i went there today at 12.15pm and the doors were closed. very disapointing EDIT: I was there today around 11.45 a.m., and the doors were closed. That was really disappointing. At first I thought it was 12.15 p.m., but that was not correct. I checked the door, the lights were off, the door was locked, and apparently no one was inside the place. Considering that the opening hours start at 11 a.m., it is still disappointing, so go ahead and check your CCTV again.

The perfect Italian spot for me, near my house and cozy as an authentic Italian place can be. It feels like walking to a good little Italian restaurant in Italy. Staff is always so nice and the food is so authentic and delicious. Every week I treat myself with their lasagna 🥹🫶🏽

My friends and I went and ordered the meat lasagna and eggplant parmigiana, and they were AMAZING! I highly recommend them!

I have eaten pizza in many places in Europe but I would come 320 kilometers again just for this pizza. It has a delicious taste, a delicious dough, everything is in great proportions ❤️❤️❤️

Delicious food! We shared a Diavola pizza and tiramisu, both were fantastic. Friendly Italian staffs, cozy vibe with just a few tables inside. Prices are cheap (especially for Amsterdam). Definitely recommended and will come back!

Situation: 23.00, after Long working-day. No restaurant open. Only Burro sold the very juicy lasagna with home-made-dough. It was already closed. With smole, Gold Spirit High Quality od food.

A true family-run Italian restaurant, owned by Sicilians. We've been three times and enjoyed fettuccine, homemade gnocchi, and truly delicious pizza. They also offer takeout. Highly recommended for those like us traveling with a young child who has trouble adjusting to a different type of food.

Place is small, hope you (owners) can upscale this place because more ppl should have a chance to taste ur food. On a sidenote; a delivery guy was offered a free drink, a fancy one, which really took him by surprise. Really admired that.

Cold cuts and cheeses are sourced directly from Italy, and the cannoli? Crisp shells, filled on the spot. Rosario is welcoming and deeply professional: you can tell he grew up between home kitchens and serious restaurants. Booking is handled externally and works smoothly, which is great given the limited seating. Can’t wait to come back.

Stopped in for a late dinner. Flavors are straight from Italy. Such incredibly tasty food and they were so accommodating to our large family late in the evening! Highlights were the handmade tagliatelle and lasagna. Also meatballs were huge!

What a hidden gem! If you want delicious Italian food made with love, I would highly recommend this family owned restaurant. The couple who own and operate the restaurant are very kind and passionate about their food and culture. We have enjoyed our meals so much that we have eaten here 4 separate times throughout our stay so far and will definitely make it back once or twice more before we go home. I arrived at the store very hungry in the middle of the night as they were closing. Of course, they were tired and wanted to go home, but with a smile and lots of jokes, they offered me a piece of delicious lasagna and even turned on the oven to bake me some fresh bread. Where do you eat as well as in Italy? I thought of Burro & Parmigiano in Amsterdam-Oost. The Sicilian chefs Rosario and Danielle cook with traditional Italian passion and with the best ingredients! And you can taste that with the first bite.

I went there today evening and it was really fantastic! The food (gnocchi alla sorrentina + cannolo) was really good, and the owners (both Rosario and Daniela) made me feel like I was in a homelike and familiar atmosphere. Both are very kind and talkative ! And furthermore, the prices are quite decent and affordable for Amsterdam. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone !

Went here to grab a bite for dinner and it was so good! I’ve gone here so many times! Only con is there aren’t many seating spots (4 minimum, i think during the day they have tables outside, but not the evening we went) BUT! it’s always nice to order a take away and sit on a bench at the park that’s a 10 minute or so walk from there. Plus their homemade cake of the day is always really good and the owner is so nice and friendly making the atmosphere feel like a cozy home. Definitely recommend! The Nduja pizza is my favorite here, so check that out!

I'll start by saying that we had a great time. The place is small but welcoming. You can find from pizzas, to sandwiches, to lasagne, supplì etc. The owner is Italian and extremely helpful and friendly. The food is excellent and you feel at home. I highly recommend it!!

We came on vacation for 7 days and the first night we had some super delicious pizzas that saved our dinner 🥰. Today was the last day and we repeated it but this time with some spinach cannelloni that were delicious. It is definitely worth visiting, and the owner is very nice!
