A very cozy, atmospheric restaurant. Very friendly service. My girlfriend and I had a delicious meal there. And Jordy surprised us with a glass of limoncello. 😂

Overall, the food was okay, not outstanding, but it was just okay... relatively simple, not a great dining experience, but still okay. The place itself was beautifully decorated and there was plenty of room for a lot of people. Service was good, and the staff were super friendly. What I found a shame was the cleanliness of the cutlery. Unfortunately, it was still dirty, as was the glass you were supposed to drink from. Therefore, one star less.

Delicious pizza! We shared one between the two of us, and that was no problem. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy. There's a nice bar in the center and a great view of the bustling Turfmarkt, so you can enjoy people-watching.

We were here for lunch and had a fantastic pizza. The service was fast and friendly. Close to the station, it's a great location for people coming from various locations, on their way home, or just heading into town. Definitely recommended!

The food was very good, but they did two mistakes, and one food in our order didn't sent to the kitchen.The food that was wrong.

The waiter was very welcoming he even tried to speak french with us (we are french speakers). The food was very good we ordered two pizza's margherita en inferno. They were well cooked. I have no doubt that the food is homemade. Keep up the great work ! ;)

We loved the food there and the service was fast and dependable. It was an easy choice to go again when our friends were passing by the town during our own visit there snd we wanted to make sure the food was good, had good options for a large group and nutritionally good variety for children. I highly recommend.

We wanted to eat after checking out of our hotel. It was 11:35 AM. The opening hours say 11:00 AM. We wanted to go in, and before we could say anything, the chef spoke to us in English and asked what we were doing. None: Hello Good afternoon Good day Hey Hi Hello Hello handsome man with his family These were all options. He said they weren't open yet when I pointed out the opening hours (from 11:00 AM). He said this was for the "locals?" He said he'd come back after 12:00 PM. As a result, Poke Bowl a little further down the road got a good review.

Nice place to eat. The food is delicious and not too expensive. But keep in mind the kitchen is open after 5pm.

The pizza was really good. We were two people. We got margherita and bruciato. I also really enjoyed the service. Mr. Juan was so quick to provide the menu. He had positive and smiley attitude. He was trying to serve well and keep us happy.

It was a nice place for a quick, tasty meal. On a Saturday night it was surprisingly quiet inside, which made for quick service. Ideal if you don't want a long sit, but still want to dine in a pleasant atmosphere.

La comida era buena. Sin embargo, cuando fuimos a comprobar la gente antes que nosotros (también turistas de fuera del país) estaban teniendo un problema con su tarjeta de crédito. Cuando nos tocó a nosotros, cada persona en nuestro grupo tuvo su tarjeta de crédito rechazada por su máquina de tarjetas de crédito. Habíamos usado nuestras tarjetas todo el día e incluso corrimos al lado de una tienda para ver si la tarjeta funcionaría allí, lo que hizo. El gerente se volvió completamente beligerante y grosero. Se negó a creer que había algo malo con su marcha. Después de 30 minutos de discusión, una de las cartas finalmente funcionó. A pesar de que la comida era buena fue una experiencia terrible. Nice restaurant with a very friendly waiter. The dishes are pure and tasty. Although we did find the charcoal flavor a bit on the overpowering side. The free limoncello was a nice touch. It was striking that the restaurant was almost completely empty at 9 p.m. Early eaters in The Hague?

Excellent tuna steak with vegetables

Disappointing experience. The pizza lacked Parmesan cheese, making it bland and tasteless. Focaccia with oregano instead of rosemary? That hurts the heart of every Italy lover. The bruschetta was also disappointing due to the overpowering burnt taste of the bread. Time for a refresher course on this pizzaiolo.

I received my food very quickly (it was really hot), I waited half an hour and then approached someone for my dessert. That dessert was a real disappointment. I should get white chocolate. I don't know what it was but not white chocolate. The people next to me arrived 5 minutes later than me. These people had to wait a really long time for their food and 10 minutes after I had finished my food they still had no food. Ultimately, these people got their food. They didn't eat it I guess because it's cold. I thought it was a disappointing evening. I won't come here again, I'd rather go to another location.

The reason for the 1-star rating is that it's not possible to order a carafe of tap water. I don't want bottled water. Tap water is of excellent quality in the Netherlands.

Delicious pizzas and pastas, modern place with reasonably fast service. Tables are very close together. Within walking distance of The Hague Central Station.

Nice place for drinks with your mates

Bizarre. We've been coming here for years, but the pizza crusts were black and the pasta tasted like nothing. What happened here?

The restaurant has a very cozy style and strongly resembles an Italian restaurant. I had a prosciutto & Funghi pizza and another Parma pizza, both of which were delicious! Thin crust and generously topped. For dessert, I ordered a classic tiramisu, which was also wonderful, well-prepared with its characteristic coffee flavor, and I found it well-portioned for two people.

