Delicious food. Excellent value for money and incredibly friendly staff. A visit to this restaurant is definitely worthwhile.

We ate here for the second time today, and it was a success again! Expect friendly, fast service, and delicious food (and drinks) at a good price. The specialties (panzotti or tortelloni bianchi) are really good. Definitely recommended after a day in Scheveningen!

We ate here on Christmas Day. The atmosphere is authentic and the service is okay. Unfortunately, the food was terrible; the pizza tasted worse than a frozen pizza from the supermarket. We also had a mixed salad as a starter, which was equally unappetizing. Instead of homemade dressing, they served us cheap balsamic vinegar.

An unforgettable experience! They are so kind, the portions are generous and inexpensive – excellent value for money. And above all, truly warm and welcoming Italians! Perfetto!!! 🍕

I eat Italian often; it's my favorite cuisine. The food and atmosphere were absolutely fantastic. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it. The bruschetta, burrata, carpaccio, and bolognese were outstanding! Delicious! However, it was very busy this evening, and we felt like there wasn't enough people on the floor to take orders. The people who were there were running around like crazy, I can't say anything bad about that. We wanted dessert after the appetizer and main course, but it took so long that we got up and had dessert around the corner.

The place is outdated, with dirty, sagging chairs. Unfortunately, I got sick after eating fish.

We ordered online, but these pizzas were so bad they shouldn't bear the name. They were cardboard and tasteless. I want my money back. They were delivered on time, though. Just stop, go do something else!

Super delicious pizza and pasta. Great appetizer. We came here because of the recessions. Unfortunately it was very loud, which didn't bother us that much, unfortunately the service wasn't that good for us. No lemonchello at the end, nothing. That's a shame. Especially if you tip 17%.

Ik was daar in 09/2024 met mijn Nederlandse vrouw. We zijn daar al jaren goede klanten als stel en bij familiefeesten. Ik kreeg het vleesgerecht “Lombata” geserveerd als bedorven vlees. Na de eerste knipbeurt rook het heel onaangenaam en voelde ik me misselijk 🤢. Dit mag een chef-kok daar nooit overkomen; hij moet de goederen zorgvuldig controleren voordat hij ze klaarmaakt. Maar het restaurant verloor een goede klant. Er was nooit een uiting van spijt van de restaurantmanager Luigi. Niet meer daar!

Great pizza. I had the quattro formaggi. Super tasty with fresh products. Price is also ok. Delicious with a glass of wine. Primitivo wine. Really good.

My husband and daughter both ended up with food poisoning hours after eating a pasta and plain pizza here. A full week of recovery and two doctor visits later....and sadly the food was oily, poorly made and expensive. Bad decision.

We placed an order for 2 pizzas and the waiter came first with a pizza and 2 plates.. then we had to wait another 20 minutes for the second pizza. I've never had to wait so long for 2 pizzas that didn't even come together.. The pizza a little salty but it was still okay. The oven, which was apparently defective, was emitting smoke throughout the restaurant and the servers were forced to open the doors (front + back) which caused a super cold draft. First and last visit to this restaurant. Very disappointed

Ik ging hier altijd heel graag naar toe. Er zijn twee geweldige mannen die de bediening doen. Dat is een oudere man die iedereen altijd handen schudt. En een jongere kerel die altijd een vriendelijk praatje maakt. Maar er loop 1 oude kerel rond die wat gezetter is. En die verpest het voor iedereen. Hij is totaal niet klant viendelijk. Sjaccherijnig tot en met. Als ik iets bestel en het is niet correct gebracht en loopt hij met een sjacherijnig gezicht weg. Hij gaat ook nog in discussie ook dat nog.. Direct ontslaag deze man.. dit is niet 1x maar structureel. Ik kom daar voor de gezelligheid! niet om sjaccerijn te zien. Een echte mafia kerel is het. En zo ziet hij er ook uit trouwens. Ik kom er al een hele tijd en doe ik enkel voor die 2 goede bedienders. Maar deze man moeten ze direct ontslaan.

