Ordered a Big Mac Bacon, got a Big Mac Chicken, otherwise the food was freshly made and really good.

On Sundays, there are very long lines around dinnertime. It is better to come a bit earlier.

It started with an incomplete order. 2 faulty burgers and cold fries. Subsequently, it was handled properly and we were given new fries because they would get cold from waiting. Next, I ordered milk and after 20 minutes walked to the counter myself to ask if they could give me the milk. I have eaten here several times before and the chicken burgers were undercooked then. I am not coming back here.

Terrible place. Terrible service. We waited 30 minutes for our order. We went to ask when it would be ready, but they completely ignored us. They were walking around, chatting and laughing instead of doing their job. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in their customers’ food. Absolutely no respect for customers.

I ordered food last night and, as always, my order is incorrect; something is always missing from my order. I have tried to contact them but no one is answering.

Had a tasty meal after cleaning up Lelystad (32.29 kilos). A plus is that the parking lot is nice and clean; I've seen enough filthy McDonald's locations.

What a hassle. First, the waitress forgot the fries 3 times. So, off to the counter. The employee and her colleagues seem to be making a mess of things. Then back to the table with the fries (done quickly!) and I realize there is no chicken in my salad. Didn't feel like going back. Almost finished salad... turns out the chicken is in the McNuggets wrapper. Seriously... Never again.

The coffee there has been really bad the last few weeks; it tastes like a cup of watery tea. I asked for a new one, but nothing is changing!

It's ordinary, but there is a free toilet on the 1st floor.

This restaurant is always busy. You often have to wait forever.

I will start by saying that the staff here do NOT speak or understand Dutch. English was spoken, which in itself isn't the biggest problem. But one of the staff members spoke a language—though it was just sounds, because nobody understood a word of it. Also, it wasn't clear whether we had to pick it up at the counter or if it would be brought to us. The food was typical McDonald's, so that was fine in itself, of course, and the atmosphere is what you expect at a McDonald's.

I saw a picture of a double Quarter Pounder BBQ. Bought 2 on Saturday at 5 PM. Too disgusting for words... Soggy bun. Pink, limp bacon. Liquid 2 mm high in the container. The whole thing is practically cold. 18.50 euros together. Never again MC.

Mac remains Mac, same quality everywhere

Rarely have I received my order at the table so quickly—and in such a clean restaurant. Everything was nice and hot and the staff was very friendly. Also, more than enough parking, empty trash cans, and clean toilets. In terms of decor/layout, not the coziest McDonald's, but that is a minor detail to me.

A few years ago I wrote: "Last time no fries and this time no coffee, not the best branch." But fortunately, real improvement is visible! This morning I was served quickly and kindly with breakfast; I'll be back soon to try the rest. I'm curious, update to follow! --- Okay, just got lucky last time? Complete chaos again this time. And I understand that it is difficult to find staff (not even: good staff), but if you are going to work in the hospitality industry, you will have to be able to communicate with your customers. If your order is incorrect, you want to ask a question about it, and are told: "No Dutch," that is no longer strange these days. If it turns out that someone doesn't speak English after that, then it becomes annoying. I didn't find out what language his language actually is, but I came for a hamburger too – not for Duolingo. The hamburger was fine, by the way.

I think McDonald's is getting too expensive!!! 2 sandwiches and a small portion of fries with mayo €18.70 And we had to wait a long time too.

Clean, tidy McDonald's (including the restrooms) where you get hot food. Great!

Despite it being busy, there is a safe atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. You also don't have to wait long for your order.

The best after a weekend at Wildeburg

For a McDonald's: fine. Food was served properly. Restrooms were clean. Tables outside were clean. Numbers (for having your order brought) are continuously put back neatly. It is a Mac, after all; the 5 is a comparison with other Macs.

Busy. Food as expected from a McDonald's. The order wasn't quite complete; the smoothie was missing. Friendly staff with a calm demeanor. Too bad for the kids, no playground.

Had to wait half an hour for 1 cheeseburger. After half an hour, I received a failed burger. Returned it and got a new one that was just as messily smeared with sauce in the bag.

It’s quite near to a Junction and KFC.. friendly staff, lots of space, Inside and outside. Free Parking and parking! There is a MacCafe too.

