Café-Restaurant Zaal Kappers in Dalfsen

Welcoming eatery; the atmosphere on the outdoor terrace is particularly nice, the food is tasty, and the value for money is good. Pleasant village feel. Not to mention the good staff.

A cheese cube turned out to be a brown bread cheese roll. A bit of a miss, then. The bitterballen were good. The drinks were good too, and the service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was partly created by other visitors who came to sit at our table. Moreover, a rally with old and very beautiful cars passed by.

Friendly atmosphere and service

Twin brother and sister celebrated their 70th birthday here. It was amazing. Delicious appetizers with drinks. Tapenades with baguette Tasting platter of fresh tomato soup, stuffed mushrooms, carpaccio, and shrimp salad. Exquisite flavors. So tasty. (I would love to work with the chef for a day to make this) Big thumbs up to the chef. Main course Everyone could choose from chicken satay, schnitzel, or steak with side dishes. There was plenty of everything. A cup of coffee or tea afterwards with delicious chocolates. Discussed this with Mirjam beforehand. Had a tasting first and that was good. We received a warm welcome, like visiting family. Mirjam had such fun ideas and her suggestion was to celebrate this in the living room. It was all top-notch. They were very busy that day, but we didn't notice a thing. Sweet, cheerful staff, very polite. We were personally welcomed by Mirjam on this day. Mirjam, you are a fantastic hostess. Thank you. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, nice little extra with the coffee

Two days of eating from and at Kappers. Lovely terrace in the sunshine; because they are looking for a permanent chef, they currently have a limited menu, but the chicken and spareribs are great, so go and enjoy a meal there. And you can also take it home.

Tasty food at a good price, and you can tell from the staff that they enjoy what they do.

We only had coffee in the café area. The atmosphere was nice, the lady who served us was friendly, and because it was very quiet, we had time for a nice chat.

We ate here for the first time, and we were so surprised! We ordered the chef's specialty, which was truly delicious, and the service was perfect. Highly recommended.

Spontaneously, the three of us had pizza at café Kappers. We had heard about the good quality, so we decided to judge for ourselves...and were pleasantly surprised! Fresh, fast, well prepared... what more could you want, good pizza in your own village! Great initiative!

Tasty dishes and surprisingly good value for money. Relaxed terrace. An asset to the Vechtdal and worth the detour!

We didn't eat there, but had a party. "Staff" was very nice. The atmosphere in the party venue was very "standard". Not really special or warm, but I don't think that is the most important thing for this location. The building is multifunctional, and for that purpose it is simply neat and sufficient.

It seemed like an ideal place to have lunch during my walk with my son, but it turned out to be closed. According to the information here, it should be open on Monday afternoon.

Prima locatie voor onderweg. Veel schaduw op het terras. Erg vriendelijke jongeman in de bediening. De lunchkaart is beperkt en geeft veel informatie over de coronaregels en weinig over het aanbod. Het duurde wel erg lang voor de broodjes op tafel stonden, koffie matig.

Good sivice, good beer and a good time

Vandaag met de tour club geweest. Erg vriendelijke man lekkere wat gedronken en weer op de pedalen terug naar Rijssen.

Heel gewoon, heel netjes, en kwaliteit

Afgelopen zaterdag heb ik met veel plezier de live muziek mogen verzorgen in Zaal Kappers. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. Fijne mensen in de bediening, lekkere hapjes en dranken. Het paar dat hun bruiloft vierde ter ere van hun 40 jarig jubileum en hun gasten hebben volop genoten. Graag tot ziens.
