QRU Amsterdam in Omval/Overamstel

Today, May 26th, there was another flea market at Spaklerweg 1 in QRU. A DJ created a cozy atmosphere. There were sweet and savory snacks from various countries. Long tables were set up to use them. From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you could browse the rugs adorned with the most unusual items. There was plenty of clothing, as well as curiosities and household items. I saw a lot of beautiful items and walked around several times before buying anything. The great thing about this flea market is the selection and the sellers. No dealers, just attic clearances, bad buys, or simply things I no longer needed. I enjoyed it and bought a beautiful botanical tableware set. Not complete, but enough for me. I also managed to find a pannier. It was actually for personal transportation, but I still ended up selling it. There were many bargains to be had at the end. Many went for just one euro. A very nice market to attend in nice weather. Because it's outdoors, the next one is on July 7th, and then on September 6th.

Great place. Wonderful, authentic flea market. Friendly vendors. Great for haggling. Hahaha. Do it!

A fun little flea market where you can still find real junk from private individuals. Unfortunately, I already spotted the first professional trader sneaking in, and they're slowly but surely adding more clothes; otherwise, I would have given it an extra star.

What a lovely place to hold a vinyl fair. Nice and spacious, friendly people. A wide selection of drinks and tasty snacks.

Goede plek voor een feestje, klein optreden of dr rommelmarkt. Onder de spoorbaan in de openlucht. Het is er prima parkeren.

Best leuk maar erg klein Was ook wel de eerste keer hier natuurlijk maar best wel wat gevonden aan lp's die ik lang aan het zoeken was Verder enorm gezellige sfeer,je kan hier ook wat eten en drinken

In the cold months this place could use more heating. Otherwise it is quite okay.

op zich was t kinder theater leuk maar...wat ern troep en gevaarlijk houtkachel zonder rek er omheen.Tafels met punten en spijkers losse electa ....Zo gevaarlijk ik zag mijzelf als oma al bij dr ehbo zitten. maar qwa idee erg grappig.

Aardige mensen, maar gratis toegang voor zeer kleinschalige rommelmarkt lijkt mij wel gepast.

Leuke plek met street art op de muren aan de binnenkant, regelmatig events hier zoals de populaire rommelmarkt.

Wat een super lekkere lokatie.... En gezellige mensen.

Erg multifunctionele loods met leuk barretje met podium voor live muziek (bij de evenementen), pingpongtafel, poeltafel, 3 sjoelbakken! Ze organiseren allei uiteenlopende activiteiten zoals een rommelmarkt waar ik vandaag goed verkocht heb!

Friendly staff, laid-back atmosphere

Mooie plek, ver weg van de drukte. Doet ongekunsteld aan.

Was leuk gedaan er was een platenbeurs met een hele gemoedelijke sfeer. Je kon er koffie thee en limonade bestellen buiten lekker zitten dus ja zeker een aanrader. Parkeren was ook totaal geen probleem.

Leuk, relaxed en een gevarieerd aanbod.

Awesome industrial place in a former locomotive factory, located at a busy river where huge ships sail up and down, transporting everything from raw materials to tourists. Now these abandoned factories are collaborative spaces where during the week you enjoy lunch, a drink, see expos, organize meetups, and during the weekends you play table tennis and listen to cool tunes.
