Bad experience, white wine not cold, in the menu said Prosecco and it’s not and the unbelievable is if you pay with card they charge you 10 EUR extra, so this means something wrong with this place, I will never be back here, totally disappointed!

Ordered a large bitter garnish platter and I think it was prepared in the microwave; a soggy mess and unpalatable. The sweetener dispenser is too filthy to touch.

had our order taken three times (a sandwich and a burger), twice by the same waitress who forgot our order 10 seconds after we told her it. after 35 mins the wrong food was brought out to us, the waitress who took our order the third time stood and watched this food be brought to us, then asked us if this was the food we ordered. she apologised and said there was a mix up in the kitchen. she came back out 5/10 minutes later and asked if we were happy to wait another 20 minutes for our food, so we just asked for the bill and she told us we didn't have to pay for the food ? as we were leaving, the waiter brought out the wrong drinks to the table next to us. would not recommend and would not go again, shouldn't take an hour to get a burger and a sandwich

Everything was awful. A bald guy was constantly pressuring us to pay, bothering us the whole time. The service was disgusting; if you can avoid it, do so.

They tried to charge us a 15% surcharge for paying by card on a four-person bill, insisting we pay in cash. This practice is illegal in the European Union. An unacceptable experience. It was quiet in this small restaurant, but we stayed to enjoy a few drinks. Nice staff, the guy was able to bring a birthday drink to the table with songs.

Typical tourist trap! Burger and fries from the freezer. Uneatable. Drinks might be better.

We had Sam as our server and he was fantastic. My daughter and I had the please to eat at this Resturant in central Amsterdam and it was amazing. The wine he picked was delicious and he was very attentive. The establishment was clean and we had a great time. Highly recommend. Thank you Sam for the wonderful experience. Antonio showed us our table and he was also great with a wonderful personality. I’m We had the bruschetta and Feta salad.

SCAM - The waiter tried to charge us 96 euros for a salad, inflating the bill from 60 to 160 euros. There were also extra charges added to the final bill. Not to mention the food was disgusting and the waiter was completely incompetent.

Do not recommend at all!! We waited for over 1 hour to get our food. When we’d been waiting for 45 minutes the waiter said there’d been a mistake and the order wasn’t given to the chef so they had to start making the food just then. It took another 10 minutes before the food came and it was barely eatable. Very poor quality of food, it came cold and wasn’t well made. I ordered a “tomato and cheese quesadilla” - when it came it was cold, the cheese was hard and the quesadilla were like the cheapest ones you get at the grocery store. We were offered a free drink each but after talking we settled to pay for the one meal we ate and the rest was cut from the bill. Not worth the money nor wait. While we were there they also messed up the order of 2 other customers. The only positive thing i could say is that we got our seats and drinks very fast.

At night it transforms into a bar with music and a great atmosphere inside. I tried the classic burger and two Heineken beers.

Cafe del Mondo we came in late so we didn’t have many options and ended up sitting here; unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing, the food was not good at all (grilled items came differently than described, and overall nothing tasted right), and we couldn’t even finish our meals; the menu also seemed outdated which added to the confusion. The only positive point was Youssef, the waiter, who was very kind and polite with us, but aside from that, it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we ended up paying and leaving without eating.

Very approachable waitress who immediately got us onto the terrace, where we were able to sit wonderfully in the sunshine and enjoy a delicious meal. The waitress is ready to help with a smile and an honest, friendly word. Nothing is too much trouble.

Unfortunately, both the service and the food were disastrous. I ordered an apple juice and received a ginger ale. The burgers were cold, the cheese was still raw, and we got some kind of nachos with them, even though we'd ordered "large fried potatoes." Then we received a plate with nine potato wedges, which were disgusting and cold. We were charged an extra €6.50 for that. Never again.

I don't recommend this place for food! The dishes are really bad! Keep walking!

Dont go, really expensive for the quality, I ordered a salmon sandwich and it didn’t have cream cheese as it said and it was just iceberg salad and some salmon and avocado.

It was terrible burgers cus they take ready-made burgers from another place and they bring it to their place, so they dont have their kichen, also the price was very high for that meal. Horrible experience. Dont recommend to others!!!

Terrible food and poor service. We ordered the English breakfast and American breakfast. Turned up cold, had to be sent back. Order got messed up. Sausages are cocktail ones, pancakes are processed, fried eggs were almost raw. Even the coffee tasted stale. Do yourself a favour and avoid - you will regret going in.

Food was okay. The service was good until we finished eating but still were drinking. They told us to finish numerous times until they brought people to our table and forced us to leave. We weren’t there for an hour and spent 90 euros to be kicked out for no good reason.

TOURIST TRAP! You get charged for drinks you didn't order. The food makes no sense. The menu has no concept. The pictures on the menu don't even come close to what you're served. All three of our dishes were incredibly tasteless, dry, unloving, and presumably like ready-made meals. We were given the wrong drinks. The waiters approach and entice everyone who walks by, even if they have food in their hands and are eating.

Absolutely horrible food! We ordered a burger and a ceacar salad. The salad was wet and bland, the tomatoes where mushy and it was overloaded with a cheese that definitely wasn’t parmesan . The burger was overall disappointing. The paddy was undercooked and equal to a shoe sole.

Best avoided. Service not great infact quite surly and unfriendly. Food was okay but surprise surprise on return home and checking the bill we were overcharged. Be very careful if you do eat in this place, you have been warned.

The coffee and the cake were very bad. Coffee was more with water and a very small amount of real coffee and the cake tasted like from a supermarket. Never again. You're welcome, disaster, run far away. ❌

The tiramisu was disgusting, the coffee tasted like dirty water. Prices are absurdly high and the waiter was unbelievably rude. To make things worse, after eating there both my friend and I had stomach problems and acid reflux. One of the worst places I’ve ever been avoid at all costs!

First, you're lured into the restaurant as you walk past. It's questionable, but we fell for it. The burger is terrible. The bread is dry, the meat is like coal. The nachos are simply smothered with various sauces, regardless of whether the customer likes them or not. Definitely not recommended.
