Incredibly good experience! In the distant past, this was quite different. But wow, how they have improved. I had ordered for a specific time. I received a polite call saying that due to busyness it might take a little longer, with a time indication. The delivery person was incredibly friendly and the food was nice and hot. The loaded fries had plenty of cheese sauce and chicken! Top top top!

COLD FOOD AND ABSOLUTELY NO SNACK BAR, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A FRIKANDEL 🤬

Food is delivered quickly. They are easy to reach by phone for questions about the order. If a change to an order hasn't gone through properly, they still provide service by coming to get a new burger. Very accommodating!

Burger dry, chicken strips dry. Bubble tea tasty. Shame about the food. Not very good anymore. It also took a long time even though we ordered at 5:30 PM.

Because there was hardly any salt on our lukewarm, chewy fries, they lacked flavor. The burgers would have been delicious if they had been hot. Unfortunately, they were cold, even though we picked up the food ourselves! We also saw the cause of this – structural – problem: instead of preparing the entire order at once, they make the burgers first, and while they are cooling down under some lamp or other, the rest of the order is prepared. Well, then you end up with cold food even when you come to pick up...

Just ordered a chicken burger and a cheeseburger; the cheeseburger bun was incredibly dry, and the lettuce on my chicken burger was clearly no longer good/fresh. Very disappointing for these prices. The chicken fingers were also dry.

We ordered food from Burger Street today and it really took almost 2 hours for our food to arrive… the food was fine, by the way, but not great, which is what you expect from a local fast food chain. Recommendation: if you know you're going to eat here, order at least 2 hours before you plan to eat so that you at least have it on time!

We've ordered from there several times before, and it's always been delicious. This time it was just okay. Still worth a visit.

I ordered from here today. I had to wait a really long time for my order. In the end, the delivery driver never delivered the food and probably ate it himself. When I called, the delivery driver still claimed the food had already been delivered and that he rang the doorbell and no one answered, even though he'd never been there. If I hadn't called, I probably would have lost my money. Then I spent another half hour on the phone with the manager, and they delivered the food and then drove right past my door again. You're being ripped off while you're standing there. When I called again, the delivery driver only came running. The manager got defensive instead of confronting the delivery drivers. Never again! The food was also tasteless and left much to be desired. I ordered a lemonade, and I could barely taste the lemon in it.

Waited an hour and a half for fries and a hamburger. I got someone else's order. I called and they picked it up. My order was cold, so they made it again. We waited a total of two hours. The hamburger was okay, but nothing special. It was just warm enough. I would replace the cheese on the fries with real cheese and not that awful cheese sauce, but that's just my opinion.

Went here for the first time to order takeout. It's not very big inside, but it's fine. The counter could use a replacement or a facelift, though. You could partially see into the kitchen, which I always appreciate. It's not cheap, but the food is delicious. The amount you received was also good, thankfully, for the price. Perhaps it's a good idea to offer special offers or special sale days. That might be a hit and would also appeal to a different clientele.

Just a quick compliment for Burgerstreet Hellevoetsluis. I ordered today. Due to a gastric bypass, I cannot eat the bun with the burger. At my request, they replaced it by adding extra lettuce and tomato. I had a delicious meal! Thank you.

Ordered last Wednesday and had a great experience. Plenty of selection, fast delivery, all the food was hot. Unfortunately, the container of honey mustard sauce had opened during delivery. Before I could say anything, the delivery driver said, "Oh, I'll call right away, and they'll bring you more sauce." About 5 minutes later, the sauce arrived, and we even got fries with it. Fantastic!! The food was also very tasty.

This was the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. It's the first thing I had for breakfast because I forgot it in the evening. I highly recommend the hot filet here. Delicious fries are also a plus. The staff is also very friendly and always happy. Bad reviews are perfectly fine here; they only complain because they have to rush. Burger Street has a beautiful decor, not only at the back but also at the front, so this is really recommended. But don't forget, this is halal, so no beer 😉

The food was good, but it was 20 minutes late. I still don't understand why my food ticket #153764917 shows a tip of 3.26. I didn't enter this amount, and it's a strange amount. I always tip the delivery person, but not 3.26. Please respond.

Ordered from Burger Street today. Unfortunately for us, it was a disappointment. I understand that when you order food online and have it delivered, the fries aren't going to be floating in the oil right up to my front door. But having ordered well over an hour in advance on a perfectly normal Thursday, you do hope they are warm. That was not the case. The burgers were also practically frozen. Otherwise, everything looked neat and well-presented. And fortunately, the other reviews offer hope that this was an exception. Couldn't rate the service and atmosphere further, so the average number of stars.

Waste of money and time. Little sauce, little toppings. Ordered classic chicken and cheeseburger. And there was only lettuce in the chicken burger. And we first received the chicken and only then were we told that the cheese hamburger could no longer be made... Because "he had not written it down". That's what we were told. Well, nice to have a lukewarm chicken burger without it normal toppings.

