McDonald's in Meerhoven

Disastrous amount of trash in the parking lot. Filthy. Really a lot of strange characters, including dealers in the evenings. Police drive circles around it. Absolutely no feeling of safety alone or with the family. The food itself is somewhat fine, the staff friendly, it's really the surroundings.

A normal McDonald's like all the others. Obviously, being in Veldhoven, it's less chaotic than downtown Eindhoven. I still find the prices irrational. Lunch for two plus a Happy Meal for the little girl costs 40 euros. Like, wtf!! 🤣🤣

I ordered a hamburger, fries, and a cola for two and we got 1 hamburger bonus.

The taller manager was very helpful with a complaint despite the busyness.

If you compare these two McDonald’s locations, you can clearly see the difference. When I ordered a large coffee here, I was given a cup that was only about half full. I asked the staff if they could replace it, but they simply took the same cup back and returned with the exact same one. I was very disappointed with the service and the way my complaint was handled. I expected better customer service from McDonald’s.

Just went to the restroom at this McDonald's where, first of all, they didn't have any toilet paper, and when I reached for the roll in the holder, there was shit in it from the previous person. Absurdly disgusting place. Would avoid this McDonald's.

Average experience, as you would expect from a McDonald's. Ordering via the kiosk went smoothly and the food was, as always, hot and prepared to my liking. It gets busy during peak hours and the wait time for pickup can increase. A couple of times something in the order was incomplete, so check your bag before you leave.

Since the corona rules have become a bit more relaxed, the fast food place has been seriously busy; I was there at 20:00 and could start eating at 20:25... phew. Now in 2026 it's much faster, still busy in the restaurant, but the food was tasty, great.

Even though we ate there, it was cold. We mentioned it, but the employee did nothing about it; they said they had no time. We spoke to another employee about it, and she said she didn't understand. We even translated it into English, but still nothing was done about it.

Clean, calm Nice. I enjoy a quiet on a Tuesday morning McDonalds on the outskirts of town over a filled with loud people making messes McDonalds in the middle of the city center. It makes me feel young again, being with family that takes you out and enjoying the quiet adult version over the screaming child version.

A very nice and clean McDonald's. During our visit on the way to Ouddrop, we stopped at this McDonald's for a break. We ordered our food at the kiosk, and it was brought to our table. It arrived quickly and was complete. We also noticed that the staff cleaned every table immediately after each guest had been seated. Return trays were also cleared promptly. I can personally recommend this McDonald's.

Fine, like every McDonald's. Too bad they forgot something twice. The chicken nuggets were on the cold side, unfortunately.

It makes a big difference since the renovation. It is always very warm inside when it's hot, but otherwise fine. The dog is also always welcome, which is nice.

Unfortunately, the price/quality ratio has been declining at this chain for quite some time...

Everything was really warm, nothing to complain about.

I came here with my wife and my children the other day. As soon as we walked in the restaurant already looked like one big mess! There was some litter on the ground thay came from the overfilled trash cans there, while there were three people cleaning there at once. We ordered something simple: two big tasty menus for me and my wife and three happy meals for my children. We waited THIRTY minutes for our order. when we asked why they said “they forgot about it.” What made it even worse: they forgot my childrens fries. Although the food was very tasty, the service was TERRIBLE. They shouldn’t hire children that young too.

My take away order was messed up. - I didn't get at all the two spicy chicken sandwiches - one person left with no sandwiches. Soggy undone fries. Other things as well but won't get I fo.all the details. I tried first to do the order through the app. It limits orders to 20 items!! How to do an order for group? The Netherlands app does not have English language. The main app that I found in Google play was throwing error when I tried to log in with Google. I have used US app before with that account and the app was in English. I had to search for NL macdonalds app to be redirected via the website in order to download it. So much trouble and so much disappoinment. Please don't even try to respond, I do not care. It is warning to other customers just to double check their orders and think twice before ordering. We eat once per year or less macdonalds, so you don't loose a big customer but definitely will not enter the chain in the Netherlands again.

