This is already the third time that the order is incomplete out of the three times we have been there. It is unbelievable and very sloppy.

Bought 1 medium portion of fries here today for 4 euros, really disgusting, soggy stuff, make you want to vomit and gave you diarrhea too, yuck, so gross, money back, yeah, just drive back here from Heino back to Zwolle, petrol is free, yuck, really so bad this holiday, help, lowlife, yuck.

I asked for an iced frappe without whipped cream and I got one with whipped cream. They don't pay attention to what is ordered. I also asked for 4 chicken wings and I only got 3. I paid for this, so they made extra profit again. Overall, bad at Zwolle Zuid.

The food is okay, but way too expensive! Special offers (deals) are sometimes not applied at all, so you end up paying the standard price. And the place could be cleaned and tidied up more often.

The food is just fine, and the staff do their best too. The only downside is that it is always noisy there, with screaming people or children.

Basically exactly what you can expect from a McDonald's. Fries weren't really hot, hamburger was fine. It is a nice restaurant though. Unfortunately, there are virtually no parking spaces. That's a shame.

Having to wait half an hour for 2 burgers at 10:30 PM with hardly a single customer in the shop for 13 euros, and then finding hairs in your burger while eating it. This is a real disgrace!

We had driven past the McDrive and only realized when we got home that we hadn't received the fries. After a quick call, we went back for the fries and got two desserts of our choice with them. Great!

Italian Crispy was a big disappointment; old, dried-out lettuce and we barely saw a red onion. Photos always look so appetizing, but we are always disappointed. It was only because it was late and we were hungry—nothing nearby was open—otherwise we wouldn't have driven past McDonald's. The entrance to the parking lot (6 spots or so) was very poorly signposted. We just parked the car at Jysk instead.

Part of the order was cold. And incomplete. We were missing all the sauce. I think you don't forget 12 fries with sauce anytime soon. The burgers weren't completely warm. And the wrap was cold. And the staff made a racist remark to our son-in-law. And that went way too far. We left quickly. No, not recommended. 😪🤬 And come on, with a big American car like us, because parking was difficult.

Hello, unfortunately, this was my surprise today: half my container was empty. Please pay attention to this; it's been happening far too often in recent weeks. My experience in Zwolle South has been really bad. I think Noord is the best in terms of service and value for money.

Food not great, fries very salty. Had to pay for plastic but didn't use any plastic, which is very bad.

Our order didn't go through correctly, but we received excellent help. Everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. Truly excellent service!

Sloppy fries, missing items from your order, the wrong size, and now spicy nuggets instead of regular. This is just too sad to put into words. It takes effort to do so little right.

What a lovely place to eat! Friendly staff, good service, and the food is delivered nice and hot. As dessert, the kids even got a free ice cream to help themselves! Wow, I've never experienced that before in the Netherlands. We'd love to come back when we're in the area again. Best regards.

After years, finally went to McDonald's in Zwolle, late at night (out of necessity). It always looks better on the plate than when it's right in front of you. The mini chicken chili rolls, too sour and too sweet, lemon mint, with too much ice cream. The snack box was well stocked, though. No sauce tubs, but squeeze pouches. Confirmed again that McDonald's isn't for us; we'll skip it for a few years...

A standard McDonald's restaurant. However, it was quite cold here. The outdoor terrace only has two tables, which were therefore always occupied.

I think they forget their own recipes. For example, I'm missing onion on my double quaterponder. This has been at this restaurant for a while. Even if you take it away, you'll have something missing again.. Their solution is that you can pick up one 'free', but wait a minute.. I had already paid for it... but didn't get it! Why "free" no caramel in your coffee if you do order and pay for it. So provide better service

Never experienced such a clean McDonald's. And the burgers taste much better than in Germany.

Just got a mcflurry pistachio and a milkshake. Mcflurry's cup was not even half full and there was no pistachio sauce. And that for €4.75 for the McFlurry. I don't think paying for something is a problem, but I do want what I pay for. 2 incidents at Mac North and Mac South within 15 minutes. Worthless and a shame.

Food was delicious and it was super fast super friendly staff it was staples and clean nice atmosphere we did get at the side salad 3 people and 1 fork but we asked for a fork and we got the fork and they said sorry super customer friendly staff I will definitely come back again

Food was good just took a long time

I ordered a red fruit Milk shake this afternoon, I have never felt so cheated, three quarters filled with ice and then a quarter with some red liquid and you pay 3.35 for pure fraud, never again!!

My son dropped my daughter's milkshake, it was cleaned up immediately and she got a new one. She was a very nice woman, she also came to the table with masks for the kids.

Every time we come here we feel at home again. Relaxed and a friendly atmosphere!

Had a nice Valentine's evening. Staff was very nice and everything was nicely decorated.

Often poorly served in the past, but much improved recently. They recently also opened a coffee corner. Biven is a play area for the children.

Today I ordered a bigmac menu + happymeal (filet o fish) Unfortunately, the entire order was “waste” as I know it (this means that the products have been in the warming rack for too long and can no longer be sold) The filet o fish was really tough and lukewarm. Not crispy either, and gave the impression as if it had been made an hour ago. And the fries were limp and cold. Normally I get maccie in camps and I haven't experienced this in a very long time. Now I understand that this can sometimes happen, but given the prices you charge these days, I am a bit disappointed that the food I drive especially for you cannot be sold in this condition. And therefore a well-deserved bad review.

Coffee lukewarm and sandwiches already prepared, wanted a salmon sandwich but without lettuce, this was not possible. Too bad, but unfortunately.
