My partner and I had a wonderful experience here. We were given a table next to the open kitchen, where you can watch the chefs work their magic through (plexiglass?) glass. The flavors they manage to create are simply magical. Unfortunately, it was very hot, right next to the hot stove and oven, so we asked if we could sit at a different table. This was no problem and we were accommodated with a smile. We had carpaccio and the cauliflower-garlic soup as starters. The carpaccio was delicious and flavorful, the truffle mayo was high-quality, and the lettuce was fresh and crispy. The cauliflower-garlic soup was delicious; my partner actually wanted the recipe, it was so good. The presentation and garnish were also excellent. For our main course, we had the mixed grill and a T-bone steak, both with a mushroom-cream sauce. When the T-bone steak was served, they explained clearly how it should be eaten after asking if I'd had one before, explaining why you start with the sirloin steak and finish with the tenderloin. The chef came over later to ask, but the waiter had already explained it. I was able to immediately tell him that this was the best steak I've ever eaten, and I've eaten it many times throughout the Netherlands and in America. The mushroom and cream sauce was delicious, but the meat was so good that I ate it without the sauce, except for two pieces. It was also very well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The mixed grill also went down well and was thoroughly enjoyed. As a side dish, there was salad and fries with truffle mayo. I would have preferred baby potato wedges with the skins on instead of fries; that would have made it even better. For dessert, we had the Dubai Trifle and the Cheesecake. The presentation of the cheesecake was also lovely, with swirls of chocolate and caramel on the plate itself, a few individual pieces of Tony Chocolonely chocolate on top, and the cheesecake itself. My partner has nothing but positive things to say about the Dubai Trifle. We thoroughly enjoyed these desserts. All in all, the bill was around 130 euros (including three colas), but it was more than worth it. See you next year!

We had a delicious meal at 't Asje last weekend. Shrimp, sea bass, and scrippino for dessert. Perfect!! We'd definitely love to come back.

We ordered spare ribs here, the XL portion to share, but we were shocked when we tried to eat them. It was a lump of fat. The waitresses were friendly, but we think the chef is in charge there. Instead of the spare ribs, we got one pork tenderloin to share, tough and with a thin, watery mushroom sauce. And that was it. But we were charged full price, €35 for the spare ribs, even though we only ate one pork tenderloin. Very unprofessional. High prices, but not good value for money, I'd say. We were especially annoyed by the excuses they made, saying, "Yes, indeed, a thin rim of fat," while the fat was slipping through our hands. Anyone with eyes could see how much fat was on the plate. And then charging people the price of the spare ribs was truly incomprehensible and improper. We won't be coming here again.

Great location, we always appreciate the open kitchen. We had dinner with two other guests to celebrate. The bread board as an appetizer was generous, with delicious rolls and dips. The prawns were delicious as a starter! The steak was also very tasty and tender, a generous portion. It's a shame no one on the staff offered to refill the fries (one bowl for four people?). We didn't ask. The sea bass seemed a bit dry to our tablemates. The dessert (triffle) was very tasty and generous; I gave almost half to my husband (he enjoyed it too) ;-) All in all, it was excellent.

Hi everyone, I was here because I wanted to ask questions about the wedding reception. I got good answers, and they were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the music has to be much quieter at 11:00 PM because there are houses nearby, and they shouldn't bother those people, so playing music outside isn't possible. It's a shame, but it's a great location for those getting married next year. Because then they can play music a bit longer, and if you think we should see this, I highly recommend it.

We celebrated our wedding here in June. It's a charming venue, where we were taken care of and cared for all day long! We enjoyed delicious food and drinks with our guests, and a party in the evening! They know their business and are very helpful. Huge compliments for that! It made our day truly special and unforgettable.

My sweetheart and I dined here for a three-course meal. We started with the beer-battered prawns and mushrooms. The prawns were very well-prepared. I'm not a fan of the brioche served with it: it was too dry for me. The mushrooms were tasty, but a bit too much. They were large, and one smaller one would have been enough. Afterward, we both had the cod. It was simply delicious. It came with a particularly tasty coleslaw: wonderfully refreshing thanks to the thin slices of apple. Afterward, we had the bombe and the crème brûlée. Both were also delicious, but it could have been a bit less: they were both large desserts. The white chocolate ice lolly was too thick; it could have been a bit thinner. But all in all, we had a delicious meal, excellent service, nothing to complain about.