Big Arch Burger advertised everywhere, but when you order it, it's sold out! Happens here regularly. Also, the way they speak to you with such disinterest while you're ordering at the McDonald's drive-thru is almost antisocial; customer friendliness is nowhere to be found. This guy on Sunday, July 5th, around 6:15 PM, go do something else, man!

For the 4th time we were there to get ice cream and milkshakes, once again they didn't have any!!!!

We stopped by yesterday and waited about 15 minutes for our order. When we got home and discovered that they hadn't prepared the order, the service was downright worthless. I don't feel like coming back anymore, thanks.

Absolutely fantastic! I was there today with my girlfriends and it was really delicious. I did say "you too" twice, very awkwardly, to a staff member when they said "enjoy your meal"... to two different staff members... otherwise, really top-notch!

After contacting the branch, an excellent solution was offered for the problem. I will happily visit this branch again.

No different from all the other McDonald's in the Netherlands. Dirty tables, trays that haven't been cleared, etc., etc. Oh well... for a quick bite, it's fine.

I was at the restaurant in question and ordered 2 set menus and 1 regular hamburger. I waited 15 minutes and when I asked the waiter if it would be much longer, he didn't say, but it was clear that he had given the order to someone else because they wrote down what was said on a piece of paper. Then, after another 10 minutes, they brought the wrong hamburger, which I think was my portion.

Rooms are dated. Food and service very good. Nice pool.

Came here while visiting my family from the Netherlands. The McDonald’s at the airport was closed, so this was the closest one, and I’m honestly happy I ended up here. The food was amazing — easily better than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to before. The staff were really kind and welcoming too, which made the whole experience even better. Also, I have to mention the long-haired ginger guy working there… he definitely caught my attention. Really handsome and honestly made the visit a little more memorable. Great food, great people, would definitely come back.

Just had a quick coffee because I had dropped someone off at an appointment and had to wait for them. Had to check twice if it was really coffee; it tasted more like weak tea. That wasn't good!

When did McDonald's lose its kid-friendliness? Such a great McDonald's, huge and packed with service staff, yet the service is noticeably slow. The food, as always with McDonald's, tasted very good, and the parking lot is easily accessible even with a camper van.

A fine branch for a quick bite to eat. Inside, everything looks neat and well-maintained, and the restaurant appears clean and organized. The burgers were nice and fresh and tasted good, and the service was smooth despite the crowds. However, you do notice that this is a very busy location, causing the outdoor area to get dirty faster. There was some trash lying around here and there, and the outdoor tables could have been cleaned a bit more often. On the other hand, it is understandable that at such a busy branch, things regularly fall on the ground or are left behind by visitors. Otherwise, just a good McDonald's with tasty food and a nice atmosphere inside. With a little more attention to keeping the outdoor area clean, it would be absolutely top-notch.

Smoking was allowed on the terrace after all, and my granddaughter had gluten-free, but it was inedible. Following complaints, we eventually received a different one.

It is getting worse and worse because sandwiches that are crooked are cold and it is getting worse and worse sauce that is half next to the meat and it is also only this fidiaal mac best and airport are doing better lately also a bit sloppy but it is very bad here now the CB sandwich just didn't taste good now either

Even though I always ask for a disposable cup, I always get a recyclable one. I have to complain every time, which is starting to get really annoying. It almost feels like they're doing it on purpose.

The manager was very angry. He scolded me. The employee had spit in my food because I wasn't friendly. I asked for a new burger because I didn't like that. I never received a new one. The restaurant was extremely dirty, especially the restroom. The staff were very unfriendly and all looked at me grumpily. I didn't do anything and was treated poorly. I wouldn't recommend going there. I'd like the manager to be fired. It's the least they can do for me. McDonald's, this behavior is unacceptable! I will NEVER go here again!!

What has this Mac gone bad to? Change of ownership/franchiser? Big Mac without hamburgers, Cheeseburgers without cheese, and 9 out of 10 times everything lukewarm or cold. Half-full ice cream. The staff isn't really what it should be either; they just sigh and groan. This Mac could learn a thing or two from Mac Geldrop.