Had dinner here tonight and it was so delicious! Real Italians who know what's tasty. The food was delicious, another customer in the restaurant said that this was her best pizza in a long time and I can certainly agree with that! It's so nice that they are real Italians, it really feels like a piece of Italy in the streets of The Hague. In addition, all the staff were super sweet and attentive. We went a little against Italian customs & we were able to make fun jokes about it. They were also very funny. We had a great time and it was a super nice Italian atmosphere. We will definitely come back here, definitely recommended!!!

A really great restaurant. We were given a very warm welcome. The service is very friendly and caring. The menu is extensive. Everyone should find something to their taste. First class Italian cuisine. The dishes are very attractively prepared. We found it very, very tasty.

Great restaurant. Ordered pizza ala Marinara and Mafiosa. This is close to perfection. Delicious authentic pizza base; all ingredients farm-fresh. What a party. The shrimp - they just melted in the tongue. Delicious. The ham and salami are also of high quality, and the mafiosa deliciously spicy. Pizza the way pizza was meant to be. Added to this: we were already late - around 10.30 pm - all other restaurants had already closed their kitchens. That was actually the case here, but we were still kindly let in. And we saw that friendliness everywhere. Quite a few regular customers who received a handshake when leaving the restaurant. A pleasant Italian atmosphere, nice music - we were really pleasantly surprised. Big compliments to the boss and the staff.

A really great authentic Italian restaurant. We felt like we were in Italy. A bit louder Italian music, but that's exactly what contributed to the overall package. The food was also absolutely delicious and the service was great 👍🏼 price/performance was right.

Gewoonweg overheerlijk, super smaakvol eten, zoals de echte Italianen dat kunnen, gezellige sfeer, goede bediening en de limoncello is perfecto. Kortom een 10!!!!

We had a lovely evening there. Unfortunately I had food poisoning after the Frutti di Mare pizza. This shouldn't happen.

Wir sind hier relativ spontan reingelaufen. Teils auch aufgrund der guten Beurteilungen im TripAdvisor. Leider waren wir enttäuscht. Das Service Personal lief „beschäftigt“ herum, aber in der Tat machten sie nicht viel. Sie hatten vor allem kein Auge für die Gäste und/oder für uns. Das Essen war auch nicht der Hit. Wir hatten alle Pizza; dieser wurde lauwarm serviert. Eine Pizza soll dampfend heiss serviert werden. Da war der Besitzer einig mit uns. Zudem haben wir nachts die Pizza gespürt. Wahrscheinlich wird der Teig am Tag selber produziert und es fehlen ein paar Tage zum Ruhen… Das Dessert, Tiramisu, war dafür hervorragend. Aufgrund der Beurteilungen scheint das aber tagesform-abhängig zu sein.

Great food - very tasty Italian pizza that can be different than the usual pizzas. Highly recommend Pizza Americana or the Mafioso for both 14.50 euros. Pizza prices are between 9.50 and 15.50 in September 2024. There are also nice waiters.

Top Italian in The Hague. Pizza and pasta are very tasty. We were there twice in a row and were not disappointed. The boss(?) is always in a good mood and is very nice.

Unfortunately the pizza wasn't good, it was way too over-seasoned with oregano. The edge wasn't authentically Italian either. The service staff weren't particularly attentive. We had to wait a long time even though there wasn't much going on. The ambience looked ok, but was relatively loud.

Not terrible, not great. Carbonara is good. Lasagna wasn't well Baked and not the best I've had. Bread served with lasagna wasn't nice, rather stale. Which actually makes me happy that there was no "Welcome"/waiting bread served (although unusual for Italian restaurant around Europe). You won't be too unhappy eating there, and you won't be wowed either. Probably still a solid choice from what's available around. Also - a big plus that it serves normal food at 4pm, which is apparently a very unusual time to eay in the Netherlands.

