My friends and I came in and ordered pizza. One of us asked for one of the pizzas without ham, and the rest of the group all heard this communicated. The pizza was brought out with ham, and we requested that it be remade without it, as it was for a vegetarian. We were rudely dismissed, and the employee we spoke with reluctantly took it back, only to bring out the same pizza with everything ripped off, including the cheese, with the contents stuffed into the side of the box. The service was ultimately very rude and disappointing despite it being a simple and honest request.

A delightful family-run restaurant serving Sicilian cuisine. The atmosphere is relaxed, the owners are friendly and welcoming, and the owner makes tagliatelle every day. The menu is varied, with specialties for all tastes. The pizza, made with quality ingredients, is also excellent. I highly recommend it; I had a wonderful meal, the portions are generous, and the prices are fair.

It's a genuine Italian mini-pub, with a charming atmosphere and direct contact with the owner. A friendly, family-run business with about ten seats. We really enjoyed it. We would definitely come back, but unfortunately, our vacation is over.

Burro e Parmigiano Amsterdam is one of those surprises you don't expect. We had arancini, mozzarella balls, and fagottini: everything was truly delicious. The arancini in particular stand out, perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a flavorful and well-balanced filling. It's a shame the selection is rather limited. It would be great if they added more variety, such as arancini alla norma, which are missing here and would make all the difference.

Everything here is exceptional and prepared with love. From panna cotta to pizza to pasta. Do yourself a favor and come here as often as you can. Amsterdam has a lot of soulless food, but that is really not the case here. Wow!

I've eaten pizza in many parts of Europe, but I would come back 320 kilometers just for this pizza; it's exquisite, the dough is amazing, everything is perfectly balanced ❤️❤️❤️

I love sandwiches here. My recommendation for Friuli. Ingredients are very fresh and super tasty. People are incredibly nice and very easy going about anything. Feels like walking into a place where everyone knows you and you just have to enjoy. I will go twice as far only to get myself friuli here :) Still have to try other goodies here - definitely on my list, keep up the great work!!

Great place, the chef speaks Spanish. We ordered a Tonno pizza and a San Daniele pizza. We had some leftovers for dinner. One pizza and a little bit more is enough for two people.

Great place to eat real Italian food. The combination of tastes are well created; with the sandwiches you can really deep dive in regional finesses.

The owners here put all the love and care into their food and service. We loved it. They even made our daughter for her birthday a heart pizza and treated her extra special.

They always manage to make me want to come back and try something new. This was my second visit to Burro & Parmegiano – Sapori di Sicilia. The first time we tried their pizzas, but we knew we had to return for the tiramisu. On this visit, we finally had the tiramisu, absolutely delicious, as well as the lasagna, which is genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. The only “problem” is that I could have easily eaten three more of the same size, not because it was small, but because it was so good. We also ordered the gnocchi, which was wonderful. Next time, we’re aiming for the schnitzel sandwich, since it wasn’t available that day. I highly recommend this place for a date night or a cozy dinner with a small group. You’ll feel genuinely cared for, and the food is warm, comforting, and full of love.

We ordered food through Uber Eats, but unfortunately, our order was delayed and then canceled. However, we called the restaurant, and they kindly held our food for us, waiting even after their working hours had ended. To our delight, they treated us to an excellent meal, which was absolutely delicious, despite Uber Eats nearly ruining our evening. We're grateful for their outstanding customer service and hospitality!

Being in this restaurant was like experiencing a movie where they portray an Italian family that love cooking for others and celebrate authenticity, tradition and great ingredients. From the start my partner and I were greeted with care, love and huge smiles. The food was delicious and the small setting made it even better. It was like eating at their home. I highly recommend Burro & Parmigiano Sapori Di Sicilia for people that want to live a similar experience; perfect for a cute date too. My only regret is not having the tiramisu. Rest assured; I will be back to try it and more!

i went there today at 12.15pm and the doors were closed. very disapointing EDIT: I was there today around 11.45 a.m., and the doors were closed. That was really disappointing. At first I thought it was 12.15 p.m., but that was not correct. I checked the door, the lights were off, the door was locked, and apparently no one was inside the place. Considering that the opening hours start at 11 a.m., it is still disappointing, so go ahead and check your CCTV again.

My friends and I went and ordered the meat lasagna and eggplant parmigiana, and they were AMAZING! I highly recommend them!

Delicious food! We shared a Diavola pizza and tiramisu, both were fantastic. Friendly Italian staffs, cozy vibe with just a few tables inside. Prices are cheap (especially for Amsterdam). Definitely recommended and will come back!

Situation: 23.00, after Long working-day. No restaurant open. Only Burro sold the very juicy lasagna with home-made-dough. It was already closed. With smole, Gold Spirit High Quality od food.

A true family-run Italian restaurant, owned by Sicilians. We've been three times and enjoyed fettuccine, homemade gnocchi, and truly delicious pizza. They also offer takeout. Highly recommended for those like us traveling with a young child who has trouble adjusting to a different type of food.

Place is small, hope you (owners) can upscale this place because more ppl should have a chance to taste ur food. On a sidenote; a delivery guy was offered a free drink, a fancy one, which really took him by surprise. Really admired that.
