A pleasant and quiet place where you can serve your meal. Good hygiene! The food is very good. Congratulations BurgerKing...!

It may be useful to remove products that are no longer available from the selection menu at the ordering machines if this is possible. Several products were sold out, but could be ordered only to be told at the checkout that these products were no longer available. Furthermore, we had a good meal.

Drive-thru almost always closed, even when it is not busy at all. This Burger King looks like a pigsty from the inside and outside. Just drive on and save yourself the trouble.

No idea what the food is like. We were at the door this morning at 11.20 and it was closed. While they should be open at 11am. 2 weeks ago in Kerkrade the same. Maybe they could explain to the staff what the opening hours are and not open half an hour late.

11/10/2024 came to get food, it looked quite busy, the staff was running, we then saw that a boy with short hair and a blouse preferred to talk to people in the restaurant instead of helping with orders.

That was OK, but I expected more food quality. I don't know why some of the Burger King stores are offering really good hamburgers, but some others are not.

No control over quality, price, staff and experience. Hadn't been here in a while because we're not into quick bites and I understand that costs are going up, but just like its major competitor, this was a somewhat affordable quick bite. Two Woppers for €6.95 each and a large fries with two small bags of regular fries sauce for €5.45, containing about forty fries. I can't afford it anymore and the staff can't handle the pressure, which I see during the wait that all the orders end up incorrectly. I also found out at home that a large fries could have been a little bigger for the €5.45.

Dear Burger King, I would like to make an official complaint about the new manager, Nicki, who is carrying out her duties in a completely unacceptable and disgraceful manner. On October 8 last, she personally insulted me by giving me the middle finger, which I experience as very unprofessional and disrespectful. In addition, she regularly exhibits discriminatory behavior towards customers and employees. For example, she openly makes racist comments and discriminates against people based on their origins. She even indicated that she refuses to speak Syrian and belittles people who do speak this language. It is deeply sad that a manager, who should be responsible for a safe and inclusive working and shopping environment, treats both customers and employees in this way. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and I expect swift and appropriate action to be taken to resolve this matter. I also got twister fries that had been dried out for quite some time. This is bad! I would like to see a response and hope that appropriate action will be taken.

So greasy, so slow and there is waste everywhere, the staff is also very incompetent

Update 9-2024: Lately it has been noticed that ice cream or milkshakes are no longer available very early. Even in the summer months, it happens that you come for nothing more than an hour and a half before closing time. Then clean the device a little later. At other BK branches you even get a milkshake fifteen minutes before closing. I also think it is a bad development that Burger King Netherlands has chosen to remove all salads from the menu. They now only have vegan burgers, but that is not an option for people who really want to be healthier or have celiac disease, like me. Now, apart from fries, there is nothing left at BK for people with a gluten intolerance. Bad thing! Very friendly, personal service and you can always find something to eat cheaply. Delicious flame-grilled burgers! Definitely one of the nicest branches I've been to.

What terrible chicken nuggets, they could have been reheated 3 days ago, they are currently lying in the toilet somewhere on the train, I puked everything up and the fries were absolutely terrible

What a bunch of people, just been sick all night. It really wasn't edible, it had just been heated up from the microwave at home. I'll never eat there again.

Clearly not a place to be. Bad food, super slow service, dirty tables, people leave food on their tables, garbage everywhere.

What has gone wrong!! Everything is packed into a bag and squeezed shut. Ordered fries sauce and did not receive it. Fries were tough. Never coming again. Not recommended, a waste of money

They are supposed to be open until 10:00 PM. If you arrive there at 9:15 PM, they simply won't let you in. If you don't want to make money, close the business completely.

Normally it's my favorite! But today it was disappointing. The lettuce was no longer fresh (not green but yellow leaves) and there was little sauce on the burger. I'm not used to that from Burger King.

Came here on the way back from the holiday. The food tastes good, even though the prices are absurdly high. However, the service is extremely poor. You don't even get looked at here.

Yesterday the cheeseburger was cold, the cheese was not melted. We were here on Sunday April 7 around 11:30 and had to pay 1.60 for 2 sauces. The people who came after us received a whole hand full of 5-6 bags for free after they had ordered.

We were there on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 9:25 PM and they were already closing while the site said open until 10:00 PM, someone was already waiting at the door, who closed after us, several customers wanted to enter after us, but that was not allowed, the food was really bad, inedible because the meat was burnt, black and dry, my girlfriend ordered Sprite but got Spa red, the bag of fries was pitiful, so small. So never again, and all that, for 24 Euro!! Roermond Burger King definitely not recommended, too bad

Absolutely the dirtiest fast food restaurant I have ever experienced 🤢🤮!!!! Every star here is actually too much! Was there with my daughter last Sunday after visiting an outlet! All the tables are dirty, the trash cans are overflowing and there is no soap in the women's toilet!! Food was also borderline (felt microwaved) food junk!! But 7 employees are standing around in the kitchen bored!!! When we asked for table cleaning, the response was very delayed and the empty neighboring tables were provocatively cleaned and only after we had moved the table where we were sitting!! Really the very last dirty place that I can definitely judge as a 57 year old!! Shops like this with staff like this should disappear from the scene!! THAT WAS MY LAST VISIT TO BURGER KING!!!!

