Plaza in Wijk 04 De Kooistee

Tasty food, wide variety of choices, fast delivery

I only got one of the two bear claws to take home. Deep-fried for too long/at too high a temperature. Cheese soufflé sandwich with peanut sauce... oh no, not really. It helps that the peanut sauce wasn't good anyway.

I have ordered via the website several times and had it delivered at a chosen time. Delivery varies; sometimes it is perfectly on time, other times half an hour late. The food is always warm, though. There are always extra free mini spring rolls with the order, which is appreciated. Unfortunately, I got quite sick during the night the last time, having contracted food poisoning from the food. Judging by the reviews, this has happened to customers quite often. It is up to Plaza to investigate where things go wrong with the preparation (perhaps the peanut sauce was kept outside the fridge for too long?)

They arrive 1.5 hours later, are missing half of your order, and you get stale fries.

Ordered 1 portion of fries with mayo, 1 cheese soufflé, 5 onion rings, and 2 milkshakes for 18:30. Called at 18:45 to ask where the order was. Answer: it was busier than expected. Received the order at 19:10. The lids did not fit the milkshake cups, so milkshake spilled everywhere. Tried calling again, line constantly busy. Bad review because this is not the first time the delivery has been much too late without any notification from Plaza. And please make sure the cups and lids match. That saves a lot of mess.

The food was only delivered after 1.5 hours. The order placed was completely incorrect (wrong hamburgers, not the right amount of chicken stripes). Tried to get in touch by phone multiple times, but received no answer. Unreachable. Shame… Plaza is not what it used to be. So we won't be ordering from here again.

Lovely people, good food, varied menu

Nice shop with friendly people. Always get helped quickly.

Again for the umpteenth time we order for a certain time and then you arrive and have to wait another 20 minutes. Just called, would be ready in 10 minutes. Only fries for 3 people. We are now 30 minutes further. My friend is still in the snack bar waiting for the fries and the food we eat with it is getting cold at home. This was really the last fries from Plaza.

We ordered dinner last night, and it arrived at 6:15 PM as agreed, and everything still needed to be made. We had to wait, only to get food poisoning during the night. And not just me, but the whole family. After reporting this, all we were told was that they were busy. Such a shame. We had to cancel our vacation and buy new plane tickets costing €700! Never again for us.

Yesterday's refried fries, and you're paying top dollar. They treat you like pigs. I hope this review will make them throw out old, overcooked fries instead of squeezing in extra profit. €4 buys 5 kilos of fries, and you still have to save on yesterday's junk. A snack bar needs to sell good fries, and if you can't, you might as well let someone else do the work.

Ordered yesterday with friends. I spent the whole night spitting it all out. It made me incredibly sick

Worthless food ordered at 5.30 pm. 7:30 PM No one seen yet. But called they couldn't find it. In the end they found the food cold. Ordered again and picked it up myself. Never ordering there again

Quite average food & experience, it’s not bad but you shouldn’t have high expectations at all. On top of that everything you will order here is quite expensive. For a quick snack this place is recommended but if you want a full meal I wouldn’t recommend going

For a reasonable price per person, you can get real classic snack bar food here. Inside the place there is a bit of chaos behind the bar, but that just gives it a nicer atmosphere in my opinion. Food was also very good. The burger and mini snacks on the side were warm and tasty. The burger was quite large, so definitely worth your money!

Very good, clean, good quality, Very friendly staff

Super lekkere patat ... altijd!

Handige plek voor gefrituurd voedsel. Langer wachten tijdens piekuren. Vriendelijk familiebedrijf.

Lekker gegeten hier, altijd een leuke sfeer. Het is echt een bezoekje waard!!

The food is nice, what you would expect from a snackbar. Updated to 5 star as service improved a lot over the years.

Vriendelijk personeel goede prijzen

Topservice. Kan niet anders zeggen!!

Goede patatzaak, altijd weer tevreden

Vriendelijke bediening. Hard werkend. Patat en snacks zijn goed

Altijd vriendelijke bediening, top kwaliteit snacks, schoon en ruime openingstijden 👍

Goede lokale patatzaak! Lekkere patat en prettig personeel. Wel ff je bestelling checken. Mist nog wel eens een snack (-;

Goed eten, normale prijzen, vriendelijk personeel. Leuk spaar systeem

Goede kwaliteit, vriendelijk personeel.
