Café Pleinzicht in Wijk 01 Oost

Never thought I'd go, but once on a Monday, I've been a few times now. And found nothing but love and warmth. Great café.

Nice place with live music sessions on Mondays that are well worth it!

Fortunately, it is still an old pub, cozy and good service, but unfortunately it closes early

A great diamond in the rough. Great people and jam sessions. It's located on a nice corner. Metro, tram, and train are all within walking distance.

What makes the hospitality so enjoyable is that, although Pleinzicht doesn't serve food, you can order and eat on the terrace, provided you order a drink. You can watch live football there, and every Monday evening there's a music session, open to everyone, and participation is encouraged. I also think it's a great place for tourists who have just gotten off the train, metro, or tram to unwind from their journey with a delicious cup of coffee, cola, or something else.

Too bad about the Biesheuvels but otherwise a top store

Absolutely great, a jam session every Monday from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

De meeste mensen stappen alleen in het weekend een kroeg binnen. Vinden ze gezellig. Met een biertje een beetje bijbeppen met vrienden en kennissen. Dat kan je in Pleinzicht ook. Mag altijd. Alleen op maandag is het veeeeeeeeel leuker. Dan is er al vanaf een uur of 8 levendige muziek o.l.v Marco en Mike en kan je, als je het durft zelf je favoriete liedje zingen, begeleid door een paar vakmannen die alle moeite zullen doen om je veilig naar de slotnoot te begeleiden. Oordelend aan de vele succesrijke liedjes kunnen die jongens dat uitstekend. Wees eerlijk als je maandag al zo begint, kan je hele week toch niet stuk

We hadden beide hetzelfde gerecht besteld. En eigenlijk was het meer cafe voeding dan een gewone maaltijd. Wel vriendelijke bediening maar helaas.

El Eetcafe Pleinzicht está justo cruzando la calle desde la estación, y es un buen lugar para pasar una o dos horas si estás esperando un tren. No muy lejos para caminar, gente amable, no es caro. Hay una enorme televisión de pantalla plana, en la que esa tarde estaban viendo Liverpool.
