The delivery was fast but all the food was old and cold. Disgraceful.

Scammers, a chicken wrap costs €8. A sparkling water bottle costs €4.10. I've completely lost it.

I've been coming here for quite a few years now. The wait for the food is a bit long, but it's always good and hot.

Joyce in particular is a real asset there.

They immediately get irritated when you ask for something. I asked for sauce because they forgot it, and they just roll their eyes in your face.

When I lived on the streets for a while, I often came here to stay warm. I sometimes got free food from them because I had nothing. They are happy to help you. Some people there seem grumpy because they are busy, but otherwise they are good at helping you. And if you live on the streets, they are willing to help you charge your phone and sometimes give you free food.

I ordered a Mac menu and my sandwich got wet. Really bad service, they should have better delivery bikes and a few weeks ago when I went to their shop there was no room and the employee said eat outside, which was unfriendly.

Terrible establishment, three days ago, I ordered delivery, the delivery status did not change for an hour and a half, they did not answer the phone, they dropped calls. Terrible service! I placed an order, and it was half-complete. I'm unable to walk due to leg surgery. I mentioned this twice, and STILL had to pick up the rest of the order myself (hello, that's why I'm having it delivered). I finally asked a family member to go, and they called me a liar! I recently ordered 1 cheeseburger and 1 hamburger and I didn't get my order until 30 minutes later. I was the only customer in the restaurant and the employees thought it was more important to talk about sex and drugs than for me to get my food and go home.

Lauwe friet, na opmerking dat alles warm moest. Geen rietjes,geen servetten , verkeerde sauzen en geen mayonaise die betaald was, telefonisch onbereikbaar. Kansloos!

Wat een achteruitgang…in de zaak met 2 kinderen. De bestelling duurde langer dan 45 minuten. De Big Mac leek een afgelikte boterham en smaakte niet naar de Big Mac van ‘vroeger’. Verlepte sla, saus naast de burger. En de hamburger ‘plain’ was niet doorgekomen. Ik heb bij deze vestiging gewerkt toen ik scholier was. Toen was alles zoals het moest zijn. Het was nu ieg geen fastfood. Nooit meer hier.

The environment is nice, the windows overlook the market, so it's fun. I asked for a lid from the girl who brought the glasses without lids, she said you have to do it yourself

Dirty. Long waiting time for the order to be fulfilled. The service is not interested in the customer at all - they behave as if they were working as a punishment. Often confused orders or missing ordered products. Tables dirty and sticky. Low standard even for McDonald's

Never order here, this is really scandalous! Waited two hours for an order that was never delivered. The restaurant was unreachable and when someone finally answered after many attempts I was simply pushed away. Thuisbezorgd eventually cancelled the order and assured me to refund the money.

Why they have the numbers for the tables when you eat in ?! They still call your order number so you go and pick up yourself instead of what supposed to happen

Good and tasty fast-food. Employees are very nice and hardworking but dining place are little bit dirty with trash on the floor.

Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience. Ice cream was delicious but it took more than 10 minutes for us to get our order and we were the only customer at the time. Employees also seemed very disinterested and had difficulty answering questions about the ingredients.

Once again I come home and the order turns out to be incorrect. Then you can call and have to come back, but if your food is already lukewarm and you are with children, the fun is already over. Is this the first time? No, unfortunately not - something always goes wrong at this branch.

Ordered a menu via Thuisbezorgd. The delivery person would arrive within 10 minutes, via the tracking we saw that the delivery person took a detour. Time of 10 minutes became 15 minutes then 20 minutes. After 1 hour we received the food. The food was cold and incomplete. We tried to call the restaurant several times. The phone is cut off by the staff. There is no way to reach the restaurant. Insanely bad and antisocial!

They need to learn Dutch on Duolingo, they can't even pronounce an order and it looks like they have dementia because they forget half of it

After having had to repeat I wanted a mccrispy greek 3 times because they couldnt understand me, they then still charged me for a normal mccrispy. They did correct this mistake, but then refused to give me back the difference when according to both the signs and the apps the difference, although not a crazy amount is still 10,45 vs 14,20, trying to convince me "theyre the same price". I gave up trying to communicate with them because they were barely able to properly communicate. TLDR: Do not order at the counter, just use the screens, because due to that I got, by definition, scammed.

