McDonald's in Bussum Centrum

29.3 and sure enough! Incomplete again today. Part of the sauces are missing, and who needs straws anyway!? The fries were all raw and as limp as a lettuce leaf. Too bad again. Another incomplete order. Again, every time, again… And YEEEEEERY another incomplete order. Just don't deliver 4 portions of fries. Logical. Very logical. Update: limp, raw fries for the third time in succession. It’s tough… Update: for the 25th time, the expensive sauces were not included again. That’s about €40.- in extra revenue on an annual basis without delivering. Imagine x 1000 customers where this happens 😂 Update 2026. Yes!!! New record. Ordered for a lot of people today. We ended up missing 2x McNuggets (6 pcs), 7 sauces, 1 large Fanta, and a cheeseburger. Just 1.5 meals for the 4 people. Things seem to be getting worse and worse. Calling is now in broken English, so Truemanlaan in Bussum exists now too.

We ordered via Thuisbezorgd. And the delivery person is top-notch, nothing to complain about. But the order was finally complete. But the food... well, where do I even begin? The fries were incredibly cold and soggy, the sauce on the mini wrap was literally all in one spot, and for the tropical milkshake, you just didn't even run the new tropical mix through to ensure it would be mixed properly. When is the manager and/or the franchisee going to open their eyes and really sweep through the staff and managers? This is simply unacceptable. Every single time something goes wrong, whether you eat there or order, it is just bizarrely bad. Do something about it.

It's a McDonald's, it's a shame that young people don't clean up their mess.

I just asked for a hamburger with everything and I got a hamburger but.......... 1 pickle, a veeeeery tiny bit of sauce, no lettuce, and the rest wasn't there either, well, the burger and the bun of course. It is super busy in the evenings though, and sometimes the receipt machine doesn't work at the screen.

2 delivery vans were broken and 1 checkout counter for ordering was out of service. The staff works chaotically and the manager just paces back and forth. I approached him to ask when I could order. He shouted "just a minute," but after 5 minutes we left and looked for another restaurant. This is the WORST branch in the Netherlands !!!!! Don't go there, because you will get annoyed.

Slowest McDonald's ever. Many dirty tables.

This is the worst McDonald's ever. Unappetizing old burgers. Everything is broken: multiple kiosk receipt printers, the restroom, the soap dispenser. Several people complained about the wait of more than half an hour. A disgrace.

Waiting 1.5 hours for 2 burgers! Unbelievable, what a shitty company.

Ordered two veggie burgers to go. Burgers were overbaked to the extend that they were basically crisps, and the only sauce on it was a 10 cent sized droplet on top of the burger. The personnel was bored and careless, and the restaurant and the kitchen looked extremely messy. Never coming back here.

Every single time I order here feom Thuisbezorg they either leave out and item or they do an incorrect flavour milkshake.

I don't go to McDonald's very often, but I went tonight with the grandchildren. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Super grumpy staff and we had to wait more than an hour for our order. McDonald's Bussum is a real disaster.

Horrible place! Always big mess on the kitchen and with orders. If you can avoid this place - do this. Without big que- you gonna wait for forever your order with full kitchen of stuff.

McDonald's is McDonald's, you might say. But I found the quality of the food at this branch to be below par. The fries were cold, the cheese on the Quarter Pounder wasn't melted, and the vanilla milkshake was too thin and too sweet.

What terrible service, she held my order 8 times. Waited inside for 30 minutes... Last time in Bussum... Never heard of 'first time right'??

We were sitting at a filthy table this evening, 13-6-'26. I asked an employee if they had a cloth to clean the table. The employee came with a spray bottle and a black cloth, sprayed some stuff on the table, and went over it with the cloth. Moments later, the table stank so badly. I immediately grabbed napkins and dried the table. I don't think they ever rinsed that cloth all day; how do you get cross-contamination!! And that same employee didn't even wash his hands and went on making milkshakes 🤢🤮. We are never going here again. What a filthy place McDonald's is.

