Great atmosphere and food. The toilet was clogged, and the plumber didn't even show up.

We booked two days in advance, thinking we were going with a group. They called today saying we'll be sitting on the terrace in this cold because they're having a party at the restaurant. If you're having a party, why did you accept our reservation and why are we having to sit outside? Shame on you!

The food was truly delicious. The staff were also incredibly friendly. We really felt like we could just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. There was a very pleasant atmosphere. There was a lamp on the table that you could turn if you wanted to ask or order something. We will definitely be back.

When we arrived, about 95% of the seating area was empty. You'd expect to be able to just sit at a regular table, but no, we were shown a high bar table, as if there was no other place available. It felt strange and not at all customer-friendly. We politely indicated that we didn't want to eat there, because a bar table like that is simply not comfortable for a meal. After some discussion, the employee returned and told us we could sit on the terrace if we were going to eat. That sounded reasonable, so we headed back to the terrace. But less than a minute later, the next strange twist occurred: as soon as we were inside, the employee apparently changed his mind and told us that all the tables would suddenly be full. This, even though we had literally just seen that almost every table was empty. How a restaurant can become completely "full" in a minute, when it just looked like an open playground, is completely unbelievable. It felt more like contradictory nonsense than a serious explanation. This whole experience was not only confusing, but above all frustrating and amateurish. Nothing was right, communication was poor, and the staff seemed completely clueless. It gave us the feeling they didn't want to make any effort to properly assist guests. In short: a terrible place with illogical rules, poor service, and zero respect for the customer. Save yourself the time, the frustration, and the bad experience and just eat somewhere else.

First and last time – a disappointment on our anniversary We had reserved a table for two especially for our anniversary. We were promised a good spot, but we were placed in the middle of the chaos – tables all around us, hookahs with burning coals between them, barely any room to move. No privacy, no atmosphere, and the dim lighting made it hard to even see what we were eating. The appetizers arrived one by one at long intervals – a tiny plate every 15 minutes, for a far too high price. The service was friendly in words, but nothing else happened, not even after remarks. Towards the end, it became truly unpleasant: tables were pushed together, there was pushing and inappropriate behavior. The atmosphere became tense and unsafe. We couldn't handle it anymore and left in silence. I cried on the way back – this should have been a wonderful evening. But it was one of the most disappointing experiences ever. Never again.

Not exactly the atmosphere you'd expect! The food takes a long time. If you want to party, then it's fine! But for Arabic food, I recommend looking next door.

Very good restaurant. We were a group of 8 people, and ordered all kinds of different dishes to share. All the food was delicious, and the service was also great. Especially for groups this is an absolute must.

We ate there twice again. We go there especially. And again we are surprised with delicious food, service that passionately explains and recommends the dishes. Staff that thinks along with what you order. Really a topper.

It was my first time at the restaurant. The music is relatively loud, which is great for relaxing. You just have to get used to the fact that almost every other table is celebrating a birthday in the evening, but the ambiance and atmosphere are always great. One advantage worth mentioning are the lights on the table; you can simply flip them over to order something; they turn red, and the waiter will come to your table as quickly as possible. It worked well for orders that required a fee. However, when bread or mayonnaise was missing, it took a very long time, and you had to ask before it was actually brought to your table. The restrooms were okay in terms of cleanliness, considering the restaurant was very busy. However, the quality of the food was truly outstanding. 😌

A high class restaurant. Middle East cuisine, delicious food. There is a terrace, so you can smoke shisha if you like. Friendly staff and you can expect live arabic songs at evenning at weekends.

I was in Boekelo for a week and was looking for restaurants to enhance my taste bud and found this gem of a place. Amazing Lebanese food. Their Lebanese bread is so soft and tasty that you can eat more than your appetite.

Unfortunately I cannot give this restaurant a good rating. We were there for a friend's birthday party - an occasion that was very important to her and should have been perfect. But unfortunately almost nothing was right. The most serious point: The hostess's sister is dependent on a wheelchair. The owner had promised in advance that a grab bar would be installed on the toilet so that she could use it. This promise was not kept. For fear of not being able to go to the toilet, she refrained from eating or drinking anything the entire evening. This is not only disappointing, but simply unacceptable. The service was also catastrophic. The staff was so overwhelmed that I had to step in along with two other guests to hand out drinks. Some plates were damaged, the chairs were unstable, and overall the atmosphere was more dreary than festive. Unfortunately, the food itself couldn't save this impression - it was disappointing and not at all what you would expect from a restaurant with so many positive reviews. I am truly sorry for the birthday child, for whom this evening meant a lot. For us it was a failure.

Ward Restaurant makes you travel by air to Syria... the same quality as luxury restaurants in the Levant in terms of service and courtesy in reception and hospitality. The food, truthfully or wrongly, was very delicious and our order came quickly without any delay... We enjoyed dinner with a musical evening class. It's worth trying and coming back for sure

Very nice place. Good service. Good prices. Nice music. Easily accessible parking spaces in front of the door. Tasty shisha. Music can start earlier. Portions could be slightly larger. Sometimes a lot of draft at seating areas. But all in all, a super nice place, definitely recommended! Great for a romantic date, for example, but also with family or friends.

A restaurant with a nice decor, excellent service from start to finish. The starters were very tasty and the meat was very tender and delicious but a little cold. The Arabic ice cream dessert was very expensive for such a small piece in my opinion.

Bad treatment, in bad taste. Every time we make a reservation, they cancel the reservation. They were the only restaurant in the Netherlands. When you call them, they say to you, “We sent you an email.” This means that one has a ride. Finally, they say, “We sent you an email.” You don’t know how to raise a customer, but you share advertisements on social media.

If you order water from the 6.25 bottle you will be treated like a fool, they simply fill it with tap water (I have seen this myself). Test this out for yourself when you order a bottle and unscrew the cap, you hear that it is not sealed. If they're already cheating you with this, there's probably more to it than that.

We have already had a party in the hall several times and eaten in the restaurant. Everyone who works there is very sweet and service-oriented. The food is 10/10! The management is very cooperative and will do everything they can to make your party a success.

I have now celebrated two great parties at this restaurant: our engagement and recently our henna party. We were extremely satisfied both times! The communication was super professional, and the owner, Macit, was very helpful and flexible from start to finish. He thought along with everything and made sure everything went according to plan. In addition, the food was fantastic both times – delicious and perfectly prepared. Thank you, Macit, and the whole team for the unforgettable experiences!

A very beautiful restaurant for events and summer gatherings. It has delicious and varied oriental food. It is suitable for family evenings and a fun atmosphere. I do not like to bring children. There are also hookahs.

Our last visit to the Ward restaurant was truly disappointing! We were a group of 17 people, I asked the owner 3 times by phone to share us on two tables. When we arrived, there was only one large table, the seating was very cramped and some of us were stuck and unable to move. We then asked the owner to do the billing per family due to the size of the group, he refused and said "it might be best to go to another restaurant". I am very sorry to have to experience this because we drove 3 hours specifically and reserved a hotel to eat in this restaurant 🙄. The sound of the music and the singer was also really terrible! At the end of our dinner we sat for a long time to sort out our bill and it didn't seem right at the time, afterwards we discovered that they had registered incorrect things in our bill! After several phone calls from someone in our group to the restaurant, it was promised to correct this on further visits, but nothing would be refunded to an account. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem like an ideal solution to the problem!!
