Great quality pizzas. Thin crust, decent portions of toppings. I really have nothing to complain about, which doesn't happen often 🤔 What I don't quite understand, however, is that the pizza is delivered unsliced ​​😅

A very extensive menu: not only a wide variety of pizza and pasta dishes, but also a wide selection of meat and fish. Our steak was very tender and delicious! It was great that it didn't come with the standard fries, but also offered a choice of baked potatoes and pasta. Service was very fast, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

I think this is a truly fantastic restaurant. I just went with my dad. The staff are incredibly friendly. There's no other word for it. The best pesto pasta I've ever had. Delicious bruschetta, truly DELICIOUS. I could eat 30! :) I'll DEFINITELY be back next week.

Best salami pizza ever! I honestly can't believe anyone could ever dislike the food here. Everything was perfect. The service was a 5, the atmosphere a 5, and definitely the food! The pizza wasn't burnt at all. I also had delicious baguette with butter as a starter. Delicious!

I don't know what kind of prisoner-made factory meals these are, but I really can't eat this. It's the most disgusting ready-made junk I've ever eaten. It was also delivered so quickly, which speaks volumes. It's a waste of money!

Ate here with 6 people after which three (!) got sick. Pizzas were "okay" but the meat dishes were not fresh (frozen) and overcooked which made it tasteless and stiff. The ice cream was old and spoiled and full of ice crystals. When commenting, the owner washed his hands in innocence. We will never come here again!

Dramatic service. You order a pizza and the pizza is ready well before the agreed time (lukewarm/cold perhaps). It was already there for 10 minutes, they said, and it was still warm enough while the owner is pressing his dirty hands into a pizza. Hygiene sad. Keeping the appointment dramatic. It was the last time for me. In response to owner's response: Missed opportunity by owner. Too bad they distort the facts. It was agreed by telephone to pick up the pizzas at 7:15 PM. I was inside well in advance (at 7:00 PM) and then the pizzas had been ready for 10 minutes, according to them. The owner opened one of the boxes and pressed his hands into the pizza and said they were still warm. He was clearing up and serving just beforehand, etc., and that is not exactly hygienic. He is good at washing his hands in innocence. His brother did it much better.

Yesterday we ate at Palermo, our neighborhood Italian where I regularly got pizzas. Unfortunately a shockingly bad experience. My sister ordered a pasta bolognese, but received a watery, tasteless sauce that bore no resemblance to a real bolognese, which is traditionally prepared with red wine. When we politely reported this, the waitress promised to pass it on, but nothing happened. After insisting again, the owner came. Instead of listening normally, he chose to argue fiercely and accused my sister of it being her own fault. He kept repeating that his sauce was “correct” and even waved the menu, instead of responding in a professional and customer-friendly manner. In the catering industry, service and respect should be central, not turning away customers or embroiling them in discussions if they have a justified complaint. When my sister calmly indicated that his attitude was inappropriate, he still refused to apologize. What was once a friendly neighborhood Italian now turns out to be a place where lack of customer friendliness and respect for guests prevail. We will never come back here again. An owner who would rather be right than respect his guests does not have to count on returning customers.

The food is disappointing! I think you can eat a pizza there or take it away! But for the rest they don't do anything! What a gem in The Hague/Loosduinen. Delicious food in a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for a nice extensive meal or just a quick bite. Nice service.

Unfortunately... what a disappointment. Brrrr. So the last time for us. Was here at the beginning of January. With a group of 13 people. In recent years we usually came during the Christmas period. Checked the menu and prices at home in advance to get in the mood. We were always surprised that the quality in combination with the price was always very good. Unfortunately that is a thing of the past. The menu has not been updated since corona times. So be warned. The tenderloin always of good quality and 21.50 now 26.50. The piece of meat certainly no longer comes from the butcher of yesteryear. It struck me as being from the wholesaler. 4 large shrimps no longer 1150 but 13.50. Not a problem in itself, but adjust your prices on the internet. Heard the same complaints from the rest of the party. My dessert Tartufo. Ice containing ice crystals. For 9.50 If you ever want an enchanting Tartufo, order it from Gran Sasso in Rijswijk. The owner was not nice. Complained a lot about renovation costs and problems with the municipality. In the past his brother has always been in charge and that is great. Too bad, but unfortunately. But that is more common at restaurants. If you know what it was like and then you come back after a certain time.

We just ordered two pizzas for €11. and a spaghetti Bolognese for €9.50… According to Palermo's website. Delivery would be free. However, we had to pay €13 each for the pizzas and no less than €13.50 for a simple spaghetti. So a total of €8 more! This is not correct! In addition, the pizzas were lukewarm and the base was soft. Too bad, we are really used to better from this restaurant...

