Café De Zon in Jordaan

A lovely spot to sit in the afternoon sun. Friendly staff, and the wine was delicious!

The baguette was delicious. Unfortunately, the two waitresses were completely overwhelmed. They brought the wrong drink, forgot the food, and didn't bring napkins or cutlery—everything only after we asked for it. The door slams loudly every time someone enters the café, which could easily be fixed with a small wedge. Absolutely not recommended!

Great service, cozy and quiet area, not a tourist bar. Love it!

New owners, top service, top wine and top atmosphere! It's always a pleasure to sit at Café de Zon 🌞. Don't forget that there is live music every Sunday and a different tasty bite to eat every time. Think of oysters or paella and who knows what else will come. Even on a rainy day you will have a sunny day at Café de Zon, and otherwise a sunny mood. I also recently tried the lunch menu and I can only say that it is by far delicious. I really enjoy the service, food and drinks at café de Zon. Definitely worth it!!!

The food and drink we ordered (cheescake and watermelon drinks) were not the nicest. Service is ok, the live music was the only bonus. I wouldnt revisit the place, there are much better ones across Amsterdam.

Walking by Cafe De Zon, saw their lovely desserts on display next to the door. Bought 1 of each. No take away containers. With a promise to return plates and tray, I was able bring some delicious sweets to my husband and son at our Airbnb around the corner. Amsterdam people are so friendly and chill. Apple pie, cheesecake and fudge brownie were superb!!!

Nice little corner bar in the Jordaan. We only had drinks here. They televise the football (we’ve watched a couple big premier league games here), and within a 2-5 min walk are loads of great restaurants like Toscanini and Ô Bistro, as well as many other bars where you can grab a drink and some bar food (e.g. Cafe Thijssen & Blaffende Vis).

Gisteren 5 December een geweldige avond gehad in Cafe de Zon we zaten met een hoeveelheid Brazilianen feest te vieren wat een gezellige Cafebaas is Rick je ziet deze man is in het juiste Vak terechtgekomen eerst Profvoetballer en dan de mensen entertainen het is jammer hij kan niet zingen.Rick bedankt voor deze gezellige Avond ik ga hem nooit vergeten

Local regentado por un antiguo futbolista profesional del Ajax (De Jong). Trato excepcional. Buena relación calidad-precio. El ambiente es muy coloquial y acogedor. Muy recomendable. Volveré seguro.

Stumbled across Cafe De Zon and what a little gem. Were made feel very welcome by friendly owner and locals. Great beer and a MUST see if you like football and are in the area.

Cafe de Zon is een toppertje vriendelijke bediening en warme sfeer in dit bruine cafe, ook de collectie originele voetbalshirts spreekt tot de verbeelding.

Gisteren per toeval op het terras gezeten, een en al gezelligheid. Wat een gezellige mensen. Gewoonweg super, Hugo broers zat er, wat een lieve man.Als we in Amsterdam komen, gaan we hier zeker terug. Groetjes uit Maastricht.

Nette Bedienung, gute Preise und ziemlich unprätentiöse Atmosphäre. Da gehen hauptsächlich einheimische hin, was dem ganzen einen sehr entspannten Vibe gibt. Touristen sind durchaus willkommen, übersehen das aber, wenn nicht gerade Markt ist. Lohnt einen Besuch!

Een klant is hier koning de koffie perfect en de BB een aanrader bediening zonder meer vriendelijk en een gezellige omgeving en bijzondere kleurrijke klanten voor een praatje een lach en een traan .ja mevr loopt over de markt en ik zit in de Zon

Gezellige Jordaanse kroeg. Heel leuk om even gezellig een biertje te doen!