19:15 02.03.2025 I placed an online order via the Thuisbezorgd app. The order was missing 5 sauces, the fries were cold and dry and the drink was served in two cups and was completely overturned. After trying to call this company five times, they said they "don't take orders via phone numbers". Then they hung up about five times. When they picked up the phone again and I started to explain that they had not included the products in my order, they told me to "shut up". Then they picked up the phone and made me listen to everything that was happening at McDonald's without speaking to me. I raised my voice because you cannot ignore or manipulate your customers. The wait was super long, over 20 minutes. He calls for an order but selects the wrong one on the screen. Things were missing from the order and the employees don't understand anything and look down on the customers We went back for the missing items, we were the ones who had to put the fries in the bag. At this branch in Bussum you are almost immediately turned away before you have even ordered anything. The staff is disinterested and it often takes a long time before your order is ready and then something is usually missing.

Items were missing from the order and MacDonalds and Thuisbezorgd were not available. Very irritating.

These teenagers decided at some point that they could come up to me and throw an entire glass of Coke on me. In the end all my stuff was wet. Their parents raised them 'stylishly'. Unfortunately, there are such people in the world. Manager had done nothing at all, we had not received any apologies.

The food is what we have come to expect from McDonalds, service was terrible. Tables have a QR for table service, but after half an hour of nothing when you ask, they don't know anything and don't understand anything. Only after another 20 minutes did she understand what we meant and what we had ordered.

29.3 and yes! Incomplete again today. Sauces are partly missing and who needs straws!? The fries were all raw and as limp as a lettuce leaf. Too bad again. Another incomplete order. Again, every time, again… And again, an incomplete order. Just don't deliver 4 fries. Logically. Very logical. Update: weak raw fries for the third time in succession. It's difficult… Update: for the 25th time, the expensively paid sauces are once again not included. That's around €40 in extra turnover on an annual basis without delivering. Imagine x 1000 customers where this happens 😂

Visited the restaurant with the children, there was no Dutch speaking staff present and they stood at the counter among other customers who had not received the correct orders or were missing products in their order. When (I think) our order number 32 was ready and was listed on the monitor as ready, it was given as order number 36 to take away. It was clearly exactly the same thing we ordered that was taken by another customer. Then we waited another 15 minutes for our order, which was ready a long time ago according to the monitor above the counter. Sad that this has to be the current McDonalds experience... and that staff is essential to generate profit/turnover. If you pay with peanuts you get... 🙊 in service..

Sometimes the cappucino is almost just milk. If you order a large cappucino they only add more milk, not more coffee. You then pay more for diluted coffee. Strange. Last time I was there, there was no receipt from the machine. Not again today. The flap of one of the machines where the receipt comes out was open. Last time there was no soap in the toilets. That was now the case.

The worst controls I've ever seen in a mac. Lazy and slow and even removed the table service signs because they were too lazy for that. Had to wait 15 minutes for order in a practically empty restaurant.

Nuggets were in the deep fryer for too long, tables weren't wiped down, even though the restaurant was almost empty...

Had to wait HALF AN HOUR for a happy meal!!! I saw that my number went into someone else's bag, but they didn't understand that and I just waited... no excuses, nothing! The staff could use some better training and customer friendliness, but they don't seem to want it at all.

We had to wait half an hour for chicken nuggets and coke. Suddenly our number was no longer on the board. Asked twice if something might have gone wrong, but was treated like an annoying and impatient customer. When I asked the third time, it had suddenly been ready for a while. Must say: there was a summer market in Bussum that day and it was extra busy.

It's not my thing, I don't like fast food culture.

Just within the heart of the bussum, we have a McDonald's outlet wherein you can dine in or take away. Food as per the standard and expectations. Paid parking around the bussum centre. Recommended.

Niet de eerste x, maar weer karton bekers terwijl je statiegeld bekers besteld en betaald. En als je erom vraagt weten ze van niks,en als je aandrinht was het omdat ze voor de kleine beker niet hadden dus allemaal maar zonder statiegeld gedaan.. The reviews say enough. Food is cold, long wait and worst of all rude employees, especially the manager. My order had been getting cold for 10 minutes, this was indicated upon receipt and her answer was; Yes sir, it is busy (a total of 10 customers waiting) and there is nothing we can do about it.

The service here is really bad. Slow and disinterested. We spent twelve minutes (!) looking at our coffee, which was waiting on a shelf until the rest of the order was ready. Coffee was now cold. When I asked for a new coffee (with receipt as proof of the long wait) I was told that I was a difficult customer. Outrageous service!
