Burger King in Zevenaar

This Burger King has closed and moved to Droom 11 in Duiven. This is a nice new location near Ikea and Makro at Fast Food Village Duiven.

Finally shutdown. Extremely unhealty environment. Dirty, shabby, smelly, the most disgusting BK restaurant I have ever seen. Please do not open back anymore!

I've stood in front of a closed door three times, claiming "water damage," though I suspect it will never open again! Especially now that a brand-new Burger King has opened in Duiven in a NEW building, so no more old junk!

I ordered takeout. When I got home, I noticed that the order was missing fries. I ordered takeout. When I got home, I noticed that the order didn't include fries.

The website and the building itself showed 8:00 PM closed on Sunday. 6:00 PM closed.

I was there yesterday it says open on Google Map but after I got there it was closed and I drove 85km which is really not fun 👎

What a disgusting place! A puddle of water in front of the counter where you have to stand to order. Toilets are absolutely disgusting. They don't flush. Two of the four faucets weren't working. They're understaffed. A 25-minute wait for three hamburgers and a few chicken nuggets. Never again.

We didn't like this place. Upon entering, you immediately notice the chilly atmosphere. We were about to turn around, but gave it a try anyway. It's cold, there's no music, and the building is quite outdated (especially the restrooms). The food wasn't good; there weren't many fries, and the sauce was way out of proportion to the burger (soaked in sauce). We didn't feel well afterward. So, definitely not recommended.

It was very tasty and freshly produced. Which isn't always the case everywhere.

It took a long time for our food to arrive (50 minutes), but that was all made up for by the random neighborhood cat. The food was delicious, and the cat thought so too. 🐾

The food is great. It's freshly made, but it does take a bit longer. The decor is awful. Many BKs are that old.

The external and internal appearance (interior and toilets) as well as the overall condition including cleanliness and hygiene made us decide not to eat anything there after using the toilet.

They barely have half of the menue available

The food was so good I can still taste It and the service were so nice so much nicer than the mcdonald's. One of the burger kings I've been to.

The staff is friendly. The building is really outdated, there's no atmosphere, and no music is played. The area where the restrooms are located was truly awful, smelling terrible and filthy.

I had to wait 10 minutes for a sandwich, which was already ready because you could see it from the counter. That's because the people who work there are so relaxed and slow, and they don't care who I'm waiting for. It's a fast-food restaurant, so if I have to wait like I would in a regular restaurant, then no.

It was slow food not fast food, we waited half an hour for 4 burgers. U are forced to buy re-useable cups. Never again.

What a terrible BK. I've rarely experienced such a slow fast-food restaurant. I had to wait 10 minutes for one cheeseburger menu, even though there were only five people in the restaurant, and I was the second customer. The staff was also very unfriendly. "You can't ask for a tasty meal," and they'd already turned their backs on you before you even picked up your food at the counter.

Unfortunately, due to the change in opening hours, the door was closed. Two other families had a similar experience.

Being open until 8:00 PM, but closing the kitchen for new orders at 7:20 PM is a strange policy, especially if you then make customers wait in line for 15 minutes before telling them you're not taking new orders.

I've never had to wait so long, over half an hour!!! We were given cups with a deposit, and by the time I had to wait for who knows how long to return them, I was completely done. I'd never experienced such a bad BK, and it wasn't even busy.

Very friendly staff who are cheerful behind the counter. The building itself is in need of renovation.

Shitty restaurant. Already found the doors closed twice. At 7pm and 7:15pm, even though they were supposed to be open until 8pm. Worst BJ in the Netherlands!

The quality is variable. The first time we went, the burgers were good. This time, they were very disappointing. The Whopper barely had any sauce on it, which made it tasteless. Such a shame. Burger King, for example, at Arnhem Central Station is much better. We won't be going to Zevenaar again.

The food took a very long time to be ready, and there was only one person behind the counter. The food was good. The restaurant lacked atmosphere, was bare inside and out, and looks more like a clubhouse. 50 cents for a (filthy) toilet visit. Okay for a snack on the go, but don't go there for the social aspect.

