The service on December 5th around 1:30 PM was abysmal. Everything was too much. I had submitted feedback online and wanted to order a free burger. The process was terribly slow and clearly aggravated. Returning the cup took over five minutes because the waitress deliberately avoided looking at the counter. With eyes turned to heaven and a sigh, the bill was settled. No thank you, no please, no goodbye. Please go home if you don't understand the word "service." I don't want to pay for you!

Ate here today. There were no numbers to enter so the order could be brought to your table; instead, your number was shouted across the room. Very unpleasant. The fries were ice cold and the buns tasted stale, resulting in a nasty aftertaste that I can still taste. The service also left a lot to be desired: the staff (all of foreign descent) came across as unfriendly and didn't know how to laugh. It's unbelievable that Burger King Netherlands doesn't enforce this better. As another reviewer said: "You'll find more atmosphere in a coffin than at this Burger King." Oh yeah: clean those tables, man. Gross mess.

As a true Burger King fanatic, I've eaten at several locations over the past few weeks. But this experience was quite disappointing... My girlfriend and I had the Ultimate Cheddar Burger, which I think had the chedder flying through it. We also had various burgers, and the long chicken was actually the only one that was actually warm. I have no idea if the beef burgers were left out longer, but they were so cool that the chedder hadn't even melted. Unfortunately, it wasn't my best experience, but I don't blame them, as they were severely understaffed. Hopefully, better luck next time. Ciao

International lunch menu with significant quality issues. Orders had to be placed at the counter; there was no table service. Napkins were not available in the dispenser, a trash can was overflowing, and trays were not cleared away by either guests or staff. The tomatoes in the burger were extremely watery, and the amount of fry sauce was completely disproportionate to the price.

It's a branch if you have no taste and are blind. The staff makes it clear they don't want to be there. They stand in the kitchen with phones and earbuds, and at the counter, you can't expect a friendly word or a smile. The food is cold, and if you order Twister Fries, you get three pieces; the rest are regular fries.

Bad, bad, bad. Go to the local snack bar; I'd like to see more of them. This place is worthless, with untrained foreign staff and very unfriendly customers. I had a quick bite to eat around 4:45 on Sunday evening...still regret it! What an incredibly shabby and filthy place...your order number is called out so loudly you almost want to yell bingo...and this isn't even the worst part: one of the delivery drivers walked out with an order, opened a bag, took out a fry, and stuffed it in his face, then put the orders in his delivery box before delivering them!? So rude and antisocial, even so shameless right there in front of the entrance.

A very bad experience at Burger King. We ordered at 6:50 PM and waited 10 minutes for our food. We ate the fries first, and around 7:10 PM we wanted to start on the burgers, which turned out to be ice cold. We went downstairs to report this, but they wouldn't give us anything because we "ordered 20 minutes ago." The staff spoke poor Dutch and showed no understanding of the situation. You expect much better service and hot food from a large company like Burger King. Very disappointing, I won't be returning.

It was awful, the bun looked awful, swimming in sauce. And the cheese on my friend's burger wasn't even melted.

It was 11:15 p.m., the doors were already closed; we only got in because people were leaving from the inside. At 11:20 p.m., the ordering counters were turned off. Extremely unfriendly, the bacon on my burger was half-raw... never again!

The outside of the serving window is truly horribly dirty. It clearly hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. You have to stare at it while waiting for your food, which isn't pleasant.

What a disorganized mess! During my visit, the employees were arguing among themselves in a language I couldn't understand—anything but professional. My order was wrong, and instead of an apology, I had to struggle to convince them it was a mistake. Not a pleasant experience, and certainly not what you'd expect from a major chain like Burger King.

It's absolutely hellish heat here, no matter how quiet it is, you have to wait half an hour for your order, even just a cup to drink takes 10 minutes.

What a bizarrely awful experience. This isn't Burger King-worthy! Flies everywhere, broken benches and chairs, dirty windows, floors, and tables. The fries and onion rings had clearly been kept warm for ages, the milkshake was too disgusting to drink, and the burgers were dry and lukewarm at best. The staff is unfriendly and seems irritated that you want to eat something. Furthermore, there are social distancing stickers everywhere, as if no one has paid attention to the restaurant's decor since the coronavirus pandemic. In short, next time I'll go to a different location, where the food is usually good!

You'll find more atmosphere in a coffin than at this Burger King. It's also terribly dirty, with the doors and windows covered in prints and greasy. Above the tables, all sorts of things are covered in centimeters of dust. The food tasted just like the Asian store. The bread was old and dry, and there were only two lettuce leaves on my sandwich, one of which wasn't even a leaf but a hard piece of grain. It's amazing that this is even allowed in the Netherlands. Isn't there any enforcement? I definitely don't recommend getting your food here; it's only good for the trash, and your next stop will be the place across the street.

