The worst BK in town, eats off the floor, it's healthier....Very disappointing... I ask if I can charge my phone using the outdoor outlet. They tell me I have to buy something first. I was going to do it anyway. I pay for two meals, and then they tell me the outdoor outlets don't work. If I want, I can put it at the counter, but to check from time to time; they're not responsible. Why don't they just tell me they don't work? Because of the sale of two meals? This restaurant is so needy that they have to deceive? I'd do crowdfunding for them, what a shame. Anyway... I won't be back... they're in a lot of need, from what I can see.

What a terribly uninviting BK, tucked away in a corner of The Hague Central Station. We quickly devoured our food there, but the seats were missing their protective caps and the deafening scratches on the floor were absolutely deafening. If you went to the restroom first, you can hand in your ticket for a 50-cent discount. We had two tickets and an order of two. No, we could only hand in one ticket per order.

Don’t know about the food, just know that for some reason they don’t accept app rewards “as they are a small shop in the central station” which I’m not sure why it matters. That’s a shame, and sounds like a fake reason to not accept it.

Chaos...no sign of where to order, where to pickup, no screens with order #, no receipt, no kiosks...

A good visit to BK Den Haag Central Station. Counter service was excellent. Food was prepared to order and not a long wait. If you need a quick bite at Den Haag central station, then BK it is.

Excellent experience at Burger King! Fresh, tasty burgers and friendly service. The place is clean and welcoming. Always a great spot for a delicious meal. Highly recommend for a satisfying and quick bite!

Superslecht, aangegeven dat er geen bacon op de whopper moet voor mijn zoontje (moslim) meegenomen naar huis zit gewoon spek op! Vreselijke service 9 euro weggegooid.

I ordered an X-tra Long Chilli Cheese and got a simple double Cheese burger. I was in the mood for spice!

Placing an order took a long time, so I missed the train, I didn't get the right milkshake and I didn't get any sauce.

Shoutout to the evening workers, especially the one who is always there for privacy, no name but good service from him, I like to come here for a late night snack and know that when he is there everything always goes well

Don't even take the coupons from the app because they only sold the things from the menu, then forgot about the small drinks

Why always those unmotivated employees at BK? Slow, unfriendly, grumpy...The competitor can do it, so it is incomprehensible that BK cannot... Food was okay, although the fries were all over the bag (they didn't even ask to take them with you or eat them here) and the ketchup from the burger was everywhere.

Paid extra for a milkshake to be told the machine is being cleaned. Nothing offered back for the extra paid. 🤦‍♂️

This is really a good BK. With a very nice manager. Food is always fresh and hot, it comes quickly and the staff is super friendly.

the food is really good and the service they offer, they don't even scan your qr code on the burger king app so you can earn points. they are that stingy

If a Burger King is a few steps away from the check-in and check-out gates. At least expect a group of your customers to also travel by train. Because if someone picks up something, also expect people to dip their fries and snacks in a sauce container. And not with a sauce bag that belongs on the plate (at home or during delivery). Which means that the train passenger has to spread the sauce over their nuggets or dump a cone of fries on top without a fork. This has happened two out of the three times I have ordered there. (My third order here)

We wanted to get a meal with a coupon, when we asked if we could change our fries to loaded fries she looked at us very brain dead and then instead of changing it she said. She should have made us pay extra. And on top of that, there were no crispy onions on it AND they had put it in the box incorrectly, Burger King is already low in my esteem, but this experience has certainly lowered it. Staff uninterested and not attentive. Find new employees.

It was so dirty that I almost lost my appetite, there are pigeons walking around and it was really unbelievably dirty. I wouldn't be surprised if the food is as disgusting as the facility. I will certainly not return here and would not recommend it to others. I'd rather eat Indian street food.

Good job, nice and warm, and you can't say that everywhere. Just before I took the train to Germany for a winter sports holiday, I had dinner here with my girl. Nice people and good service!!

