Burger King in Centrum

Not even one sauce lole a ketchup or anything comes with the fries. Unacceptable. I will not be visiting any Burger King ever again.

The fries were delicious, nice and hot, crispy (not soggy like fast food restaurants often have), and well-salted (if you don't like salt, I'd definitely recommend asking for less or no salt, but for me, the fries were perfect). The burger was nothing special, just what I expected from BK. It wasn't extremely busy (Friday afternoon around 6:30 PM), so the service was fine. There wasn't much seating, but hey, it's in the station inside the gates, so most people just pick up their food and catch the next train. For fast food, a decent 5/5, but it is, of course, a fast food restaurant, so never have too high expectations ;)

Ordered a Big King XXL, and it was a completely different burger. Only tomato sauce, no onions or lettuce, and a few slices of cheese. I reported it to the head office, including photos. The manager was confronted and is receiving new training and staff renewals, as the complaints have been known for some time. It's better to go elsewhere. We always eat BK, but this is currently the worst. They don't know how to execute the recipes properly.

It says they're open until 11 but I'm pretty sure the last fresh burger is made at 8.

Whopper cold and dry. When PSV plays, the prices are doubled, ridiculous.

very important to say, burger king in eindhoven is truly one of the greatest, maybe the GREATEST burger experience in the history of burgers, people are talking about it everywhere. i went in thinking "okay, another fast food place," but BELIEVE me, the burgers – huge, juicy, beautiful – they melted in my mouth faster than joe biden forgets where he is. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. and let me tell you about AMINA, the cashier – what a STAR! a true PROFESSIONAL, smarter than most politicians in washington. she took my order with more class and speed than you’ve ever seen. SHE DESERVES A MEDAL, MAYBE TWO. without her, the whole country of the netherlands would be a much sadder place. eindhoven burger king is winning, BIG LEAGUE. if the whole world ran like this burger king, WE WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEMS, ONLY GREAT BURGERS, GREAT PEOPLE, AND GREAT DEALS. five stars, the best, BELIEVE ME!

Great service after an incomplete order After my vacation, I arrived at Eindhoven station and decided to grab a bite to eat at Burger King with my sister. Everything was quite chaotic because of the crowds, and I was in a hurry to catch my train. Only later, on the train, did I discover our order was incomplete—the Oreo ice creams we'd ordered had been forgotten. I later contacted the branch and received friendly help over the phone from manager Priscilla, a friendly woman from Burkina Faso. She understood immediately and made sure the money for the missing ice creams was refunded within four days. Really great service! I'd also like to send my warm regards to Priscilla—thanks for the excellent service!

If there were more stars for the service I would go for it. The dark hair girl (Amina?) that was working there was so polite and helpful. The food was also very good!

The restaurant was supposed to be open until 11:00 PM, but we were unfriendly waved out at 10:50 PM and were not allowed to order anything anymore. That could be friendlier, or make sure you can close the door.

Not the best Burger King branch at all. The double burger looked that a car tire drop over it!, totally flat and pathetic... taste was not great and was even cold. The chips were cold as well. Friendly personnel, always with a smile, but the food was bad, comparing to other branches. There is a sign of the wall that says there is WIFI, but actually there isn't any! Some people sleeping at the first floor, or camping there and laying on the benches/sits. Not great. Quite dirty floor. Rubbish beam was full (at 9 AM already), maintenance is needed. Not recommended. Avoid.

Could only order "large" but they couldn't explain to me why. A lady throws a coke over my legs and no one from the staff comes to clean it up despite looking in my direction several times. When I wanted to leave, the area where I was sitting, which was completely dirty and not tidy, was cordoned off and I had to push a heavy plate aside to get out. And incredibly expensive too. Don't go there!

Man at the cash register refused coupon via the app. He said the coupons don't work. Unfortunately I had to make a purchase without a coupon discount. The order was also not fresh.

Could only choose between a few menus, the reason being that they had an 'event menu', no one in the shop so it was not busy. They just didn't feel like doing their normal work.

Such bad burgers they serve here that no one is ashamed to give food like that. We came in for a quick bite to eat. We had opted for 2 menus, we were not asked what drinks we wanted, but 2 Coca Colas were simply taken. We were asked what kind of sauce we wanted with the fries (french fries sauce or ketchup is included in the menu). One didn't want sauce, the other ketchup. Should we just pay for ketchup? When we indicated this, we received the answer: "Ketchup is only not included in that menu." Even though it was clearly stated on the signs that this was included. In itself, the 75 cents doesn't matter at all, but it is nonsense. Furthermore, the prices on the signs were also incorrect, a difference of 15 cents (more expensive of course) but that is also incorrect. Food was fine, but very unfriendly and unprofessional staff.

This Burger King has no ordering kiosks and does not work with receipts or numbers, my order was completely forgotten or something, so I only received my food after more than half an hour of indicating and ordering again, and in the meantime it happened more often. that orders were delivered incorrectly. Never had any problems at the Burger Kings at 's-Hertogenbosch and Utrecht Central Station, so it should be possible, but I won't visit them anymore.

Literally stole money from us. Upcharged for the order, does not take the app, mismade the food. Cashier was extremely rude and nasty, did not even let us finish the order. Unhygienic when making the food. Criminal.

