Café De Fockink in Wijk 01 Vaals

An excellent pub in Vaals, it's been around for 113 years. The ambiance is fantastic, the service excellent, and the beer selection very good. Live concerts are also occasionally held here. I'll definitely stop by again whenever I'm in the area :)

This place is a very friendly (also animal friendly)and in a quite&beautiful location. We tryed brand pilsener,brand oud bruin and la chouffe beers. Brand oud bruin is famous in Limburg,very aromatic with a caramel flavor,it is very different from the other ones. We like so much this place. I wish there were beer snacks instead of food. A place with character, we loved it!

Just had a drink. A really cozy, friendly brown café where all the walls and a large part of the ceiling are covered with souvenirs, drawings, etc. The audience consists mostly of men and women and you can easily have a chat with other guests. It gave me a living room feeling.

Hat Oktober Fest Bier drassen beim schönen wetter. War lecker. Die besitzerin war sehr sympatisch, der schöner ‘Ziggy’ auch! Danke!

Sehr schönes Lokal muss man ehrlich mal sagen, die Inhaberin ist Super nett bin dort gerne 👍 dazu ist der Hund der einen Begrüßt wenn man rein kommt echt süß und er ist sehr freundlich

Leuke en ouderwets gezellige kroeg met een wel heel bijzondere authentieke inrichting en enthousiaste en fijne bediening. Paar keer geweest, we komen er graag weer terug.

I was visiting Vaals last weekend, for a family gathering. I had not been there for more than 30 years and I did not recognise much....but I did spot the Fockink in de Kerkstraat, and popped in a few times for a drink. Very warm and cosy atmosphere, friendly service and very nice beer and wine. A place where locals and visitors are all made to feel very welcome. Not sure if I will ever visit Vaals again, but this place remains firmly in the memory and is well worth a visit when you are in the area.

Tolle Kneipe mit netten Wirtsleuten und schönes Ambiente. Terrasse bei schönem Wetter. Ab und zu auch Live Musik

Guardo un recuerdo muy agradable de mi visita a este bar, hace ya algún tiempo. Una terraza pequeña pero confortable y bonita; un buen producto, unos precios razonables y un señor muy amable atendiendo las mesas: por no hablar de las risas que nos echamos con el nombre del local, que en castellano resulta... curioso 😆
