KFC in Wijk 06 Wateringen

It is very sad to see that there is insufficiently qualified staff working here. The result is that mistakes are constantly being made and customers become dissatisfied (always check your drive-thru order). The staff is also not open to a solution because customer service is nowhere to be found. The staff is rude and grumpy. Give the staff a training course or something similar.

Tasty chicken. Nice and warm and fresh 10/10. Tasty snack box and cold ice cream. Tasty wrap. Great food, I'm happy with it.

What an incredibly filthy place! The stairs upstairs are filthy, the handrails are sticky, and the floor is covered in stains. The toilets are truly too disgusting to touch. I doubt if any of the employees have ever even been upstairs with a mop and a bucket of soapy water.

I went to KFC today and got a few things, but I ended up getting them. I went home and arrived to find that I didn't receive half of what I ordered. The food was fine otherwise, but it's a shame I missed a lot of things. I'd like to get the missing items or a replacement another time.

Had gotten 2 large buckets, was done very quickly. The food was dry and tasted like almost nothing anymore, as if it had been lying under the lights all day.

The chicken was tough. And not warm.

Someone else had received part of my order, so the box was damaged from being unpacked by another customer. I only found out about this when I got home. Part of the order was also missing; I had to go through the entire order at the counter to make sure I had everything. It has also become pricey.

The chicken was covered in oil, and the toilet was not clean.

Not very friendly staff and unfortunately all the trash cans were full, the tables dirty, and the toilets were downright filthy!

A fast food KFC that actually its slowfood... Takes so long, and they dont put what you ask for... Even I need to ask twice, and the order remaind wrong, but I didnt have time to claim again... Over all a bad experience.

Fresh chicken and ready quickly

Good service, but the chicken batter is too thick, not as it should be; otherwise, reasonably good to eat.

A really filthy restaurant; the men's toilet was one big puddle of urine, and when we reported this, there was little interest and the response was curt. We asked for something to clean our table, but according to the waitress, there wasn't any... on top of that, there was no fries sauce left, and all the trash from the previous visitors was lying under the table. Orders were roughly thrown onto the tray without any interest or respect for the customer.

I went to the drive-thru and got 2 chicken tender buckets for myself and my wife; it was on sale. I really regret it; all that crispy stuff had fallen off and it had become completely dry because it had been sitting there for so long. I am sure it sat there too long because I got my order immediately. It also had an old or burnt oil taste. Still, I ate most of it because I was hungry and just finished work, but I just hope I don't get sick.

I went to the toilets right after opening, but they were clogged with toilet paper. There was also no paper left in the holders. Very disappointing, because that didn't make me feel like getting something to eat either...

Even if there is no line, you always have to wait a long time for your order, how is that possible?

Update June 8, 2026 Visited after a long time. Zinger Dunked was lukewarm. Chicken sandwich; the bun is twice as big as the piece of Zinger chicken. A bit of a shame. More for show. Loaded fries were decent. Poor hygiene facilities for washing hands and no hand wipes left. Update October 24, 2019 from 1 to 3 stars. It was chaotic for a bit due to the crowds. Find the fries worse and inferior to the previous version. Chicken rib piece was good. Received good service. Popcorn chicken snack box is smaller than the promotional photo.

One star is too much. Everything there is filthy; if you go to the restroom to wash your hands before eating, you don't feel like you have clean hands afterward. The fries are bone dry, smell burnt, and taste like nothing. The burgers and meat are cold. The most disgusting KFC I've ever seen. They need an inspector sent here. Never again!

Good service, but the 7up I ordered was just Spa Red, a bit of a shame.

Unfortunately, hygiene left much to be desired. The tables were not cleaned properly and the toilets were downright filthy. A real shame.

Very fast and good customer service

I just had SUCH a good experience here. Super customer-friendly staff. I have quite an unusual order at KFC and often ask questions. But I was helped with real patience. I never expected to leave a KFC review, because I just come for the chicken and take the service for what it is. But this interaction was so good that I just had to let you know.

We weren't helped at all at the drive-thru, True. She was too busy on the phone. So I would say don't go a little later because you won't get anything.

