The restaurant area is not clean. Sticky floor and full trash cans.

I ordered 9 chicken nuggets and I only received 4. Look, if you miss or forget 1, that's fine, but I only received 4 and that is simply unacceptable.

Orders are not taken properly and half are forgotten, and you see the rats running in the parking lot.

Tip: ALWAYS check what you ordered. There is an old deaf woman there who ALWAYS forgets something or passes on a completely wrong order. If you then walk in angry after 4 attempts, she blithely blames the customer. A selfish employee; she always looks like she doesn't feel like working. I advised her to listen BETTER to the customer, not to be so hasty, and to go to an ear specialist if you can't hear the customer properly. Then they reacted with surprise that I was angry after 4 attempts! I eventually got the correct order, but an apology or anything like that was out of the question. My advice: go to the McDonald's in Zwolle South, much more relaxed. Or skip McDonald's entirely and go to the Burger King at the food court. Let this McDonald's go bankrupt. Plenty of other choices!

This McDonald's in Zwolle is absolutely one of the nicer branches in the region! Nice stopover after a long drive. Restroom break and a bite to eat. Seating inside and outside available, and easy to get back on the highway.

The food is mostly ok. We mostly come so that we can eat and my son can play. The interactive games on screen has been broken for almost a year. The other play area is small and pretty dirty sometimes.

Great location! The service is nice and quick, both at the McDrive and inside, and the food is perfectly fine.

The portions are often small, and the medium fries have just as much as the large ones. But it often looks neat, and the food is quite tasty. And there are 2 play areas.

McDrive did what a McDrive was supposed to do.

The play area is next to the toilet and smells of urine.

A fine McDonald's that (just like so many others) struggles to retain good staff. This manifests itself in minor annoyances such as forgotten sauces, unintelligible staff behind the charging stations, etc... All explainable. However, what I don't understand (and note, this issue has been observed at this McDonald's, but this seems to be a general problem). Why... Do the charging stations at McDonald's almost structurally fail? I tried to charge yesterday, but I couldn't get it to work, just like my "Neighbor". I have also experienced this myself almost structurally in Stadskanaal and Meerkerk. And I know the answer by now: "these stations are not operated by us". But to the customer, they are the "McDonald's charging stations". So if McDonald's is okay with their name being dragged through the mud by inferior charging station providers?....... PLEASE🙏 Do something about this? This looks so incredibly clumsy.

Well, what can you write about McDonald's? I'm not a fan of theirs myself. It's actually getting worse and worse. At least the seating areas used to be properly cleaned. Let's not even talk about the toilets. What a pigsty... But anyway, there isn't much else along the highways in the Netherlands. And when you consider what you have to pay for that fast food, it's disproportionately expensive.

Hello, it's time for more variety, especially more Italian and Japanese and more Indian, that would be really tasty.

I am very disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s. I wanted to make a small change to my order, but instead of being helped properly, I received an unfriendly response: “No, are you serious? Just because you want a different burger?” That is not how you treat customers. Modifying an order is perfectly normal and should be possible without any problems. I felt completely disregarded and treated unkindly. Customers expect respect and proper service. Unfortunately, that was nowhere to be found here. I hope the staff receives better training in customer service, because I would rather not return this way.

Jeez! If I could give a 0, I would have! The food was fine, but I got coffee, and it tasted like filter 🤬 with the burger there was no sauce and one pathetic piece of lettuce. 🥬… I got a foreign girl at the table who was impossible to understand and she stank. Upon leaving, it was a disgrace to see a mess lying outside, there was no atmosphere, and weird music was playing. Totally NOT satisfied… 😪

Went out for dinner on Tuesday; it was fine as always. Afterwards, went to the toilet; I’ve never seen such a filthy mess, and I’ve never smelled such a nasty piss smell either. Ugh, how disgusting. The manager said it gets cleaned immediately.......

Scandalous. It’s always something here. I’ve ordered the so-called "macplant" 5 times already because the lady was whining about the cholesterol again, so I thought I’d put some extra lettuce on that burger. Not once did I get a genuine piece of meat on my burger. I knew McDonald's was junk, but they don't even pretend it's real anymore. Did they grow this in a lab or something? They won't be seeing me here very often anymore, except when I go fishing, then I can use it as fish food too 😂😂😂😂😂 Otherwise, the staff were nice.

A decent McDonald's restaurant. I don't go there very often, but when I do, it's clean. The wait time during my last visit was 10 minutes for one hamburger, which I thought was a bit long. They have computers where you can place your own order and pay. There's also a McDrive and a play area for the kids.

Pats loaf. Didn't get a Big Mac twice, downright dramatic. You drive all the way there specifically for that at 00:30..

Something always goes wrong here, check your order carefully. I only found out when I got home that I received the wrong cookies. Every single time, there is something that isn't right.

Standing on my bike in the rain waiting to order something for at least 10 minutes. The person riding next to me just walks right through like crazy. Everyone else is sitting dry and can order immediately. You're sitting in the rain on your bike and they make you wait unnecessarily long. I just left the line since they weren't in the mood for a friendly exception after closing time....

Reliable, affordable spot in Zwolle with consistent drinks, quick service, and easy access. Best for short visits or takeaway, can get crowded during peak hours.

The drive-in works perfectly and smoothly. I was served quickly. I'm not very happy with the food itself, although more healthier snacks (tomato or apple slices) have appeared on the menu these days. The amount of waste is enormous. McDonald's should also do more to reduce waste from the drive-in. By the way, who are those idiots who just toss that out of moving cars? How environmentally friendly are the toys included with the kids' menu, actually...?

Dirty place, with uninterested staff. Was passing through, had 1 burger and a McKroket; it didn't taste good anymore (cold and moldy), so I threw it away. I will never stop here again.

BE VERY CAREFUL! Was drinking from a hard cup and i noticed at the bottom of the cup some filth.I think it was mold,went to talk to the people working there and of course it’s not their fault because they receive the cups from another company so they don’t check if they’re dirty,broken,etc. Told the guy to give me back the cup so i can take a photo of it and he lied saying he washed it already even though the cup was in front of me,finally got the cup. They gave me my money back but i want Mcdonalds management to contact me ASAP!

A good McDonald's to visit, except when there has been a football match. The morning breakfasts often take a bit long and are not always fresh. In the evening, mistakes are often made or things go missing, but this is resolved well and immediately. The atmosphere is always good. And on Mother's Day, all mothers received a gift. We therefore visit more often as a stopover before or after an amusement park.

I ordered an ice cream sundae. The tub was only half full.

I wanted to eat something vegan. The staff didn't knew which products include which ingredients. The terminal had no option to look those up eather. So there was no way to find out which products are vegan. One staff member asked if I want chicken........🙈