The food was very expensive compared to McDonald's in Germany and tasted ordinary. The vegetarian options were okay, but not outstanding. Seating was comfortable, although the restaurant was very crowded. The service, however, was quite good and everything went smoothly. The staff were mostly young and friendly.

That TV commercial for a McSmart menu was nice. And a sundae ice cream for just €1 extra. But this is such a fake. You do need the McDonald's app first, though, to get this offer.

I used pretty much only the drive-thru, which is why I gave this rating. Service takes a very long time, but the staff is friendly.

Great McDonald's, with a (Van der Valk) Hotel and Burger King just a stone's throw away. Plenty of parking spaces at the rear, between the restaurant and the highway, and enough capacity inside in terms of ordering screens and seating. The child seats were clean and there were plenty of them too.

The food is made with as much passion as a prison soup kitchen. Service is okay, provided you don't ask difficult questions. The cleaner is very friendly and doing a good job. Finally, I found one of the first invisible toilet seats in the men's restroom.

The attention and service were the worst

I can tell this is a franchisee looking for maximum profit. The drink is filled less in your cup. The McFlurry is only half full (and that includes the extra you want). Contraction and poor entrepreneurship combined with a stingy owner and a formula that doesn't even check if it is franchise-worthy.

They can't even process your order properly…

It is very beautiful and the space has turned out fantastically after the renovation in Lelystad.

After 15 minutes, we had to go to the counter to ask where the food was. The staff did not speak Dutch, so there was little communication. Therefore, 1 star.

I consider myself a McDonald's connoisseur. So I can say with all honesty that this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I stood in the drive-through waiting for my burger for a super long time. Even though it's super quiet!

This is by far the worst Mc ever! The table with orders is full, but the server doesn't understand that this can be passed on. Ultra slow!

Kay is incredibly helpful and service-oriented...a real star.

All the staff are walking around with their tails between their legs, pace zero. The toilets smell very clean, but meanwhile, there are poop stains on the seat. The order is brought to the table in two rounds: the first round the fries and burger without a bun (as ordered), and the second round is still not here ten minutes later, along with the sauce and the cutlery that I need to eat. They no longer have the Happy Meal freebie. Getting an answer to this question takes 7 minutes, during which the staff walks around aimlessly. There was no sauce on the burger. The burger without a bun was made on the plastic wrapper, so melted cheese was mixed with pieces of paper. Chicken nuggets cold. Never again.

The store is often overcrowded and the staff are friendly but overwhelmed. A lot goes wrong or gets lost altogether. But the store is clean.

Chaotic McDonald's. Always busy. Orders often wrong. Non-Dutch speaking staff. Burgers just dumped on top of each other. No sauce with what was ordered. Pay a plastic surcharge for a cardboard cup. I ordered and ran out of this chaos with my food.

I ordered a meatless McCrispy Teriyaki at the drive-thru. I received a chicken McCrispy Teriyaki. No big deal, I just went inside for another one; it was supposed to be made right away. I waited 10 minutes. I decided to ask if everything was okay anyway. I got another McCrispy with chicken. Never mind then. I did get my money back, but unfortunately, no food.

At exactly 11:00, ordered 4 McMuffins at the McDrive. "Yes," she says. Then waited in line for fifteen minutes, got to pay, AND THEY SAY NO, IT'S A QUARTER PAST 11, NO MORE MCMUFFINS. A gross disgrace, we are never coming here again, yuck.

Terrible service, we waited a very long time for our order and it was brought without ice. Instead of two double Big Tastys, we received a regular Big Tasty.

This McDonalds is very busy at the time of review(July 7th, 7:45 PM), and i have had to wait over an hour for my food(Ordered at 6:30 PM). It's still not here. Most of the staff here does not speak dutch. Which is hard because my mother does not speak english in the slightest, and I did not sign up as a translator. The serve itself is okay though, except for the slow food. I come here more oftrn, and this seems to happen quite a lot. Corporate. Please do something about this.

It's a nice place to eat, good service, and all. I personally gave it 4 stars, because it is really expensive, i paid 9 euros for 6 chicken nuggets, and a small milkshake, that's why it's 4 stars.

