Café-partycentrum Van Haandel in Erp

Food was absolutely amazing, the young lady with the glasses working on the tills and making the food did an incredible job. She served everyone as quick as she could and everything tasted great. The other three ladies working there on the other hand were not so nice, they all left the other girl to work by herself and she was clearly under a lot of pressure, meanwhile they were sitting on their phones on Snapchat together. She asked them if they were almost done cause she needed help and they ignored her and carried on gossiping to each other. I ended up feeling bad for this young lady trying to serve everyone. Please make sure you sort out the staff here, I’ve never seen another café leave one staff member alone while the rest chat. The food took about 15 minutes due to the lack of staff actually doing their jobs

Quick bite at the chip shop, delicious stewed meat

Great venue for parties. Friendly staff who are always up for a joke. Sometimes they forgot what I was drinking.

Lovely staff, didn't understand much of my English but food was delicious, cheap and served with smiles 🥰

A great place for a variety of events. A large hall with a large gallery adds to the charm.

Limp croquette, hard fries, mayonnaise over the satay sauce, little meat in stew

I don't really know anything about the cafe, but the Friettent is good stuff, always good quality fries, homemade satay sauce, and stew, both of which are incredibly delicious. And always a lot for little money. Four people, fries, 5 snacks, and sauce costs around 22 euros, which isn't too much, I think. It's always so busy for a reason.

A beautiful room and friendly staff

Had a party on the terrace, friendly service, nothing was lacking and it was cozy

Beautiful location for a wedding or party

Our home base for the theater. We always receive a lot of cooperation with all the preparations.

I had a very nice evening in van Haandel. Very tasty food, good service and cozy atmosphere. The 16-year-old blonde bartender in particular knew how to hand out shots and drink them. That is certainly added value for this pub.

Ordered a war of fries at Cafeteria Van Haandel. Super serious and hardworking girl who prepares it for you on a clean tray with mat and napkins + fork. Really neat and delicious fries and satay sauce/french fries sauce 35% from Oliehoorn. Neat presentation of the snacks and a spotlessly clean place! Compliments!!!

Nice cafe to have a drink. Friendly and cooperative staff with staff drinks/larger groups. Atmosphere is always cozy and friendly. Both the food on the menu and the snack bar are tasty and well prepared.

Every week something is missing from the order. Now also 1 portion of chicken fingers and 1 portion of chicken nuggets. Last week 2 containers of satay sauce. And the Vietnamese spring roll is ice cold this week. Very annoying. When we order from Van Handel, we do not eat together but separately. Because we always have to go back to pick up the forgotten things.

Nice evening with locals and a snack and drink. What more do you actually want?

Pleasant celebration of anniversaries at the FNV. Everything was well organised

Really worth it, not expensive and very friendly staff 👍👍👍👍👍Really worth it

This review is regarding the cafeteria. We get fries here every now and then. Often it is good. Excellent fries. Sometimes it's downright bad. We don't quite understand why it happens. We suspect it has to do with the experience of the staff. But maybe there is something else underneath. For example, on Friday August 2, 2024 the fries were poorly cooked. Pale, chewy fries. I suspect the fat is too cold or something. In any case, not tasty. Shame! It's really bad that this isn't seen. The staff is often young. But that doesn't say it all. Recently there was a young lady standing alone. Busy evening. She ran her legs out from under her body. But she was quick and efficient. And the fries were delicious. Of course it is easy to speak through a review. But as mentioned, the fries are usually fine. If it disappoints again, you don't feel like going back. And the fact that it happens more often, and is therefore not a one-off, means that things must and can be improved.

We went for a delicious pastry. What do you think she said then? We do not have that. That was a major setback. Then I ordered some ordinary fries. But that wasn't satisfying. Too bad.

I have been there many times, a nice location with good food and friendly service

Beautiful room and friendly employee, where I was able to place balloon decorations for a party. I'm not familiar with the cafeteria and the café, so I can't say much about that

Basje's steak is served here several days a week: a perfectly tender steak, red on the inside and grilled on the outside. Service is diligent, attentive, observant and friendly. A pleasure to come here for a drink and/or a snack.

Food is not expensive, service is always really good.

Had a great coffee table, with well-prepared sandwiches and excellent coffee and other drinks. Friendly staff. Recommended!

Alleen langs gefietst vanwege omleiding in mijn woonplaats

Geweldige bruiloft gehad. Personeel top!

Kei goeie bediening! Fijne ambiance. Persoonlijk te donker in de zaal maar dat is ook meer per afspraak met de gasten ,dat snap ik.