Last time, the food was finally delicious. Other times, it was very disappointing. The staff wasn't friendly then, and the food wasn't fresh. But last time, everything was finally perfect, and so was the staff!

Friendly staff. When leaving, one of the cups containing a drink spilled. It was promptly mopped up. Excellent experience.

The burgers weren't good, unfortunately. But the loaded fries... they were FANTASTIC!!!! The drinks were unclear at first, as I had to get them myself, but I actually preferred that.

Delicious food, friendly staff. Wide selection of different menus. It's child-friendly, so it's perfectly fine to bring children. I do recommend adult supervision, as it's located next to a highway, making it easy to reach by car. Inside, there are two levels of seating. The restrooms are relatively clean. Recommended if you're craving fast food.

After many negative reviews, I decided to go myself. After all, you're more likely to write a review when you're dissatisfied than when you're satisfied. The food was great, with delicious curly fries that were nice and crispy. The burgers were good, but could have been a bit warmer. It could all be a bit cleaner; we sat upstairs, and the windows were incredibly dirty inside. The floor at the entrance could also be a bit cleaner. All in all, a great experience; we'll be back.

You can eat well here, but don't come here for a romantic atmosphere

The food was good, as far as fast food goes. But they don't clean up here. It's not filthy, just disgusting. We sat outside.

My order was completely wrong. The cheeseburger came with bacon and no pickles. I got a lot of pickles and no bacon. The burger was cold and we had to wait 20 minutes. The second cheeseburger had bacon and pickles again. The cups were dirty and barely rinsed. The hygiene inside was terrible. The toilets smelled, the floor was dirty, and the tables were sticky. Absolutely NOT recommended! And the Twix ice cream didn't taste like Twix at all.

What a low point in my hospitality experience. It's like the staff is competing to see who can be the most unmotivated and antisocial—and believe me, it's a close call. Not an ounce of friendliness, not a trace of dedication, as if you, as a customer, are a burden instead of the reason this place is even open. The chairs? Broken and sagging as if they haven't seen any maintenance since 1998. Comfort? Forget it. You're better off sitting on a sidewalk. And the drinks… as if someone stirred with their fingers and decided "dirty" is the new branding. And the food? Well, I'd already paid, so it was take it or leave it—literally. With every bite, I feared for my gut flora. Let's hope the Municipal Health Service (GGD) doesn't come calling, because if it does, this place will be closed immediately for culinary terrorism. In short: this place is a sad parody of hospitality. If you ever wanted to know what it feels like to be unwanted, scammed, and sick, this is the place to be.

Dirty is an understatement! In this restaurant, basic hygiene rules seem to be completely ignored. None of the staff wear hairnets, while almost everyone has long hair! And yes, I found one in my fries. The kitchen was a complete disaster: rubbish on the floor, cardboard boxes in the corners, a dirty, greasy kitchen floor and a filthy, smelly fryer. The tables in the restaurant were sticky and felt stale! Everything exuded dirt. For a basic menu of almost 20 euros, you can at least expect a clean environment. Hygiene is not a luxury, it is a basic requirement.

Wat ongelooflijk jammer. Het lekkere eten wat we regelmatig even doen, vindt afbraak door slechte hygiene, personeel dat gewoon nagenoeg niet begrijpt wat je zegt (spreken engels), vuilnisbakken staan open of zitten bomvol, tafels vies, bankjes gescheurd en vies, vloeren idem. Los van alles is ook nog eens het drinken uit de premix sprite in ons geval bruinachtig van kleur. Dit kan toch niet! Inmiddels een klacht verzonden naar het hoofdkantoor. Erg jammer voor een echt goed concept.

4 years ago during the corona period I had no good words for the BK. I thought it would have changed. So I decided to give them a second chance. Unfortunately it did not get any better. The food was a bit better this time, but the staff was anything but customer friendly. Then you think you are ordering via such a portal and then you do not get a receipt. We went to the counter. It took a while before they felt like helping us. We had to prove that we had really ordered something. That portal has not yet been dealt with by the staff. There were also other people at the counter who wanted to be helped. A lady behind the counter, who was cleaning her teeth extensively with a toothpick, told her colleague to pay attention and walked away again. In the end the customers were still not helped. Unfortunately we had to clean our seat ourselves because the staff was too busy with themselves. Too bad BK. I always thought highly of you guys...

How terribly long it takes here.

Really bad experience. The only thing worse than the food is the toilets. The whole top floor is sticky and dirty. The staff is also disappointing. The ice machine doesn't work either.

