After a long time, nuts are finally available. Staff could be a bit friendlier. The atmosphere is created by the guests and it is good. It is a typical beer pub. Many types of beer.

Lovely cafe with beautiful beers. We have been coming there for years with the swimming club.

Popped in for a quick Guinness before entering the center for a night out. I like this side of town as it’s a bit off the beaten path and more down to earth.

Best pub in Utrecht. No bells, no whistles just great beer. Eating options are a little limited but sufficient to accompany the broad choice of tap and bottled beverages.

Erg leuk en gezellig cafe in de buurt van het Wilhelmina park. Er zijn allerlei bieren verkrijgbaar uit Nederland en diverse andere landen. Het fijne is dat er geen muziek gedraaid wordt en je dus rustig een gesprek kan voeren. Bediening is uitermate vriendelijk.

Lovely little neighborhood cafe, just the way you want it. Great service and delicious beer on tap and bottle. When it has rained, the floor folds up slightly, exactly between the entrance and the bar. Something to take into account for the inexperienced visitor.

You can drink plenty of different types of beer there.

Neighborhood café with a constantly changing range of tasty beers. And important: no muzak! No music at all by the way. The nuts, olives, etc. are a bit basic.

Truly a wonderful local pub! They have so many different bottled beers and on tap, with new ones to chose from every week. Also lots to chose from if you're not a beer fan. Would definitely recommend for locals and internationals!

After a long day of hard cycling Utrecht I visited the bar. With plenty of choice in beers everyone can find something they like. It’s really close to the beautiful architecture in the east of Utrecht. Definitely visiting again when I’m in Utrecht!

I loved this place. Just outside city center so it has a real neighborhood feel. Classic aesthetic with wood and brass taps. Awesome beers available.

Cafe Primus is net zo leuk als de Sjef jou leuk vindt. Lukt mij niet om me daar welkom te vinden.

Nice, typical Dutch café and bar. Offers many types and brands of beer. Also other alcoholic beverages. Small, savoury snacks are also served. Friendly, calm atmosphere. Big plus: no background music (muzak) is played.

Wat een geweldige kroeg. Hier hebben ze echt a-l-l-e-s. En personeel is supervriendelijk. Ook doordeweeks gezellig.

Lekkere biertjes van de tap. ( Volgens mijn informatie een van de eerste cafe’s in Nederland met speciaalbier van de tap) Het barpersoneel is grofweg onder te verdelen in wat nors overkomende ouderen (types die je eerst een beetje moet leren kennen zeg maar) met soms een frisse meid. Dit is het soort café wat in de laatste tig jaar geen grote veranderingen heeft ondergaan. ( wat ik zelf prettig vind) Of je het café afgeladen of leeg aantreft, en met wat voor gasten daar is volgens mij geen pijl op te trekken.

Lekker biertje gedronken in een gezellige ouderwetse kroeg zonder muziek waar je gewoon kunt praten.

Heerlijke kroeg met een afwisselende selectie speciaalbier. Geen kapsones, geen opsmuk, wel een prachtige kruising en een oase in de stad.

Heerlijke ontspannen plek, met regelmatig nieuwe speciaal biertjes van de tap! Vriendelijk personeel met verstand van zaken. Perfecte plek om tot rust te komen, onder het genot van een (speciaal) biertje!!
