Café The Switch in Wijk 09 Geuzen- en Statenkwartier

We discovered this cozy restaurant on the Scheveningen boulevard a while ago. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival, making us immediately feel welcome. The decor is cozy, beautiful and inviting, just what you want for a relaxing meal. The food was delicious; my eggs benedict were fantastic and my husband's burger looked great. The menu offers something for everyone, whether you come for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. It was also important to us that dogs are welcome. It was nice to be able to take them with us after a lovely walk on the beach. All in all, for a wonderful and relaxing experience by the sea, Moeke is highly recommended. Friendly staff, good food and a relaxed atmosphere more than complete the picture. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Super relaxed atmosphere, delicious food and nice staff. Blue was really great, was very service oriented and knows how to do things 😊 had a super fun evening and the food is also recommended for great prices! And a very nice cafe in terms of decor. I will definitely come back more often

This place plays a huge part in the history and memory of the neighborhood. Great atmosphere, affordable beers and snacks and now and then some tremendous BBQ and parties.

Cozy atmosphere and lovely lady who brings everything neatly to the table, such as coffee and some drinks. There is also modest food available in a cozy atmosphere with a diversity of customers who regularly come here.

Leider war der Besuch sehr enttäuschend. Wir wurden an der Kasse unbeachtet gelassen und andere Kunden wurden vorgezogen. Zudem habe ich nach der Getränkeauswahl gefragt, da sie keinen Chai Latte hatten. Daraufhin sagte die Kassiererin nur: „Kaffee, Tee, Heiße Schokolade“. Eigentlich wollte ich wissen, welche speziellen Kaffees sie dort hatten, aber leider hat sich die Kassiererin eher über mich lustig gemacht. Sehr schade. Der Latte Machhiato war auch nur lauwarm. Das Bananenbrot hingegen empfehlenswert.
