Nice atmosphere and a nice terrace (but not in the sun). The staff is friendly and good with children and they make the best pizzas for children. The price-quality ratio is also very nice.

Little pasta, but several pizzas with burrata on them. Not much vegetarian choice.

5 stars for the veal fillet with tuna sauce and capers. Delicious! Oh, and the rest was also damn tasty and the service very friendly.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. We had to wait more than 45 minutes for our main course, without any explanation or update. What made it even worse was that hardly anyone came to our table. As a result, we could not order anything and could not ask where our food was. In the end, I walked to the bar myself to ask. When the main course finally arrived, the spaghetti also turned out to be much too hard - certainly not 'al dente', but simply not cooked. My partner's pasta tasted good. All in all, this was a frustrating and disappointing evening. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the interior were fine, but unfortunately that does not outweigh the bad service and the substandard food. Too bad.

Recently, some friends and I visited this restaurant for a delicious pasta, but we were very disappointed with the quality of the pasta. We ordered the gnocchi and were really not satisfied with it, the pasta had no taste, the pasta was covered in cream sauce and the cheese tasted like it was out of date. Not recommended! The pizza was nice. Furthermore, the restaurant was very noisy and you can't have a good conversation with each other, you can hardly understand each other.

Pick up a pizza after waiting ONE AND A HALF HOURS and this is how it looked when I opened the box at home. Just horrible. Also the wrong pizza. Whoever made this pizza should get fired.

I am pleased with the drinks and the staff, the atmosphere was slightly tacky.

Never order a normal lasagna for take away!!! I ordered one and got this small box without almost nothing in it and almost no cheese and tomato sauce on it…. Discusting ;(

Quite pricey, good food but not very special

Been here twice, food easily stands out above the average of this city's restaurants. The service is very professional yet friendly and hospitable, when waiter or waitresses come they smile with excitement when interacting with you, and always looking for eye contact when near you to ensure you could get their attention if you wish to order something. Additionally, the food didn't take long to arrive. Atmosphere is more than fine, the place is a bit romantic, with slightly dimmed lights, it's big, and never too crowded or too loud, if it is you could sit somewhere else, tables are not too close so you have your own space when having dinner. Not necessarily "the best ever" world, but easily and by far the best, relative to what the hague has to offer.

First time in this Burrata, though this is few steps from my house. Usually I go to the one near ISS. Food was fine, but service very poor - first the lady waiting our table came to take drinks order without even giving us the menu, even when it got the menu, it came without the cocktail menu, which is separate. Our compliments to the slightly senior person who later took orders for the food.

Delicious food, nice, witty service. They also did not make a fuss about a somewhat unusual request (a plate of fries in advance because part of the group arrived an hour later than the rest). And the kitchen took food allergies into account. Dessert menu could be a bit more extensive, in my opinion. And there was something strange with the light, it seemed that the dimmers were not quite right, or someone was playing with the light switch, but it suddenly became very dark a number of times.

Great place, came for pizzas, which were well topped with quality ingredients. Furthermore, the service was a bit young, but it was fine, nothing out of the ordinary, no help offered with the pram. About talking with his own glass of drink in his hand, these are small things but still striking. I would come back for the pizza, which is also quite pricey, but that's not the case these days.

I had the lasagna bolognaise but 15 minutes after I left it made me feel sick. A shame because the last time I was there I enjoyed the lasagna.

Better than expected. Just good. Not the cheapest. Just a pizza restaurant. Bruschetta fresh and delicious. Sandwich with garlic sauce, butter, balsamic cream oil was tasty. Calzone is tasty but too sparsely filled, unfortunately without marinara/bolognese sauce, but that is almost standard nowadays. Regular pizzas are fine. Quite cozy, but acoustics make it noisy. Cozy, but not romantic or cozy. Service leaves a lot to be desired, not very friendly and not paying attention, QR code would be useful because it takes 15 minutes before you can order another drink and you eventually have to go to the cash register to pay. In short, a great pizzeria, a bit expensive, but good.

The interior is nice but the food is mediocre and the service was extremely slow (restaurant wasn’t full that evening) and not proactive at all. We were a group of 7. I do not recommend this place.

Have eaten at Burrata Goudenregenplein before, often good, sometimes disappointing. This time it was a disappointment, pizza with artichokes was very disappointing! Sour taste and looked appetizing. Peppers are limp, wet and not as usual. Passed on to management. 1st waiter doesn't like artichokes, didn't do anything with them. 2nd Waiter apologized and adjusted the bill slightly. Good service! No pizza for us for a while.....