At least 10 people report that they have run out of receipts, but nobody does anything about it... They can't handle it.

I don't think the atmosphere is great, and the service could definitely be better because there is a very long wait for 2 things: the ice cream machine and the very loud one for a soft ice cream. Otherwise, it is very unclear and everyone is walking around haphazardly; the floor doesn't look very fresh, certainly something that needs attention, which I know could be done well.

I ordered my food to the table, but they are too lazy to bring it to us, we needed to pick up from them. The food is the usual McDonald's.

The food is like normal McDonald’s not bad or something it is delicious but service was not great they were not really nice and there was only 2 so that was hard there were a lot of people who talked that annoyed me but anyways it was not the best but well I guess it’s enough for normal fast food.

Just got 3 hamburgers, it felt like the ketchup and mustard had flown right through them... onions?? Nowhere to be found. A dry, soggy mess. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time here.

No soap in the toilet, all of the tables on the ground floor are very dirty. Nobody speak english and they barely can count the money change… This place is a joke

You really need to educate the staff. They're disinterested, constantly chatting with each other but completely ignore the customers. And when you order something and take a number to sit at a table, the cash register yells "ice cream" loudly.

Check your order when you pick it up, there's always something missing here.

I'm not really enthusiastic about this. Bad food, dreamy staff. Fine for a quick bite, but it's about the filling, not the food. McDonald's has also become way too expensive. A McCrispy for €8.10. The chicken on the sandwich, however, was tasty. It was also very quiet in this place. There were a few students there. This place now gives me a bit of a run-down impression. Students walking/climbing across the tables? The upper floor is closed off with stools, while the restrooms are upstairs. And despite the barrier, there were still a few young people upstairs (?).

I find this an impersonal McDonald's. Everything is cold and the meat is overcooked. It's incredibly bad. I gave them a chance, but unfortunately, nothing changed. Yes, there are more Dutch staff, yippie, but the quality is very poor. You still can't read the wishes on the receipt. Too bad one star is too many. Regards, Atini

It took 10 minutes to get a bottle of water after I ordered it and my fries had no salt on them and my chicken nuggets were cold. Please do not eat here.

First, it takes too long for just water. Second, I didn't get any salt on my fries🤓, and it's practically dead here.

I ordered tonight and then we're missing 6 chicken nuggets. I call McDonald's Bussum back, tell them we're missing something, and then we have to go to McDonald's to pick up our food because they couldn't deliver it anymore. In the end, they just hung up on us, and when we call back, they don't answer at all. I call on a different phone and they do answer. When I go to McDonald's to pick up my chicken nuggets, all they can say is sorry and nothing else. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS.

They immediately get irritated when you ask for something. I asked for sauce because they forgot it, and they just roll their eyes in your face.

When I lived on the streets for a while, I often came here to stay warm. I sometimes got free food from them because I had nothing. They are happy to help you. Some people there seem grumpy because they are busy, but otherwise they are good at helping you. And if you live on the streets, they are willing to help you charge your phone and sometimes give you free food.

I ordered a Mac menu and my sandwich got wet. Really bad service, they should have better delivery bikes and a few weeks ago when I went to their shop there was no room and the employee said eat outside, which was unfriendly.

Terrible establishment, three days ago, I ordered delivery, the delivery status did not change for an hour and a half, they did not answer the phone, they dropped calls. Terrible service! I placed an order, and it was half-complete. I'm unable to walk due to leg surgery. I recently ordered 1 cheeseburger and 1 hamburger and I didn't get my order until 30 minutes later. I was the only customer in the restaurant and the employees thought it was more important to talk about sex and drugs than for me to get my food and go home.

Wat een achteruitgang…in de zaak met 2 kinderen. De bestelling duurde langer dan 45 minuten. De Big Mac leek een afgelikte boterham en smaakte niet naar de Big Mac van ‘vroeger’. Verlepte sla, saus naast de burger. En de hamburger ‘plain’ was niet doorgekomen. Ik heb bij deze vestiging gewerkt toen ik scholier was. Toen was alles zoals het moest zijn. Het was nu ieg geen fastfood. Nooit meer hier.

