Ordered a 'spicy chicken sandwich', expecting a sandwich with good pieces of chicken. Turn out to be just a toasted sandwich with a slice of chicken breast for 11 euros. The staff was friendly, though.

I was there on a Monday morning, around 9 AM. I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk (they didn't have coconut milk) and carrot cake. The cake was undoubtedly delicious, but the matcha was disappointing. I've never had worse matcha in my life. It wasn't freshly brewed; it tasted like the cheapest powder. I doubt I'll order it there again.

I had high expectations for the Cloud Iced Drink, but this was a huge letdown. It literally tastes like the sludge you throw away from a coffee machine. The coffee flavor is bitter and watery, without any creaminess or balance. And honestly, there is nothing "cloudy" about it at all. The name should really be Thunder Iced Drink, because it is certainly not soft and airy. Absolutely not recommended.

Deliciously soft chocolate cookie and an excellent flat white. The coffee was perfectly prepared and very flavorful. Additionally, the lady behind the counter was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Definitely a place to come back to! ☕🍪

We had the carrot loaf, hibiscus iced tea and pear iced tea, they were all pretty tasty. loved how fudgey the loaf was. usually i dont like iced tea but this one was really good and refreshing. the service was quick, atmosphere is peaceful.

I am having a mixed feeling about this place. Staff is really something to work on about being customer friendly and serve dishes fast.Coffee was really good but banana bread a little bit dissapointing. The design of this place is really nice one. Also solution with self service for order.

Disappointing: low quality, overpriced, and the so-called ‘organic’ aspect is mostly marketing

Not sustainable. I specifically asked to drink it there and got my cappuccino in a to-go cup. I got oatmeal (boycott) instead of the coconut I requested. Overall, a lackluster atmosphere.

Far too expensive for the quality and the effort that went into the food. Had a hot chicken sandwich and a sparkling water for 14eur and the meat was really cheap and processed. If this was half the price it would have maybe been acceptable.

Great place! Friendly service, good, honest products, and you can choose to order through a nice kiosk or with one of the friendly staff members at the counter. Highly recommended!

Staff was nice but charging 8.5€ for a cold sandwich is ridiculous

I bought banana Bread and when I wanted to eat it when I was at home, I found out that there was white mold in the bread, also the other piece was old and dry… When I got a matcha latte two days later I told the personnel girl about it, she only said that she would tell the manager and didn’t offer me any coulance or new bread or something, she didn’t wanted to listen to my feedback clearly and looked away and went on with my order, which seemed like she wanted me gone as soon as possible…… I found it very rude. I was kind and polite the whole time, which I didn’t get back from her, as she seemed to find it annoying that I spoke my feedback to hear. Also, apparently you can not trust that they check their bread before giving it to you? … Really disappointed and maybe I won’t go there anymore.

Very expensive coffee and not particularly good.

Ordered coffee with oat milk. Saw the attendant serving what looked like cow milk. Asked the attendant which confirmed it was oat milk. Then I got sick because it was cow milk and I’m dairy intolerant. Just a lack of basic respect and customer service. The minimum I should be offered is a refund.