Staff prefer to eat and drink behind the bar. Then take our drinks and food. The food was mediocre, bruchetta was as hard as a stone. pizza cheese too overpowering

I called for take away. Lady said in 10 min. Went i got there they told us 30 min. Very rude attitude from chef.. did not even put the effort of looking me into the eyes

Went here for dinner yesterday. Unfortunately the food was not worth repeating. Ordered a salad and octopus from the grill. The waitress finally arrived with a plate of calamari fritti, cut into pieces. The plate was half empty. Indicated that I had not ordered this. She went to ask but yes that's what they have. Then I ordered the sea bass and had the squid pieces returned. The salad was edible but not very tasty and the fish that came later was also not a success, but by then I was very hungry so I ate it. It's really disappointing because in the end you are 50 EUR lighter and I would have been better off eating a sandwich. Not recommended unfortunately. The decoration of the place is very nice and cozy, but it's a pity that the food was not a success.

Our local Italian, 'ole reliable, it used to be... The last two times we ordered takeaway pizza, has been the best Pizza I have had in this city! De lekkerste pizza in Den Haag. Highly recommend the Siciliano and the Quattro Formaggi, plenty of toppings and quality ingredients. Please never change!

When I enter, I find it really disgusting to see that all the bottles of wine in the racks are covered in dust. Not really fresh when you eat somewhere. I also once asked if I could get 1 extra scoop of ice cream, but that was not possible! Doesn't seem that difficult to me, does it? I also had to ask 3 times for water. I think they often pass you by.

Beautiful Italian restaurant, friendly staff and delicious food. A successful evening until the moment of payment. I was asked if everything was satisfactory, to which I replied that I was sorry that the red wine came from the refrigerator. The bartender was not happy about this and said that the wine was fine to drink cold and that there was no other option on hot days, etc. It is incomprehensible that such a beautiful restaurant does not have a climate chamber for the wines. The bartender tried to convince me that I was wrong, etc. This made me feel very uncomfortable and we went home with a bad feeling. We will never come here again!

I’m not one to leave a negative review that easily by your experience at Burrata this evening was pretty disappointing. Firstly the burger was terrible. Presentation was closer to a snack-bar, only lettuce (under the burger), no toppings or sauce and the meat was tasteless. We got -20% off the burger, which was fine, but when the bill came there were 3 drinks on it that didn’t belong to us, and the waitress didn’t even apologize when she brought the cash back. Pizzas were great though and overall our other waitress was very nice.

Not much choice of dishes...pizzas with burrata have too much mozzarella on them...no taste. Lots of staff but they are busy with something else instead of serving guests

Had dinner here for my sister's birthday. Burnt pizza, sick staff and overcharged drinks. Very average and not really Italian. I regret that I drove from Maastricht for this. Definitely not worth it. Didn't see me there again.

On Wednesday, September 13, we had dinner at Burrata on Goudenregenplein. My wife had won a fully catered dinner for two. It looks quite nice inside, but somehow the acoustics are very annoying. Very noisy and sometimes you can barely hear each other. It is therefore not possible to have a truly quiet and pleasant dinner. This is a common complaint when I read other reviews about Burrata. Shame! The wait staff is very friendly, but things don't run very smoothly. It was certainly not busy on this Wednesday, but everything still took a very long time. Before we had the starter we had already traveled forty-five minutes. And they let a lot fall out of their hands. We have never heard so much ringing in one evening as that evening. The noise is also amplified because everything sounds louder in that case. Then the food. My wife had something with veal as a starter. I skipped the appetizer. I found the snack I tasted quite dry. Then the main course. My wife had octopus, according to the menu it should be some kind of stew. But it was very tough, cooled octopus without much flavor. Only the potatoes from the oven were tasty and warm. Unfortunately, the nice layout of the plate could not prevent disappointment. I had fried calamari with fries and arugula lettuce. You should also not order that if you ever decide to eat at Burrata. The calamari was just as tough as the octopus and the batter around it was falling off on all sides. Fried too long and too hot. The lettuce was okay 🤗 The batter that fell off was so terribly hard that I asked them if they had dental insurance. The dessert was also not a success. My wife had a Citroen ganache that was frozen so stiff the ice crystals cracked your teeth. Probably to remove the rest of the teeth we had left after the calamari. I had a Sgrappino sorbet. Something with lemon, limoncello and vodka. I didn't expect it to be almost pure vodka with a tiny bit of lemon ice. 🍸 In retrospect, we should have just sent the food back. When Gordon Ramsey does it it seems so obvious. You just can't do it yourself so quickly. I did tell the waitress what I thought of it when she asked if I liked it. I saw her say it to someone in the kitchen, but that was it. After we finished and left, the head waiter also asked if we were satisfied. Same comments to him. To our surprise, he said that they have already had more complaints about the calamari, among other things. Then you would expect them to tell that chef that things have to be different?! So that's it for Burrata. Not worth repeating for us. We were happy that we had now only been robbed of our money for parking by the municipality and that the food was free. €2.50 per hour at a place far from the center is unfortunately policy in the Hofstad.

Pizza quality inconsistent. We order here often but today it was a big disappointment. The pizza dough was uneven en it was breaking off in the middle. The cheese was tasting plastic-like.

Had a lovely dinner last night with some friends. Atmosphere is good and cozy.

