Burger King in Muiden

Nice restaurant, friendly staff, and the food is nice and hot. The restaurant also looks cheerful, and it's great that there's a Subway as well. I really enjoy eating here.

Well, what can you say about a Burger King? Same as all the others. No standouts in service or atmosphere, but just a great burger.

It wasn't that busy on Sunday. I ordered using coupons. Parking is free, and you can sit outside and eat. Ordering via the app is easy. Veggie Big King and veggie whoppers are also on the menu. Prices have gone up, but it's better than McDonald's. No more €1 deposit on cups, instead of 10 cents per cup.

Compared to a Mac: less staff, less choice, longer wait for the order and no free toilet.

Coca Cola is so watered, it was like a light brown transparent drink. Lettuce in the Whopper is dead days ago, it is very soggy. Everything is tasteless and badly prepared on this branch.

Burger and fries are fresh beyond compare.

Very quiet on this Tuesday afternoon. If you order a drink you have to tap your own drink. Asked for extra ingredient on my burger and this was complied with. Food received very quickly.

Everything was ok for that price. Less staff but they did their best to serve you top. Fries were just out of that oil before my eyes because it is an open kitchen for everyone…. Furthermore we had a nice meal

This Burger King has really hit rock bottom in terms of the lack of service. The burger is cold, the fries were overcooked in oil. To get euros for a cup (they don't have regular paper ones), you also have to register on some shady website and enter your details. Are you completely sick in the head? Why such complications? And to top it all off, there isn't even a toilet. It feels like I've ended up in some train station eatery instead of a Burger King.

I come here occasionally. Normally it's okay, but this time it wasn't so good, and there are a few things that need improvement. For me, food and service go hand in hand. If I get home after 5 minutes and the burgers (soggy) and the (expensive) spiral fries are lukewarm at best, I know everything was prepared some time ago. The fact that the staff consciously informed me of this also reflects poorly on the service. It wasn't busy at the time, and I suspect too much was pre-cooked. I don't mind waiting (as is often the case) as long as the food is freshly grilled and fried, so I can finally enjoy a delicious meal!

It was a hot day and we were asking for two paper cups, as we bought drinks but didn't get cups in the supermarket. They charged SIX EUROS for two Burger King trash cups.

Ok food, quite customizable based on your needs. Good to grab something quick to eat or hang out with some friends.

For an ice cream you need a deposit cup, but to get the deposit back a cumbersome system has been devised which I don't like, it's worthless

Food is OK, good indoor seating with excellent ventilation. Outdoor seating available. I have used the Drive In often, the last time was a terrible experience. There was a 5min long wait behind a white car. When I exited my car, the BK worker asked the white car to move aside (why not earlier?). When I pulled up I was asked four times about my ticket number, which of course I didn't know because I hadn't paid. At some point the staff understood what order I had, I paid and got the bag of food. As I drove away my son said that the fries were cold, I checked and confirmed, and then I realized my food was more than ten minutes old, sitting in the bag while everyone was just ambling about without a care for the customers behind the white car. I parked my car and walked up to the counter to ask for fresh food. The worker proceeded to tell me that the food was actually hot. I replied that we were not going to go in that direction. The worker just dallied, paying a little attention to other customers and looking into my bag. After another minute or two I showed my dissatisfaction and walked away, 20 euros the poorer. Update: I tried it again today and it was a 26 minute wait for food at the drive-in. That is about 20 minutes more than would be ridiculously long. The fries of course were completely cold by then so I had to drive back, walk in and get new ones. The staff did not utter a single word when I calmly asked why the wait was so long, why the fries were cold, and why there was no apology.

The restaurant was very cold and not clean. The food was good, though.

The food was fine. There were still Christmas ornaments hanging everywhere, which the children noticed and asked questions about. I do find the deposit on the cups a bit of a hassle.

Always good service here, mostly go through the drive-thru where there is only a short waittime. Food is always prepared well, even with the adjustments for allergies. Overal a good BK

Made a special detour for this Burger King (took half an hour). We wanted to order the King Menu with nuggets 3 times. Burger King also advertises this for 4.95. Finally arriving at Burger King Muiden, you cannot even order this menu here. Very strange that there is also a poster on the window with this offer. So it was the last time at this Burger King. Ordered milkshakes, they simply put them on the counter and walked away. just find out what flavors they are. 1 taste tasted sour, but that was not believed, because no, that was not possible and was not true and a big deal was made about it. Sorry, but I might have given them more stars if they treated us a bit normally.