Such a delicious meal! Last year we traveled a lot but last night we really had the time to visit this very popular neighborhood restaurant. It has recently been renovated. Very successful. Nice bar and plenty of space in the restaurant. Always a good sign that it is nice and busy. And the food? As a main course I had super delicious salmon fillets in fish sauce. Really fantastic. I often choose a salmon dish, but this was really the best! My wife had a perfectly grilled, delicious rib-eye with pepper sauce. The fries were also very tasty. I'm not much of a beer drinker, but I can't resist the Texel beer on tap. Two delicious glasses of chardonnay, a coffee and two glasses of limoncello completed our evening. And also a mixed ice cream and whipped cream sorbet. The two of us stayed well under 100 euros. You don't often experience that in these expensive times. Certainly not with the main courses we chose. We will soon return to this friendly restaurant, where the staff in the kitchen and restaurant provide delicious food, excellent service and a cozy atmosphere.

Bah.. Didn't expect this from an Italian. This was our first time here and we decided to order here given the good review score. The base tastes like ready-made dough. Bland and little taste. The meat is of low quality. It looks like 'factory meat'. The taste of the sauce and cheese is basic. We were extremely disappointed and did not eat the pizzas any further and ordered them from someone else. If there had been images of the actual pizzas, that would have been enough warning for us not to order there.

I live near this restaurant and have often ordered and eaten here in the restaurant. The pizzas are good. Ordered a pizza tonight, which did not go through properly due to the new home delivery website. The delivery person was at the door with a salad. Disappointment. And if only the salad was worth it. Not really! 13.50 euros for a very small container with some mozzarella and some tomatoes. Phew. The delivery person had called the restaurant, but he said it was our mistake. this was the worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. The food came 20 minutes before it was supposed to, the tracker on Thuizbezorgd is wrong, and the food was horrendous. The spaghetti tasted like it came out of a microwave, and it was hard and old. The oil was so excessive and it was obvious that it was a very cheap oil. The pizza was a bit better although it was still very oily and didn’t taste very good. I am furious with this restaurant for tricking me by making their reviews look good with 4.3 stars, which it does not at all deserve. My stomach became upset after eating this food along with my families as well. I do not recommend this place. Dont be fooled by the review.

Ik kwam in het verleden vaak in het restaurant eten, en bestelde vandaag na jaren omdat ik niet kiezen kon, de pizza Palermo. Wat is dat lekker zeg! Ik moest het wel even bijwarmen, maar als dat het ergste is? Het was heerlijk!

Uitstekende Italiaanse keuken . Uitgebreide menu en alle mogelijkheden zijn er van pasta, pizza , vegetarische opties tot en met Vis en vlees gerechten. Ik kom hier al ruim 20 jaar samen met mijn familie . De zaak bestaat al meer dan 30 jaar . De bediening is altijd heel erg vlot en de service is zeker aan te raden !!!

Uitstekende Italiaanse keuken en als u van pizza houdt bestel hier dan eens uw dinner. Een bijzonder snelle en vriendelijke service plus een uitstekende lekkere pizza. Alle andere Italiaanse gerechten zijn verkrijgbaar zoals pasta’s antipasta, soups en lasagna’s.

Echt heel erg lekker gegeten den het personeel was supervriendelijk. En nog betaalbaar ook.

Zo lekker gegeten en zo om de hoek! We hadden eerst een klein borrelplankje, zeetong in roomboter gebakken (dagprijs), zalm met een heerlijk sausje met garnalen en mosseltjes, van doe schaaltjes met gegrilde groenten en extra: frietjes! De witte wijn die erbij werd aanbevolen door Anton was perfekt! Ons eigen gezelschap maakte het af! We komen hier heel graag.

Een prima Italiaans restaurant met een uitgebreide en goede menukaart. Alleen de locatie laat te wensen over.

Pizza was koud en amper afgebakken, alle toppings waren gewoon nog rauw. De pasta’s waren niet heel bijzonder. We hadden ook nog twee voorgerechten, vitello tonnato en funghi al gorgonzola, vond ik echt heel erg duur voor wat je kreeg. Zat bijna niks in. Alleen de twee voorgerechten hebben we opgegeten en de rest is de prullenbak in gegaan. Erg jammer als je ruim 70 euro uitgeeft.

Het beste restaurant waar ik ooit heb gegeten. En vreselijk aardig personeel.
