If you're craving authentic, fresh, decadent Italian food that wont make you feel heavy after, this is the spot. I watched another diner finish an entire pizza with a burrata on top - perfect life experience. I had a fresh mozzarella, pesto, tomato sandwich and added rocket to it, a coffee, and the most lovely cannolo. Kind family-run shop. Will return and go out of my way to do so.

Fantastic dinner here with mushroom tagliatelle, tagliatelle bolognese and caponata. All were wonderful. The homemade tagliatelle could not have been better, firm and tasty, the sauces wonderful. I didn't get to taste the pizza, but the caponata is served with a piping hot roll made, I think, with pizza dough: superb. Some great, reasonably priced bottles.I hope to be back!

Highly recommended! The truffle pasta was amazing! With perfectly cooked, handmade tagliatelle. The sauce was creamy, and the truffle flavor was just right – not too strong, not too weak. The best Italian meal I've had since my trip to Italy years ago! I'll definitely be going there whenever I'm in Amsterdam!

The very best pizza in Amsterdam! I have been happily ordering pizzas here for quite some time now. I am never disappointed. Crispy crust, great flavor, and friendly staff.

We had nothing but positive experiences at this restaurant. The food was truly excellent, the atmosphere pleasant, and the service was outstanding, going far beyond the bare minimum. The service was exceptionally good. Next time we're in Amsterdam, we'll definitely be back.

A very charming restaurant with a great atmosphere and authentic Italian food! We were a few minutes late for our reservation, but that wasn't a problem at all, and we received a very warm welcome. Even after closing time, we weren't rudely ushered out but were allowed to take our time. All in all, a lovely end to our class trip :)

Lovely little piece of Sicilia in the heart of Amsterdam. The food is absolutely delicious. Parmigiana, lasagna, polpette al sugo (meatballs in tomato sauce) everything is so good! It’s all made with the heart and that’s the ingredient that makes it all so delicious! I love to seat inside with Italian music in the background and enjoy my meal. The owners are very kind and welcoming. Grazie mille e a presto!

My friends and I came in and ordered pizza. One of us asked for one of the pizzas without ham, and the rest of the group all heard this communicated. The pizza was brought out with ham, and we requested that it be remade without it, as it was for a vegetarian. We were rudely dismissed, and the employee we spoke with reluctantly took it back, only to bring out the same pizza with everything ripped off, including the cheese, with the contents stuffed into the side of the box. The service was ultimately very rude and disappointing despite it being a simple and honest request.

A delightful family-run restaurant serving Sicilian cuisine. The atmosphere is relaxed, the owners are friendly and welcoming, and the owner makes tagliatelle every day. The menu is varied, with specialties for all tastes. The pizza, made with quality ingredients, is also excellent. I highly recommend it; I had a wonderful meal, the portions are generous, and the prices are fair.

It's a genuine Italian mini-pub, with a charming atmosphere and direct contact with the owner. A friendly, family-run business with about ten seats. We really enjoyed it. We would definitely come back, but unfortunately, our vacation is over.

Burro e Parmigiano Amsterdam is one of those surprises you don't expect. We had arancini, mozzarella balls, and fagottini: everything was truly delicious. The arancini in particular stand out, perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a flavorful and well-balanced filling. It's a shame the selection is rather limited. It would be great if they added more variety, such as arancini alla norma, which are missing here and would make all the difference.

Everything here is exceptional and prepared with love. From panna cotta to pizza to pasta. Do yourself a favor and come here as often as you can. Amsterdam has a lot of soulless food, but that is really not the case here. Wow!

I've eaten pizza in many parts of Europe, but I would come back 320 kilometers just for this pizza; it's exquisite, the dough is amazing, everything is perfectly balanced ❤️❤️❤️

I love sandwiches here. My recommendation for Friuli. Ingredients are very fresh and super tasty. People are incredibly nice and very easy going about anything. Feels like walking into a place where everyone knows you and you just have to enjoy. I will go twice as far only to get myself friuli here :) Still have to try other goodies here - definitely on my list, keep up the great work!!

Great place, the chef speaks Spanish. We ordered a Tonno pizza and a San Daniele pizza. We had some leftovers for dinner. One pizza and a little bit more is enough for two people.

Great place to eat real Italian food. The combination of tastes are well created; with the sandwiches you can really deep dive in regional finesses.

The owners here put all the love and care into their food and service. We loved it. They even made our daughter for her birthday a heart pizza and treated her extra special.

They always manage to make me want to come back and try something new. This was my second visit to Burro & Parmegiano – Sapori di Sicilia. The first time we tried their pizzas, but we knew we had to return for the tiramisu. On this visit, we finally had the tiramisu, absolutely delicious, as well as the lasagna, which is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. The only “problem” is that I could have easily eaten three more of the same size, not because it was small, but because it was so good. We also ordered the gnocchi, which was wonderful. Next time, we’re aiming for the schnitzel sandwich, since it wasn’t available that day. I highly recommend this place for a date night or a cozy dinner with a small group. You’ll feel genuinely cared for, and the food is warm, comforting, and full of love.

We ordered food through Uber Eats, but unfortunately, our order was delayed and then canceled. However, we called the restaurant, and they kindly held our food for us, waiting even after their working hours had ended. To our delight, they treated us to an excellent meal, which was absolutely delicious, despite Uber Eats nearly ruining our evening. We're grateful for their outstanding customer service and hospitality!

Being in this restaurant was like experiencing a movie where they portray an Italian family that love cooking for others and celebrate authenticity, tradition and great ingredients. From the start my partner and I were greeted with care, love and huge smiles. The food was delicious and the small setting made it even better. It was like eating at their home. I highly recommend Burro & Parmigiano Sapori Di Sicilia for people that want to live a similar experience; perfect for a cute date too. My only regret is not having the tiramisu. Rest assured; I will be back to try it and more!

i went there today at 12.15pm and the doors were closed. very disapointing EDIT: I was there today around 11.45 a.m., and the doors were closed. That was really disappointing. At first I thought it was 12.15 p.m., but that was not correct. I checked the door, the lights were off, the door was locked, and apparently no one was inside the place. Considering that the opening hours start at 11 a.m., it is still disappointing, so go ahead and check your CCTV again.

The perfect Italian spot for me, near my house and cozy as an authentic Italian place can be. It feels like walking to a good little Italian restaurant in Italy. Staff is always so nice and the food is so authentic and delicious. Every week I treat myself with their lasagna 🥹🫶🏽
