What a beautiful and cozy dune tent; upstairs you have the delicious ice cream and coffee section, where the coffee comes with a mini ice cream. And downstairs you have the restaurant, with characteristic beach tent decor and delicious Italian cuisine on the menu. The salmon sandwich was generously filled and delicious; the service was friendly and fast. The Shark Aquarium steals the show, running right through the restaurant. You can book special tables with your friends and enjoy tapping your own beer, or dive into the karaoke bar with various themes in the rooms.

To celebrate my 40th birthday, we went to Pavarotti Kijkduin. I was really looking forward to it; good food in a beautiful location! We were told where we could sit and we took our seats, first wiping food remnants off the chairs/bench. Drinks were brought and I immediately asked if someone could wipe down the table, because it was incredibly dirty. The crumbs were swept right onto our laps and the wet table wasn't even dried afterwards. (I ended up using napkins myself) The place itself was also really dirty; dust everywhere, and on the tables and on the floor, etc., you could see all kinds of mess and food scraps. The menu was on the table and every page was full of sauce, nice and fresh to grab if you still have to eat afterwards. The food wasn't anything special and wasn't really warm either. The reason was that the steak was cooked medium rare at my request, so I understand that. But the vegetables and sauce were lukewarm too. When the front door opened, you could smell the smoke from 4 staff members standing outside smoking. And that on a terrace where it is forbidden... We skipped dessert and were back outside within 40 minutes. We will never come back here.

Cozy Italian restaurant in a nice location. Delicious food. Most of the staff at our table were nice people. However, there was also a tall guy walking around with a dirty shirt on and a bit of a grumpy look. Which made me think: Hmmm. It didn't detract from my pleasant evening with my father, though. They offer nice packages. What I found funny was a friends' table with your own beer tap and TV, for example, to watch sports with your friends. Beautiful marine aquarium. Certainly not the largest in Europe 😉 as described. But a very nice detail. It is a bit excessive to charge a surcharge for the tables by the aquarium, though. Why the high score then? None of my comments detracted from the experience. The restaurant's decor is very beautiful. Just a few things that could perhaps be improved.

We ate here tonight, unfortunately also the last time. Our table was still dirty; it was eventually cleaned upon request, during which the breadcrumbs were swept onto our laps. This was also visible between the seams of the benches. The table was soaking wet and was not dried. Other empty tables also looked grubby. There were still sauce residues on the menu placed on the table. The food arrived fairly quickly but wasn't anything special. I read in an earlier review that smoking is not allowed on the terrace, but that does not apply to the staff. So, not recommended!

Immediately after the visit, I contacted Pavarotti, and they said they would call and email me back. I still haven't heard anything about the bad experience we had. On May 15, 2026, we dined at your restaurant with our family to celebrate my husband's and son's birthdays. Unfortunately, we look back on this with a very bad feeling. Our evening was already disappointing due to the service. We had reserved in advance with balloons, but upon arrival, they were not there. The excuse was: you only made a reservation at 5:30 PM for 7:30 PM?! A bunch of balloons was brought. It also took a very long time before we received our drinks. The waitress noticed it; it turned out the wait staff had forgotten our order. Moreover, the staff were mainly standing at the bar talking to each other, making us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, my husband and I became deathly ill after the meal. We suffered from vomiting and diarrhea—a nice case of food poisoning, in other words! This turned into a very abrupt end to what should have been a fun birthday….

Yesterday, I had lunch here with a friend. The food was delicious. You can taste that everything is prepared fresh and that high-quality ingredients are used. The pastries seem to come from an external supplier. Unfortunately, they were a bit dry and therefore not recommended. The waiter, on the other hand, was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, clearly showing a lot of passion for his work. To the owner: cherish this employee! Thanks in part to him, we will both definitely be back again, together with our families.

I look back on a fantastic evening! We, three ladies, were warmly welcomed and the food was, in one word, good. We had a cheerful Lucas nearby to help us with great patience. Because the menu is quite extensive, we needed a bit of time to make a choice. We were served a meal of fine dishes and generous portions, as we were actually already full by the time dessert arrived ;) Even though there were groups present, we could understand each other well and there was a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

A very nice experience on a beautiful sunny day! And well helped by the waiter Jaimy.

Served by Jaimy, very good service and good food for a reasonable price. The gluten-free pizza base at an extra €3 is also acceptable. Points for improvement would be adding a gluten-free kids' pizza and frying the fries in separate oil so they can also be eaten by children and adults with celiac disease.

I really wonder how this restaurant even gets a decent rating. The food is poorly prepared and resembles a simple microwave meal. The pizzas are soggy. The wait times are long, and it seems they'd rather let in too many people than provide good service. I'd been here a few years ago, and it wasn't great then either. I gave it a second chance, but alas, it's still disappointing. A 45-minute wait for a drink and about an hour and a half per course. Obviously, there won't be a third time.

Lasagna tasted like ready-made supermarket food, just like the sandwich beforehand. Service took a very long time. However, it's a nice location.

We had a delicious meal at a Shark Table. Initially, we were a bit disappointed because we had to wait a long time for our tickets and drinks... but that was soon made up for by the very friendly and pleasant service and an amuse-bouche.

We planned a quick dinner, so we went to a chain store. We left at 6 and got home after 10 (a fifteen-minute drive). It was busy, but each dish took 1-2 hours. Some people arrived and left an hour later, while others waited even longer than us. The food was excellent.

Terrible staff. You have to wait 16 minutes for someone to come to you, then you're told you can't order from her. The four staff members are happy to look around and do nothing. They'd rather clear tables than help customers. There were five tables waiting, but yuck! The last people in are served first. Even the owner ignores you and sits next to your table, flirting with the ladies next to you. They can't really clean there, so no way I'll ever eat there!

Very bad: made a reservation for a group, had to wait an incredibly long time, pizzas were not baked properly, skipped part of the group menu, were completely fed up with waiting.

Worst carbonara ever also very bad service provided by a lot of non-professional (apparently) people. Who runs this place? Maybe she or he needs to sit one day as a customer and enjoy the experience!!