First time to Burger King Muiden. If you order a Medium fries, you will receive one of those ini mini bags that you also get if you order small, and only four pieces in it. The man behind the counter thought it was normal. Making fun of me like I've never been to a Burger King. Snacks limp and tasteless. We will never come here again.

Sometimes you need mc d or this. That's how it is. I buy simple cheeseburgers. I know what to expect and that's always what I get.

Not a very attractive location and very mediocre sandwich. A bit cold, soggy bread and cheese not melted.

Everything is fine, but I don't know why employees don't use gloves while preparing the food. According to PPE guidelines , it should be mandatory to wear gloves while employees handling food . I observed that none of them used it .

Finally back to Burger King (at my wife's request) Where shall I begin? -The tables, floor, drink machine, etc were all filthy. There was hardly anyone there but no one cleaned. - It was too cold to eat without a jacket. - The food was lukewarm at best. Strange because there were hardly any customers so you would expect it to be served hot. But literally everything, the fries, the various burgers and the chicken nuggets, everything was lukewarm. Why then 2 stars for the food? Because the taste was good. But the goods inspection service would close the tent immediately.

In terms of food, what you expect, only small portions of sauce and a complicated deposit system. It's a shame and ridiculous that you have to pay for the toilet. They have a sign with order numbers. But they prefer to shout out the numbers.

Unfriendly personnel policy, forget half the toilet, you have to pay, dirty tables, no clean floors, really bad

Expensive and bad, €50 for 3 fries, 2 hamburgers, 1 sandwich, chicken nuggets, chili cheese nugguts and a coke and 2 water, if it is tasty that amount is not that bad but your food is lukewarm and if you also have 2 x have to walk to the counter because your order is incorrect... then your food is now cold. Downright bad! Tip: pay your staff better so that they can do their work with more pleasure and have a better sense of a tasty hamburger or make your food cheaper.

Food is as usual, but the staff there is less. People still have to learn customer friendliness there.

Unexpectedly at Burger King, the taste of the Whopper cannot be matched in our opinion. It was delicious again. The curly fries as we call them could have been warmer. Furthermore, I forgot mayonnaise (by myself), walking to the counter and asking for it, which I did, was not too easy. All kinds of hassle due to confusion and walked into the line behind me. I had to pay at the column? How? Do I have to enter that again? It's a lot of hassle for me (okay, my mistake, I now fall under the 'elderly' category, then that's what you get). The gentleman at the counter and I did not understand each other. Language issue... Shouldn't be allowed in my opinion. In the meantime my food was getting cold so I said 'never mind', no mayo. This detracted from the otherwise delicious food with voucher, so it was also a bargain. I thought the sign with a number on the table and your order is brought was great.

Vriendelijk personeel. Goede service, de burgers mogen wat warmer.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Eten was snel klaar en ook warm heb er erg van genoten. Zeker kom ik vaker terug.

Een smakeloze Veggie Long Chicken op een klef wit puntbroodje met welgeteld 1 blaadje sla voor meer dan 7 euro... het enige Long hieraan is de prijs. Verder is deze zaak in Muiden zeer ongezellig (her)ingericht met formica tafeltjes en soort keukenstoelen, verder is het ijskoud in deze vestiging door de grote raampartijen. Personeel staat (op een paar flinke werkers in de keuken na) met elkaar te dollen, misschien uit verveling door het zelfbestel- en betaalsysteem. Zonde van mijn geld.

Lijkt achteruit gegaan sinds de verbouwing. Ik toch echt een fan van de whopper, dus blijf er wel komen. En erg koud, met harde wind telkens als schuifdeuren openen. De helft van de zaak is Subway, maar daar zijn de lichten uit en personeel naar huis. Ook niet bevorderlijk voor de sfeer.

Really enjoyed the food today. I had a long chilli burger. And help yourself to the soda fountain. I normally hate the whole burger joint show, especially mc Donalds, but totally I seriously liked my experience. So a four stars review. And it was surprisingly quick and good service.

Het hele filiaal stond vol met rook uit de keuken alsof de afzuiging niet of niet voldoende werkte.

Deze burger king was leuker met de speelhoek voor de kinderen. Daarna werdt het saai en minder uitnodigend. Vervolgens minder vriendelijk personeel en dan nog eens betalen als klant als je naar de wc moet. Dus ja ze hebben aardig wat punten verloren.

Goeie burgerking. Reeds verbouwd en ziet er top uit. Drive Tru heeft een opknapbeurt gehad dus ze zijn weer helemaal up2date. En de hamburgers worden echt top gemaakt hier.
