⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great McDonald’s in Muiden – pure top class without a McDrive! What a wonderful experience at the McDonald’s in Muiden! This location is truly a gem. No McDrive, but that actually makes it even better: you consciously come inside to sit down and enjoy the pure McDonald’s atmosphere. The restaurant is modern, sparkling clean, and spacious. The decor feels fresh and inviting, with nice seating areas and a cozy terrace where you can relax. There is a nice play area for the children, a practical baby changing area, and everything is easily accessible. Parking is spacious and easy, so no stress. The staff is fantastic: friendly, attentive, and always with a genuine smile. Orders are prepared quickly and carefully. The burgers were perfectly hot and flavorful, the fries deliciously crispy, the McNuggets golden brown, and the McCafé coffee simply excellent. Everything tasted fresh and exactly as you would hope from McDonald’s. Whether you come with family, friends, or just want to take a moment for yourself: this McDonald’s in Muiden feels welcoming and relaxed. No rush, just enjoy good food in a pleasant environment. Our first visit to a McDonald's in the Netherlands. You have to pay an extra 85 cents for mayo and ketchup with a Happy Meal, and another 85 cents for sauces for the nuggets in the Happy Meal! That's outrageous for a measly dab of sauce. And disposable cups cost 15 cents. And even though we ate here for a lot of money, we still had to pay €1 per person to use the toilet?? Very customer-unfriendly. Never again!

We paid over 50€ for food - I needed the bathroom and had to pay additional to my food just to use the bathroom. And then - you make me pay to use the bathroom, but it is disgustingly dirty? If you make your customers to pay to use the restroom, at the very least ensure it is somewhat clean. The whole McDonalds was disgustingly dirty. Not impressed and not worth it.

We came here for dinner on Thursday evening because the restaurant looked very nice from the outside. Once inside, we immediately changed our minds. The restaurant was very dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. It also took a very long time for our order; we had to wait for more than half an hour. When we received our order, we got cold and soggy fries, so my girlfriend went back to ask for new ones. When she came back with the fries, there were a whole lot of undercooked fries in them that were inedible. Very bad restaurant, I would not come back here.

It is ridiculous that here, even as a paying customer, you have to pay €1 for the toilet and they still can't keep it properly clean. The fries really should be fried longer; they are soggy. Truly the most antisocial McDonald's we have been to in ages. Personally, they also look at you as if you are stupid.

There are worse roadside McDonald's you can go to, but one thing that's just bad here is the service. A team that is focused more on chatting than getting your order on time, which is okay, seeing the wages a person's joy at work has got to come from somewhere else. What is bad is that folks behind the counter are just marking your order as ready to beat the order timing system they are on, which results in the customer waiting for 5 minutes or more at the counter to get their 'ready' order. To top it off In our case, and in all the other orders I saw being picked up while waiting, the order was also not correct.

I've been there a few times now because it just worked out to stop here, but what a disaster. Upon arrival, you walk straight into the trash; it's lying next to the bins because they are so overflowing and aren't being emptied. Upon entering, there are two large garbage bags that greet you, but you don't see any staff dealing with them. Last time, it was a real mess outside too; trash was lying everywhere because people just have to throw it next to the bins since they are emptied too late. This time, the fries were cold. The gluten-free burger was mega salty; this really leaves a lot to be desired for McDonald's. Paying to use the toilet is okay, but there is no soap and no toilet paper. Make sure this is checked regularly if you expect a euro from your customers every time! At your other locations, this is much better organized; I see multiple reviews with similar reports. Perhaps it would be useful to discuss this internally sometime!

I just ordered a McFlurry here and it is really perfect. Exactly the right amount of caramel, really 10/10.

Typical McDonald's, but on Sunday morning there's a guy named Bart behind the counter who calculates the prices by heart and refuses to use the cash register. The first time I asked what he was doing, I got buzzed around, and after a tirade about "radio reports" and the rise of the machined ones (???), he started all over again. When paying, he paid in cash when it turned out I only had my bank card with me; he called it "protection" with a wink. I don't think it was even his money. A bit of a strange state of affairs, but luckily I wasn't in a hurry.

Terrible experience... Rubish everywhere, no clean table.. waiting time was absolute insane, have to demand new burger because the first one was laying on tray for 13 min... not surprised when you see all the staff imigrants, half of them walking back and fort not even wearing the uniform.... and yeah btw.. not a single salad available and bunch of other product out of stock.. whoever manage this plave its an absolute disgrace... DO NOT RECOMEND

Just spent five minutes standing in front of a McDonald's payphone and no one answered. When we went to the counter and asked why, we were first given the finger by two guys chatting with each other. "Go find another job then." Then an annoying woman ordered us to drive back to the payphone. This woman didn't understand the whole situation and was quite rude: we had to figure it out ourselves. Ordering is entirely done through Contact Loos. You can order at one of the kiosks or sit at a table and order using the QR code on the table. The food is otherwise the same as at any other McDonald's.
