Johnny's Burger & O'Tacos in Centrum

Via Uber Eats. The food was not warm and of mediocre quality, not fresh. Ordered cheese on burgers and didn't get it. Shame!

The food was cold, the fries were tasteless, and the burger was genuinely so gross even I can make better burgers. They also gave me the wrong sauce; I asked for mayo and they gave me ketchup. It is not worth your money.

I ordered here via Thuisbezorgd, but accidentally ordered ASAP instead of 6:00 PM. After a lot of effort, I found a phone number and called the restaurant. I asked if it could be delivered at 6:00 PM, but they just hung up. I called back multiple times without success. Unfortunately, the order was delivered too early, and the delivery driver also said that the red velvet cake was sold out and that I could get my money back (3 euros) via Thuisbezorgd. However, I would have to arrange this myself. I would have preferred the restaurant to have called me or offered a different product. In short, eating there is okay, but it's better not to order...

Very disappointing experience. The staff were annoying and didn't let customers enjoy their meal in peace. The fries were clearly reheated, not fresh, and the burger was too small for the price. Overall, poor value and bad experience.

My partner had to go outside to speak to them because they weren't answering the phone. We placed our order almost two hours ago and nothing. We called five times before they finally answered, gave them our order details, and then they hung up on us. I hope this place goes out of business soon.

I ordered food via Thuisbezorgd. Never again. I was waiting almost 2 hours for delivery! The fries are cold and soft. My wrap was fully soaked and soft and the best part is that they put inside wrong sauce so I could not eat it in the end because of my allergies. Sauce in plastic cup started to turn in another color from how it started to dry off. Chicken is dry and as bonus we also got feather 🤩🤩🤩. Overall one terrible mistake.

Super unfriendly staff, tried to reach them by phone after they forgot something in my order. Was then sworn at in Turkish, a striking situation for a trashy place like this..

Every time we order food from them, they forget drinks. It's as if they do this on purpose, and then they try to blame the customer. And they can't come up with a solution.

I went to the restaurant to order them for the first time, they were the only one opening at 12:30 I was extremly hungry after my work and I ordered 1 Double burger and onion rings, I took the order with me arrived home and my onion ring were missing. As for the burger it wasn't that best burger to be honest, the sauce and cheese were great the taste of the meat is great but the meat itself was tough. I'm extremly upset with the missing onions and biggest issue is that I didint order it from any delivery app so I can't get refund and it's already late so I can't call them. I will call them tomorrow and update my review accordingly.

Ordered 3 burger menus for delivery tonight. After waiting 1.5 hours, our food finally arrived. For the hefty price we paid, the burger was very small, all the food was cold, and we pulled out several hairs from the soggy fries. NEVER again for us. Even the children didn't want to eat it.

Very bad delivery, had to wait for more than an hour. When calling to ask how much longer it would take, he just hung up the phone multiple times when he heard my question. So don't order here if you want cold and soggy food that you have to wait a long time for and very poor service!

What absolute disgustingness. And I haven't even mentioned the 1 hour and 40 minute delivery time. After a phone call, it was quickly and unsociably concluded that the delivery driver was almost there, and then the delivery driver was incredibly rude. Disgusting experience. Absolutely nothing to eat or order from here! This place needs to go bankrupt soon so they can make room for someone who actually cares about making good food and being friendly.

Ordered from them. Delivery came an hour and 30 minutes late. Cold. Missing items. Was told to call the next day to get the missing items delivered. Called them. They hung up on me as soon as I said something about an order yesterday.

Guys, seriously, fix the deliveries! The burgers are 5 stars! Had the truffle smash burger and it was amazing but delivered 2h after (1h late). At least it was warm so I guess you have more orders than you can handle. Would order again but outside of busy hours.

We ordered five burgers and five onion rings. After an hour and a half, cold onion rings arrived, no burgers. The delivery driver had forgotten them. Then another hour later, we received our cold burgers. I've never had such a bad meal.

I wouldn't have anything delivered. Ordered at 7:00 PM and after calling twice, it wasn't delivered until 8:50 PM!! Yes, it's busy... on a Tuesday evening... but you can use that excuse somewhere else. Never ordering anything from here again.

The food was hot and delicious. The order wasn't properly placed through home delivery, so we received a polite call with an apology for the delayed delivery. We were offered free fries and drinks as compensation, so the service was also warm and friendly. We will definitely order from them again. The portions were also very generous.

Great food, it's still fast food. Unfortunately, delivery can easily take up to an hour. Fries and chicken nuggets in a taco is a bit odd, but tasty nonetheless.

Someone in a wheelchair would have had to wait. The delivery driver, whose eyes were only visible through a zipped-up jacket (inside the building, of all places), didn't seem to care when I mentioned it.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd. The food was cold. I called to report this, as 3 burgers and some fries for €45 should have been delivered hot. The man spoke poor Dutch. Oh, cold? Address? I had to resend the receipt three times before I understood him. I think your delivery area is too large. Ugh... waste of money. After this review, I was called again, and the man on the phone insisted he would re-deliver the burgers. So I agreed with him that he could deliver them the next day. Communication was a bit difficult. But in the end, they arrived hot and the burgers were really delicious. It was very kind of them to make it so good.

I ordered my food through uber at 23:23 and now it is 00:20! I can’t reach them because it is showing closed and no response from their side. If you guys don’t have time then just don’t take the orders!! Why keep someone waiting for 1 hour with no response….

Vega burger menu with curly fries and BBQ burger with regular fries ordered. The BBQ burger was so hard and dry that I doubted whether I was eating the veggie burger... It was really inedible. The curly fries were limp and half raw. The regular fries were tasty.

Delivered fairly quickly, but the food was cold. I ordered twister fries, but I got regular fries and they were very hard. The burger seemed to have been shaken in the box, the bun was dry and the meat was quite hard. A waste of my money!