On my way through for a quick bite via the Drive ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 loaded fries. The burgers were very dry and just not tasty. The containers with fries differed greatly, 1 container with few fries and a small amount of ham and cheese. The other container a lot of fries and an excess of cheese. Not tasty. Never again Burger King for us.

Simple cheeseburger with bacon, nobody in front of me, three staff members. Still, it took almost 10 minutes for my burger to be ready. Unlearned right away! Every table is dirty, the floors are full of junk and after waiting an absurdly long time, you can throw away the food immediately upon receipt because it is cold and sticky (a question of taste?!). The service is also clearly less. Friends of staff or staff in free time (clothing) come with a group behind the counter to give everyone a box or a hug and 'steal' some food😅. The food is extremely dry and they didn't ask if you wanted sauce with your order so I got a menu without sauce. Definitely not recommended. I will go to McDonald's in the future because at least you get sauce with your order and the food doesn't get so dry that it gets stuck in your throat.

You’re not sitting at a table there, you’re trapped in a chemical biohazard lab masquerading as a fast food restaurant. The staff… yeah. I get that it’s hard work, but come on. The guy behind the counter looked at me like I’d cursed at his mother and then sat on his dog. No “hi,” no “what do you want?”, just a sigh that broke my soul a little. The other guy was busy… doing nothing. Seriously, he just stood there for five minutes staring at an empty tray. Just… staring. Like an NPC with a bug. In summary: This place isn’t just bad. It’s a low point in my life. A monument to culinary neglect. If you ever think “I haven’t completely ruined my day yet”, then go here. Eat a burger. Touch the table. Get salmonella from the smell. And go home crying with 12 euros less and a stomach that curses you. Burger King, you should really be ashamed.

We ordered via Thuisbezorgd. The delivery person apologized because he had to wait 40 minutes for our order. It was supposed to be delivered between 40-50 minutes, took 70 minutes!!! Trying to call but not answering and just letting you ring the phone. Food is just cold on arrival. Very sloppy bad service as far as I'm concerned.

We at Party Against the Burger were more than satisfied with this Burger King location! First of all, the toilets. They stank of piss and ammonia and your shoes stuck to the floor. The urinal itself was the cleanest part of the toilet, since water is flushed through it every day. Excellent, that's how you take the piss out of the customers! Only one small point for improvement: Our advice is to simply place the urinals downstairs next to the dining tables so that you don't have to climb those damn stairs. The stocky, sturdy woman who served us was of the opinion that people can only hear you if you shout at them at maximum volume. Our advice is to purchase a megaphone for a more powerful effect. According to the Party Against the Burger, a meal at Burger King can't be stressful enough! The fries were old and cold. Just like most of the staff. Although the atmosphere was grim, there was still some laughter here and there. Scandalous! Earn less, work more, enjoy less! You say "Burger King?" We say "Choke on it!"

what a dirty place to eat, the tables are dirty, when you ask if the table could be cleaned, you are given a wet cloth in your hands to clean it yourself. Burger not warm and it really wasn't busy but staff is busy with friends staying there.

What a filthy, filthy mess. Nothing is cleaned up, everything is stacked in the waste bins. The toilets have shit on the toilet seat, paper everywhere on the floor. Disabled toilet/diaper room, shit on the changing table. Sink and dryer are so dirty that you can keep cleaner hands by not washing them. I'll never come back here again.

The Double Whopper is still uniquely delicious. Too bad about the interior at Burger King. A little more style and better furnishings would make this property a lot more attractive. And good and thorough training for the staff would really complete it.

05/01/25 6:30 p.m. Waited almost an hour for food. Was treated very disrespectfully by an employee with a mop hairstyle. He was eating something all the time and he didn't seem to care about hygiene. Several things were forgotten, others were wrong. The employees then simply throw it in the bin. Even for a Burger King it was a completely disturbing and disgusting experience.

Ordered food from Burger King in Zwolle tonight. What a deception. After going through the rubbish on the sidewalk (which was cleaned up by a homeless person), via a smoky terrace to the entrance, where the coke ran down the stairs and 2 employees were instructing each other how to clean it to the ordering column. Quite a long wait because everyone behind the counter was doing their own thing, so it was all done with quite a lot of sighs. Anyway, the quality was downright bad compared to the price. Meat lukewarm, cheese ice cold on top so that it did not melt due to the low temperatures of the meat, you have to get your own drinks, but instead of ice tea, water came from the machine, which had not been refilled, which apparently had already been assigned to an employee. Just an awkward feeling. This was Burger King once but never again. Definitely not recommended either

Of all the Burger King restaurants this is a very bad one. Dirty toilet, no toilet paper, staff that walks around nonchalantly, dirty tables, no management. Deep and deep sad this business. Very unfortunate, rather go to the KFC next door or de la place.