You could also order dishes from the 'dello chef' menu. Chairs are nice. The atmosphere was fine. The service stood out for us. They felt very good if they had to wait a while for the next dish and they had a pleasant relationship with us.

Typical concept pizzeria, pretentious, foodwise not a great experience. When a cook doesnt know he has to soak ansjovis . He or she doesnt understand much abouth italian cuisine. Scamorca is discribed as a pear shaped cows cheese🤣🤣 Since they have a proper pizza oven this should be way better than what was presented. Besides that i found it strange that upon arrival the waitress doesnt understand any dutch. Some basic knowledge of the language is in my humble opinion a must.

Food: 3.5 * The bruchetta beforehand was delicious, the focaccia for my group was delicious. My party's spaghetti aioli was delicious. I personally had the hamburger, which was well prepared (medium), but the fries with the hamburger were insanely salty. Really out of proportion. Okay, admittedly, fries are always liberally sprinkled with salt in the catering industry (good for drink sales, I understand that) but if you take 1 bite and you feel like you are emptying the salt mines of Wieliczka and Bochnia, then you have immediately ate and drank.

monica was really nice and had a good attitude towards serving us. she is really nice overall and always with a smile on her face. the food was really good too and quick in getting to us and being prepared

Heerlijk gegeten in een gezellig restaurant. Ondanks de drukte op een willekeurige maandagavond deed het personeel erg zijn best.

Delicious food and beautiful atmosphere

Prettig restaurant met lekker eten. Wel een beetje vreemd dat soep geen plek heeft op de kaart. En een punt van aandacht is dat het voor minder valide mensen lastig is om zelfstandig binnen te komen. Dus niet rolstoel vriendelijk maar ook iemand die met een rollator loopt niet zomaar de treden op of af. Ik heb het ook aangegeven die avond en ze zouden er iets mee gaan doen 🤞🏽. Zonder probleem een eetgelegenheid of anderszins kunnen bezoeken en weer veilig verlaten, is iets wat denk ik voor iedereen belangrijk is.

Pizazzz time!! Good ambience and a popular Italian Restaurant in The Hague. Service was good and you can watch your pizza being made too. Fresh from the oven. Fresh seafood in the pastas and the Lasagna was rich and flavorful. Good selection of wines. Family dining at its best. Lots of parking around the streets so no hassle. There’s a park across from the restaurant so kids can mess about while the adults indulge.

Heerlijk gegeten met een grote groep. Goede service, goede gezellige bediening.

Ruime restaurant, goede sfeer. Bediening was erg vriendelijk. Eten op menu was gevarieerd, toetjes ook. Heb voorgerecht en nagerecht met drankjes besteld. Nagerecht beetje aan de kleine kant voor de prijs, maar was wel mooi opgemaakt. Alles smaakte wel goed.

Another little pearl in the neighborhood, fantastic service and really tasty food. We went during the week days in the evening and it was full. The only thing that I can add is that it was really noisy and we couldn't hear each other. Still, great place for food and wine, the wine selection is good as well.

On commande nos pizza à emporter et elles sont toujours bien chaudes, savoureuses et de bonne taille. La pâte, la sauce tomates et les produits sont de qualité. Un petit goût d'Italie à deux pas de notre maison c'est appréciable. Nous venons de France, et cette pizzeria me rappelle notre ancienne pizzeria pure italienne "Pizz'art". je recommande de tester ce goût inédit : burrata II aux pistaches et sa petite burrata fraîche. Continuez comme ça!

Eten was lekker maar niet echt bijzonder. Bediening in het Engels. Voor jongelui misschien geen punt. Hygiëne kan iets beter. Maar in veel restaurants vergeten ze op de stoelen te kijken waar ze de kruimels van de tafels opvegen.

Besser als jede Pizzeria in Italien

Super vriendelijk personeel. Gerechten snel op tafel en vooral de voor- en hoofdgerechten erg goed. Dessert (tiramisu) met slagroom ipv mascarpone, was wat minder, maar al met al heel leuke plek!

Peccato, ho sempre pensato fosse una delle pizze più buone, ma da oggi non le prenderemo mai più! La pizza immangiabile(quella che manca ne ho mangiato uno spicchio e il resto l'ho data ad un amico per assaggiare, ma nemmeno lui ha mangiato). C'è talmente tanto speck che non è possibile ingerirla, super salata! MAI PIU. 40 euro buttati al cesso!

Net restaurant, prima locatie, goed eten, gezellig personeel. Scherpte in opnemen en onthouden van bestellingen zou net iets beter kunnen. Het is prima restaurant om te gaan eten.

Visited on a Sunday evening and the place was absolutely full. The atmosphere was lively but relaxed. The Limoncello Spritz were great. The Focaccia, bruschetta and Burrata starters were fantastic to and share together. Each of our main courses (Duck Lasagna, Taglioni Al Nero and Ham and Mushroom Pizza) were also very tasty. I would say the only negatives were the Duck Lasagna could do with having some more sauce and there was a TV with a football match on which can be distracting when eating a nice meal.
