Chill play. Big enough parking, and refillable drinks. The staff is fun, was also thoughtful that they asked if we would like to have the icecream together with the meal or get it after we eat! Our toddler finally actually ate his meal before the icecream haha. You pay for your drink and a plastic cup deposit, then you can go to the machine to refill it yourself (the american way hehe). Dont forget the ice! Every time I go there I forget to put ice in my cola, and I remember after the first sip.

The hamburger and chicken burger were tasty. Ordered and paid for a large coffee (0.3 l), but received a small cup (0.2 l). The dullard at the counter kept insisting that he had placed the correct order, even after his colleague had corrected the error. They didn't have a small carton of coffee creamer.... They had also forgotten a napkin. Worthless service! UPDATE: after having been here multiple times, it is clear that the staff is deliberately trying to ruin the place. Especially for an American company, it is high time to implement staffing changes to get the service back to an acceptable level 😒

I go here often, but every time I don't order the long chicken and choose a burger without tomato or ketchup, I always still see remnants of the tomato and/or ketchup... or they just completely ignore it, even when it's not busy. I have a very severe tomato intolerance myself, so if I eat them, I'm in pain for days. I'm kind of done with it.

The food is just good, like at (almost) all Burger Kings, but the "King Drive" is no fun here: the employee is inaudible and that isn't due to the intercom... you order a Whopper and immediately he cuts through: Cheese? Cheese?... then you clearly indicate no mayonnaise with the fries... You get mayo anyway and, of course, it was charged. And try to be a bit friendlier and speak a bit more clearly because this is really unacceptable.

They force you to order on the machine. Normally, there is always nice staff there who help you with a smile. After much insistence, the employee in question walked away because he refused to help me at the checkout. Another employee took over, hey, if you don't add any add-ons..... It's a shame, so it really does matter what kind of staff you have. Always nice commercials, but it's a pity that your staff doesn't radiate that with the same smile and hospitality! On all the other days we've been there, and there have been a lot, we were always helped well! Now off to McDonald's! Which we find a shame in itself, but where at least we will be helped in a friendly manner. Five stars for the ultimate paper bag culinary experience. If your lifelong dream is to consume lukewarm grease questionable chicken burgers directly out of a brown sack while sitting on sticky chairs thinking the parking lot was a better option, welcome to your palace. The "King" must be a monarch of ( this is my life now ), because my Whopper looked like it was assembled via a targeted explosion, and the drive-thru speaker has the audio quality of a submarine losing connection. It is beautiful, it is tragic, and I will be back next Tuesday. Joking apart it is as good as it probably gets in spsin, this is one of the very few where the tolet does not look like a trash bag of used tolet paper exploded and Smelt clean. The floors where clean and the staff where very pleasant speaking English as well. Will return for another fat pill wrapped in plastic bread..

I have come here twice for a hot blondie. At every Burger King I go to, the hot blondie is warm and soft on the inside. But this hot blondie seems burnt; it is hard to eat. The burger has practically no sauce compared to other branches. Very disappointing when you are hungry.

We've been there twice so far and had the Whiskey Master burger. Both times, it was topped with incredibly fresh ingredients (arugula, onions, tomato, lettuce), tasted delicious, and looked like something out of an advertisement. Sometimes the burgers at other places look a bit worse for wear. The fries were always fresh, crispy, and hot, too. The only downside is that the music is always very loud, which we find annoying. But you're not there for long anyway.

I've tried this place several times over the past few years, but they always manage to forget something or sell it too coldly. They should appoint a proper manager to deal with the staff. It was cold inside than we kept it simple and ordered 2 medium curly fries. When thd fries were done they took out of the frier and hung the basket up. Few minutes later they put some in a paper baggie so small that it was embarasing. So i questioned them is this medium? He said yes and walked away. Every single time I visited this restaurant mistakes were made with the orders. Missing burgers, meat instead of vegetarian, customisation options (e.g. no onion) ignored, toys for kids missing. In the restaurant this could be fixed, but when you arrive home after a 20 minute drive and find out your meals are incomplete this is terrible. This happened every single time we ordered here, not a single time our order was OK unfortunately.

We ordered menus for four people at Burger King today. We chose the medium menus. These were the fries that came with them. Even when we asked if the fries were okay and showed them the bags, the employee told us they were medium fries. Never again.

The food was great. You can pour your own drinks, and the pleasant surprise was that you can choose from a variety of cola flavors. The only downside is that the machine can't scan the returnable cups. Even worse, now that I'm home, I can't get a refund through the Tikkie app 🤬.

What is super annoying is that "upsell" in order terminals. What you also see at McDonald's and sometimes at gas stations. (So you are forced to indicate that you do NOT want something extra. The order terminal also turned out not to be very handy to remove or adjust an item afterwards. The room is extremely noisy, so no dampening. The manager does not show professional behavior and does not seem to be able to remember basic information about orders. This raises questions about the organization and supervision within this location. The working atmosphere feels unsafe, and there is a certain manager who behaves in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner towards customers. In addition, he does not always seem to be honest. Unfortunately I do not know his name. It is worrying that staff is being appointed that damages the reputation of the restaurant. If this method continues, I fear that this Burger King will have to close its doors in the long term. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this location.
