McDonald's in Wijk 11 Diezerpoort

I ordered an ice cream sundae. The tub was only half full.

I wanted to eat something vegan. The staff didn't knew which products include which ingredients. The terminal had no option to look those up eather. So there was no way to find out which products are vegan. One staff member asked if I want chicken........🙈

The burgers were lukewarm at best. The service wasn't exactly friendly. Several items have shrunk again. And then there's the view of the most depressing apartment building in Zwolle. Not recommended.

Went to the McDrive. It was quick and the food tasted great.

Food is often nice and hot. Clean restaurant and restrooms. However, it often happens that orders are incorrect when you go through the drive-thru. When you get home, things are often forgotten, or sometimes even a completely different order than what you paid for. So always double-check everything.

This is how McDonald's should be. Fast service, clean restaurant including restrooms. Please keep it up.

Please note that milkshakes are filled with less than indicated 0.25 L and you pay 4 euros for it?

We went to the drive-in, but the whole order was wrong. It belonged to another customer. We got the wrong order too. A very long wait.

I paid $4.20 for a McFlurry M&M's, and I swear, there are fewer M&M's in it than motivation in a Monday morning. I dig with my spoon as if I'm following a treasure map, but all I find is ice cream and existential doubt. Even Dora the Explorer would get lost here with her map, compass, and Boots. "Where are the M&M's?" Audience: "We don't know either, Dora."

The atmosphere is especially bad

It remains a very good location. Plenty of seating and good service. If your table is still a bit dirty, you can simply ask someone to clean it, and it will be done immediately. Be aware that parking can be difficult at certain times or days due to crowds.

I took the wrong turn from the highway. I used the drive-through in the evening. I even changed my order at the first counter, excellent service.

The food arrives quickly, but that's simply because everything is already prepared. I've ordered a few times and it was often wrong, and I didn't even hear an apology or offer an apology. Furthermore, they don't respond in a customer-friendly manner when you have a "strange" question.

The atmosphere is typical McDonald's, and the food is too, of course, but wow, what an incredibly hospitable manager was there today (September 18th, 8:30 PM). He asked if I enjoyed it, if everything was to my liking, and he made me feel very welcome. I was seriously flabbergasted and very surprised. I'd never experienced that at McDonald's before. Be smart and hold on to this one, because this gentleman might just be right at home in a different kind of restaurant. A truly wonderful experience!

Extremely disinterested, chewing-gum staff on the evening shift. A cup of cola spilled through the car door three times on a hot summer day because of a leaky lid. They don't respond to complaints, even through the head office.

It's a great McDonald's. You can order at a window. The food is served quickly, but parking is limited. The staff was friendly. The only issue we had was ordering two milkshakes and not knowing which one was in them. Quite annoying when they look similar.

Chaotic, super busy, and despite the kitchen staff, it took a considerable amount of time. The temperature clearly indicated that the burgers were ready much faster than the fries.

Mac was very slow this Saturday

Just been to this McDonald's. We had to wait 15 minutes to get our small order. We know this can happen. But our McFlurry and ice cream frappe melted. We also received two too few chicken nuggets and small cheese soufflés in each container. NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible junk food. The price/quality ratio is completely out of whack. Way too much money for disgusting fast food.

My son got to pour his own ice cream tonight and received a real ice cream tapping diploma! He absolutely loved it and even showed everyone his diploma. 😊 Credit to McDonald's Zwolle North! The service was also excellent; they asked several times if everything was to our satisfaction, and they even took care of our trash. The food was good too. 😊

The food was good, the toilets are very dirty, the service was not attentive, luckily we checked our order on time and for the second time we forgot something in the order and driving back was not fun

Surprisingly busy on a weekday evening after midnight at the McDrive. All in all, it went fairly smoothly, and the staff were cheerful, despite the late hour.

The food is delicious, but I think the staff does a terrible job of cleaning! Hygiene isn't taken seriously!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable :( (especially the boy in the yellow T-shirt with the blond hair)

You either like it or you don't. So we do. Chicken nuggets for the animals. The rest for us. Belly full and go again. The delicious Mac croquette is specifically Dutch. I recommend that.

What a top service, never seen before at a McDonalds. Was mega busy but had our food super fast they even came to ask if we wanted water and a cookie for our dog who was with us.

Arrived here just after 19:00. Dirty tables with sauce everywhere and sticky benches. No one made any attempt to clean anything. Eventually found 1 table that was still clean. Food.. well, it's McD so the burger was lukewarm and the fries limp. For a McD the food is OK, just as bad as other branches.

Great for kids!!! There is a separate playroom, a small jungle gym and a playground outside. I recommend

Problems with the QR scanner time and time again. Staff say. Yes sorry we can't do anything about it unfortunately so no discount. This can't be right. Oh yes and get a response from the big MC Homaar. Everything was arranged perfectly there.

It was around 10:00, but unfortunately it was not possible to order breakfast via the column. We thought we were too late for breakfast, but it turned out that it was still possible to order at the counter. Unclear. Otherwise we had a nice meal and were helped.

The food is what you expect from a McDonald's, not hot, not cold, just a bit lukewarm. The service on the other hand is good. You get your food quickly for a McDonald's and the staff are good. Some jokes and pranks are part of it in the end and remember that you are of course coming to eat something at a McDonald's, now that really kills the atmosphere, shit, shit, annoying children who are not being addressed, youth, and I'm not even going to start about the music, it's really very bad, the staff on the other hand are okay 👍.

Half filled milkshakes and a boobytrapped burger that fell apart on my lap when I took it out of the bag (not the packaging). You guys can do better.

It's nice that it's possible to order a gluten-free burger here. You do need to know how to do that and wait longer than the rest of your group. The bun is okay, but the price is very high for what you get. Toilets are usually clean. It's often very busy here; many children and young people. The location is easily accessible from the highway. For that reason, it's great for a quick bite on the go.

There is a lot of room for improvement here. - casually giving cola with sugar when cola zero was ordered, EVEN after double checking at window 2. Blatant lying to customers is apparently normal at this location. - when you arrive at the McDrive order point, you get "do you have a moment, thank you" in one breath. Waiting for someone to say "ok" is too much to ask. - in that moment, someone comes to the second post and drives on within 10 seconds - then a long wait despite the fact that only two orders have to be processed - forgot the ordered and paid sauce for chicken nuggets - rude staff In short, just very bad.

Unfortunately, they can't assemble the burger properly, and most of the time something is left out of the order.Of course, they will replace it after the complaint, but not anymore...

While driving through Zwolle, I needed a quick bite, so I decided to go to the McDonald's drive-thru. And I have to say, I'm glad I did! The service was lightning fast, my order was completely correct and everything was deliciously hot and fresh. The staff were both efficient and friendly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This is really the ideal stop if you are short on time, but still want something tasty and reliable. I absolutely recommend this location for a quick drive-thru experience!

No one informs you that you have to pay extra for the toy for the Minecraft meal set. We ordered 2 sets with Mc nuggets and 1 set with Big Mac. We got 2 sets with big mac, 1 with Mc nuggets! The service must pay more attention to what the customer orders!!! Plus the big mac was cold!!! I do not recommend!
