport and there is a parking lot for parking, but the ordering process is very slow and the food is not served quickly.

Don't bother coming to this place for ice cream, they won't even fill half of it.

Order was ready quickly. They made a mistake in the order. We got 6 spicy chicken nuggets instead of the normal ones we ordered. However, this was quickly and well resolved after we had indicated it. We got the normal chicken nuggets right away.

I don’t visit McDonald’s very often, but when I’m in the mood for this kind of food, this is my favorite one in Eindhoven. It’s always clean, the orders are prepared quickly, and the food tastes good. The staff is professional and attentive. During a recent heatwave, I started to feel unwell while waiting for my order, and one of the employees immediately noticed and kindly offered me a cup of water. I really appreciated that gesture.

One of the better ones in thr chain. Very clean and well maintained, inside and outside. Quite spacious, clean toilet. Plenty of parking spaces.

I think it was busy. Tables were very dirty, a student cleaned the table. Ordering went smoothly, at this location they don't bring to the table. No problem for us. Fries were not tasty because of way too much salt, others might like this. Upon arrival and on the terrace some young guys were very annoying by riding their bikes across the terrace. They were shouting at our daughters, as a dad I spoke to them about it and the idiots became even more aggressive. For the sake of peace, and at the request of my partner we continued. The employees can't do anything about this but it is very disturbing.

Quickly got a mc menu to take home, was home within a few minutes and could eat everything cold, really the fries and hamburger were not even lukewarm anymore but really cold (yuck cold food) luckily the milkshake was also cold 🙃, so we won't do that again.......

Ordered full menu only received coca cola. Now i am going to die of starvation because im at work and i dont have anything to eat, might turn cannibal soon.

Just after midnight you cannot order inside, while there are still 40 people eating inside. You can go through the Drive, but that is not possible with the truck. Then for once you can walk through. And then enjoy standing among the exhaust fumes. No thank you.

Stone age service. Only through the delivery counter. There are no numbers on the tables, no trestles with numbers. That's why there's a huge crowd of people at the counter during peak hours.

Like every McDonald's, it's very busy on Fridays with many parents and young children all running criss-cross together. 😂

Got 3x MC Flurry pistachio, what was in it were no pistachio nuts. And very far away to find a little pistachio flavor. So deeply disappointed (again)

I am sure they can hire better staff with a mental (even physical) disability who will do a better job than what is written now! How hard is it to read the receipt and put in the bag what is written… half of it is not delivered!! How hard can it be to use that one brain cell. Really bad!!!!