After Midnight the small burgers are suddenly sold out forcing you to buy at least a whopper. Staff was very friendly

Bestelling via Thuisbezorgd. Zeer matig allemaal. Patat was koud, burger was koud. Prijzen zijn niet laag en dan ook nog €6,- voor het bezorgen. Dit was éénmalig, ik bestel niet meer bij Burger King.

¡El peor Burger King! Llevaba a mi sobrina allí por su primera batidora. Siempre le había dicho que era una de las mejores hamburguesas de comida rápida. Primero tomó 30 minutos en una hamburguesa vacía y se equivocaron 2 de los 3 fritos, 2 donde se supone que no tienen salsa. Cuando fui al mostrador a rehacer las frituras las llevaron a la parte de atrás y pude ver al trabajador sacar la carne y raspar la salsa de todo y luego volverla a poner en la caja. Pregunté si eran nuevos y el trabajador mintió y dijo que sí. Entonces les dije que los vi y se negaron a ayudarme más. Huelga decir que mi sobrina no quería comer una hamburguesa que alguien había estado manipulando y raspando, así que nos fuimos. Al salir fui a usar el baño y me digirieron. El olor de las heces era muy fuerte, el suelo del inodoro estaba cubierto de orina. Uno de los cubículos tenía heces por todas las paredes. Me fui sin usar el baño ya que iba a estar físicamente enfermo. Desde entonces nunca he vuelto con un rey de las hamburguesas y mi sobrina se niega a probar una. Si pudiera dar estrellas negativas lo haría.

I bought 20 stucks nuggets, The nuggets were brown in color. I was disappointed. The taste was not that good.

Great job, we had a train to catch. And asked about it and it was ready within 2 minutes. The staff there was very friendly. The food is delicious and not rushed. This way I could thoroughly enjoy my menu.

Hmmm... rolls overflowing with sauce... overflowing... tasted slightly different... keep in mind that you don't have a seat here... always opt for take-away and when you have placed your order, check to see if anything has become available... then there is another table next to a trash can!! And another table for 4 seats... you don't have to worry about something falling off the table, the other table is almost against it.

I eat a lot of Burger King around different places, but I’ve never seen one quite this nasty.. I grabbed my “cleaned” recycling cup and it was totally dirty. I wiped it with a paper to hold it and I can see the difference even on a picture. The food was fine but cleaning up is also important especially if they say the cups are cleaned after use.

Order wrong, once home I noticed that a portion of fries that I had paid for was missing, I would have been fine with it if it was a large order, but this was a very small one.

Eating was passable, filled fries not really filled. I had to sprinkle them with salt. The QR code for free whopper didn't work... very few tables. Very rude woman at the cash register. BUT I'M REALLY REALLY bummed about the QR CODE!!! FIX THIS!!! I want my free whopper. These may also be the reasons why there is a staff shortage. Very bad hygiene too! I had to clean my table myself.

The service was not good, the lady at the cash register was very impatient and spoke rather unclearly. The whopper I had was also not tasty, too much sauce, bacon was sour and the Sunday was runny.

Compared to the city, this Burger King is bad. I hope that the cheerful boy who works there becomes a manager and can change things. He also had good service and he is very cheerful himself, which created a good atmosphere.

The sandwiches and fries were not that tasty. The fries were not fully cooked, so I put them in the air fryer at home. Bread fell apart...don't think it was fresh at all...don't know the quality in the city at Spui is better than at Central Station.

With such disinterested and unmotivated staff you should be ashamed. This creates a chaotic situation when ordering.

Ordered a burger without an onion and cola with no ice. After waiting 10 minutes, I got burger with onions and cola with ice.

It is the worst dining experience of my life. I have been there for years in CS, but to my regret I got something to eat there twice. It doesn't surprise me that BK is still the worst in the world

I always have the most incredible experience at this Burger King. The food is well prepared, as someone who also works in horeca I’m impressed by how well cleaned and organized it is. The employees are always friendly but the guy working the kassa today around 8 was so friendly and his smile could light up the room. 10/10 favourite Burger King.

