Partly cold again, and I forgot things again, all the fries sauce this time on a 50-euro order. I understand they're children, but following orders from a screen should be doable, I think.

Part of the order was cold. And incomplete. We were missing all the sauce. I think you don't forget 12 fries with sauce anytime soon. The burgers weren't completely warm. And the wrap was cold. And the staff made a racist remark to our son-in-law. And that went way too far. We left quickly. No, not recommended. 😪🤬 And come on, with a big American car like us, because parking was difficult.

Even though it was already late, they still made 2x Mc Breakfast for us.

Lately, things often go wrong with orders. When you get home, you might be missing an entire menu, for example, or there might be no toy with your Happy Meal.

I'm not demanding but there was no ice.

Good coffee and applesauce. Unfortunately, no newspaper!

Hello, unfortunately, this was my surprise today: half my container was empty. Please pay attention to this; it's been happening far too often in recent weeks. My experience in Zwolle South has been really bad. I think Noord is the best in terms of service and value for money.

Food not great, fries very salty. Had to pay for plastic but didn't use any plastic, which is very bad.

Our order didn't go through correctly, but we received excellent help. Everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. Truly excellent service!

Sloppy fries, missing items from your order, the wrong size, and now spicy nuggets instead of regular. This is just too sad to put into words. It takes effort to do so little right.

What a lovely place to eat! Friendly staff, good service, and the food is delivered nice and hot. As dessert, the kids even got a free ice cream to help themselves! Wow, I've never experienced that before in the Netherlands. We'd love to come back when we're in the area again. Best regards.

After years, finally went to McDonald's in Zwolle, late at night (out of necessity). It always looks better on the plate than when it's right in front of you. The mini chicken chili rolls, too sour and too sweet, lemon mint, with too much ice cream. The snack box was well stocked, though. No sauce tubs, but squeeze pouches. Confirmed again that McDonald's isn't for us; we'll skip it for a few years...

A standard McDonald's restaurant. However, it was quite cold here. The outdoor terrace only has two tables, which were therefore always occupied.

I think they forget their own recipes. For example, I'm missing onion on my double quaterponder. This has been at this restaurant for a while. Even if you take it away, you'll have something missing again.. Their solution is that you can pick up one 'free', but wait a minute.. I had already paid for it... but didn't get it! Why "free" no caramel in your coffee if you do order and pay for it. So provide better service

Never experienced such a clean McDonald's. And the burgers taste much better than in Germany.

Just got a mcflurry pistachio and a milkshake. Mcflurry's cup was not even half full and there was no pistachio sauce. And that for €4.75 for the McFlurry. I don't think paying for something is a problem, but I do want what I pay for. 2 incidents at Mac North and Mac South within 15 minutes. Worthless and a shame.

Food was delicious and it was super fast super friendly staff it was staples and clean nice atmosphere we did get at the side salad 3 people and 1 fork but we asked for a fork and we got the fork and they said sorry super customer friendly staff I will definitely come back again

It's always busy at a Mac. Especially in the mcdrive, everyone wants a quick bite

Super nice to pick up, but if you have to wait they give you the milkshake which quickly melts again, then give or say I just do it right away with the order, Hermien on the other hand, that woman does her best regardless of whether it has to be done quickly or not, she always remains friendly to people, I call that a real dyhard as she treats people as customers like king, keep it up Hermien is a top woman ❤️and kidneys.gr Wilma

Food was good just took a long time

I ordered a red fruit Milk shake this afternoon, I have never felt so cheated, three quarters filled with ice and then a quarter with some red liquid and you pay 3.35 for pure fraud, never again!!

My son dropped my daughter's milkshake, it was cleaned up immediately and she got a new one. She was a very nice woman, she also came to the table with masks for the kids.

Every time we come here we feel at home again. Relaxed and a friendly atmosphere!

Today I ordered a bigmac menu + happymeal (filet o fish) Unfortunately, the entire order was “waste” as I know it (this means that the products have been in the warming rack for too long and can no longer be sold) The filet o fish was really tough and lukewarm. Not crispy either, and gave the impression as if it had been made an hour ago. And the fries were limp and cold. Normally I get maccie in camps and I haven't experienced this in a very long time. Now I understand that this can sometimes happen, but given the prices you charge these days, I am a bit disappointed that the food I drive especially for you cannot be sold in this condition. And therefore a well-deserved bad review.

On of the worst McDonald’s ever! 1. Food was cold! 2. It was disgusting! There was MOLD in reusable cup for milkshake!!!

Coffee lukewarm and sandwiches already prepared, wanted a salmon sandwich but without lettuce, this was not possible. Too bad, but unfortunately.

Melted MC flurry that is only half full. Also paid 'plastic surcharge', even though it included a wooden spoon and cardboard box, so no plastic.

Way too expensive and little parking

This is the best McDonald's in Zwolle, service much better than in the center or north. Drive Tru also always flows much faster, you never actually have to park, while this is different at the branch in the north. Service is always good here, if something is wrong, let us know and it will be resolved for you. Employees don't shout loudly in the kitchen like they sometimes do in the center and don't just throw your tray on the table like they do in the north. Always get something tasty to eat, of course that's a small effort, but if that doesn't happen at the other branches, you'll notice that they always say so here!

Today I knocked over the manager and threw the coke and food on the floor. I'm very ashamed that this happened. I apologized for this incident, but I still felt guilty. If you see this review, please forgive me. After all, mothers in the restaurant have the best service and friendly staff. The best of Zwolle.

The manager was very helpful when I had a breakdown, the place is clean and it was ready quickly. Home delivery not recommended, makes it more than twice as expensive.

Super nice and friendly staff, close to each other, socially polite, show appreciation and are attractive in their actions! The food in it is standard crust! The advantage of Mc is: faster service, short waiting times, good service, often some extras, more than friendly staff! Unlike BK or KFC!! They miss their performance at every point! They are driven completely crazy and misplayed. McDonny is so stable and has lasted for years! The system works perfectly and many fast food restaurants can learn a lot from it!!

We were disappointed with McDonalds for no reason. The prices are simply outrageously high. A Big Tasty looked like a hamburger. In Germany you'll get enough of it, but in Holland you won't. I will never make a mistake like that in Holland. People is not recommended, don't let yourself be disappointed. I thought that McDonalds was the same everywhere, be it the taste or the portion size. Well, that doesn't happen in Holland. In addition, I noticed the work ethic as rather negative. There were 6-7 employees in the kitchen and sales, and the same number if not less in the restaurant. We had to wait 17 minutes after ordering for the food to be brought.

The road was being worked on. The atmosphere seemed affected by this. Kidney special.

Badly placed, was talking to an employee and randomly takes an order from another customer. Couldn't scan the coupon at the window either, even though that is of course the normal procedure. The food is of course fine because the mac always has the same standard stuff.
