Very bad old stuff. I don't understand why they're allowed to sell such junk there. Other branches have much better prices. Here you get old junk that's been sitting under a heat lamp all day, not to mention the 5cm-long chicken pieces.

16/8/25 editing this post since today I ordered another bucket 5 piece original. And again I had to wait 30 min. This time they informed me that I had to wait though. Does it make it any better? For a fast food restaurant I think no. Also the playground is just an empty room. I’m gonna get “extra chicken” to make up for my waiting.. I’ll keep you updated what I get.. May ‘25Had to wait 25 minutes for a bucket because the original pieces were finished.. unacceptable in my opinion.

Dead end, ordered two zinger menus. A snack box was missing its fries. And we received one burger, and the other arrived 20 minutes later. Besides that, the toilet is also broken, and the toilets upstairs are also broken and dirty.

We arrive at 10 p.m., but Google's data says it's open until 11 p.m., but it's not. It turns out to be closed.

I went to KFC today and got a few things, but I ended up getting them. I went home and arrived to find that I didn't receive half of what I ordered. The food was fine otherwise, but it's a shame I missed a lot of things. I'd like to get the missing items or a replacement another time.

Ate there with 3 of us, got 1 chip too many? But at the same time got too few chicken wings and chicken pieces, after complaining and being checked one by one at the table, we did get them. The, ordered as an extra side, boneless chicken, were 3 pieces in a mega box?!? They looked like 3 popcorn chicken pieces?? (should have taken a picture of it actually) we actually went there for the squid game burger, what a disappointment!! But yes tastes differ, but what is true is that both my son and I both had stomach problems the next day???!!! For us this is not a place to go back to. KFC wateringseveld

Just got Bucket for 2, but oh my god what dried out chicken legs, some were almost without dry chicken. Just refried old stuff. When you call to complain, no one is reachable. Never going there again….🤮🤮☠️☠️

Hello, I would like to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your KFC restaurant. I ordered: • 2 burgers with extra bacon • 2 portions of fries • 3 crispy tenders I waited quite a while for my order, and when I finally received it, I noticed the following issues: • The 2 portions of fries were missing • One of the burgers did not have the extra bacon I paid for • One of the crispy tenders was torn and looked like it had already been eaten, which is absolutely unacceptable I expected quality and accuracy, but I was very disappointed with this experience

Very bad restaurant I Wanted to get some ice cream from work, it says online that they close at 23:00 and yes I am standing in front of a closed door I was there at 22:30 and am already standing in front of a closed door it is a bit strange that I am standing in front of a closed door when the restaurant itself closes at 23:00 I hope I can respond to this and perhaps pick up a free ice cream at the Best restaurant in question.

When I was there it was very quiet, the food was freshly made only after we had ordered, which made sure it was completely top, hot food and good service, because I was missing a dip sauce and even got it without any discussion.

Unfortunately the system don't let me to give less then a star. The food was cold,personal unfriendly, we were only 2 peoples ordering. I asked a girl whether I can pay cash, not even answering me back, I had to call her 4 times in order to answer me. The systems to order by machine was not functioning, the girl who take your order doesn't know the difference between "cash" and " contant". Unfortunately in the last months where I was eating by KFC in other cities it was almost the same. I stop spending money by KFC. Good luck further

Bad service. They don't understand you. Have to wait 20 min or longer for order. And an order machine doesn't work. They don't make it. Cash payment at the counter only.

Just got KFC at Wateringen. When I come home I miss chicken. Bought a bucket of 12 original pieces, got 7. Ridiculous. You call them. Nobody picks up. This is bad service. Going by tomorrow. I still want the chicken I paid for.

The slowest service I've ever seen

After waiting 1 hour (inside) and still 10+ guests who were ahead of me, I asked for my money back and drove to the horn. Ordered there and received within 5 minutes.

Fries were limp and cold. Headpieces were delicious.

Food was worthless! Zinger burger was packed with lettuce and sauce. And the the meat was a half size. Looked like one big derriere, they didn't have tomatoes but you paid for them! NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! WORST KFC IN SOUTH HOLLAND!!!

Been waiting for an order for almost 30 minutes. Only 1 meal sent out in these 30 minutes. Worst KFC ever, eventually asked for my money back after more than 30 minutes and ate elsewhere where the food came within a few minutes.

Good food, ordered in drive tru so no idea what the rest of the restaurant is like

Food was bad and super salty, as if the staff didn't feel like working and had added a lot of salt to the food. Both the burger and the fries, we just threw everything in the trash on the spot DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC GO TO ANOTHER BUT SKIP THIS ONE

When I entered the KFC, there was no one there. I placed my order and had to wait a whopping 30 minutes for the fulfillment! This is really a misunderstanding. Then I got zingeries that had been sitting for about 20 minutes so they were cold! I will never go there again and I will discourage anyone from going to this KFC location.

The manager here is really a joker, my chicken arrived half raw, you could literally see the pink of the meat and the manager kept claiming that this was not raw chicken but that it was the herbs that are in the chicken. I certainly know the difference between orange herbs and a piece of pink chicken, and then I dare to discuss it and make it difficult to give new chicken. Scandalous