Delicious food! We were a group of about 60 people. Collecting the used dishes and cups/saucers took too long. As a result, the tables were messy to look at. Too bad!

Top location for a wedding, everything was really well organised. Good communication, fantastic staff, good food and nice space for a party. We had a beautiful day. Thanks again!

This is highly recommended, we both had a three-course meal. Beforehand, my husband had duck breast fillet and I had a beet tartare. Delicious! We had the venison steak with red wine gravy as a main course. You pay a little more for it, but it was definitely worth it, we had a delicious meal. It is a beautiful and atmospheric restaurant with an open kitchen. With nice and friendly service. We had a wonderful evening during our weekend away.

This is highly recommended, food in an excellent atmosphere. When the weather is nice, relax on the terrace. Already visited this location twice, will definitely do it again. If you have a beer, choose the triple Jan van Dalfsen.

Had dinner at 't Asje on 13-7-2024. The food and service were both top notch. However, it was too busy for the kitchen, so the wait for the starter took a very long time. We ended up having to wait almost 2 hours for our starter, which was excellent. After that, things went more smoothly, fortunately.

Excellent cuisine, very tasty food, but required a lot of patience. 2 hours for bread board and starter, which was served approximately at the same time as bread board. Particularly disturbing is the number of times people ask if they need drinks, while there is a bottle of wine in the cooler on the table.

In a word, excellent, we had the tasting menu... let yourself be pampered by the skills of the young chef. Beautiful, so much passion between the two of us, and served by several ladies. It was just perfect. Delicious food.

Gisteravond heerlijk gegeten; het drie gangen menu, met daarbij een lekker glas witte en rode wijn. Verse producten, prima porties, met liefde bereidt door de kok in de open keuken. Lekker en rijkelijk kaasplankje. Zeer vriendelijke en attente bediening, mooi in stijl gekleed ook. De prijs kwaliteit is ook prima.

Geweldige locatie met voldoende parkeergelegenheid, prachtige inrichting, erg plezierig en vriendelijke bediening maar vooral heerlijk gegeten. Ruime keuze met niet alleen maar alledaagse gerechten echt TOP.

My wife got her drink over her head and clothes due to the staff's clumsiness. It took too long for towels to arrive. After all, drinks were served first. No offer of dry cleaning or the like yet. Just a new drink that was simply calculated! Pumpkin soup nice just like warm milk with fennel. Side dishes were far from sufficient for 4 people. Reordering took 25 minutes. Then the meat had been cold for a long time. While one waitress asked if she could clear the dishes, the other arrived with the ordered side dishes. Communication!! In short: delicious food with poor service. Tip for management: tell your staff what to do in the event of an accident.

Had dinner here with a group in honor of my mother's birthday. Extremely friendly staff, varied menu, the food tasted delicious! Good atmosphere.

Exactly what you would imagine a “herberg” to be. Hearty meals on the menu, with a good range of drinks to go with those. The interior is welcoming and warm. Waitstaff are friendly and service is generally fast. Kids-friendly.

We zijn hier al vaak geweest in de afgelopen jaren, en hebben vanavond weer heerlijk gegeten. Gezellig, sfeervol restaurant. Fijne, snelle bediening en eigenaresse/gastvrouw neemt altijd de tijd voor een geïnteresseerd gesprekje.

Mooie ambiance maar het eten was niet goed...vis van de dag kabeljauw werd rauw opgediend en smakeloos...wild stoof potje werd geserveerd op een diep bord alles bij elkaar ook de puree...geen aanrader om hier te gaan eten helaas ...dessert was wafel met appel en ijs..alles op een hoop in een diep bord wafel onderop man man kannhet nog slechter

Prima bediening, hoofdgerecht varkenshaas en eendenborst matig, erg droog met minimaal saus en 2 soorten gesneden kool(?) als groente ! Voor de 2e maal een tegenvaller. Voorgerecht en dessert goed.

4 personen om half zes gereserveerd. Voorgerecht gekregen en dat was om 18:15 op. Smakeloze zalm, dito gamba: opgewarmde diepvriesgarnalen zonder kop. Toast was taai brood met wat bruin verbrande randjes. Carpaccio was wel ok. Met kritiek kan het personeel absoluut niet omgaan. Toen ik eens ging informeren waar ons hoofdgerecht bleef werd ik afgepoeierd met "het komt er aan" .Was dat maar waar geweest. Ook tafel 7 wilde wel eens weten waar hun eten bleef: " Ze moeten niet zeuren". Toen het hoofdgerecht eenmaal geserveerd werd en ik om opheldering vroeg werd ik afgesnauwd: "meneer het is hartstikke druk" En terwijl ze wegliep "onze excuses" . Onbeschofter kan niet. Als je als 'Auberge' je eigen reserveringen niet aankan, stop er dan mee. Overigens was de vis lauw,zwom in een plas ongedefineerde saus, varkenshaasjes waren lauw en zonder smaak. Alleen de kip kon er mee door.

