Café Dijk 120 in Burgwallen-Oude Zijde

What a lucky break I've come in! The atmosphere is just awesome 🔥!!! The Ukrainian waitress is absolutely top notch.

You order a pint and 5 minutes later they tell you to leave because they are closing. They don't even give you time to calmly drink your beer. Beggars

Unhappy experience: The attention is pretty rough. First, we got ask one price and later that day, a higher price. Also, we wanted wine but since they didn't have we were accepting to take the beer that was already prepared for other group that didn't have cash (only cash is accepted). There were still more beers and locals got it for free while we payed more for it. Sad experience

If you want to experience the authentic atmosphere of the Red Light District, café Dijk 120 is highly recommended. So don't expect a hip bar or anything, but just an attractive Amsterdam café in a cozy alley. Make sure you still have enough cash in your pocket... especially if you have just been in somewhere else.

This is how a pub in the Red Light District should be. Unpretentious, uncompromising, no nonsense! Here you will still find Amsterdammers with a capital 'A'. Even for the lost Northerner.

Seriously, I have never experienced this before, I drank 4 beers and it was not possible to pay by card (which is very strange these days, right)? I said okay, then I'll go outside and use my debit card, because I understand. Then the bartender went completely crazy because she thought I was insinuating something, completely her judgment! Was sent out of the case with blood, very strange story. It's a shame that it has to happen this way, but it's more their fault than ours. That bartender was not normal, never experienced someone so retarded!

Nice little pub where a large beer is a small one here in Germany and at a very good price.

Do not go here. They do not clean the glasses, instead dump into a sink that’s already full of stagnant dish water, then pull a pint with the same glass that a different customer finished their drink with 2 minutes prior.

Wanted to have a coke with the 6 of us, that was not appreciated and then we had to leave. Never experienced anything like this before, it's absurd to include such behavior under the heading of a "brown bar" and pretend it's normal...

Very unfriendly woman. For young people who just want to have a drink: go somewhere else! You will seriously be sent away if you don't want to drink beer.

Tried to order drinks for me and my husband, the bartender yelled at my husband for trying to use the restroom. She poured us our 2 beers were cash only and instead of offering an atm option took them away pored them into someone else drinks and kicked us out.

Filthy, dirty, dirty room where you stand in piss up to your ankles. Sour old troll behind the bar and quite a lot of IQ-less regulars. On the other hand, the food was fantastic...the sole on a bed of alfalfa was particularly tasty.

The store indifferent. We got caught in a strong storm and 6 people entered the empty store at that time. We got 3 beers. The lady came and told us that those who don't drink should go out. In the storm. UNACCEPTABLE. DON'T STEP ON IT!!!!! I note that in order to go to the bathroom for the beers he serves, he also wanted a euro!!!!! Normally it should be closed it is not focus

Super cozy pub. Small but nice. Staff nice, friendly and quick. Toilets are clean and fresh. NB! You can only pay in cash here. Which is not a problem but useful to know!

Super gezellige oudhollands kroegje. Aardige en heel gezellige barvrouwen. Erg klantvriendelijk. Normale prijzen, leuke muziek Lekkere Senseo 😀 Leuke gezellige klanten. We waren er vanmorgen voor de 1e keer. Het was zo goed bevallen dat we s avonds terug zijn gegaan. Jammer dat we te ver weg wonen.... anders ging ik morgen weer terug. 1 ding is zeker.... als we weer in Amsterdam komen, gaan we er weer naar toe.

The owner was so kind and polite! We needed the bathroom and asked for a bottle of water and didn't want to charge us for it! Her smile and kindness was so contagious and heartwarming! The pub was very cool to looks at and both retro and modern! It's totally a place to visit and relax drinking a beer with your friends!

A noisy and busy café (traditional pub) at the intersection of Red Light District and Zeedijk street. Cash only. Remember that the bench in front of the pub is for smokers only and it’s not allowed to drink alcohol outside.

Alsof de tijd stil heeft gestaan. Heel fijn dat deze kroeg na al die 30 jaren nog nagenoeg hetzelfde is. Lekker donker, kleedjes op tafel en tegenwoordig geen sleutel meer nodig voor het toilet;)

Non so perché ma sa di casa. Ospitalità e cortesia. La barista rinominata “sig.ra Maria” è fantastica. Lo consiglio per una birra prima o dopo cena.

Is nu een Chinees restaurant waar we verschillende kleine gerechtjes hebben genuttigd. Goede bediening

Buitenkant 10x mooier dan de binnenkant. Beetje vergane glorie. Wel een echt Zeedijk café zo als er vroeger meer waren.

Heerlijk Amsterdams! Ga erheen en geniet van een lekkere gouden rakker. Pin wel even van tevoren ;)

Zo Amsterdams als Café Dijk 120 kom je ze helaas niet zoveel meer tegen. Gezellig en authentiek.