A real burger king nothing more or less had to charge my car and wait 15 minutes so I went inside and ordered a wapper quite long waiting times for the 10 people who were there

We arrived around 5 p.m. I saw five people behind the counter. When we looked for a table, many had already been taken but hadn't been cleaned. Including us, three tables were occupied, so it certainly wasn't busy. I think they could easily clean the tables then. We go to BK often, but I've never had such a bad experience. The fries weren't quite cooked through, the burgers were "warm" but didn't taste as good as at other BKs. There wasn't a milkshake either because the machine was broken. They can't do anything about that, but all in all, it wasn't a pleasant experience, and you won't see us there again.

Extremely dirty environment, bad smell from the bathroom in the hall

For some inexplicable reason, it suddenly closed. The light was on, but there was an illegible note on the locked door.

In theory, it's great. Just recharge, eat, and go, but the BK was already closed at 7 PM. A bit of a shame. Probably worth 5 stars at other times.

This is just a horror and not a restaurant, there is no ice cream, there are regular glasses, I see them, but when ordering you can only choose a glass for 1€ a glass, there are no other options, half of the assortment is missing, dirt on the outside, stink on the inside. This is a disappointment.

A chilly, cold tent, with incompetent staff... waiting half an hour for two burgers... People who can't even pronounce a number properly...

What a crappy system here. Something went wrong with the order placed via a kiosk (complicated system). Because there's no longer a cash register, this couldn't be manually adjusted. Worthless. So we basically got something we didn't want. Great 😑

The meal took 21 minutes until two extra Ling Chili cheeseburgers with fries were ready, and then the burgers were lukewarm. The burgers are smaller than usual in Germany, and the fries are ridiculous.

There are gates in front of the restrooms. The restroom sign says you'll get a refund, but when I got to the counter at 7:15 PM, they were closed, even though it says they're open until 8:00 PM. The ice cream machine was also broken.

Not a good place for a road trip. The restrooms are broken, and then they rip you off for 50 cents. It's a disgrace. The atmosphere is awful; you wouldn't want to stay there long. Ordering was quick, just like normal B&B. I would have expected the advertisement to be in German, given the German border. English would have been fine for me.

It's been a while, but I finally had a double wopper. You have to try the Old-fashioned version here. I have to say, for a fast-food chain, this is a better burger. I couldn't order a veggie version. I noticed that even at Mac's, the veggie versions are often gone.

The Whopper medium menu: The Whopper was practically cold, and the medium fries literally had 17 pieces (Burger King?? Seriously??). Sprite contained 1/3 ice cubes. How many fries do you get with a "small"? 9? 10? 11? Burger King is driving its customers away.

The most lackluster Burger King ever. Waiting over 30 minutes for food completely destroys the concept. It's a real shame.

The reviews are already clear. We waited a long time. We were the second in line. When we were able to pick up our order, something apparently went wrong, leaving the stressed-out staff still packing everything. We waited a long time. Milkshakes weren't available because the machine was broken. The cash registers were closed, so we were given a handful of coins. That's how we got our milkshakes refunded. Two new people were being trained. How can this happen with understaffed staff? It really didn't go well at all! Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it!

Unfortunately, after a long journey, I received very poor service. There were only two people at the counter, and one of them still had to be trained, so he barely did anything. Almost everything went wrong, and it took a very long time. Finally, the order was wrong, so they randomly put in a drink instead of a milkshake. I also had chili nuggets, but they were regular nuggets. In short, Burger King has unfortunately disappointed me again (which has happened before at other places).

Drama! Waited 30 minutes, then the milkshake app broke, no voucher, only a bottle of water! The hamburger was still cold. The staff was doing their best, but the manager was hiding in the back of the kitchen (lady) and I'll never come here again. It's almost terrible everywhere these days (McDonald's and Burger King, in my opinion!).

