A filthy McDonald's... trash and food scraps on the floor everywhere... splatters on the couch and table... trash cans full... not used to this from McDonald's.

Cold fries Despite the restaurant being empty, it took a long time for delivery.

I don't know what the food was like because I ordered mostly for the kids, but I had coffee and a cookie and it was excellent. Above all, the service here is exceptional, pleasant and courteous service. All the employees were nice and happy to help. Thank you very much!

There was a hair in a glass of cola, we changed it with difficulty, He waved his hands and said everything was ok until I pulled out a hair myself and showed him it wasn't mine at all. The walls were covered in food. Bon appétit)))

We ordered the food via the ordering kiosk. As soon as the food was ready, it was brought to the table. There were many tables available outside with shaded spots.

An employee spilled Fanta in my shoe, offered no apology, and I had to drive 600 km home. I bought new shoes at Skechers, and they were supposed to replace them, but no one ever contacted me. It's truly pathetic! Avoid this McDonald's; they have terrible customer service. Unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option!

I didn't like the hamburger; otherwise, I never go there.

It's warm and everyone wants ice cream. But to take advantage of this and reduce the portion sizes is outrageous. The strawberry sundae was out of peanuts, and I didn't get any more sauce for €3.45! The cup was tiny. A build-your-own McFlurry was also only two-thirds full for €4.40! And with the large strawberry milkshake for €4.60, I did get 0.5 liters, but they charged an extra €0.15 for a paper cup, even though I ate it in. I'd happily go back to McDonald's, just not this one.

This is a very large restaurant. It is a very good place for children. The service is also very fast. The only downside is that the trash cans need to be emptied a bit more often. They are always full. But the tables are very clean. It is a nice place to rest for a while after a busy day.

Very busy McDonald's, cleaning could be better

The tables and surroundings were clean, which I found remarkable given how busy it was.

The first time ordering, part of the order was missing. I went back and after waiting 5 minutes, finally received the “forgotten” burger. Then the order was wrong again, so I went back once more. The staff didn't understand that "without onion" doesn't mean "without cheese, onion, and lettuce." Eventually, after explaining it a few times to the staff and manager, I finally got the right burger. I wasn't the only one whose order was partially incorrect, though. Otherwise, it was fine.

It is a neat and clean restaurant, cleaner than the average McDonald's. Just like the friendliness of the staff. The food was prepared with care, and otherwise the quality you can expect from McDonald's. That also applies to the atmosphere.

The fries were too salty and there were so many ice cubes, really so many. They forgot all sorts of things I ordered. The staff was very unfriendly because she yelled at me when I asked where the items I had ordered but hadn't received were. I am never coming here again, only if I am seriously hungry.

The employees here think that this a normal portion for the ice-cream. The manager of this place should pay more attention what is going on here

Tasty, freshly prepared chicken nuggets! Tastes good after shopping! I find it can get really busy here, but it wasn't too bad this time. Our order arrived quickly and we had a spot on the couch. Everything was fine. Also not unimportant: The men's restroom looked clean.

Dirty. Food like at any McDonald's.

Good McDonald's. Food is delivered fairly quickly by very attentive staff. The fries arrived a little late, but they were super fresh and delicious. The only thing they could do is fix the bathroom door. It squeaked so badly that my hair stood on end. You could hear it throughout the restaurant and every time someone used the restroom. Super annoying. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars!

A beautiful museum. I left with a hangover, though. What sad stories. I gained so much impression. Well-designed.

Ordered over €50? When you get home, you find part of your order is missing. You have to drive all the way back for the missing items. It's happened before, and now it's happening again. It not only costs you extra time to drive back from home (it's not around the corner), but also extra costs like gas and parking twice. Update: When I get home for the second time, the Korean crispy burger is a basic McChicken burger. Truly disappointing and bad.

The staff are very patient and have good service attitude

We had a good and delicious meal, the atmosphere was reasonably good and the service was as expected.

We went to McDonald's in Batavia today, and of course, the food and drink choices were difficult. McDonald's doesn't have a healthy concept, especially when it comes to vegan options. We were given two lemonades to drink while we browsed the stores. The lemonade was terribly sweet, with far too much lemon juice. We were disappointed and threw it away.