The food and the staff are okay, but they have the filthiest, grossest toilet I have ever seen.

Normally, we always go to KFC Rijswijk (In de Boogaard). Despite the consistent, great service, it recently closed. That is why we went to the Wateringen branch today, and it was so nice to run into a familiar face from the Rijswijk branch there! This gentleman and the rest of the team prepared the food superbly; everything was fresh and delicious. Thanks, guys!

The food is decent, but it takes at least an hour before you actually receive your food after ordering. So only order here if you have the time.

The restaurant is dirty, tables full of rubbish while it was mega quiet and then the mayonnaise was gone, but seriously!

Even though it wasn't busy at all, we had to wait almost half an hour for our food. Unbelievably bad. The upstairs restrooms were locked. Only one accessible restroom was open. Disgusting, of course.

I arrived at this restaurant last night to get some food and drinks. There were signs at the entrance saying they were closed due to weather conditions. What kind of nonsense is that? There was no snow, no icy conditions, no rain, and no storm. This is the most ridiculous excuse I've ever seen. People were still eating inside. I tried the drive-thru, which was also closed due to "weather conditions," even though there was nothing wrong. I drove on to KFC Leyweg, which was open. Shame on you for making such bogus excuses!

A large tanned woman was very rude I asked to clean the table and she sighed then I got soggy fries and I didn't get new ones

Very bad old stuff. I don't understand why they're allowed to sell such junk there. Other branches have much better prices. Here you get old junk that's been sitting under a heat lamp all day, not to mention the 5cm-long chicken pieces.

16/8/25 editing this post since today I ordered another bucket 5 piece original. And again I had to wait 30 min. This time they informed me that I had to wait though. Does it make it any better? For a fast food restaurant I think no. Also the playground is just an empty room. I’m gonna get “extra chicken” to make up for my waiting.. I’ll keep you updated what I get.. May ‘25Had to wait 25 minutes for a bucket because the original pieces were finished.. unacceptable in my opinion.

Dead end, ordered two zinger menus. A snack box was missing its fries. And we received one burger, and the other arrived 20 minutes later. Besides that, the toilet is also broken, and the toilets upstairs are also broken and dirty.

Just got Bucket for 2, but oh my god what dried out chicken legs, some were almost without dry chicken. Just refried old stuff. When you call to complain, no one is reachable. Never going there again….🤮🤮☠️☠️

Hello, I would like to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your KFC restaurant. I ordered: • 2 burgers with extra bacon • 2 portions of fries • 3 crispy tenders I waited quite a while for my order, and when I finally received it, I noticed the following issues: • The 2 portions of fries were missing • One of the burgers did not have the extra bacon I paid for • One of the crispy tenders was torn and looked like it had already been eaten, which is absolutely unacceptable I expected quality and accuracy, but I was very disappointed with this experience

When I was there it was very quiet, the food was freshly made only after we had ordered, which made sure it was completely top, hot food and good service, because I was missing a dip sauce and even got it without any discussion.

Unfortunately the system don't let me to give less then a star. The food was cold,personal unfriendly, we were only 2 peoples ordering. I asked a girl whether I can pay cash, not even answering me back, I had to call her 4 times in order to answer me. The systems to order by machine was not functioning, the girl who take your order doesn't know the difference between "cash" and " contant". Unfortunately in the last months where I was eating by KFC in other cities it was almost the same. I stop spending money by KFC. Good luck further

Bad service. They don't understand you. Have to wait 20 min or longer for order. And an order machine doesn't work. They don't make it. Cash payment at the counter only.

Had ordered a fries a Crispy chicken and a strawberry milkshake. Fries were almost limp, the taste was okay a 5 The crispy chicken was a limp shortest nothing (crispy)? Taste was okay A 5. Milkshake was super tasty. An 8 I would order this again.

Service at Wateringen is really top and the quality of food is very tasty, I will definitely come here more often.

Order your 8 hot wings in the drive. 30 minutes in line then at checkout “we don't have any hot wings” stood in line for 30 minutes for nothing.