A star... Lukewarm weak fries. Blt without bacon but minced meat sandwich filling or something and one slice of tomato... Sandwiches crushed, small burgers that are lukewarm. It's better to get fries and hamburger at the regular chip shop. Then it will be cheaper and you will have good quality

Very nice service, burgers very fresh and tasty, With the fries we asked if it would be possible to get extra bacon on it! I placed an order for home delivery when it arrived and once I opened it, the order was wrong and it was immediately redelivered without any fuss, super nice and super sweet employees. Definitely recommended 😋

It's cozy in the kitchen and the food is delicious!

Unfortunately very, very expensive for the portion size. We spent almost €35 for two people and didn't get full, you could almost go to the restaurant. The staff spoke good English and were friendly, the store seemed nice, but slowly coming down. The highlight was that I was allowed to throw up in the evening. Since nothing else was eaten during the day, the reason is clear. The taste was okay, but for the price it was just too fast food, you would have expected more.

Three weeks ago I ordered 1 double delicious&bbq Chipotle beef burger with twister fries and yesterday 2 hamburgers&junior beef burger. We wanted to give it a second chance. Unfortunately the burgers were delivered lukewarm again. Couldn't even take a picture of it, then I ate stone cold burgers. I had asked for it to be delivered at least lukewarm. 1 star for the cold delivery. The twister fries with the 1st order tasted good but unfortunately also lukewarm. Nobody wants to eat lukewarm burgers and fries. The fact that we will no longer order online from Burger Street says nothing about the taste because it is really tasty 4/5 stars. The sauce could indeed use a spoonful more, but we don't think it detracts from the overall taste. From now on, unfortunately, we will have to order in the store itself and eat it straight away in the car in the parking lot at their back. Once again it depends on the taste😉.

I live a bit far from this restaurant but I will definitely pick up food from here more often! The employees were super nice and the food was delicious. Everything was freshly made and it tasted very good! Even after a 20-minute drive, everything was still warm, so it was very well packaged! Double Delicious, Chicken Filet burger, Double Cheese, Twister and regular fries were really good! Thanks and until next time!

We ordered for the 2nd time, burgers were tasteless and cold fries. The store smelled of old frying fat, which was not exactly inviting for us, especially the last time!

1 star because otherwise I wouldn't be able to post the review, but even that one star is too much. a burger called smokey bbq bacon had no bacon but some kind of bad piece of fried minced meat topping, a spicy hot chicken chipotle sauce had no chipotle but bbq sauce and the entire order was lukewarm. Very unfortunate, this was the last time we ordered here.

Fairly ok, but the waiting time is poor

One star for the effort, although this is actually too much. Received cold food three times in one week. Bacon on the burger turns out to be turkey bacon, without mentioning this on the website. We called today after we had received cold food again and the food would be delivered quickly and this time it would be warm. It was only delivered after an hour, although it was warmer, but the fries were very soft and after the long wait we were actually done with them. Apparently this case has been taken over. It's a shame that the quality has not remained the same.

Vanavond eten besteld bij Burger Street. Eerst werden we gebeld dat het eten later kwam omdat er iets mis was gegaan bij Thuisbezorgd. Vervolgens het eten ontvangen, dit was koud. Een uur nadat we het eten hadden ontvangen werden we gebeld door een bezorger dat hij voor de deur stond. Aangegeven dat wij ons eten al lang hadden ontvangen, vervolgens nog 2 maal gebeld. 1 keer door de bezorger, en 1 keer door Burger Street zelf, met hetzelfde verhaal. Het eten is niet goedkoop, maar de kwaliteit is er niet naar. Beetje amateuristisch.

Heerlijk eten en het personeel is fantastisch

De vorige keer totaal geen klachten. Maar dit keer koude patat, weinig saus op de burgers en droge broodjes. Ben ik niet gewent van burger streek. Jammer!!!

Erg snelle levertijd thuisbezorgd zei 30min en 7min later staat de bezorger voor me deur! Helaas had bezorger oortjes in en was daardoor niet aanspreekbaar Gelukkig is het eten wel van goede qualiteit. Frietjes zijn erg knapperig en de burgers zitten bomvol smaak Ook de bubbletea heeft een geweldige smaak en meerdere opties!

Bestel hier al al een tijdje alles is op top maar vooral het bezorgen en de kip zijn wel de sterkste punten!

Goede service, optijd en dat op een drukke zaterdag. Met een complete Warme bestelling. Goede burgers en twister fries. Alles van goede kwaliteit

Ik bestel al heel lang bij Burger Street omdat het gewoon harstikke lekker is. Vanavond had ik weer trek in een heerlijke burger, bestelling online gedaan zou om 17.50 uur bezorgt worden. Om 18.20 nog niets, foutje omdat ik perongelijk via thuisbezorgt had besteld is de bezorging fout gegaan.Op die site staat nl een verkeerd huisnummer. Bij de buren afgeleverd, daar aangebeld maar waren niet thuis. Nadat ik door Burger Street ben terug gebeld , kreeg ik toch alsnog geheel gratis mijn burger, wat een service. En wat zal die deze keer extra lekker smaken.