This is a very nice restaurant with good service. The atmosphere is very cozy with nice music and not too loud. You can talk to each other without shouting. Food is tasty too. Pizzas are large and well filled from the brick oven. Pasta was also tasty but compared to the pizza I thought it was of little quantity. The burrata bruschetta starter was very tasty and fresh. There aren't many desserts unfortunately, so I took the tiramisu. This was delicious and a large portion. It was my son's birthday and the manager came by at one point with a fire fountain and limoncello. This was unexpected so it was very nice to experience. And he drank along pleasantly. This is definitely recommended with good service. We will definitely come back!

The kitchen staff and pizzas are very nice, but this red haired witch ruined our diner by not allowing us to sit at a window table, arguing that all tables were reserved. All 4 of them were still empty by the time we left an hours later.

Completely avoid with young children. The staff is quite rude.

Ik zou het fijn hebben gevonden als ze tijdens het eten, even langs waren gekomen of alles naar wens was. Dus moesten we ze roepen om aan te geven dat er op de pizza jammergenoeg heel weinig groenten op lag, en het was aan de onderkant en zijkanten erg aangebrand. We hoefden er niet voor te betalen, en wilden ook niets anders meer. Burrata kwam ons niet tegemoet door de drankjes als service gratis aan te bieden. Heel jammer scoren ze geen punten mee. Dus niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het eten was prima maar de drankjes en supplementen waren slecht. Onze wijn, was er niet. Dus kozen we een andere wijn. Prima. Er waren geen flessen water, een karaf kraanwater mocht niet. Decafene koffie was net op en de ijsje kwamen na 25 minuten. Het lijkt weinig, maar als je asnntafel zit is het veel. Het was frustrerend voor het bediend meisje.

Qué lugar tan encantador y excelente comida. Realmente estoy luchando para conectar nuestra experiencia con las otras revisiones. El ambiente en el restaurante es muy agradable y nos pareció el personal muy atento y amable. Un excelente entrante vegetariano de berenjena al horno y 2 platos de pasta de primera clase. "Jordi" (disculpe la ortografía) realmente nos cuidó muy bien. La velocidad de entrega de la comida no es la más rápida así que permite un poco de tiempo extra ... pero luego te dicen que en el menú ... este es un lugar de calidad, así que permite un poco de tiempo extra si tienes prisa.

Always enjoyed having lunch here, but this time I enjoyed it much less. Case was 1/2 full. The table next to us saw a couple twice, we had to wait that long for our food. Chicken thigh was fried very hard. Not nearly what I was used to from them. Pizza was missing the main ingredient. It was then quickly added and briefly put back in the oven. The clerk was not at all interested in our order and certainly not in our comment about it. Anyway, 45 euros lighter for a simple lunch and we left disillusioned with the visit. I have been coming here with colleagues and friends for years and have been very satisfied, but I am going to look elsewhere. Not only the food is important to me, I am also happy to pay for customer-friendly service.

I was part of an event taking place at Burrata and like last year it was really great. The food is super tasty. But the service was really good as well. Special thanks to the young blond lady with the piercings who managed to serve 40 people, moving around constantly, with a smile a lots of patience.

Reserved twice within a week to have dinner and both times got a 'cat table' right at the entrance. When asked, I was offered another mini table right next to the cash register and told that all other tables were reserved, even though half of the restaurant was not occupied. It was probably due to one service force. All the other service staff were very nice, pizza really good, pasta so-so. Enough to fill you up, but to have a nice evening we'd rather go somewhere else.

This restaurant is beautiful and grabs your eye with intent. I did walk in on a Tuesday without a reservation before dinner, but it quickly filled throughout the evening. I would suggest making a reservation during peak times. The pizza: The Picasso and 4 Formagi were delightful. The dough is what dreams are made of and the flavors were vibrant! I think scissors instead of a pizza cutter would work better for my person liking, but it didn't detract from the experience. However, service was slow, and not one person was your designated server. No one ever came to check on us; I needed to ask a random server to bring us our check. They were busy and maybe not expecting the rush. Also, we never advised that we needed to pay at the bar, so we sat around a bit too long. Overall, the pizza was worth the not so great service.

To start with, the food was very tasty, so that can't be the reason. What went wrong was that after dinner we were already waiting 55 minutes for our plates to be collected. The table next to us had now been cleared, but we were avoided. Without our table being cleared, I went to the girls who served us to ask if I could have the dessert menu. Unfortunately, it is apparently self-service because I received the nice answer: 'Yes, you can certainly take it there in the basket'. At checkout we were not even asked if everything was satisfactory because they already knew the answer. No compensation, nothing and we still had to wait to see if we would tip. I wouldn't necessarily call it hospitable. The man who received us knows how to work in the catering industry!

Only pizza is tasty. You should not take other dishes here

Onlangs bij dit sfeervolle restaurant gegeten met ons gezin en vrienden. Ons laten adviseren door een aardige en kundige dame! We hadden o.a. een antipasti misto, pizza bruciato (aanrader ten top) calamari, spaghetti alla norma en pizza margherita’s voor de kinderen! Met goede passende wijn. Héérlijk gegeten & gedronken. en ook heerlijke gerechten om te delen. Daar houden wij van. De pizza’s zijn favoriet bij ons allen. We komen graag terug!