A well-organized McDrive with 3 contact points in sequence. Double delivery vans for placing orders. Then drive straight through to the payment window. Then drive on to the pick-up window to collect your order. You can hardly work any faster. I wouldn't dare try the food again; it's super unhealthy and mostly greasy junk. But that is just me and very personal. But sometimes you have someone in the car who absolutely wants to make a McDonald's stop, and then this McDrive is a solution. The atmosphere in this McDonald's is better than in many other Mac restaurants, and in my opinion, that is due to the staff. Helpful, smiling, cheerful, and service-oriented.

McDonald’s Lelystad next to the A6, rotten building, not a single employee who speaks Dutch, many things are missing and they are grumpy. Had to walk back twice because the order was wrong.

McFlurry and milkshake, normally always very tasty. They were this time too, mind you, after we mixed the ingredients ourselves. A bit tricky while driving, though. Shame on you Mc D, why not prepare the order properly?

I had the FIFA World Cup box and a hamburger and I was really hungry, but after my World Cup box I realized they had forgotten my hamburger and I was really craving that burger so I was very disappointed and I was still hungry, never eating here again.....

Like many, the MC drive isn't always great, and products aren't always served at the right temperature. Once you're inside, it's fine! And actually good!

Going to this location was the worst experience I have ever had. I went here with my family on the way back from an event, and we decided to get some lunch. With the first order, they forgot a bag of fries and gave us 2 bags instead of 3. You might think, that can happen, but since it was quite a warm day for us, we decided to get an ice cream. We ordered something and went back to the car. In the car, we saw that the chocolate Oreo McFlurry had been swapped for a chocolate M&M McFlurry. The drive-through attendant clearly didn't care about providing even a little bit of good service. And you might still think; it can happen, tough luck, but that wasn't the case. We had parked the car right in front of the drive-through, and we saw how a few other people were treated with exactly the same service. Truly awful. The food was okay, but this is really not recommended. I also wonder if these reviews are actually read by the owner of the location, because judging by the other reviews, we are certainly not the only ones complaining.

Easily accessible via the drive-thru. The food is McDonald's; after all, it's not Michelin-star food. Parking can sometimes be difficult on-site during busy times, but there is plenty of space in the immediate vicinity.

The staff at the drive-through were super helpful. We had two orders with discount codes and they had no problem processing them in one go. Very satisfied.

What a disgrace this is. €4.80 for a McFlurry that isn't even a third full. And that times 2. Never again.

It is truly unbelievable that McDonald's and KFC allow the environment to become so severely polluted.

Not so expensieve ordering at home double price asked

Arrived at 2:30, understand that things won't always go perfectly then, but here is the summary: 1. "Yes, may I have the order?" 2. "You may drive on" 3. Just barely a "hi" at window 1 4. At window 2, it is handed over fumbled into a bag; that is 100% certainly not how it was taught And then the worst part: bought a ridiculously expensive sandwich. Homestille crispy without almost any toppings.... such a shame. Very disappointed. Lost a good 20 euros.

Headquarters should perform quality control more often... burgers are served at a temperature of around 36°C

We've waited 50 minutes by now and still no food... And we are clearly not the only ones. Time for a refund.

VERY BAD! Update: after 57 minutes, reported to the counter for the 2nd time that we still hadn't received any food. Our order wasn't being served yet!!!!!!! Stringed along twice by staff; it was supposed to be prepared now, but even then, fifteen minutes later, still nothing received. Requested a refund. Went inside for more than an hour and haven't seen any food!!! 30 minutes after ordering, still haven't seen any food. Update: after 45 minutes, still nothing :(

Upon arrival, it wasn't busy; the restaurant wasn't even half full, yet it took well over half an hour before we finally received our (lukewarm) food. When it turned out they had delivered the wrong flavor milkshake, the staff reacted indifferently, and it took another few minutes before I received the correct shake (again, after asking once more where it was). Not worth repeating.

For a McDonald's, it looked clean and tidy, and the Double Big Tasty tasted really good. That does vary by McDonald's sometimes, but here it was top-notch.

The service at the McDrive is really fine, but the McFlurry was disappointing. Not so much in taste, but the portion size. I was used to the Mac having a full container, and now it's only half full (if it even made it that full)... And that for €5

The food is always cold, and you always have to check the order because it is actually never right.