Chiken tenders sold out and forgot my medium fries

I ordered a coffee, a chocolate sweet and a croissant. After almost 15 min I requested it. The manager found out my order was sitting somewhere and gave it to me. Coffee was obviously cold but he even asked me if it was hot enough! I said no, and had to make me a new coffee which I expected in first place. No apologies for the delay and the manager even forgot my order came with jam! He might revisit the chapter on the McDonald manual how to serve customers.

I found a McDonald’s on Noord Brabantlaan 350, just a short 5-minute walk from my hotel. I took a small side path to get there, and even though it was already quite late, the place was still crowded with people. I decided to order a Big Mac to take back to the hotel. The taste was just the same as always — familiar and satisfying. It’s nice to know that no matter where you are, McDonald’s keeps that same classic flavor. A quick and easy meal, perfect for when you just want something simple and predictable after a long day.

Poor service. I placed an order and took it with me, but it turned out they didn't give me everything. I paid the amount and they packed everything for me, but when I got home, I opened it and they didn't give me any nuggets. Just a note to all customers: be sure to check your order before taking it with you. Sometimes they cheat and don't deliver. But now I've made a note to myself to check everything.

Just ordered apple pies. They're just NOT warm. I had the same experience two days ago. Then I received others that were nice and hot. Now they wouldn't even bother to fix the problem! They won't see me again!

The wait for our food at the table took about 15 minutes. Even though it was a Friday evening around dinner time, I find that rather long. One of the burgers was cold, but we did get a new one when we reported it.

We mentioned this to the staff, but they told us there was nothing they could do about it. Service: ⭐️/5 The service was also very poor; it took 20 minutes for our food to arrive, even for a McDonald's. The atmosphere wasn't any different for a McDonald's, but I definitely wouldn't go back.

For the smell of salt, grease, and lost dignity It was late in Eindhoven. Els was hungry for something that no longer had to do with craftsmanship. We walked into the McDonald's on Noord-Brabantlaan as if we were putting our principles on hold for a moment. The floor shone like varnish over a cheap painting. The air smelled of nostalgia and frying fat—the perfume of the modern pilgrim. I ordered a McChicken. Els took fries and said: “Harm, this isn't a meal, this is an emotional stopover.” Next to us sat a boy in a leather jacket—not real leather, but PU that pretended to be. I thought of Johnny's Vintage & Leathers, my own place, where the leather actually breathes. Where belts aren't made of plastic dreams but of cow's soul. There, amidst the ketchup stains, I decided that even grease can have a kind of sheen—as long as it's honest. The fries were hot, the burger lukewarm, but the reflection in the window showed two people too far gone to care about quality. Els laughed and said, "I'll Google this later, with feeling." So here it is: three stars. One for efficiency, one for the memory of real hunger, and one for the contrast with the smell of leather in my studio.

They quickly give you the wrong order, forget products, or give you the wrong ones. Ordered 20 chicken nuggets, got a box with more cheese bites than chicken nuggets... the most disgusting things there are.

Received a quarter-full McFlurry, then asked if they could refill it. They refused.

I had chunks of ice in my iced coffee and far too much ketchup on my quarter-pound town, so I had ketchup all over my pants. Also, the other customers were really rude. Next time, I'll go to KFC. Period.

For the umpteenth time: we order a large cappuccino and a latte macchiato. We ask if they could put a C on the cappuccino or the other way around. Unfortunately... no, again. "I did put a dent in it," she said. "But what?" Oh, she couldn't remember. How hard can it be!

It's 8:50 in the morning. I waited five minutes at MC Drive-Thru to order, but no one came to serve me. When I got to the next window, two girls were chatting and ignored me. After a while, one came up to me. When I asked if it was open, she said yes. When I told her I'd waited five minutes and no one had taken my order, she said she was gone! I don't recommend it! Where is the manager?!