The restaurant looks nice. The staff is friendly. The choice of dishes is absolutely sufficient. What I did not like: it was pretty warm inside, there was not much traffic but the drinks took soooo long. The staff sometimes forgot, what we said (e.g. taking care of certain ingredients because of allergies) and they were a bit slow, we had to wait pretty long to get the menu in first place. The food was mixed in quality: Pasta aglio e olio was low in flavour and taste, focaccia was great. Stuffed pasta with truffle was good. Tiramisu was great. Drinks were delicious. I expected more wow effect in terms of food quality & flavour. Nevertheless we had a good experience.

I really liked the service and the environment.

The food was better than I would have expected (I never trust much places near stations) are prices are adequate. A pity that they don’t serve food on the terrace thought.

The food was tasty and served quickly but a bit on the cold side. In addition, I often had to call the waitress myself to order something even though it was not too busy. Strangely enough for the tiramisu I ordered it took the same time as when I ordered my pizza. Despite the somewhat slow service and lukewarm pizza, it was tasty and the atmosphere was good. The fresh market looks nice and inviting and these are also the ingredients they use in their dishes.

We arrived 1930 and sat at a table outside with our dog. Restaurant was reasonably busy in side but nobody bar one couple outside. Staff saw us arrive but we waited 10 mins before a waitress arrived to tell us only drinks outside no more dinner service. Too much choice in this area to merit our return or any recommendations besides this place needs to up its game as much competition in this area.

Terrible Service! We were refused to order regular food on the patio. Only appetizers due to staffing shortage?? When asked what the difference was between Appetizers or a Pizza I was given a cheeky response that "they don't have the Staff to deliver Food to the patio". Apparently appetizers walk themselves to our table??? What a joke. Waitress shrugged it off with a rude comment "Post it online if you dont like our sevice". Will certainly not come back here nor recommend this place. Poorest customer service I have ever had. Shame on you Burrata!

Good food and service, but not good for bus drivers because they have to pay for food and drinks. Drivers do not bring your groups to this restaurant because you have to pay and it is not cheap.

Just had brunch at burrata at the peat market, opted for the insalata caprese, super tasty and nice service! Definitely recommended, there is a nice atmosphere to occasionally have brunch with your colleagues

Here we were able to have a delicious dinner in a great atmosphere. The service was very good and there was nothing to complain about. The performance from the kitchen is visually very appealing. The bedside table was gigantic delicious. The prices were reasonable in our opinion.

Very poor management, service and hygiene. Everything went according to plan until we ordered our pizzas. Finally after 45 minutes we got our pizzas. These were black to the point of being burnt. I didn't understand why they dare to offer this. How can you offer this? All in all, we complain and they make new pizzas. Had to wait another 30 minutes for this and it was now cooled down and not warm or fresh from the oven. We didn't eat anything, of course we paid and left. What a mockery this case is. No sense of customer friendliness, hygiene or service at all. Never again.

Unfortunately, despite the secretariat of our work having really gone the extra mile to communicate dietary requirements (because I knew from fellow vegans that this restaurant has difficulty with that), vegan is really over the top for this restaurant in a vibrant, hip city like The Hague. Unprepared. Explaining that cheese on pizza or mozzarella on a sandwich is not vegan is disappointing. A bowl of arugula with potted peppers and mushrooms, olive oil and...nothing? Oh, oh, sorry, I can't make much of this.

Visited this place a few times because it’s conveniently located next to my workplace. But this is the last time. Aglio olio was swimming in too much oil and overcooked. The few calamari rings that were served were dry as rubber, and the fries from the freezer. The price didn’t reflect the low quality of the food. Plus unfriendly and arrogant service. A never- to-go-again experience.

We went to Burrata for dinner yesterday and had a good impression on our last visit. Unfortunately, this impression was not confirmed during this visit. For starters we had the Vitello Tonnato. The veal was quite dry and there was hardly any sauce on it. For the main course we had the squid and the tagliata. Both main courses had the same vegetable side dish. Unfortunately it was cold and the potatoes were stale. When we pointed this out to the waitress, she told us that she would be happy to tell the kitchen. However, despite being spoken to, we did not receive a warm meal. The total bill was EUR 74 and we left very disappointed. Unfortunately, the beautiful decor was overshadowed by terrible music, making it very difficult to eat much in peace. Therefore unfortunately only one star. Very unfortunate.

I had not yet been to this branch of the three Burrata's. I didn't expect to like this location, so that was a nice surprise. Beautiful spacious high building. The menu is familiar and the kitchen is also doing well here

Food was ok and reasonably priced. Staff presented themselves as if they didn’t want to be there and as a result neither did I. It is the same problem the world over with staff in food establishments. I know I ran one. It is so difficult to consistently find staff who can creat the positive atmosphere that customers expect. A smile on entering the premises. Polite pleasant interaction whilst they get you a table. It’s not hard to do but it is clearly hard to find. Disappointed overall. Left as soon as our main was finished and found a very pleasant cafe not too far away to enjoy a coffee and a pastry.