All in all good, always happy 😃

Extremely delicious food, the atmosphere is made possible by the great staff and knowledge. Collection is also possible, often ready within half an hour. The only downside I think is that it is very noisy inside, which can be overstimulating and you have to talk loudly even in small crowds to hear each other. With an investment in acoustics it would be 5 stars for me!

Good food, but poor service. Too few and unqualified staff. We had to wait over an hour for the primo. After waiting another hour for the second, we asked for the bill and left.

Went in, restaurant was half loaded, so not that many people inside, had to take menu outselves, they didn’t bring any menu, didn’t ask us what we wanted to eat after waiting 20-30minutes. Left after paying 6,50€ for a bottle of still water. You’re better off going to the Pizza place next door. But hey atleast it looked nice inside.

Reserving the table works perfectly, even on the same day. The food tastes really good and the portion is more than enough. Price performance match. The waiters are very nice and funny too. It was a great stay.

To start with the positive side, location is perfect, in a very vibrant area near the beach. Prices are also good considering the location. Pizza was not good at all, very salty. They served hot beer 🍺, they were kind enough to change it, however we received another two warm glasses of beer. So I cant complain about the service. The restaurant is specious and nicely decorated, also clean. Easily accessible for wheelchairs and I have seen some people picking up their orders.

Just had dinner in the restaurant for the second time, incredibly delicious!!! I have had many pizzas in my life throughout the Netherlands and abroad, but here they are the tastiest. We also heard that the dough recipe has been the same for decades and please keep it that way 👍🏼 the quality and taste of the food is top notch and the staff is friendly and cheerful, they have a sense of humor and are very nice. We have had the pizza Quattro formaggi and the pizza caprese several times. The coffee (we had Americano) is also delicious. We are from Brabant but we certainly intend to come back more often, that is certainly why we drive.

Food was delicious. There is no drink menu in the menu. The menu was also in English. We sat in the covered back yard. The toilet and outside area could be cleaner, but there was also a lot of rush that evening.

Discovery in the center of Scheveningen. Family restaurant. Friendly staff and delicious pizza! Mine was a spicy and surprising mix of land and sea.

I ordered some pizzas through an application in which they said the average delivery time was 40 minutes. After an hour and a half we were able to contact them by phone and they told us that the pizzas would be at home in 15-20 minutes. An hour later we still haven't received them. This is the second (and last) time this has happened to me with them.

We know this pizzeria from their branch in town. Same good service and quality here. Inexpensive simple food, decent service.

Very tasty food. Carpaccio was great, with Vitello tonato you should leave out the onions. Pizza very well topped and good dough. At the end there was limoncello on the house. Prices like ours in Germany. Nice service.

The pizza is one of the best margaritas I've ever had in my life, but 1 star for very poor practice: there are 2 bottles of water on each table and a glass for each person at the table. The menu does not include water as a separate item and there is no information about the fact that water is charged or how much it costs (3.50€ for a 1l bottle). You learn about the cost of water only when paying the bill. The price of pizza and wine is very good, but I don't like hiding costs from the customer. I just feel bad after it, I would rather pay a little more for wine and pizza and have free water.

Een onopvallend Italiaans restaurant met een traditioneel interieur en een klassieke menukaart. Niets speciaals opnhet eerste gezicht. Maar een heel vriendelijk onthaal en een perfecte kwaliteit. Een uitstekende spaghetti vongole met veel schepjes, heerlijk bereid met veel look, cherrytomaatjes en peterselie. Een mooie entrecote met heerlijke champignonsaus en veel groentjes. Tot de koffie toe: helemaal ok.

We were there with four people in the evening. Since we hadn't made a reservation, we were seated at a table right at the entrance, which unfortunately wasn't particularly nice. According to the statement, another table was not possible, although there were some free in the back area. The food came quickly, but the taste wasn't particularly good. We all had pasta dishes that were very much swimming in the sauce. Additional bread or parmesan were not brought without asking. We were ignored during the meal, no questions asked about how it tasted or whether we were missing anything. The empty and half-full plates were only cleared away late and our comment that we didn't like it was waved off as we left. Very unfortunate. We wouldn't go there again.
