Café Restaurant Vulcano in Wijk 05 Berflo Es

Today around 4:45, my husband picked up a pizza bambino with shawarma and extra bell pepper for me. Well, I'd had one bite and then I saw a long hair...really long...threw the pizza right away. A waste of €12.50. Ugh, I really don't think so :( and (it's a shame people don't get feedback from Vulcano itself)

2nd time an hour later after my order they call and then they say after an hour of waiting we are now working on your order we are very busy very unfortunate it used to be very different but oh well never order anything again!!!!

Our food was delivered, the can of coke had leaked during delivery, which was neatly resolved within half an hour. The order that had gotten wet was brought back, neatly and very well resolved.

Recently ordered here for the first time and also for the last time for us.. Kebab sandwich was nothing compared to what you would normally find via search results. It was literally a small container with some pieces of kebab meat (poor quality too) that had a little bit of salad in it that didn't even look good and then one small pita bread with a diameter of about 10cm (not everything even fit in here and then you were left with only pieces of meat that you can then just eat separately yourself). Pitta bread was also really of that standard cheapest quality that you get from the supermarket (of that ready-made) Nothing was warmed up and they also had the pita bread separately instead of preparing it for you themselves. Kapsalon was completely heated up in a container with salad and all, which gave me a very clear signal that they had not put any effort and time into this (Just heated up with the entire container without paying attention to it) The worst thing is that there was just salad heated up at the bottom of the container. They did not even take it out.. After we had communicated this to them directly after delivery by phone, we got a staff who first reacted rather arrogantly with that they have been doing this for years instead of dealing properly with our criticism about this. Then after we indicated that we were just very disappointed and surprised, they offered us to take something else at their expense. We refused this because I can't really trust food like this where so little input has been put into it for a price of 7 euros for the kebab sandwich (which it isn't even) and a 9 euro kapsalon that literally came out of the fridge and was heated up with the salad on the bottom.. I'm writing this because I've never experienced this bad at a restaurant in terms of delivery that also claims to have a high score. Seems strange to me if they treat their food like this. If you care about good quality and price ratio then I advise you to skip this restaurant in terms of delivery. Furthermore, I could only say something positive that the potatoes were fine but well.. that's hard to mess up in my opinion.

Hair salon without vegetables, little meat

Well, I always order pizza without salami with artichoke, I forgot to mention that online, I was called extra to ask if it should have salami on it... that's absolutely great

Calzone special pizza with extra spicy minced meat and peppers is delicious. Pizza arrived in 50 minutes and was hot and well filled. This will become my standard address for pizzas. Next time I'll try the shawarma, if it's good too, this will be my favorite delivery restaurant.

Good restaurant good quality and not too expensive

The pizza is super tasty (thin base). Furthermore, the food was served quickly! Highly recommended for a meal!

Very nasty delivery person, you open the door before the food was paid for online and that guy keeps looking at you and then doesn't say anything as if he wanted anything else and looks at you as if you should be scared of him, we will never order from here again. Too bad the food was tasty

Nummer 38 is heerlijk! Aardige mensen, snelle bezorging, lekker eten.

Eten was lekker. Eten was kwartier te laat klaar bij ophalen terwijl je het per 10 min aan kan geven

Het eten was erg lekker! Helaas was t personeel die de bestelling opnam niet bepaald klantvriendelijk. De mensen in de keuken daarentegen wel!

Wij bestellen vaker maar deze keer was het eten verschrikkelijk zout. Het was gewoon niet lekker je proefde alleen maar zout. Voor ons een tegenvaller

Lekkere pizza's, als je optijd besteld en een tijd aangeeft klopt het altijd. De pizza's worden met liefde gemaakt. Vanaf 1996 al fan! Leuke mensen met lekker eten.

Had spaghetti besteld. Maar kreeg Penne.

De bestelling duurde te lang waardoor mijn pizza koud bezorgd aan kwam.

Ik kreeg een aangebrande en slecht gevulde calzone pizza mee. Dus duidelijk zichtbaar voor degene die hem in de doos had gepakt. Mijn dochter haar pizza was te eten. Voor mij de druppel...kom hier niet weer.

Goed gevulde pizza, erg smakelijk. De bezorger was precies op de van te voren aangegeven tijd en pizza was goed warm.

Vanavond een bestelling gedaan. 2x achter de bierensalade aangebeld kost ruim 5 euro. Nog steeds niet geleverd. Om 17:30 besteld. Zou nagebracht worden. DUS NIET!!! nit done dat iedereen zit t eten behalve 1. En niks geleverd maar wel betaald !!!

Je word er goed en vlot geholpen en het, eten is altijd lekker.

Super restaurant, ben er al jaren klant en smaakt altijd perfect. Heel af en toe gaat er (begrijpelijk op drukke momenten)iets mis met de bestelling maar na een telefoontje wordt dit zeer snel alsnog bezorgd super service!

Goede ervaring, snelle bezorging, eten goed en aardappelschijfjes goed heet en lekker knapperig.

Het eten is er voortreffelijk en de eigenaar, zijn vrouw en medewerkers altijd vriendelijk

zijn wel eens beter geweest. de pizzas zijn erg vettig en de pizzadoos is er doorweekt van. qua smaak wel prima, een vleesschotel is aan te raden

Heel aardige bediening en het eten is TOP! Vooral de aardappelschijfjes 😉