Ample parking at Batavia Stad. Nicely decorated. Plenty of seating, including outdoor seating. Plenty of choice, including options for vegetarians. The price-quality ratio is good. The knowledgeable staff is very helpful and friendly. Simply a top-notch McDonald's. Worth a visit.

⭐☆☆☆☆ A truly terrible experience. I wanted to order something that clearly cost €3, but once I got to the cash register, I was redirected and suddenly had to pay €4. When I asked for a receipt, I was told the receipt machine was "broken." Coincidentally, at that exact moment... No proof, no explanation, just more money to pay. As if that wasn't enough, the tables were filthy, sticky, and covered in food debris. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. For a large chain like McDonald's, truly outrageous. I felt ripped off and was eating in a filthy environment. Never again.

Normally, I don't waste many words on McDonald's. I find the food disgusting and unhealthy. But because I hadn't eaten enough due to circumstances, I ended up having a coffee and a hamburger. It fills the stomach, but that's about it. We never go there, even if they make the advertising mast twice as high. It's not that expensive, but it tastes like it. But it's convenient; you don't even have to get out of the car. They should probably leave out the health claim, judging by the ads. Unfortunately, it is and will always be fast food. Donald Duck (family?) is funny. McDonald's is a crying shame.

There's also a noticeable lack of funding. They're pouring half the coffee (I'll lend you Ron for water too 😂) and it's a bit dirty (I'll lend Ron for cleaning). Other than that, everything's fine, quick, efficient, and tasty.

Cleaning the outdoor tables wouldn't be a bad idea. It happens every time I'm in Bataviastad. And I don't go there often, about once every 15 months.

Sorry, I never write bad reviews, but I got a meaty chicken burger instead of a veggie burger. As a lifelong vegetarian, this is really upsetting for me when you realize it's chicken after just one bite. They were perfectly reasonable about it at the counter; I felt misunderstood and was immediately given a new one. The kitchen system is flawed and not safe for vegetarians. So always be careful when ordering a veggie burger. I would appreciate a response from McDonald's on how this process will be improved. I would also appreciate some compensation.

Bad McDonald's, I've been to better restaurants. No soap dispenser in the restroom, so no one can wash their hands properly. Food scraps everywhere on the floor. Dirty tables. And the order was incomplete, which happens so often at McDonald's, and the prices were very high. Maybe too many children working. Not again for me.

Although it was very busy, the food came pretty quickly. What was also very good was that after you had eaten everything was cleaned again. The burgers were hot, which is often not the case.

Fast and food like any McDonald's

It's great that there are restrooms. Sitting outside is lovely, and there are shady spots.

When I first started coming here, the service was really good. But now, I've had several occasions where I've returned my deposit cups and the staff just looks at me sheepishly, refuses to help, or even asks if I'd mind. Today, I was standing in line to return two cups, and a MANAGER was taking orders, saw me, walked away without saying a word, and didn't even look at me again, even though I've been a fairly regular customer for almost a year! One of the regular employees did at least help me politely, but I find this rather antisocial and won't be coming back anytime soon.

I sit down here with someone and suddenly a man comes to sit at our table, that is of course very uncomfortable, so I move from place and then the man smokes a cigarette and then walks away..? But yes that is not the only thing. After I ordered something, suddenly the wrong order arrives so the employee went to correct it. (The employee was very tired and had no energy, he looked at us strangely and started working very slack) but then I wait for my order that takes a very long time and when I get my order, half of what I ordered is missing. So I asked the employee where the rest of my food was (drink sauce and straws etc.) he said: "coming soon" well that was not the case and we actually wait another 10 minutes before we brought our own food to the table because people are apparently lazy. I ask for the rest of the food and I get everything except the drinks so I had to go back to the counter. In the end it turned out well, but the atmosphere and service were quite bad. Did not receive the complete order, sloppy employee(s) and not a nice atmosphere.

After a long day of shopping, we were definitely in the mood for some fast food, and McDonald's did the trick. The atmosphere wasn’t anything special — not particularly cozy or inviting — but it’s what you’d expect. Overall, a standard McDonald’s experience: quick service, familiar food, and exactly what we needed at that moment.

I had a generally good experience at this McDonald's. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great, just as expected. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. However, the customer service could definitely be improved. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which affected the overall atmosphere. A smile or a bit more politeness would have made the visit much better.
