Great. I got my food quickly, just a good fast-food chain.

We came here to try the ultimate cheddar. Unfortunately, the container on the screen wasn't available for ordering. So I went to the counter to ask if they still had it. It's not the first time the screen hasn't synced with the inventory. Once at the counter, I'm looked at three times by different people. But they just turn their backs. So, off we go. Whenever we go here, there's almost always something wrong. You don't get any help. Missing items in your order. An ice cream cone that's only half full. A while back, it was always a mystery whether the shop was even open. A shame, because it's the only one in the area.

I'll just say, I'll keep going to Mac's as I used to, so there's no need to comment on the menu.

I think Burger King has good food. One of the better Burger Kings, though the only downside is the long wait for your food.

Got takeout for eight people today. Very few fries. The burgers tasted old, dry, and sloppily put together. Don't get crunchy chicken here anyway; it was so dry and old it was simply inedible.

It was cold inside than we kept it simple and ordered 2 medium curly fries. When thd fries were done they took out of the frier and hung the basket up. Few minutes later they put some in a paper baggie so small that it was embarasing. So i questioned them is this medium? He said yes and walked away. Small bag barely zny fries in it 8 euros and not even warm. A total discrase this restsurant shoul be ashamed of its staff.

A decent Burger King. Don't expect friendly communication with staff, but the food was good.

Every single time I visited this restaurant mistakes were made with the orders. Missing burgers, meat instead of vegetarian, customisation options (e.g. no onion) ignored, toys for kids missing. In the restaurant this could be fixed, but when you arrive home after a 20 minute drive and find out your meals are incomplete this is terrible. This happened every single time we ordered here, not a single time our order was OK unfortunately.

The worst burger king restaurant I ever been in. I had to wait 50 minutes to get my order. Meanwhile a lot of persons were getting back to complain about missing meals from their orders. Totally shameful.

It feels like I'm in Africa just looking inside. Extremely poor communication. The manager is a man, but he yells at a young woman who works there. Watch out for your daughters and keep them away from such monsters. And you can't even call a number for Burger King to file a complaint. We ordered menus for four people at Burger King today. We chose the medium menus. These were the fries that came with them. Even when we asked if the fries were okay and showed them the bags, the employee told us they were medium fries. Never again.

Like any other Burger King, only the order was correct the first time!

The food was great. You can pour your own drinks, and the pleasant surprise was that you can choose from a variety of cola flavors. The only downside is that the machine can't scan the returnable cups. Even worse, now that I'm home, I can't get a refund through the Tikkie app 🤬.

And again, the order was wrong. The ground meat was dry. The table wasn't cleaned. If you get cups for which you pay a euro, you have to keep your receipt or you won't get your euro back. Seriously, you can't tell me that before ordering!

The fries were cold and inedible and the ice tea had no taste.

A burger is good as long as it's served hot. The staff is inattentive. They seem to have no ownership of their work. The supposedly unlimited Fanta Cola ran out at 6 p.m. They charge for a glass, but it wasn't entered into the system to refund it. When I reported the situation, they reluctantly refunded the money. What is super annoying is that "upsell" in order terminals. What you also see at McDonald's and sometimes at gas stations. (So you are forced to indicate that you do NOT want something extra. The order terminal also turned out not to be very handy to remove or adjust an item afterwards. The room is extremely noisy, so no dampening. And the music is quite loud, especially noticeable when you come in. Good parking, easy to drive to.

I ate the burger today there because I needed to be in this neighborhood. I started feeling sick immediately..I got food poisoning. I didn't notice much but the kitchen must not be hygienic.

There is always something wrong there when you order something at the counter. I think one of the reasons is that the staff speaks poor Dutch (nothing against foreign employees) and the music is always on loud.

The burger had fresh lettuce, fresh onion, good 'processed cheese', fresh hamburger buns but meat patties that were slightly overcooked. And then the surprise about the fries in my twister fries. That was divided 50/50 and included old dry pieces and way too much salt. Next time I really just want to see someone at the cash register and friendly service, otherwise it will be the last time.

The large English-speaking manager is nice and responds immediately to things you pass on. The food was better than the first time we came here. Fortunately, no more school-age staff, but now real staff who are serious about their work.

Worst experience EVER. I went here once with my mother because it was quite late and we were very hungry + we didn't want to cook Haha. We were immediately met by a SUPER long line that went out for something like 20 feet. You could order at the cash register or at the self-order thing, so it turned out that the self-order thing was broken, ALL 4 of them. But yes, we stood in line for at least 1 hour, which was really long for us because we were starving and we got there at half past seven. So that was half past eight. When it was FINALLY our turn, we ordered what we wanted and waited. It was about half past eight when we started waiting. We waited, and waited, and waited. See you.... quarter past 9! Wow, a total of 2 and a half hours of waiting and queuing, really awful. I literally almost fainted from hunger, the environment was chaotic and the kitchen almost unmanned. Srs! There was 1 person behind the cash register and about 2/4 people in the kitchen. Food tasted hastily made, atmosphere was chaotic and I was starving. Long story short, terrible experience and I definitely don't recommend it from my perspective! (I don't blame all the employees, they are just doing their job and I understand that they were also stressed by the situation at the time) One more thing, this could have changed in the meantime, maybe it is better now, but this is purely my experience.