An hour before closing time, I waited in line for 20 minutes for two milkshakes. The line was full of antisocial types who had never heard of waiting. The staff was slow and understaffed. Finally, it was my turn, and the employee simply told me they were closed. Not up to Burger King's standard of service!

The food they offer tastes great. However, they don't have ice cream, and only the veggie long chicken is available. Other vegetarian options are unavailable. The interior dates back to the 1980s. Restrooms are paid for with 50-cent coins.

The fries‘ portion is an absolute Joker

I had the large menu and our son had a kids' menu. I only got a handful of fries, and my son even less. The double "wopper" had one cucumber slice and two tomato slices. It wasn't very warm. When I wanted to get ice cream or a milkshake afterward, they were all gone. What a disappointing visit. We spent almost 50 euros for lukewarm and bland food. We won't be coming back.

We arrived at 6:45 pm and were not helped until 6:55 pm, so we only placed our order at approximately 7:00 pm. We were eating with a child of 8 and were sent away at 7:15 pm because they wanted to close. We said we would finish eating and go to the toilet. The toilets were really dirty. If I said something about it, the manager said I would not do anything about it now, but I had to pay 50 cents to pee. We always go to Burger King, but not this one anymore.

At 11 a.m. the toilets are dirty. Are they even cleaned?

It was a neat and quiet, almost zen restaurant. Excellent service and the food was excellent.

This Burger King is an absolute horror. The worst part was the toilets...€0.50 and they were completely dirty, stank, and three of the four urinals were broken.

Ordered 2 milkshakes after a long wait left without milkshakes. Slow and bad staff.

Make sure you have a lot of patience when you come here. Incredibly inefficient work. Everyone waits for a long time for nothing. Only ordering drinks? You're not up until all orders with food are ready. Nothing can be done in between. And then also having a big mouth to the customer. Never again.

The staff was incredibly slow and unfriendly. Everything seemed very old and dirty. Our children really wanted a toy that was in the display case. The unfriendly employee explained that it was sold out and put another toy in it. When we asked if he couldn't just get it from the display case, he reacted extremely unfriendly. My children didn't understand why the toys were in the display case, but then they couldn't get them. So, next time, McDonald's.

On a Sunday 18:00 full range of vegetarian options not available, except for the veggie long chicken. Better to skip this restaurant in that respect.

This is by far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The restrooms are dirty, broken, and require a fee. Even though the store was fairly empty, the staff was overwhelmed. The ordering machines were broken or poorly programmed. You couldn't order a meal without buying an expensive plastic cup.

It's older and not very well maintained. The women's restrooms are a disgrace. I don't know when they were last cleaned; there are puddles on the floor, a slippery surface, and overflowing trash cans. My goodness.

Because it was empty and because there was little furniture a somewhat atmosphereless place. Food is fine of course. Service could be better, more attention for customers would already help a lot. You quickly think of fast food when you think of Burger King, but at this Burger King in Zevenaar you can better speak of Slow cooking. You wait at least 30 minutes for your burger, if you are lucky....

It was very disappointing!! Hamburgers Too fat, fries not really crispy. And the nuggets chicken where heated with microwave. Atmosphere poor restaurant looks like an pancake restaurant. Overall 60 € down the drain

Wirkt ungepflegt. Sowohl der Eingang, als auch der Gastraum und die Toiletten sind definitiv so nicht in Ordnung.. Teilweise geschlossen und keinesfalls appetitlich. Kosten: 50 Cent, werden mit Verzehrbon vergütet. Kaffee leider nicht lecker. Waren hier eigentlich nur zum Aufladen am Tesla Supercharger. Gegessen haben wir hier nicht.

Paid toilet system with vouchers is not really logical in terms of payment order. Ambience and layout of restaurant could use some love. Food was otherwise fine, The column order was prepared within an acceptable time.

Old stuff but staff and food are good

I ate there, then drove on, and later realized I'd forgotten my wallet. The employee searched the entire store and even the parking lot for me. I'm infinitely grateful and now have everything back.
