Burger King in Stadshart

The food is great, often better than other Burger Kings. BUT, they don't have restrooms, so I wouldn't bring your child to eat there, because as soon as they need to pee, you can pack up and leave!

Laziest employees I've had serve me at a burger king. Always make you feel like they are doing the extra mile by having some semblance of basic decency, like they really don't want to be there. And the food is often cold from rushing (cheese wasn't melted) and being too old (I got the fries from the previous order that wasn't used yet and had been sitting out from before I entered the store). They also refused looking other customers in the eye that were waiting at the cash register, and flat out refused to speak to them. (Because they only serve through order screens but are annoyed with customers for having to explain that. But also not having a sign that says anything of the sort)

The food is awful. Lelystad refuses coupons. It's a franchise and requires you to use the facilities offered. They don't! They want maximum profit and are therefore not a true Burger King. The burgers, bread, and fries are of a completely different quality. I hope the franchise director is reading this and will conduct an inspection at the location. The staff and manager also indicate that their concept is different and therefore don't participate in promotions. But nowhere on Burger King's website does it say that Lelystad is excluded from promotions and coupons. So, lies. You pay more per person than in a restaurant where you can enjoy a full-fledged three-course culinary menu. So don't come here! The kitchen is also staffed by incompetent staff, and it's filthy. I won't come here again until the organization overhauls this location and brings in a completely new management team who can make it a success.

Coupons still don't work. So you end up paying full price. It's incredibly sad that it hasn't been resolved or that they've made a bit more of an effort to accommodate you. The interior is also looking increasingly decrepit in terms of furniture.

Gourme menus are great but tables are dirty all the time, no one cleaning. Finding clean table to seat is impossible.

The quality of the food was very disappointing; it wasn't prepared well. I also found the service unfriendly and the prices too high for what you get. It's a shame about the experience.

Suddenly they don't scan the coupons anymore

The staff barely speaks a word of Dutch. You can't redeem your coupon. Long wait times because there's only one person helping. And you don't get a warm welcome. So, save yourself the trouble.

Because of the new owner/manager, my coupon and those of others couldn't be used today. Two customers even left without buying anything. Since when are coupons not valid on certain days? This is how you make me prefer McDonald's or KFC. Not everyone comes by train and has to park to experience this. The manager needs to go!

Slowest fast food on planet earth. Laziest staff ive ever witnessed in any sort of food place. Also, they always charge +1€ for plastic reusable cup and never gives one, which is open scam. Cashiers are more focused on talking and laughing with themselfs than serving food. This place needs everyone fired, and fresh start, with some standards in place this time over. Get your shit together Lylestad Burger King 😠 EDIT 3 months later: a lot of positive changes, mainly food preparation time. Staff less chilled out and more focused on work. Happy to bump my rating from 2 to 4 stars, good job!

When you step into the Burger King in Lelystad, it seems as if the space has a life of its own. Really bad staff, they don't understand anything!!!!!!! Don't go here, they just say things that aren't true. I had a coupon for a discount, and they said it wouldn't work here. Finally, after a 20-minute wait, I could get a free Wopper! Apparently, that doesn't work here either. A truly terrible store!!!!!! The staff is also not customer-friendly; they don't say "hello" when you come in or out, or "enjoy your meal." I'd really like to give it 0 stars, but that's not possible.

The workers were disrespectful even though I politely asked for a tray. And then there were the unusually salty fries. I'd rather not come back...

burger king is great, but getting there is horrible, google maps sends you straight there but the station square is open so the road is a dead end, turn around and go back via the cycle path while those idiots on fat bikes fly by, I had never been to lelystad and I will never go back.

No milkshake available for months, always the same excuse: the machine is broken.

The staff looks at you as if to say, "What do you want?" Their communication is broken in Dutch. The order was ready quickly, but there was hardly anyone there. The Whopper menu included lukewarm fries and the burger wasn't fresh. And a tiny drink that you only get two sips from. Really, only go there if you're starving and there's nothing else.

Never go to Burger King, but I have to say that this place has saved me several times when things go wrong with public transport. My burger was stacked “straight” and the fries were nice and warm. 👍 On the expensive side.

I was here on March 4 at 12:03. An employee named Maximum is very disrespectful and aggressive and doesn't even want to listen to the guest, he cuts off the speaker and doesn't let the guest talk. The manager Lovina was also there and she did nothing and she cannot control her employee. Very unfriendly.

The food was bad, just bad. The only good thing about it was the fact that they served me personally very fast, but in quite the amount of reviews you can read about them being very slow. Over all the atmosphere was bad, the restaurant doesn't look gross but it does feel that way. Edit: After going a couple more times, I feel like my first impression wasn't a good impression. I have received food of better quality at different Burger King's, but the food here is not that gross after all.

Order a hot blondie with ice cream to take away. Ask if ice can be served separately because otherwise it will melt on the way home. Answer? No. Not allowed. Then you just have to order a Sunday separately. But I also pay extra for + ice cream.. Om. Me. At. To take.

I have not experienced the long waiting times that are often complained about. It was not busy at all, so a long wait would have been very special. Unfortunately, things didn't go well because the king size fries I ordered turned out to be small ones. Apparently someone at Burger King thought a small frie is big enough for me. She also didn't notice that I ordered a lot of mayonnaise for small fries, because it was delivered as ordered. Because I took the order with me, I only found out about it at home and then I can no longer complain. Besides, there are worse things that can happen to you, I read in the reviews, so I'm not complaining.

Ordered a veggie cheeseburger with veggie bacon but got meat with real bacon. Unfortunately I couldn't go back to change it because I was already on the train.