Just been helped by an excellent employee who did the cash register around 10:15 PM. Customer friendly, available for a chat and order received quickly. As a company, you simply want to keep these types of employees. Complinents!

Ik heb een aantal keer hier een hamburger gehaald, meestal is het prima of lekker hun season burgers zo als champ & cheese master is erg lekker raad het daroom ook zeker aan! De omgeving is wel iets minder het is vaak beetje messy en weining goede zitplaatsen maar hiertegen over doet het personeel erg hun best, ze werken hard en zijn vriendelijk en posetief!

Ik wilde snel nog een hapje mee voor in de trein, dit hebben ze snel geleverd en het was de goeie kwaliteit wat ik gewend ben van de Burger King

Prima plek om wat te eten. Personeel was vriendelijk en eten was lekker. Je moet geen haast hebben, maar het duurde ook niet echt lang.

The manager was annoying and unduly correcting the friendly worker, and then that same manager gave out my bacon fries with about three drops of cheese, which meant I had fries left over when the sauce was gone. BK at Utrecht central serves that way better.

Gisteravond tijdens de grote treinstoring hier gegeten. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en mijn eten was supersnel klaar! Mijn whopper was zelfs nog heet, en smaakte daarnaast echt heerlijk! Kipnuggets werden in een heel grappig bakje geserveerd, wat bij andere restaurants niet gebeurt! Al met al een prima tussenstop voor als je een lange reis hebt of even iets wil eten!

Had the Whopper with Veggie Patty for the first time and it was very good. Well seasoned, lots of fresh crispy lettuce and tomato. Staff were friendly even though obviously tired and working on rebooting all the registers.

Wahrscheinlich der schlechteste BK in ganz NL. Sehr chaotisch. Personal ist nicht gut. Man kriegt keine Tablets. Alles wird zum mitnehmen verpackt, auch wenn man vor Ort essen will. Könnte sauberer sein. Immerhin normale Preise und das Essen war nicht schlecht.

Ik bestelde een king junior met cheese burger. Toen riep de onvriendelijke medewerker om: crispy chicken met twister fries. Dus ik reageer op hem en zeg: Ik had met cheeseburger besteld. Vervolgens doet hij alsof hij in het zakje kijkt en zegt hij: ohja is cheese burger. Ik heb niet meer gecheckt en zag toen ik thuis was dat het alsnog een crispy chicken was. 🤬🤬🤬

Wilde snel eten. Vroeg wat ik snel kon krijgen. Een whoper en milkshake konden snel geregeld worden en zoals beloofd binnen 4 minuten eten in mijn handen. Top!

Gelukkig werkt lamine hier hijs de beste werknemer vaker hier besteld en alleen bij hem komen geen fouten voor

Beperkte openingstijden, deze vestiging heeft geen scanner dus niet mogelijk om BK coins te sparen, regelmatig zeer knullige bediening.

Beetje jammer gaat te vroeg dicht (als de treinen nog rijden) en geen openingstijden zichtbaar

De cola smaakte niet, de patat was half koud, het broodje was oud, het is er vies ,hebben niet eens een dienblad om je spullen naar je tafel te brengen.

We hebben hier gegeten omdat het voordelig was en je er snel kunt eten, maar voor de gezelligheid hoef je hier niet te komen. Ook raar dat je bij een menu als je een milkshake i.p.v. cola wilt, daar extra voor moet betalen!

Er is een bezem om mijn hoofd gevallen vanuit boven. Mijnn telefoon werd ook nog geraakt en deze viel op de grond. Er is hier helemaal niks mee gedaan. Heb dit wel gemeld

Even een Whopper tussen door denk je dan. Echter met de spits is het erg druk, te druk. Het personeel is wel vriendelijk, maar een plek om even te zitten is er niet. Het assortiment is kleiner dan normaal bij BK, de zaak is zelf ook heel klein.
