Unfortunately, the meat we ordered was not tasty or good anymore. We went back to the kitchen several times but received the same return. Eventually, we were able to choose something else, but the other dish was simply charged half price. The rest of the food was good but not special, and very pricey.

We had a delicious meal and drinks on the cozy terrace under a parasol, which made eating in the heat very bearable. All tables were occupied, but we were able to have a normal conversation. Friendly welcome, good service, and good value for money. The interior is also very atmospheric. And the toilets are clean.

The service keeps up a brisk pace, though just short of being pushy. It was hot when we were there, which may have played a role. The food was fine.

Cozy restaurant by the harbor in the middle of nature with friendly staff

18.50 euros for 2 scoops of white ice cream, 1 Coke, 1 Fanta, and a sparkling water. A waiter who thought he worked in a nightclub and the bicycle battery that wasn't allowed to be charged... quite disappointed.

With a group of 19, we showed up at the door without a reservation. They indicated that this would be a challenge, but they managed it anyway, and after waiting for less than 5 minutes, we were seated. Afterwards, we had a delicious meal and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended if you are going boating for the day in the area.

Hello, we're moored in the harbor with our boat and had a delicious meal here last night. We both had the tasty hamburger with fries. So why am I only giving it 3 stars? Because of the pricing – a medium-sized hamburger with a few fries, NO SALAD, costs €24. For the two hamburgers, two wheat beers, and two large draft pilsners, I paid €79.40. The price/performance ratio just isn't right. We had a lovely spot overlooking the harbor. The restaurant's interior is also very nicely decorated and inviting. The restrooms are very nice and clean. Beautiful location, nice place, and tidy. We ordered the fish due to the "decision stress" at Dockx, but unfortunately, the fish soup was lukewarm and the accompanying sauce super spicy. I had expected more. There was also no menu on the table showing which drinks were available, which is a shame.

Never a seat available when we come, staff is unfriendly

We went here for lunch as a couple and ordered a pulled chicken bagel and a smoked ribeye bagel. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. According to the menu, the pulled chicken was supposed to be served warm, but both the chicken and the slice of cheddar were simply cold. When we pointed this out to the waiter, we were told that the sandwich isn't supposed to be warm, which was very confusing given the description on the menu. The smoked ribeye bagel was also disappointing. According to the menu, it was supposed to be served with olive oil, capers, sea salt, and lettuce, but these ingredients were completely missing. The meat looked like it had been placed directly onto the sandwich straight from the packaging, without any attention or finishing touches. For €19, you really expect much more quality and care. We had actually been excited by the good reviews and beautiful photos on Google, but our experience was completely different. In the end, we spent €33 on a lunch (2 sandwiches, green iced tea, and sparkling water) that was absolutely not worth the money. Extremely disappointed.

We ate there for two consecutive days. On Friday, we were served very kindly and had a very good meal. Today, with no one on the terrace, I made preparations to find a spot. I was immediately snapped at in a condescending manner. After confronting them about the fact that I had received bad reviews about the service from several people these days, I was told to leave immediately, and the atmosphere instantly turned grim. In general, it is often very unfriendly. It is a shame, because the food and the location are actually good. The customer is certainly not king here, and there is always a semi-prejudiced irritation hanging over some of the gentlemen on the serving staff.

A beautiful location by the harbor, perfect for a stroll or a boat trip in season. The menu offers a wide selection of fish, meat, and vegetarian options. Reservations are required in advance. Friendly staff, who check in several times to check everything is still to your liking. Highly recommended :)

After a wonderful 22km ride through the Bieschbosch with a very pleasant group, it was time for another drink on the terrace with everyone, accompanied by a delicious bitter garnish. It was very pleasant sitting there. Since I still had quite a way to go back home, I decided to grab a bite to eat there too. Unfortunately, it was getting a bit chilly, so I moved inside. No problem, and they had a table for us. After a delicious plate of satay, I was ready to head home after a successful day.

We were there with the whole family and all sat at a large table. Plenty of room. The atmosphere was cozy, the decor was beautiful, and the music wasn't distracting. The food was delicious. The service was excellent, very friendly and prompt. We recommend it to everyone.

We ordered fresh juice and croquettes and specifically asked when ordering if it was actually freshly squeezed and not from a carton or bottle. It turned out to be just juice from a carton (for €5 per drink). Unsociable. The croquettes weren't hot inside and tasteless. The mustard was probably from a previous customer who hadn't used it. There was a thick crust on the mustard from sitting out too long. When we pointed it out, the server said, "Yes, that's possible," but regarding the juice, he kept insisting it was freshly squeezed. Truly unbelievable. We again pointed out that fresh juice couldn't possibly taste like that. The server said, "I'm not going to argue with you about this." NEVER AGAIN DOCKS!!!!

All the food here is so delicious and so cozy. It's a beautiful place with lovely decor. The staff are fantastic. I've never tasted a pornstar as good as this one.

Saturday we went kayaking here with 4 people. We have done this many times before with other rental companies. We have never had such a bad experience. First of all, the man was incredibly unfriendly. If you read the other reviews, several people share this opinion No lockers available Kayaks are not complete and dilapidated. No storage space inside the kayaks. Kayaks were made ready to get in while there was still a layer of water in them. The elastic at the front for luggage/bag was not present. When we mentioned the shortcomings, we were told that we had too much stuff with us. If you are on the road with 4 people + 5 hours on a hot day, food/drinks and an extra set of dry clothes is important to take with you. With a complete kayak this is not a problem. The nature reserve is beautiful. The boat rental was disappointing. We will not be coming back here. .

I like the new owner a bit less than the old one. You can't really hang out at the bar anymore, and they are closed quite a lot. The food was not really well prepared the one time I ate there. I suspect they also have a staff problem.

Nice place, at a marina. Young staff, some still lack some experience, but staff is friendly and diligent. The lunch, which we enjoyed there, was delicious and looked very well cared for.