The service is not very fast. Especially not if you want to return the cup to get your money back. Especially if you want something to eat quickly and you are waiting for your train, it is better to skip it. There were also people in line with us who wanted their money back. But suddenly the food was there.

As a train driver, I buy food in many places in the Netherlands, but this bk breaks all records. It really wasn't busy but had to wait 12 minutes for large fries with sauce. Really, really bad! Fries were also weak. I think they had been in jail for a while.

Tables are dirty. There are 4 people working there and there are hardly any, but the restaurant is still dirty. The meat in the burger was so small you could barely notice it. Cheese Lover Burger 😞

Nice idea, those deposit cups. Then you stand in line for 10 minutes because those colleagues talk more to each other instead of doing a little work. Still can't put that cup anywhere, even though it can supposedly be done "at any branch"...

bad place in my life. If you want to pay in cash, you will first have to stand at the counter for 45 minutes to actually place your order. They have to complete “orders” every time, but because of that self-service thing, only new orders are added. just start a new order while you stand there waiting like an idiot. Employees very aso. I waited 45 minutes for a wopper and fries with a coke. It was very quiet in the store, there was only 1 person before me and 2 after me. Then again that one young lady under the age of 25 stares at me a bit emotionlessly with a super arrogant attitude, just chatting and not busy with her work, after serving a wopper that is cold with 70% mayo and ketchup, in other words you don't have a wopper with sauce but sauce with wopper gross rubbish 1 bite taken straight away wasted a waste of money cost me another penny in my pocket. People please don't eat here it's just not worthy cold food poorly topped no decent ingredients there is no balance at all. Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority should start sniffing around here, I have reported it

Slow service, after 5 minutes no one was helped in the "queue". Handy if you have to catch a train, like most people at a train station. Tokkies who can't form a line doesn't help either. And you cannot use coupons at the self-order kiosks, which means you have to stand in that line in the first place. Top tent! 🤪

Coupon can only be processed at checkout. In other words, you don't save any points. No self-tapping. Veggie burgers are quite fresh. Food is great.

I came to the place to eat with my family, I placed an order at the self-service checkout but unfortunately the machine displayed an error and asked for another payment and this happened several times, I finally canceled the order and after a while I realized that the money for 4 four transactions had disappeared from my account. The service said that I would get the refund in two days but unfortunately two weeks have passed and I still haven't received the money, I lost over €80, I tried to contact the restaurant and the headquarters but I was ignored, I sent messages describing the event and nothing. apart from that, when I was at the restaurant there was a big mess, a drink was spilled in the middle and there were unlit cigarettes everywhere in front of the restaurant, overall the place was dirty

What a terrible tent this is. It's that sometimes my kids like to get a cheeseburger there. When I was 15 I worked in a BK, I would have stopped here immediately. Staff is unfriendly. If something goes wrong they say it's my fault. Already experienced this twice. And more goes wrong. Last time I had to wait 27 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers. So there is no need to quickly grab something. No apology or compensation. The other store we wanted to go to is now closed. They do not participate in saving in the app. Why not? 1 Burger King right? Have already completed the review on the back of the receipt several times, but have not received the promised free product every time because it does not count according to the MDW. In short... Look before you go in...

It's scandalous that you cannot order the regular menus on King's Day. You are then obliged to take the large variant.

Staff who speak unintelligible English and have no need to speak Dutch, grumpy staff behind the cash register, there were leftovers of food everywhere, the screens ordered were dirty, the food was reheated in full as if they had heated up the burger in the microwave with a large dollop of sour mayonnaise The wait time wasn't too bad considering it was, I had to wait about 15 minutes for a chicken burger with onion rings, which is actually quite long considering it's supposed to be 'fast food'. I won't be coming back here again it was a horrible experience.

went yesterday with my wife and the place was full, waited a couple of minutes until the lady came, apologized for the delay and took my order. those ladys from asia work a lot even when the place was packed they manage to give my order really quick. i go often BTW.

De sfeer is vrij ongezellig en mijn burger was zo droog als gort. Ik had de Parmezaanse burger waar geen saus te bekennen was en de burgers waren te ver gebakken. De patat met bacon en kaas was wel lekker eveneens de Twister fries. Mijn eerste keer bij de burger King was teleurstellend. Prijs kwaliteit is vrij prijzig. We waren €30 kwijt met zijn tweeën.

I like Burger King in general, but my first and last experience with this place was awful. - hair in the fries - Cheese lovers burger's meat smells like it is spoiled already and the next day confirmed the same. Really, they do use spoiled meat or, incorretly unfrozen, but it should not be cooked and served to people. - they work under franchise, so no BK app In general, they should be closed and/or franchise should be recalled.

Do you want to take a quick meal for the way while waiting for your connection? Don't do it here. This is probably the slowest fastfood I've ever been to. Order 1 double cheeseburger and cola (no fries, no sauces, just the burger and a drink) and they take more then 10 minutes to prepare it. The quality of the burgers/food is a hit or miss. Either its good or it's dry as the sands of Tatooine.

Onpersoonlijke service tijdens het bestellen. Vrijwel elke aanwezige medewerker hield zich bezig met een eerdere bestelling die blijkbaar onjuist of niet compleet was afgeleverd. De medewerker die de bestelling opneemt is hierdoor snel afgeleid en het bestellen verloopt rommelig.

Burger King Station Lelystad. Helaas is niet iedere Burger King hetzelfde in Nederland. De patat met kaas en bacon viel enorm tegen in vergelijking met de Burger King in Veenendaal. De patat was niet lang genoeg gebakken en de hoeveelheid kaas en bacon erover viel tegen. Ook smaakte de bananen shake naar vanille. Sorry maar deze BK slaan we de volgende keer over.