We werden gastvrij ontvangen. Er was zowel een plek binnen als buiten voor ons gereserveerd. We begonnen op het terras maar met het hoofdgerecht wilden we graag naar binnen en dat was geen probleem. Het eten is goed. Voor vier personen was er echter maar één klein schaaltje met groente en één met salade. Dat had iets meer mogen zijn. De kaart bevat op zich voldoende gerechten. Alleen wat betreft de nagerechten mis ik de keuze in verschillende ijscoupes. Verder een prima gelegenheid om een keer te eten.

Heerlijk gegeten met een grote groep, eten was erg goed en genoeg bijgerechten voor de tafel. Snelle service ook en leuk dat je kunt meekijken

Een tafel opgehaald wat een mooi restaurant zeg helemaal in Riviera Maison stijl ingericht toppie gewoon lekker kopje koffie gehad na bijna 2 uur rijden heerlijk tafel is prachtig

Heerlijk eten, jong team in de bediening. Weinig doortastend met parasols om gasten uit de felle zon te houden.

Heel goede kwaliteit van het eten. Ruime keus binnen de verschillende gangen. Gezellige ambiance (we zaten in verband met regen binnen). Hartelijke gastvrouw. Enige wat zou kunnen verbeteren is meer vegetarische gerechten (nu 1 voorgerecht en 1 hoofdgerecht).

Voor onze 13e trouwdag gingen we terug naar onze trouwlocatie en het was weer superlekker en gezellig. De eigenaresse is betrokken, rustig en houdt goed overzicht. De eigenaar bemande de grill. Het overige personeel is snel, accuraat en erg vriendelijk. We aten de sashimi van zalm en de carpaccio vooraf, namen de eend en de ribeye als hoofdgerecht en sloten af met de Tony-cheesecake en de crème brulêe. Alles was lekker en prima geprijsd. Een aanrader als je in de buurt bent!

Al een aantal keren geweest inmiddels. Met verschillende gelegenheden. Zoals personeelsfeest, bruiloft, receptie en een keertje om zelf lekker te eten. Het blijft een mooie plek met verschillde zalen en goed eten. Het is niet de goedkoopste in de buurt maar zeker niet de duurste. Bediening is vlot en zorgt er zeker voor dat je niet droog komt te staan. Redelijk uitgebreide kaart met voor ieder wat wils. Net sanitair voorzieningen en in de zomer een mooi terras. Alles bij elkaar een geschikte plaats voor een groepsfeestje.

Prima eten, echter in een maar voor 20% gevuld restaurant werden we echter nog steeds dicht op andere mensen geplaatst waardoor je midden in elkaars gespreksvolume zat. Dit was niet nodig geweest. Het eten is prima, maar niet bijzonder te noemen. De sushi bowl kunnen we zelf beter maar was wel oké. Al met al niet helemaal het geld waard voor wat we er voor terug kregen.

Dit weekend hebben we Auberge t'Asje 'ontdekt'. De kwaliteit, de seizoensproducten, de smaken, de wijnen, de gastvrijheid, de lokatie en de ongedwongen sfeer. Uitmuntend! t'Asje verdient op z'n minst een Bib Gourmand-aanbeveling in de Michelin-gids. De enige minpuntjes die ik kan verzinnen waarom dit nog niet het geval zou kunnen zijn is het beperkte vegetarische aanbod (nml. slechts 1 hoofdgerecht) en het gedateerde interieur en serviesgoed. Wij komen zeker terug en we kunnen iedereen t'Asje van harte aanbevelen.

Ontzettend lekker gegeten. Zo veel lekkere dingen op de kaart, dat ik als voorgerecht en als nagerecht een proeverij heb genomen😊. Ook met een groep krijg je de gerechten tegelijkertijd geserveerd. Vriendelijke bediening, lekkere (rode) Syrah wijn. Bij de koffie/thee na kregen we nog een etagère met lekkernijen erop.