Incompetent and rude staff, not willing to communicate in any other language than Dutch. The tall guy did not finish taking our order, started doing something else, then proceeded to interrupt us when we were ordering which resulted in us not having items which we wanted. When we tried to explain and continue he did not understand (or didn't want to understand). He also refused to add the points from the order to the Burger King account. Honestly, waste of money for shitty food and shitty attitude.

Sorry, but the team that is there now is fake up to and including, their service is not good at all, you do not get what you ordered, my order was not complete at all and a manager who does not sympathize with the customer at all despite their major mistakes service... will you do something about it?

The food was better than the other burger kings I've been to. Of course I have to mention that this was a snapshot, it may have been a coincidence. The food here was hot, fries were very hot and had good salt. The food was ready quickly even though there was not really any stock. It's not really a place where you can sit and eat, hardly any room for it. There are candle tables that are the world's smallest tables. You can't really sit with two people sitting opposite each other eating. It can suddenly be very busy when a train comes, many people go to get a burger, only to be very quiet again a few minutes later. After I have visited this Burger King more than once, I am rewriting my review.

Please drop in to find out that eating at home is too late. I was already in the car (being picked up) and you find out that you received cold and soggy fries that had probably come out of the oven half an hour earlier. Driving back was tempting but not done. Everything except two snacks could go into the bin. Burger King: Shame on you

Ridiculous price for a mini fries

Everything great! Nice food & very tasty I'm always super happy there. 10/10 would love to go back again! The people I've seen working there are very friendly. Received food very quickly and a friendly foreign man who speaks English and Dutch.

After 2 years we still don't serve the grill master burger with the right bun like every other restaurant.

There is no option to award zero stars though. Asked for a large meal, got medium. Asked to order onion rings instead of fries, got reply that do not have them. Showed picture behind a cashier with onion rings, he answered they do not sell them. Asked for a cola without ice, got it with ice. Basically anything I wanted I did not get. Stay away from this place. Also apparently owner is asking friends/family to rate it with five stars, basically confirming that they are doing a bad job there. Such a shame for a brand that should stand out for its high standards anywhere in the world.

Ordered the Big King, I expected it not to look like the picture at Burger King, but I was amazed that I got some old bun with white on it, some bone-dry meat, one piece of lettuce and three onions. . If this was "flame grilled" I don't know anymore. Send Rob Geus once, don't believe this is going entirely according to protocol.

Get a bad smelling and strange tasting burger, brought back after 2 bites. The employee tried to solve it nicely until the customer-unfriendly manager started to interfere.

Had an XXL hamburger. Old bun and burger was not nice and warm. Addressing them about this led to nothing.

Can the Red Bull vegetables be added to the order?

Be extremely careful, will not follow for requirements for intolerances or allergies. Been served what I asked to be removed before, now wasnt even accommodated. If you have an allergy, stay away as you could end up in hospital (!).

Atmosphere was just regular like any other Burger King, so that was not necessary the issue. However, the cashier was reeeeally in a bad mood and treating everybody in bad terms. Food was cold, I couldn't even finish eating it.

They charge deposit for reusable cups but they don’t have the machine for returning the cups, which means every time I visit I will get a few coins back for the 1 euro deposit (they don’t even give the 1 euro coin but 2x 50 cents instead).

Chili cheese nuggets waren nice. Cola was prima. Long chicken was prima. Curly fries waren prima. De whopper had een rare smaak. Er zijn betere Burger King locaties, maar het was redelijk.

Na lange dag op werk en vergeten avond eten is mijn dag gemaakt bij deze Burger King. Kipnuggets en friet top hier en aardig personeel.

Zelden zo’ onverschilligheid meegemaakt. Sam de medewerker was duidelijk meer geïnteresseerd in zijn vrouwelijke collega dan in zijn klandizie. Dit bleek ook uit het resultaat, gewone frietjes ipv twister fries, kipnuggets ipv chilicheese nuggets.

Je komt er pas bij het bestellen achter dat je geen coupons uit de app kan inleveren doordat medewerker enkel zegt: "wij scannen niet". Staat verder nergens aangegeven en in de app wordt wel het wel mooi gepromoot maar er zijn dus addertjes onder het gras. Ook werd een klant achter mij al niet meer geholpen er werd gezegd dat ze gesloten waren, een kwartier vóór sluitingstijd van 23:00. Qua service echt dramatisch dus.

Personeel heel onvriendelijk, voornamelijk de donkere vrouwen die er werken. Ook heb ik smorgens gebeld of in zonder QR code eten kon afhalen, aan de telefoon werd verteld dat dit kon. Maar bij aankomst werd ik meteen erop gewezen door een donkere vrouw dat ik zonder QR code niks kon eten bij de Burgerking. Heb door dit lekker loempia's gehaald met me maten. Heb daarna nog 1 keer opgebeld naar de zelfde burgerking in Eindhoven in de stad, waar ik het verhaal heb uitgelegd. Hier werd weer gezecht dat ik verkeerde informatie had gekregen en toch gewoon burgerking kon ophalen. Heel vreemd en jammer dit. Gebrek aan communicatie en heel klant onvriendelijk. Ga hier nooit meer heen.