This place is still too bad for words, the food tasted like it did three days ago. After I saw the prices after placing my order, I thought this place was a four-star restaurant. After throwing half of my menu into the trash, I walked to the toilet. In the ladies' toilet, the toilet seats were missing or were completely loose, and on one occasion I was able to see the feces of my predecessor... Enjoy your meal. NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

There's a lot of dirt, garbage flying everywhere. A premium burger, everything thrown into a box, barely lukewarm. The service was glued to the floor, no movements, it's not fast food.

None of the coupons in the app worked. The food was lukewarm at most even though it had just been prepared. The fries sauce was missing from everyone's order. Many visitors complained at the counter because orders were incorrect. There was no indication on the sign when an order was ready, which meant that customers waited too long and their food became cold in the meantime. It was all much better last time.

Sober unkempt and uninterested staff.

Six of us visited this restaurant today. Out of 6 dishes, not one was finished as ordered. One was missing a burger, the other was missing fries, the wrong drinks, etc. Also, this was the dirtiest Buki I've ever seen. The tables were so sticky that we had to clean them first. The trash can was so full that the trash was on the floor and then the disinfectant dispenser was empty. Service staff unfriendly and slow. Once and never again!

Used A8 coupon. Long chicken was warm and good. Whopper was cold and didnt come with the cheese and bacon I paid for. After notifying staff this was corrected.

Staff where apparently every report or question is 1 too many. Sandwiches were cold and tasteless, normally these are put under the grill (or this is the case in all Burger Kings in Belgium/Germany and England) long chili with 2 jalopenos 🤨. Meat wasn't really warm either, you can immediately tell if the cheese doesn't melt. The loaded fries were nice and warm, richly covered with warm sauce

We haven't been to Burger King for a few years and on a long trip back I thought I would surprise myself and my wife with a Wopper and a large fries with two bags of fries sauce. Wopper simply a delicious burger, but the large fries were about 40 fries in a small bag for which you have to pay €5.45 with two fries sauces. Outrageous and a total of €19.45 for just two burgers and fries. It is no longer feasible to just grab some junk food in between. Saw the prices on the boards and really fell out of their bunk. It can only be paid for by people with a well-filled purse. Yesterday we had a menu at the Chinese where we could eat a full plate of ten different dishes for three days for €36. This was the last time because I think in a few years we will have to pay €10 each for fries and €15 each for a Wopper.

Ordering went well after a correction. Long wait, tasteless food, eaten on the terrace in the smoke of a cigarette. Hadn't been to BK in a long time. It will also take a very long time until the next time. 22 eu for a few fries, two burgers and two postmix drinks doesn't make sense.

Better close that shit up. They close when they want and close 15 minutes to half an hour earlier due to understaffing for 1 year.

Ordered a coke chocolate Oreo milkshake and some nuggets and fries. The coke was terrible the "chocolate" Oreo milk was the regular variant the nuggets and fries were good tho. The order also took extremely long considering it was small.

I love Burger King, but the staff here always forgets something with your order and it starts to irritate.

A short, plumper guy with curly hair walks up there in his normal sweater and sweatpants and chills behind the cash register, then he discovers that he still has his butt in his mouth.

Food was ready after 30 minutes of waiting. The food was cold and the bread and meat weren't even cooked through. The service was rude and the food is incredibly expensive and there is hardly any choice in the dirty shop here. Simply inedible!!!!

We just wanted to eat something quickly, but the only thing that was quick was the realization that nothing will be quick here anymore. Without asking, this restaurant offers exactly the deceleration that you urgently need after a strenuous day with a growling stomach. After we watched in amusement as it took forever to prepare two milkshakes for the people in front of us (due to a brief pickle fight in the kitchen), we were struck by the thought that we would no longer be able to place our larger order before dark on the seventh full moon of the next decade would get... But we were positively surprised by the extremely ambitious and well-coordinated service team at this branch. After just 30 minutes and about 6 corrections to the order we had put together, we were able to enjoy our now cold meal in the ambience of overflowing trash cans and people running out of the branch cursing. In the last chapter of our stay we tried to get the deposit back for the reusable drink cups. When the staff was asked to do so, panic broke out. One man rushed outside to wake up his colleague, who had been on his smoking break for 2 1/2 hours. Another hid in the kitchen. The colleague from outside then looked for the key in the deep fryer, which enabled another employee to give us the €2 back. All in all a successful evening with good entertainment. Gladly again.

Unfortunately, Burger King Roermond only gets one star from me. The bread seemed to be already old, which made the whole burger unappetizing. The wait times were extremely long even though it wasn't particularly busy. The burgers were topped incorrectly - too much mustard or sauce made the food barely edible. The stalk of the salad was still attached, which indicates a lack of care. Overall, this was the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Disappointing!