Ordered food here and the order turned out to be incomplete upon delivery, this was immediately reported to the delivery person. The delivery person said he would deliver the rest in a moment, but this delivery person never came back and never heard anything else from the restaurant... Very bad.

I recommend it for takeaway. Food is nice but the atmosphere is awfull. Everything is dirty, greasy and sticky. They don't accept Mastercard nor Visa so for the majority is not possible to pay there. The place is so neglected and off-putting.

Open half an hour later than anticipated and stated. When the owner finally arrives on site, he says he has to wait another half hour as everything has to be started. Could certainly have been communicated more kindly. Going to eat something nice somewhere else...

I think 1 star is still too much, but okay, I ordered at 6:11 PM, it would arrive at 6:41 PM and when I called the man in question, it was said that the waiting time was 1.5 hours. But I didn't manage to do this in time, when I asked if I could cancel the order I was just snapped away. DO NOT ORDER HERE. Worthless company. You would say, after so many bad reviews, that management would address the staff, or at least treat customers in a different way.

The food is really tasty. Therefore, the service is terrible. If it’s a busy day it might take more than 2 hours to deliver and the only explanation if you call is “We are extremely busy”. So? It’s not customer’s concern, you can hire an extra delivery employee for those days. I have ordered more than 20 times the past 2 years, but today it was the last time. What a shame!

Ordered food & it arrived fairly quickly But..... 4 spicy menus (including fries & cola) - Fries as crispy as asphalt - There is nothing more romantic than 4 adult guys sharing 1 can of Fernandez & 1x Diet Coke. - tried a spicy burger with sauce to keep it tasty because the chicken was a lot dry & so salty that Patricia Paai would say something about it. No telephone number at Chick 'n Crisp and after some online research it turns out to be Johnny's burger.....

Received extremely poor service characterized by an impolite and unprofessional demeanor. After placing an order, I inquired about the delivery status and was met with shouted responses accompanied by rudeness and impatience. Unfortunately, this experience was highly disappointing, and I would not recommend this place.

Have eaten and ordered here often, the food is sometimes on the cold side when ordering. In terms of taste, everything is delicious. The atmosphere inside can sometimes be a bit grim because there are sometimes some strange types.

A bit old incident but worth mentioning: I used to order from this place some time ago. One time my order came incomplete, the fries of the burger was missing (main ingredient of a burger experience). I called back and they said they cannot send the delivery person again just for fries! And they said they would repay me for this item but never did. Never order from this place! Unprofessional places like that should not be earning money.

It may sound dramatic but they have The best chicken burger that I have ever ate ( psst, it’s Halal ) Can’t wait to travel back to the Netherlands one day to eat there. ( I was there in march and until this day i still crave it, that’s why i decided to leave a review now ^^ )

I waited a long time and a man shouted on the phone when I called after 1 hour where the food was. It arrived and then the food was cold and wrong. (We had a large taco with chicken nuggets and 1 small one with cordon blue and these were switched.) It was also cold and soggy. This is very unfortunate. Not recommended

My experience with them, horrible. They didn't find my address to deliver my food twice and they refused to refund me. I also went to their restaurant because they told me so to get my money and they refused to give my money. Don't order from them I got refunded by Thuijsbezorged who were such good lads, I don't need refund from you. Btw you are gonna lose a lot of customers if you don't retrain those arrogant unprofessional bunch of kids that are running that branch.

The place is tho tiny it offers one of the best burgers in town with a good price tag for a burger-menu.

Normaal wel teverden, maar de laatste twee keer teleurgesteld... Twee burgers besteld met krulfriet en drinken. De krulfriet was zo hard gebakken dat ze eigenlijk niet te eten waren. Echt schandalig dat je dit toch durft mee te geven aan de bezorger. De bacon burger was oké, de Mexicaanse burger viel tegen. Er zaten 4 tortillachipsjes op en die waren hartstikke taai geworden. Wellicht niet onder de burger neerleggen, maar erbovenop? We hebben hier €35 voor moeten betalen, maar dat was het niet waard.

Diese Rezension bezieht sich auf das Essen vor Ort: Es handelt sich um hier um einen Imbiss. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, konnten schnell unsere Bestellung aufgeben und wurden bzgl. der Taco Arten und Soßen beraten. Draußen gibt es einige Sitzgelegenheiten bei schönem Wetter. Das Essen wurde uns gebracht und die Tacos konnten überzeugen. Auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig ok. Einfach mal hin und sich ein eigenes Bild machen.

I ate O’tacos multiple times in Belgium. After finding out it was also in Eindhoven, I had to order and try. 2 taco’s, same quality and taste like in Belgium. 100% recommended 🤌🏻

Onze bezorgde bestelling van de Johnny's Burger Special met extra bacon en gefrituurde aardappelstukjes in de schil en de Honey Mustard Wrap met extra bacon en gebakken ui en met krulfriet smaakte heel goed!

Het eten was prima te doen, alleen jammer dat de krulfriet weinig krul had. Ondanks mijn duidelijke verzoek om te telefoneren bij aankomst (omdat mij bel kapot is) is er gebeld bij mijn huisgenoot die gelukkig nog wakker was

Ordered online waited for a good while till it arrived to an incomplete order. To addition the burger was really disappointing it was missing seasoning and more flavour in the chicken tender. The top bun was dry but the bottom one was just wet from the souce. Lack of vegetables, only one thin slice of tomato and a sprinkle of salad on the bottom. But on the other hand potato wedges were nice.

Speciaal voor de spicy veggie gegaan , had namelijk gehoord dat die erg lekker was. Ik vond het echt een heerlijke vegetarische burger! Een aanrader dus!