Lauwe friet, na opmerking dat alles warm moest. Geen rietjes,geen servetten , verkeerde sauzen en geen mayonaise die betaald was, telefonisch onbereikbaar. Kansloos!

The environment is nice, the windows overlook the market, so it's fun. I asked for a lid from the girl who brought the glasses without lids, she said you have to do it yourself

Dirty. Long waiting time for the order to be fulfilled. The service is not interested in the customer at all - they behave as if they were working as a punishment. Often confused orders or missing ordered products. Tables dirty and sticky. Low standard even for McDonald's

Never order here, this is really scandalous! Waited two hours for an order that was never delivered. The restaurant was unreachable and when someone finally answered after many attempts I was simply pushed away. Thuisbezorgd eventually cancelled the order and assured me to refund the money.

Why they have the numbers for the tables when you eat in ?! They still call your order number so you go and pick up yourself instead of what supposed to happen

Good and tasty fast-food. Employees are very nice and hardworking but dining place are little bit dirty with trash on the floor.

Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience. Ice cream was delicious but it took more than 10 minutes for us to get our order and we were the only customer at the time. Employees also seemed very disinterested and had difficulty answering questions about the ingredients.

Once again I come home and the order turns out to be incorrect. Then you can call and have to come back, but if your food is already lukewarm and you are with children, the fun is already over. Is this the first time? No, unfortunately not - something always goes wrong at this branch.

Ordered a menu via Thuisbezorgd. The delivery person would arrive within 10 minutes, via the tracking we saw that the delivery person took a detour. Time of 10 minutes became 15 minutes then 20 minutes. After 1 hour we received the food. The food was cold and incomplete. We tried to call the restaurant several times. The phone is cut off by the staff. There is no way to reach the restaurant. Insanely bad and antisocial!

They need to learn Dutch on Duolingo, they can't even pronounce an order and it looks like they have dementia because they forget half of it

After having had to repeat I wanted a mccrispy greek 3 times because they couldnt understand me, they then still charged me for a normal mccrispy. They did correct this mistake, but then refused to give me back the difference when according to both the signs and the apps the difference, although not a crazy amount is still 10,45 vs 14,20, trying to convince me "theyre the same price". I gave up trying to communicate with them because they were barely able to properly communicate. TLDR: Do not order at the counter, just use the screens, because due to that I got, by definition, scammed.

19:15 02.03.2025 I placed an online order via the Thuisbezorgd app. The order was missing 5 sauces, the fries were cold and dry and the drink was served in two cups and was completely overturned. After trying to call this company five times, they said they "don't take orders via phone numbers". Then they hung up about five times. When they picked up the phone again and I started to explain that they had not included the products in my order, they told me to "shut up". Then they picked up the phone and made me listen to everything that was happening at McDonald's without speaking to me. I raised my voice because you cannot ignore or manipulate your customers. The wait was super long, over 20 minutes. He calls for an order but selects the wrong one on the screen. Things were missing from the order and the employees don't understand anything and look down on the customers We went back for the missing items, we were the ones who had to put the fries in the bag. At this branch in Bussum you are almost immediately turned away before you have even ordered anything. The staff is disinterested and it often takes a long time before your order is ready and then something is usually missing.

Items were missing from the order and MacDonalds and Thuisbezorgd were not available. Very irritating.

These teenagers decided at some point that they could come up to me and throw an entire glass of Coke on me. In the end all my stuff was wet. Their parents raised them 'stylishly'. Unfortunately, there are such people in the world. Manager had done nothing at all, we had not received any apologies.

Accessible for cars, self checkout kiosks available, 2 floors of space, nothing to complain about!

Tables have a QR for table service, but after half an hour of nothing when you ask, they don't know anything and don't understand anything. Only after another 20 minutes did she understand what we meant and what we had ordered.