Unfortunately, you cannot quickly get food here. While the restaurant is quiet, every customer waits at least fifteen minutes for food. Drive thru is often closed.. waited at least 40 minutes for 1 simple hamburger while no orders are prepared in the meantime.. burgers are in the heat rack but are not ready for pickup. Very unfortunate, I wonder why this is. On busy days this is understandable, but even with few customers the service is poor. Staff swear loudly, ridicule customers and other staff and use slang nonstop (also in interaction with customers). A bit strange. Final score, waited an absurdly long time to finish eating within 2 minutes (there was a hair in my burger, you can't make it up..).

I think the cashier is very stoned and forgot a joint butt in her burger.

Was supposed to be a nice day. After eating here I felt horrible and we had to drive home. Thank you, will stay away from BK from now on, because of this experience. Someone should check this place, food shouldn’t be given out here.

Sorry, 8 employees and no one wanted to do anything. Unbelievable, the customers were standing outside and the staff was joking instead of working.

Citizens are filthy, everything inside is dirty, staff is super unhygienic, toilets are completely useless, this is not okay and illegal to feed people such food!!!!! Total waste of money!!!!

Today May 9, super busy which is logical of course. Only here come the disadvantages. The coupons at the kiosk did not work, when I waited at the cash register to be helped, it took a very long time and they said we would come and help you shortly. Management comes and says we don't have enough staff today to put someone on the cash register now. Which meant that more people paid more than they should have said. Once you have ordered at the kiosk, we look and sure enough there is someone at the cash register helping. Not nice, to be honest. Saying one thing does another. Restaurant also not cleaned properly, tables very dirty and sticky.

Normally by classic delivery take around 30 min to arive I pay prio delivery and pass 1 hour still I don't have my order!

The worst service. Working with Uber eats and food most of the time cold. Always food are missing or mix. When ordering by app always order coming 1-2 hours late.. when try get help there is no one to help for. Speak rude. Not recomand at all. Sad, but they never cover them mistake maded.

Been this week.. cheeseburger menu Sandwich old, just fell apart, fries discolored from lying for a long time. Girl behind the counter was more concerned with her nails than with the customer. Never again...

Unfriendly staff. Does not respond the requests to return cups and then gets rude. Staff who cant deal with stressful situations during peak Times, shouldn't choose working in the service sector!

I was very disappointed, very very dirty, Coca-Cola reminded me of water, cold food, rude service, dirty toilet and no soap to wash hands, I do not recommend visiting this place.

ANTISOCIAL!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AND NO STAR VALUE!!! The employees insulted people in every language. When they were asked about it, they started shouting, insulting people and started taking photos and videos and posting them on social networks. Security from the place was snooty and arrogant and wanted to chase us away with the statement "the police won't do anything here because of a little argument" and sent us away, 10 seconds later the police arrived and were themselves shocked at how anti-social the employees there are. We had to wait a very long time before we could place the order. Were busy lecturing each other. Medium fries were barely 20 pieces. Nasty! No tables were cleaned. Garbage bags were exchanged. Whatever was in front of and next to the bins simply remained where they were.

Normally I am very satisfied, but this time it went wrong and the majo and the chicken nuggets were forgotten, the curly fries ordered on 2 menus had become regular fries. I thought that majo oh too bad and those curly fries mmm too bad but okay. But I thought I'd call for the chicken nuggets and let them know because they will still be there. There is no answer after 6 rings. I just started eating because otherwise my food would get cold.

Waiting in the drive for more than 40 minutes with barely a line. To then receive my food cold with the twister fries thrown straight into the bag. When you say something about it, they simply say, yes, sorry, I didn't put it in the bag. Pity!

What a slow staff. Wait 20 minutes for your order. In a normal restaurant you will be served even faster and your food faster.

Yesterday afternoon 22-01-2024 I went to Burger King retail park Roermond and had a Big King® XXL Menu there € 13.95 and a coke, the fries were covered in salt and the burger was cold, the cheese, which is normally creamy, was cold, the vegetables and onions were even colder, so I don't recommend eating here, the only thing good here the Coke was further thrown away, money also had nothing to do

We quickly thought through the Drive, it turned out to be closed. Anyway, let's go inside. Was very messy and not clean. Ordered 3 hamburgers and some fries for €42, it seems extremely expensive to me, it was still cold... We received 2 deposit cups according to the receipt, we wanted to hand them in but that was not possible because they did not take them... Show the receipt and then we could they suddenly don't take the cups at that moment.. They don't know price quality here, next time we'll go to the big yellow M.

Sehr schön nicht das neueste aber muss es auch nicht . Könnte etwas sauberer sein aber der Menge an Kundschaft ist es sehr schwer alles sofort sauber zu halten . Nach einen schweren Shoppingtag ist es ein gute Rückzugsort.

Komen we daar aan om even snel de drive te pakken, is de drive dicht. Door de stromende regen naar binnen, 10 minuten in de rij gestaan. Medewerkster hielp ons erg klantonvriendelijk en het eten was koud en niet lekker. Volgende keer maar weer naar de concurrent

Traag, lang wachten te weinig ervaren personeel gewoon 15+ minuten wachten op een simpele milkshake na bestelling en de koekjes kruimels zaten 90% op de bodem. Gebruik de automatische mixer ipv met de hand! Waar heb je dat anders voor?
