If you're looking for good fries, you've definitely come to the right place! I would like to see slightly firmer buns for the burgers, but that's purely a matter of personal preference.

Placed an order at 21:30. It would take 40 minutes before it would be delivered. At 22:50 I get a message that the order has been cancelled. NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!!! What a SHIT service

This man is truly racist. He started talking about how long we've been here in the Netherlands and then said we don't know anything. He should have known the cost of the sauce that goes with the burger, otherwise you'll get a burger without sauce.

More on holiday than open these days and when it is open you don't feel comfortable there, definitely not recommended

I don't know what they fry in the frying fat, but the fries tasted like fish and the peanut sauce was some kind of liquid mixture that didn't taste like anything. Very bad.

If you have a complaint they don't take it seriously. They don't give refunds and they don't provide new food. No customer friendliness at all. Just to the owner's response, fresh fries stay fresh and don't get old after 40 minutes. I don't know what you are doing. Fries become old after 40 minutes, 2 days, so that is something new. So if you have to travel, Shi's fries, which taste like 2 days old after 40 minutes, are good luck if you have to travel!

Today my sister went to the Shi in Overvecht Theemsdreef 5, she got a portion of fries and brought it home. She ate it and it was all old and dry. She then went back and the gentleman did not want to give the money back and they told my sister that she had eaten the fries so the gentleman offered a new one to which his colleague did not agree and responded very contradictorily. My sister could not defend herself against this and subsequently went home without anything. I then called them and explained the problem, then I said I wanted a solution or my money back or new fries and then the man just kept talking and talking. Then I said that I was going to file a complaint and he asked for my telephone number and I politely gave it. During the conversation we received no apologies, no fries and no money. He said that he was going to take action against me and that if I come into the store he will send me out. What a customer is king treatment.

The first time I came to eat here I immediately got fries that tasted like they had been there for 2 days NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
